The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Spacious house in the historic center of a small village in Montiferru. The house, arranged on 3 floors, has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet area a few minutes' walk from the main activities of the village: market, bar, bakery, bus stop. A few kilometers from the beaches of: Bosa, Cumpultittu, S'Archittu, Is Arutas, Porto Alabe... The area offers the possibility of trekking and excursions, among suggestive waterfalls and centuries-old forests.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
