We spent 3 nights here in this amazing house... The house is a very old (130y) typically Istrian house made from stones with a lovely garden and what also with the pool. It is in a very quiet area with just 2-3 houses near and is ideal for a weekend runaway or the whole holiday if you really want to take a rest... Around there are wineyards adn woods for a full nature pleasure. Also if you have a car, almost the whole Istria is in 1 hour drive so you can visit many places... The hosts are lovely and everything was better then expected. Vedrana gave us good tips, and also responded almost immediately for all our questions (and we had them). Very pleasurable stay

The walnut house is even more lovely than the pictures and description shows! Verdana and her family are the most warm and welcoming hoasts, and really made us feel welcome and taken care of during the entire stay! Everything from home-made cakes, great tips for day-trips and help around the house/garden, we were lucky to get to know such lovely people! The house was lovely and clean with a great cosy atmosphere, the garden and pool area beautiful and well kept. Perfect for us with young children. It's a calm and rural area, surroundings with wineranks and wide fields. Lots of great day-trips less than an hour's drive away, and the lovely hilltop old town of Labin just 15 mins away. Really recommend this place for a calm and relaxing holliday in a lovely house with beautiful surroundings!

The apartment was amazing! The beds were really huge and comfortable. The smart tv was great and the view was awesome. It is just a 10 minute walk to the ocean, the restaurants and the Bars.

The apartment and the view from the terrace and from every room on the bay of Rabac is a dream. We were there for the second time and again everything was just perfect. We can just repeat our review from last year. Francesco is a perfect host and always available. Rest starts from the 1st minute as soon as you enter the apartment. We felt very well as last year and would try again and again to stay there on a holiday in Rabac.

Excellent welcome, spectacular location, impeccable cleanliness and very comfortable and serviced apartment! We traveled in 6 adults and the stay was never more pleasant. Francesco is a caring host and very attentive to guests' needs. I warmly recommend it!

We (couple with a small child) spent a week in this appartement. Great location, next to a shopping center on one side, and the sea and the park with playground on the other side - not far away. Check in was super with the parents from Tea, who are very friendly people! and the accommodation is really very clean! Also super that there are jalousines at the windows, so our little one also slept well :) The only thing we were sad about was that we couldnt use the garden area with the barbecue - what we saw on the pictures. Altogether we had a great stay here, with wonderful weather in october!!

This was seriously, the absolute best Airbnb experience I have ever had! We were greeted by Tea’s parents, Strecko and Miriana, who were so kind and welcoming and showed us the apartment and Strecko showed us his garden and the picnic area that we were free to use, even barbecue if we had more time there. The apartment was nice and spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable as well and the shower was fantastic! The apartment is in the same building that Tea’s parents live in-and it is in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. I felt totally safe there. There is a little hedgehog that was running around looking for food each night, so cute! The family invited us to join them each evening as the neighbors would meet and talk and laugh and share food together. We are so glad we joined them as they have a rare and thriving community right there and were so welcoming to us. We were lavished with gifts of wine, brandy, cookies, desserts, garlic and hot sauce. My only regret is not staying for a whole week! Pula Town was very nice and the Roman Arena was certainly awe-inspiring. We spent a lot of time there, and it’s worth the price to go inside and see what is underneath the arena. I highly recommend Tea’s place.

Nice apartment for two people, with the folding couch, it is a bit tight but with 4 people it is not a problem. Nice bathroom and great shower. Everything is newly renovated there. The sea is just 2 minutes and the newly built mall is also just around the corner. So you can go back to the supermarket in the evening and shop there quickly. The parents live in the house, but the apartment has its own entrance. The parents were really friendly. That's why the hospitality stands out. I can definitely recommend this accommodation for 2-4 persons.

We were warmly welcomed. The accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated. The sea is within walking distance. For us it was the perfect holiday!

I recommend Teas Beach appartment to all the world! When we arrived there was wine , fresh watermelon from her own garden and really nice local apple pie! We were welcomed by Tea and her parents and we instantly felt at home! I you need something the family is there to serve you before you even know you need something. Also we went on the kayak tour Tea organises and we also recommend this to everyone. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tea and her family are just the best hosts for a stay in the best setting you could ask for. The apartment is a minute walk from beautiful beaches. There are a whole host of activities to do in the local area if you have children - ours aged 6 and 9 had so much to keep them occupied. We went in a kayak tour which I can highly recommend and our last evening dinner at Farabuto is one to remember - just beautiful. The apartment itself is modern and spotlessly clean with everything you could need and more. Tea had left us lots of tasty bits and bobs in the fridge and the beer and wine went down a treat. This is the most perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday - thank you Tea and family.

This was an amazing experience! Tea was an exceptional hostess. We traveled by car and sat in traffic 4 hours longer than expected. Tea had fresh cold brews waiting for us when we got there. The accommodations were perfect and the place is very clean and nice. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The best part of the experience was having a hostess that knew her neighborhood and culture and could give great tips. Having been cut short on our vacation due to unexpected traffic, Tea called ahead and was able to get reservations at an excellent restaurant. The food in Croatia was some of the best food I’ve had through my European experience. We spent our first full day on a kayak/ cave exploring experience. That was a great way to explore the water and coastline. There is a connection for kayaking on Tea’s page. Meeting the neighbors was great and added to an authentic experience. Tea’s parents were next door and were so kind and welcoming. My regret was not spending enough time in Croatia. I would highly recommend This place if you are wanting a real authentic experience.

This place is amazing and Slaven and Tijana have been kind and always helpful. You should definitely book at least one night here!

What a wonderfull and peacefull place!! We could relax and enjoy looking at the sea and we even saw dolphines just infront of the lighthouse!!! We realy felt cosy and at home at any time although the wind was blowing outside!!The rooms are decorated individually and very nice, so you can feel the warm touch of the owner. If you want a very private atmosphere: This is your place! Sklaven & Tijana, t hank you very much for the effort you took in renovating the Marlera Lighthouse!!!

There are too many adjectives to describe Slaven & Tijana’s lighthouse: amazing, magical, awe-inspiring, peaceful, and above all, perfection. To say we loved our time at the lighthouse would be an understatement. Every aspect, from the beautiful decor to the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, is wonderful. Slaven and Tijana are the loveliest and have equipped the lighthouse with everything you could need. They also provide some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We’ve stayed in many beautiful Airbnb’s around the world and simply, Slaven and Tijana’s lighthouse is far and away the BEST.

Like in a fairytale! The location is terrific, you are far away from the village, wonderfully isolated. You and the beautiful sea in this beautiful house! The hosts are very friendly and good communicators, they speak English and Italian. The house is perfect, warm and clean. The lighthouse is a dream place. Very isolated from everything, in the midst of nature in front of a wonderful sea. At night you can see the fishermen and the starry sky is awesome! The house is effectively heated by radiators and an easy-to-use pellet stove. If you want you can light the fireplace for an even more romantic atmosphere! The hosts are friendly and punctual, the house spacious, comfortable and clean. We hope to come back soon

Spectacular experience, wonderful place, I recommend you try

Great area in a historic building with easy access to the rest of the city. We spent 3 nights on a whim here and throughly enjoyed the apartment — having parking was a big bonus and the proximity to the town and beach makes me think it would be a great home in the summer :)

High ceiling in this old villa makes this appartment shine like a star in thw middle of Pula. Its very clean in good location sorrounded by big pine trees which you will look when you wake up in morning. What more whould you need...

The apartment was beautiful, it was in a very good location, it was quiet. The carport in the courtyard was also great. I had a good and direct contact with Rose-Marie, in other words, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

All I can say is wow! Had one of the best airbnb stays I have ever had here. The host was very communicative and easy to contact. All details regarding check-in and a guide to the apartment were thoroughly included. Checked in very late as our trip to Pula was later than intended and it was no problem at all. The apartment itself is charming and clean, with beautiful accents from the building and art pieces. All amenities were spot on. Having a washing machine onsite made a world of a difference for us travelers. Location wise, it is central to everything in Pula (grocery, landmarks, mall, near to the water as well) if you have a vehicle. Overall, I would highly recommend this host. Thank you Rosemarie!

We had a lovely time at this place in Pula. The interior instantly makes you feel at home and we especially enjoyed the fully furnished kitchen. Rosemarie set everything up to work with minimal effort on the guests' part, so check-in and check-out worked like a breeze. The place is located in a nice and safe residential area, with about a 15 minute walk to the city center. If you want your own place when on vacation in Pula, look no further!

Rosemarie, is a brilliant host. Communication was swift and crystal clear. The apartment has such a good positive energy and is so quiet. The bedroom is like heaven! We loved the area with its old Austro-Hungarian buildings. Pula is such an interesting town and it was great to spend some proper time there. The walk into town took us approx. 20 minutes. We went through some back streets into a little park with views of the port and down a cobbled staircase. It was charming and very safe at night. We will miss it...

Rosemarie’s apartment is big, beautiful, clean and fully equiped! It might be the best Airbnb we’ve ever gone to. Rosemarie is a very good host, she’s super friendly and communicates very clear and fast! I’ve never felt so at home in an Airbnb before.

The apartment is modern, nice, well furnished and really close to the city center. Ljiljana is a really nice host and it has been easy to comunicate with her.

Ljiljana is an excellent host, very kind and helpful. Apartment, tastefully decorated is very centrally positioned but in a quiet street. Great help is also a sympathetic information wall with very useful information. Very happy to recommend for 1-2 people.

We loved our 4 night stay in Pula, Ljiljana’s apartment was lovely and perfect for a city break. It was stylish and clean, in a great location and had lots of local tips of what to do on the wall. It was cosy but no more than you need for 2 people in the centre of town. It has no oven so don’t buy frozen pizza or you’ll have to fry it in a pan like we did... We needed a little help on where to park and Ljiljana replied in minutes. Thoroughly recommended!

Maja and her family were so warm and supportive. The apartment was clean, beautiful and obviously had loving care. From the beginning Maja helped us with local suggestions for places to eat and activities to enjoy. I would definitely stay at this apartment again, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to others. Perfect location, very relaxed and lovely, and steps from all that Rovinj has to offer.

Great apartment in old town just steps away from restaurants and waterfront. As you’re above street level there’s no noise, and the air conditioning was a savior! Maja is a lovely host, present to great you and give you local tips but not overbearing. As mentioned the stairs are very steep and narrow but worth the climb.

Modern clean apt. in an amazing location right in Old Town of Rovinj. Maja and her husband were so warm and welcoming and gave us the best recommendations. Maja even let us do our laundry and took us to the best vendors at the local market. She was great at communicating and an amazing host. It takes a bit of effort getting up the stairs to the apt. but it’s totally worth it to be in the best location. Would highly recommend!

A clean, central flat - a perfect resting spot in the middle of a stunning city (if you're okay with stairs!) In Rovinj, GoogleMaps does not recognize where most addresses are, and parking is a 10-minute uphill trek away, so make sure to get detailed instructions from Maja. Overall, a lovely choice to see Rovinj and its surrounding area.

We had a great stay here - there is everything one could need (even with our 3–years-old) in the apartment and the hosts were very nice. We would always stay there again! :)

florijan and iva were really kind hosts. he welcomed us even before the usual check-in times and I’ve never seen such a beautiful and clean (!!!) airbnb-apartment ever. everything was new or, at least, seemed like it was new. the kitchen was really well equipped and so was the bathroom. you can leave your car directly in front of the house and it just takes 5 minutes by foot to reach the beach. you can even see it from the balcony. there’s a small supermarket just in the same street and you can reach kaufland or lidl just after a 10 minute drive by car. the neighborhood was really quiet and we just loved being there. i would highly recommend this apartment. thank you for having us!

Great location - quiet, 10 min walking to beach, 2 min to restaurant, close to bakery & grocery stores. Free car parking on the street is not problem. Iva and Florijan are the great hosts - met us, shown the apartment, helped to park the car. Also they are very responsive - gave us another set of keys on our request. We enjoyed our stay and will be more than happy to return here. Definitely recommend!

Iva & Florijan's truly is great. A modern apartment with everything you need and more that is spotlessly clean. Don't worry if you forgot to bring something on vacation, Iva has definetely thought of it. The location is great to explore the marvelous Istria, if u need public transport the local bus stops literally outside the building. Very well recommended!

We had such an amazing holiday at Vila Carla. Robert is a perfect host, very knowledgeable and helpful and made me and my family very welcome. The pool is a godsend in Pula which was very hot when we were there so being able to cool down and chill out by the pool was very much appreciated. Vila Carla is in a perfect location to be able to explore the city and get to the harbour to swim/kayak/reach islands to snorkel - we would really recommend this to all.

Lovely villa in a great location, near to beach, supermarket and restaurants . The pool area is ideal for relaxing and cooling down after busy days. Robert and his wife were brilliant hosts and could not do enough to advise on local area and help with booking taxis. Highly recommended.

Our Stay in Pula VillaCarla was marvellous: nice beaches close by in Verudela, nature in Kamenjak réserve and a lot of good restaurants ; Robert has been very kind with us, knowing all good places and always happy to help us. The appatment is convenient for family with nice living room and a swimming pool

We have been there 1 week. 7 adults and a dog. Communication and welcome was great. Makes you feel like home. The apartment was ok for us, though it might need some renovation here and there. The hosts were super friendly and have had many tips for us. All in all, we have had a great time at villa carla.

Sara is an amazing host, picking us up from the bus station in Pula Centre and welcoming us to one of her beautiful apartments. She provided everything we needed from great tips on places to visit/eat/activities. The apartment felt like a home away from home, comfy bed, clean and tasteful decor, with enough amenities for our stay. The view from the balcony was lovely. The area felt quiet and relaxing, but close to so much from beaches, to activities, restaurants, retail shops, supermarket, a great cinema (which we went to one evening) and a pleasant walk to the city centre. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Pula, you get the best of everything. Thanks again for a great stay Sara! 🙌🏼

Our stay in Pula was amazing! Sara was great & very friendly, appartment was big enough, well prepared, clean, tidy and nicely managed & very baby friendly (what we really appreciated). Beach was about 70m from the appartment, so it was very easy to get there with 11 month old baby and with all needed stuff. We are glad to give 5 stars (we would give even one more, if possible), really great experience & we will consider this place for our future stay in Croatia. We recommend this to anyone who wants beautiful, calm & peaceful vacation. Thanks Sara.

We had a absolutly great stay at that clean and well equpied appartment. A highlight was the wonderfull view from the balcony. The Apartment is well located nearby to a lot of small beach areas, a big supermarket and a bus Station Sara offered a great hospitality and gave us a lot of hints for our stay in pula

This is an immaculate, beautifully furnished and lovingly decorated top floor apartment with lovely sea views and a very nice balcony with afternoon and evening sun. Sara is an excellent and knowledgeable host. She picked us up and returned us to Pula airport and told us all about the best places to visit, swim and eat. We would endorse her restaurant recommendation of Farabuto, which is a superb local place about 10 minutes walk away.

Incredible! A beautiful view, clean, family friendly and very accommodating. What else can you ask for in a holiday house? It is very close to a large grocery store, a few bistro’s (we suggest Bistro Valkane for breakfast, try the omelette) and the bus in to town. We had a wonderful stay in late May. Pula has a lot of historical sites to see and the beaches around the house are wonderful pebble beaches (perfect for sunbathing and throwing rocks into the sea). Sara was so kind and helpful. She made a very appreciated effort to make our toddlers, my wife and I feel at home upon arrival. Beds were clean, kitchen utensils and coffee maker worked well and the view on the patio was very nice at sunset. For an enjoyable holiday in Pula, I highly recommend Sara’s place!

Beautiful house, with fantastic facilities. Nice welcome with wine and some food for the day, so you can survive without shopping for one day. The pool is heated and was brought to temperature before arrival so that you could swim well in October. A house to just relax and unwind.

Villa Lulu is beautiful. We were away from civilization when we wanted, but so close to beautiful amazing cities to visit when we desired! The pool, the hot tub, and the sauna made it all so that we loved lounging and relaxing. We cooked nearly all of our meals in the beautiful kitchen and found it well stocked, easy to use, and very good kitchen equipment. A beautiful and romantic place, we definitely recommend staying !!!

The house of Tatjana and Valdi is very lovingly and incredibly high quality and thoughtfully decorated and built! All things for everyday use and much more, such as food, shower gel, detergent, candles, etc. were available. As you can see in the pictures, great emphasis was placed on quality and style, in Natura it is even more beautiful! Pool and jacuzzi are heated, the sauna offers further luxury. Everything was spotless and there was absolutely nothing missing! Also in the fall absolutely recommendable, since you can enjoy all amenities, even if the weather is no longer optimally play along! The hosts were extremely friendly and endeavored to our well-being, also at any time attainable. The check-in was already on the VM and the check-out was easy and fine. We will gladly come back and can only recommend this accommodation to everyone! :)

Insanely beautiful and very stylishly furnished villa. Super clean and you felt immediately comfortable. Much more available than stated. Even had two bottles of wine as a welcome gift. Even the pool is heated. Absolute recommendation. We are still very impressed by the beautiful house!

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. The house is so lovingly decorated and it really lacks nothing. Valdi and Tatjana had heated the pool, so we were able to swim in October. The area around the house is also worth seeing. You can do many walks and also Labin (about 10 minutes by car) is definitely worth a visit. We were greeted by Tatjana and Valdi very nice and the check out was no problem. We will be back.

Tatjana and Valdis house is as beautiful as it looks on the pictures. We noticed all the small details and love they put in the furnishing. Everything matches in colour and style. The house is as clean as it can be. Just perfect. The kitchen was equipped beyond our expectations. We had herbs, tasty olive oil, wine, juices, water, beer and many thing more. The pool was heated which was very nice at the end of september. Valdi told us that the heating is new now (Sept. 2019). Unfortunately the jacuzi was out of order because of a thunder damage but should be fixed soon. The small sauna is very nice and gets up to 60 degrees in the top. The garden looks very nice and again just like in the pictures. It could be a bit more private. Both near neighbours are able to overview the pool and and a large scale of the ground. But they are very nice so it didn't bother us much. The area is very quiet. The next city with large supermarkets and a nice fishing village are both reachable within 15 min. by car. All in all we had a wonderful and relaxing stay beyond our expextations. Thanks for being such great hosts Tatjana and Valdi.

A top accommodation for someone looking for peace and enjoy the wonderful panorama of the east coast of Istria!

Our stay at the Villablu was great. The view is breathtaking, Robert as a host perfect (the best tips) and the area around Zagore is the most beautiful in Croatia. I was traveling with a larger group (6 people) and the place was relatively narrow. But it went well :) I would recommend this property to anyone.

Four of us had a great stay in the villa. You have everything you need: a nearly new and modern apartment with the basic equipment, a wonderful view, a clean and well maintained pool and jacuzzi and a great barbecue. Robert is a super nice host and the communication was uncomplicated and fast. We can highly recommend the house!

Super Location! Dream look! We really enjoyed the week with our 2 kids at Robert and Magdalena. The 2 are super nice and lovely hosts.

The house is placed in a small village with an amazing view. It's easy to get a taxi to the next village or the next town if you want to try new restaurants or shopping. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back, and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the non-tourist local side of Croatia. The nature and beaches near the house (brsec) are breathtaking.

despite moderate weather we had great days at Magdalena and Robert. You have welcomed us so warmly that we felt like home. Because they know the area and the people well, you could give us great tips for trips, tours or restaurants whatsoever. The house is easily accessible along the coastal road 66 and has a fantastic view to the island of Cres and Opatija. The house has everything you need to spend a great holiday. It’s a perfect place to stay if you prefer a calm atmosphere although you will definitely need a car. Jasmina’s house is comfortable and spacious and offers everything you might need. Jasmina is a great host and a communication with her is easy. We enjoyed our stay and I can recommend this place.

Jasminas house is very comfortable! Big space in the yard outside and also inside. My family stayed over Christmas and really appreciated the Christmas touches. There are three bathrooms, each with showers. The upstairs bedrooms have great views. We also used the outdoor BBQ for roasting marshmallows, which the kids loved. There isn’t a shop in the village, so make sure you bring some grocery supplies with you. Highly recommend place.

Jasmina was a fantastic host from when we booked the beautiful villa to when we had to say goodbye. This villa is situated in a quiet village in the country side, so it’s perfect for spending time thinking about nothing and letting the world go by. You could do this because the villa is fully kitted out with everything you could think of. You would ideally need a car to stay at this villa. There is safe, gated off road parking as well. The finish on this property is very high spec which you can tell throughout. Will be staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Natali. The house really exceeded our expectations!! The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The pool is big enough to start your day with some swimming exercises and to cool down during the hot hours of the day. The villa is brand new and so are all the utilities. Kavran itself is not very lively, but Krnica and Krnica Porat are wonderful places nearby to have lunch or dinner. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive and every morning there is small mobile bakery in the village of Kavran, literally a 2 minute walk from the house. The bathrooms (there are 3) are comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need and the living room also contains a sleeping couch for 2 people. The communication was efficient and super friendly. Jasmina always responded within half an hour to any questions that we had. We felt welcome and well taken care of! I would come back any time when I visit the area of Pula again! All the best in the future :)

This little house is so charming. Lots of peace and quiet and very private. Spotlessly clean and great hot water. The location near Pula was great but also the smaller towns around the area were great to explore. And when we needed recommendations the host was very helpful. Really great place to stay!

Looks really better than in the pictures. We felt very comfortable with the family, although unfortunately we only saw them once. A very nice neighbor even gave us olive oil. The location is great for traveling with a rental car through Istria. We have nothing to complain about (you have to be able to withstand insects: D), the cottage has everything you need (even to cook yourself, towels, sheets ...) Top! Thank you so much!

We had a relaxing stay at Gordana‘s place. Even though their own house is next to the bungalow with the apartment, we had all privacy we wanted. The terrace is great, behind the bungalow, just looking in olive trees and fields. There are also a sunshade, beach chairs and small tables in addition to the table to eat outside. Aircondition was very useful, especially for our dog. The kitchen is well funished. There is not much around, but we wanted a calm holiday so it was perfect. We got local tipps when asked for something very quick and the communication was uncomplicated. All in all we had a great stay - thank you very much! :-)

Gordana was a very friendly and caring host. I stayed for five days and felt the affection for her family and dog sweetie. The interior of the apartment was not spacious, but convenient, and above all, the garden of the olive grove was good. I'm a little disappointed that I don't have a dishwasher.

We were there for 2 weeks in September, and we felt comfortable all around. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable, very clean and perfectly equipped. The pool was super clean and beautiful. Branko was a great host and always available. We will be back.

We left late May. Ideal because not too many tourists. On 8 days vacation there, we had a majority of sunshine but 2 days of rain !!!! The temperature ranged from 16 to 24 ° North Croatia is a beautiful landscape between sea and mountains!

We really loved to our visit here and we highly recommend it for the families who loves to be in peaceful and authentic place. The village is nice, there is supermarket and some mornings you can buy fresh fish front of the supermarket. Light house beach to the right is really nice beach area. you need car - we wished not to need but I think it is necessary any way. The garden is lovely as the pool and the house.

The accommodation is in a small "guest house" in front of the main building. The check in was very uncomplicated. We were able to heat with the climate, so the accommodation is also suitable for colder seasons. The bed is a dream, really comfortable and you can relax a lot. Price-performance is really right here!

Nice and clean apartment in a quiet location. With the bikes we were fast on the beach, as well as fast in the city. A supermarket was only 80m away and a bakery and a kiosk (had to 24 clock on) were about 200 meters away. The communication with the host worked great and we had a very nice stay. Can you keep a secret? This is the most amazing airbnb place I've stayed in! Only 50m from the harbour, right in the centre but with a quiet private balcony. The place is very stylish and has everything you need. We really enjoyed staying in this little gem. Sebastian has a parking space close by. Bring a rucksack or duffel bag as the old town has cobbled streets.

Perfect house for a week in Rovinj. Location is great - so close to the harbour and all its restaurants and bars - but so lovely and quiet. The terrace is the perfect spot for relaxing. Sebastian is extremely helpful and always on hand to answer questions. If you require an airport transfer then do it through Sebastian - he'll get you great service at a good price. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone travelling to Rovinj and would love to stay there again one day.

I expect to be a nice stay, but it exceeded all of my expectations! We took the upper room, but it is bigger then it looks on the pictures, super clean and organized, small little touches here and there that makes that tingling feeling of warmth, of holliday vibe, and home special. Our host welcomed us and was more then willing to explain the surrounding and give some hints on where to go. It's really close to the beach, supermarket and a shopping mall. On Wednesday's the movies are half the price!(they have very comfortable seats!)

Sara´s flat is a great place for resting, walking to the beach and discovering Pula in general. The flat was bigger than expected, with great views to the ocean, super tidy, clean and very stylish. In addition, communication with Sara worked always good, also because Sara was very friendly and warm-hearted from the very beginning. Sara also gave us very useful tips about where to eat, where to hike and what to see in Pula. Therefore I would highly recommend this place :)

All important places (Pula, Porec, Rabac etc.) can be reached within 30 minutes. The communication with Ivan was great! We can warmly recommend Villa Seksta!

Nice clean accommodation in a very quiet location in the interior of Istria. Many interesting destinations can be reached without too long journeys by car, so that the house represents an ideal starting point. But you can also easily spend a day in the house, chill out by the pool or a small sauna session in the evening. Ideal with a few good friends! The four bedrooms are spacious and all equipped with private bath. I therefore recommend to rent the house with a total of 8 people. Also goes to ten if there are two painless, who have no problem sleeping on the couch or the extra bed. Highly recommended but really eight.

We stayed for a week with 10 people in the villa and it was really great! The house is big, clean and well equipped! Perfect for a holiday in a larger group! The nearest cities Pula and Poreč are easily accessible by car. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes (by car) and in the neighboring village there is an excellent pizzeria! The only minor drawback was that we only had 4 double beds so 2 had to sleep on the sofa. But for an 8th group I can only recommend the house!

Absolutely fantastic house in a rural setting. Especially the outdoor areas are great and gave us who traveled together good places to meet. We were three generations, 8 adults and 5 children, and everyone enjoyed themselves in the house. Larisa is very nice and helpful. Recommended !!

All liked it. Apartments in a quiet area, there is free parking. To the center of Rovinj 10-15 minutes on foot. The owner is very welcoming.

Great place: it's clean, there's airco, everything you need. They're also very friendly. It's a bit far from the old town of Rovinj if you have to walk. But you can hire a bike for 40kuna per day (tourist info center close by the apartment, don't hire a bike in the city center because it's more expensive). To conclude: definitely worth it!

We traveled a lot because we had a car (which you can easily park in the driveway) and mostly only in the evening in the apartment. Moreno is an extraordinary host. We found a nice welcome in the fridge and on the first night he gave us great tips, lots of very useful brochures and maps. His parents are also very friendly. The area is very quiet and was great for relaxing, but also for great things to do in the area with your own car for swimming, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, shopping .... We enjoyed the stay very much.

We had a lovely stay for 5 nights at the end of May 2019. Moreno and family were very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and we loved the amazing views. The kids loved the pool. You need a car to explore this area. Moreno gave us some good tips on where to visit. The local village is small but has a couple of lovely places to eat and a small market shop. The walk to the village is a steep one! Thank you to Moreno and his family. They work very hard to keep the place looking lovely. Highly recommend.

Through the covered terrace you have an extended living room, which can be used even in light rain. Overall - calm and pure relaxation. The pool is perfect for cooling off and splashing around for the kids. Moreno gives a good introduction and orientation in various excursions and takes care of the well-being of his guests. We enjoyed the stay very much and spent a nice time with land, sea and people. Gladly again!

Silva's apartment was a very comfortable, super clean and peaceful resort with swimming pools. Versatile kitchen equipment. The host was really flexible: we arrived at night after two and they waited in the yard of the apartment and upon departure we were allowed to spend the last day until night due to a late flight. Newly refurbished and stylish apartment in a great location for a visit to this very picturesque town. You will find everything you need in the apartment including value for money. Restaurants and shops are all close by. Graciela was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and quick to respond to our questions. We would happily stay again if we are passing through.

We had a lovely stay there! The host and his wife were very nice and accommodating, the communication went smoothly and quickly. The stove and the air conditioning enabled us to create a pleasant atmosphere in the house despite "winter". The view was breathtaking and the city was super beautiful. Unfortunately, we only had one restaurant open at the time of the trip, but there is a lot to do in the main season, despite the small village. Surrounding cities are easy to reach by car and the parking lot is not far from the house, so you didn't have to walk far with your luggage to the house. The equipment of the house is completely sufficient and it really has an incredibly beautiful flair and you can really feel good and relax! We had a great vacation there!

We had a wonderful time in the little apartment. It was rustic in the most charming way. The weather was chilly but they provided all the wood we needed to keep a firing going in the evening to keep us warm. The surrounding area is gorgeous and the wine and truffles were incredible. My only request would be that there was more utensils in the kitchen as it is very basic and made it a little difficult at times to prepare food.

There are not enough words to describe the beauty and peacefulness of this lighthouse. It was a sad day when we had to leave. This was one of the best family vacations we’ve had while in Europe. Thank you for allowing us to experience the calm beauty of Croatia in such a unique way.

Our holidays will be unforgettable, even if the driveway was adventurous ;-). Also Mario took great care of us. A magical place with a lot of charm - we can only recommend. Very beautiful quiet place next to the ocean. You open your eyes in the morning and can see the sea threw the window. The lighthouse is a perfect place to relax in the nature. .. and we saw dolphins every day direct infront the house.

Be prepared to fall in love with this place! You will be staying in a beautifully renovated lighthouse with all the amenities you will need while being surrounded by the most stunning views you can imagine-- fragrant pines with a backdrop of the stunning blues of the Adriatic contrasting with the brilliant white of the Istrian stone! I was able to sit with a cup of coffee or wine and soak it all in while my 4 kids happily explored the rocks and tide pools and water and trails. In the evenings we built a fire and cooked outside! Everyone in our group was happy and we left feeling refreshed and recharged! Yes, the last 2km of the drive was an adventure, but Mario was a great help (thank you, Mario!) and it only added to the uniqueness and memory of our time there! It is our dream to one day return to this paradise. Thank you so much

This is a hidden jewel at the Istrian coast. The (light)house is charming, spacious and it has everything for a comfortable stay. It is right by the sea (as you would expect for a lighthouse) and you have space- coast for yourself. Communication with the owner was perfect and the check in with the help of Mario and his SUV was smooth. We’ll definitely be back

This place is as beautiful/more beautiful than advertised. It is extremely relaxing but also very fun. If you like privacy, this is the spot for you because no one else (aside from the occasional boat) can even get near the place. The 4x4 ride down to the house is great and the views are even better. The house has everything you need. The trail nearby can take you to some good cliff-jumping if you explore a bit. I would recommend this place to anyone.
