You can't imagine how fabulous it is when you wake up and can see Aegean Sea directly! The room has the best view to see Aegean Sea and you even don't need to go to the beach at all. And the room itself is also great and there are a lot of fun staff.

We had an amazing 4 nights in the apartment. The kitchen facilities we're ample enough for our stay. The washing machine, along with washing powder was a great asset. Views are simply magnificent and the apartment is exactly as pictured. Murat also has a contact, Bedo, who can take day trips to Ephesus and Pergamon (Bergama) . He took us to Pergamon for the entire day, and was very friendly and kind-hearted. We have been in Turkey for almost 3 weeks and this has been our favorite accommodation so far.

With its hospitality and special attention, you feel like you are visiting your 40-year-old friend. I definitely recommend the view.

It's an amazing suite. You can see the sea in the dining hall and one of bedroom. It's near the bay an the city centre. Murat is very helpful and enthusiasm. Thank you for everything.

This is a homestay that doubles the price I would still live in. First of all, the house is in the old town near the sea, with invincible sea views. Secondly, the layout and equipment of the room reflect the care and love of the landlord. Furthermore, when it comes to Murat, the person is very enthusiastic and attentive, and his English is also very good. The Bedo companion he introduced is also very kind and loyal. Although the English is not so good, we still try our best to let us know everything he wants to introduce. Something, not as slippery as some accompany, trying to make money for you, we like them very much! Very reluctant to leave Izmir and hope to see them again next holiday!

The view is amazing. The place is good . The street is narrow and it’s not easy to find parking but Murat helped me and secured a car parking for me. The apartment is in the fifth floor and there’s not lift but Murat also helped us with the luggage. If you don’t have problem with climbing stairs, this apartment suites you because of the fantastic sea view .

Şipşak The right place to stay

While I was expecting a facility that wasn't too big, I came across a very large facility, contrary to my expectation. The bed of the room concept we stayed in was small. The first room they gave was under intense smell, although smoking is prohibited. They immediately helped and changed the room. Would definitely prefer again

The house was much better than I expected. When I saw the price of the house so affordable, I was afraid that it might be a problem, but when I entered the house, I realized how accurate I made the decision. I'm a weirdo who sleeps. The first day included slept comfortably and peacefully. Very quiet place. Having additional rooms, ie being able to change places, makes you feel good and keeps your home feeling quite high.

The host is excellent. He has provided clear instructions on how to arrive at this apartment. I didn’t even need to use Google maps to navigate from the airport to the apartment. Whenever he is inside the house, he would invite me to seat with him at the living room. He even offered to suggest places without me asking. You will totally not regret booking this apartment.

Although it's only a private room, the host respects your privacy to the point you feel like youre the only one staying at the place! Its in the city center and near to touristic sites. You can use tram to go around (sta 5mins walk from the house). Worth the value with great location!

Bora's place is a lovely adobe in the city center, which is close to the ever convenient izban (train) station. A lot of food options are within a comfortable 5-10 minutes walk. He's been very responsive and helps a lot with the check in and out.

Host Bora loves to talk. When we arrived in front of the hostel, Bora picked me up and guided me home and inside. And, the first day was Saturday, and we gave us what Bora cooked. He also served the Turkish traditional liquor, the rac and the tea. It's also great to have a washing machine and dryer available.

We stayed at Bora's place for a couple of days and it was one of the best Airbnb experiences. He helped us out with local tips, offered us some traditional Turkish delights and drinks. We even learned a few authentic Turkish dance moves! The place is exactly as pictured and the room is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back if I'm ever in Izmir again!!

The location is great. Very close to tram which is suitable for city tour and İzban line you can use from airport to Ali's place. You can find cozy and sweet places around the house. And don't be suprized to see sunday bazaar just before the house on sundays :)

Hasti was amazing host ,location near metro near tramway

It is necessary to think like renting a room in the comfort of an entire home. It is actually a living area with its own refrigerator and bathroom. Since the house is old, some places may seem dirty, especially the shower tray was only absolutely clean. Although it is winter, I can say that we did not feel cold at all, it only takes a little sun because of its facade, but if what you are looking for is a place where you can spend time and sleep at the end of the day, you do not feel that you are not in the room during the day. It can also be the most beautiful place in İzmir, in the location, just parallel to the fair area and a few minutes walk from Alsancak. Hasti is a libertarian and self-confident host who can reach whenever I need, and does not interfere with anything else. I would like to thank him very much. When I come to Izmir again, this is the first house I will look into. I would definitely recommend.

The location of the house is great. Just a few minutes walk to the museums and the clock tower square. In a very safe and beautiful street. I could not get enough to watch the most beautiful view of the city of Izmir. I'll come again. The most beautiful and cleanest place to stay at this price.

Tolga's house is really comfortable: it is very well located, a very short walk away from a metro station and near lots of bus stops. The neighbourhood is quiet and the views are amazing, so you will enjoy going out as much as staying in. Plus, the attention of the host was unbeatable: he took care at every moment that we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and he even suggested us places to go and a restaurant to try.

Had an astonishing stay at Izmir as Tolga's place is a very good bang for the buck because of the view it offers. It is up a hill, so its quite a moderate hike as it is on a fairly quiet street just a couple of blocks away from Konak Square that's got all the shops you could need. The apartment is well suited for up to two people. Great hospitality from Tolga as he provided us with many essentials which are mostly missing from many AirBnb's you'll go to. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Izmir.

Myhappyhome is in a great and central location in Alsancak. The space has high ceilings and is in a historic Levantine house only a few minute’s walk from the railway and Kordon promenade. I would highly recommend this hostel for the location and price

Such a nice cozy little house right in the busy center of Izmir, but still quite enough to relax. Walking distance to the ocean where you can watch beautiful sunset. Close to many shops, restaurants and bar. Yunus is such a cool owner, if you have a chance to get to know him. Although he's a quiet man, but he can make you laugh with just one word of his joke. You should also use his kitchen and his knifes selection, if you like to treat yourself a nice homemade meal. I wish that I could stay in Yunus's "My Happy Home" for longer time.

The location is easy to find, the house facilities are general, the lighting effect is average at night, there is a big gap with the picture, the bathroom is not heated, and the toilet is very cold at night. The parking space at the door cannot be casually parked. The location we started at was not good. The landlord didn't speak English well. I helped someone find out and explain it to us. Our car was prevented from being towed by the police car. Thank you!

A very good room. And Hakan always responds in a very short time. Close to Basmane Train Station. So if you want to go to Selçuk by train, it will be easy, fast and comfortable. It is also close to the bus stop of the bus company. An easy place to reach!

This apartment was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable and roomy. It has a washer and Murat took the time to show me how to operate it. The apartment is right above a pedestrian street but we slept in the back bedroom and weren't really disturbed by it. I would stay here again.

The location is great and safe. We went there by car and the door man was waiting for us at the parking place.

Onat is a great guy, definitely come to Izmir and stay in Onat, he has a beautiful house right next to the elevator, close to the subway, clean and netflixi.

A super relaxing stay at Onat, the rental is in a district which is a little in the heights of the city so beautiful view not to be missed !!! The location is between the tram and the Izban (Izmir metro) so from the airport or from the center (Alsancak) access is very simple, when I returned by tram I took the historic elevator through the Dario Moreno Street. The house is spotlessly clean with simple and cute decor the beds were very comfortable. Onat is of a great generosity and kindness he offered us to the hosts and to me a bottle of rosé which he appreciates in a beautiful atmosphere with candles with very interesting topics of conversation and when waking up good Turkish brunches as we love. Surely one of my best Airbnb experiences.

Serdar Bey was a very good host, his house was very clean. We had everything we needed. We did not have any problems with heating and showering. The location of the house is really excellent. We thank him very much for everything.

Serdar was very prompt at giving responses. The apartment was close to the metro as well as in a prime location. Izban is just 2 metro stops away and all other important places are just a metro away. The apartment had nice double beds and good kitchen to cook. Internet is also included. I would recommend to stay here if you are considering Izmir.

The house is located in a very central location, very convenient to transport everywhere when we arrived the host welcomed us very warmly the first day we had trouble in the air conditioner was immediately interested in the problem and everything you may need at home is an ideal place for the holiday and we were very pleased with the hospitality of Serdar
