Shopping Mall
“Oceanfront restaurants and retailers are the feature of this mall that is centered amid the Ka’anapali high rise resorts. This leans toward designer-style shopping. Notably, Louis Vitton, Kate Spade and Tommy Bahama keep stores at Whalers’ Village. They sometimes feature hula lessons and local entertainment as a bonus.”

“Ka`anapali Beach stretches over three miles, and is considered by many to be one of the most pristine beaches on all Maui. Once named "America`s Best Beach," Ka`anapali has something for everyone! Seven resorts and The Whalers Village are all located along Ka`anapali. A shoreline walking path will take you from one end of the the beach to the other. This action-packed beach offers beach goers a chance to partake in all kinds of water activities, or to simply relax for a bit of people watching. During sunset, be sure to watch one of Ka`anapali`s most famous attractions -the cliff diving ceremony. Each evening at sunset, a cliff diver lights the torches along Black Rock and then dives off the cliff`s edge. This beautiful ceremony is not to be missed! A parking garage is located at The Whalers Village and provides hourly parking. Do not forget that with a purchase from The Whalers Village, you can validate your parking ticket for three free hours of parking.”

“I get asked about Luaus all the time, and you should go to a luau if you want, but for the best dancers, Hawaiian music and a sunset cocktail check out the Tiki Bar at Ka'anapali Beach Hotel.”

“Black Rock Sheraton, snorkel and beach. Go to the Sheraton, Kaanapali down by Whaler’s. There are about 12-15 free public spots (first driveway) in underground parking at Sheraton if you get there early in the morning. Otherwise, there is pay parking at Sheraton. Also, you can park at Whaler’s if you buy something and get some free time at Whaler’s parking. Hula Grill is located there. Fantastic beach. Also, great snorkeling at Black Rock at Sheraton. Mornings are best. Lots of shopping and food.”
