Vicky is a great host, although due to the travel ban imposed by my country to Taiwan, we were not able to stay with her. They provided a full refund eventho the cancelation was submitted on the day of over stay. I would come back to Taiwan and stay with Vicky if I get the chance again.

A very clean & comfortable place to stay. Short distance to MRT. A 7-11 store located nearby. Many shopping mall nearby. Friendly staff even helped to book day tour for me with extra discount. The only shortfall is the soundproof is not that good. Can hear next door switch on off sound.

Probably the biggest plus for Kevin’s place is the locAtion. Being near the metro, the entire city can be reached easily. There is a nearby morning market for early risers to explore too. I like how Kevin quickly responds to my messages although I wasn’t able to see him in person. All in all, this is a great place I highly recommend to everyone!

Vicky’s place is super nice! It’s RIGHT above the Liouhe night market, which makes getting midnight snacks really easy and fun. Access to the building is simple and Vicky’s instructions are very helpful. When I make it to Kaohsiung again, I’ll definitely stay here

This place has great style/value as it sits right above the street night market and it easy to get too from the MRT. We enjoy the fact that street food was everywhere!! [To those who are sensitive to noise, the night market generates a bit from 8 pm ~1 am but dies fast as street stalls close down (earplugs are provided ^^)]. Will stay again in the future!!

The apartment is old but clean and free of bugs. There was a night market and Miryeodo station right in front of it.

Good location

You simply cannot beat the location of Vicky’s place. A quick walk to the subway means you can easily get around town and to the train station, plus the entrance to her building is right in the middle of a night market, so there plenty of snacks and food right at your doorstep beginning in the late afternoon. Check-in was a breeze and she always responded to us promptly when we contacted her. Plus, her space is simply so cute! She’s got some fun surprises hidden around the space, like fairy lights that light up on the tent/canopy above the bed, and a little machine that makes a rainbow on the ceiling when you turn it on! if you’re coming to Kaohsiung

By far one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. The view was INCREDIBLE and the room was super spacious (for Taiwanese standards). We've been staying in a lot of Taiwanese Airbnb's as we travel around, and this one was perfect for us to sprawl out and relax while enjoying the view. It's 5 mins from the metro which was awesome, too, as we got to visit a bunch of major attractions in Kaohsiung. I would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Kaohsiung. You cannot beat the value of this place.

Kevin’s space is clean and tidy. Looks like a newly furnished room. It’s about 2 minutes walk of the subway exit, and there are a couple of breakfast places within a minute’s walk.

The apartment is about 10 min walk from Taiwan train station. There are night markets nearby and pretty close to the main touristic sights for example Chikan tower. It was a self check in. The studio apartment is clean and stylish. We were 3 and the 3rd bed which is a pullout sofa was already prepared on arrival. It saved us some time and effort. It was a great stay!

The apartment is about 10 minute walk to Zuoying High Speed Rail station and a few more minutes to Zuoying metro train station (which is connected to Shinkong Mitsukoshi shopping mall). There are also other malls nearby, which makes the location really convenient. It is a new apartment so if you're taking a taxi, do follow the directions given by the hosts, else it's a bit of a detour to find the place. The apartment is exactly like what you see in the pictures on AirBnB and it was clean with amenities provided. The hosts were prompt with their responses from reservation to checkout and they also gave good local tips for food and shopping. Earlier check in may be possible at an extra charge and you can also leave your luggage near the apartment after checkout. There are also lockers at the train station if you would like to leave your luggage there instead. Great place to stay while we explored Kaoshiung and the Lotus Pond Scenic Area (Dragon Tiger Pagodas) is nearby too!

The community is great, it is very convenient to have two bathrooms (while not using too little water pressure or no hot water, great), sharing fake money with many people is really super high quality and high cp value 值

Host was friendly and came to meet us at MRT and took us to the place. The place is about 5 min walk from the MRT and there is a mall right next to it. It’s next to the highway so it gets a bit noisy but once you close the window , it’s ok . Overall the stay was good.

We had a great stay here and found it in a great walkable distance from everything we wanted to see. A bus stop across the road taking you to the station was very helpful too. The bathroom was cool and we enjoyed the bath after a long day! The bed wasn’t the comfiest but the place was stylish and spotless. Be mindful of the street noise and the steep staircase which probably wouldn’t be suitable for elderly guests. We would definitely stay again!

In addition, the room had recommended stalls, dishes, and instructions on how to use other room facilities, so there was no problem. When you come to Kaohsiung again, there is no other option.

TV. Refrigerator. Microwave oven. Induction cooker. Cookware. Bowls. Tableware. Drinking glass. Everything feels like a small space. The whole building seems to be not soundproofed so that it is noisy to neighbors. The hot water in the bath gets hot very quickly, but you can't run it too hot at one time.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights. Liang is a very good and communicative host. The location is nice, 13 minutes walk to rail road station, 7 minutes walk to Confucius temple. There are some convenient stores few blocks away. The room is very clean and neat. The only down side is the bed is a thin spring box bed, so it’s very soft, lack of support. Besides that, we are very happy with our stay here.

The room was very tidy. The two cats of the landlord were loved and would not bite. They were cute and made people feel like coming home. There is a Starbucks opposite. When you check out, you can go to the opposite side for a breakfast before setting off for a trip.

Clean and spacious place with a night market in the next block. This is not at the prime of the city but it was convenient nevertheless. Do note that if you have 2 people they will only open up 1 room for you and need to share the same bed, so if you want to have separate beds with your friends you will have to pay extra yo get access to the 2nd room. There is a very good juice place downstairs that opens late and the papaya milkshake is DELICIOUS. Recommend this place.

The reception is really bad

It was close to Miryodo station and in front of the night market. It was not loud and the room was bigger than I thought I want to visit again the next time I am in Kaohsiung
