Numerous hiking trails are available from Kowar (including to Sněžka, the Edge Pass, the Rock Table), which are a great alternative to (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. A quiet neighborhood in the middle of lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits to deer, deer, and rabbits. At the same time close to the center (10 minutes on foot).
