This organic house is the larger of the two neighboring cottages (both can be booked together for at least 6 people, see also "Biohaus Wiese"). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 toddler who want to enjoy the elevation above the Moselle Valley, very close to the oldest city of Trier.

The pedestrian zone of Trier and all sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university can be reached in a few minutes by bus. The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.
