VERY clean place, VERY close to the station. The host responds to messages immediately, and in the event of a refrigerator failure that happened before our arrival, the reaction was immediate. We received clear directions for entering the apartment, and the stay itself was trouble-free.

Beautiful apartment, ideal for one person or a couple. It surprised us with its shining purity! Location basically the best that can be. We only had a problem with setting the water temperature in the shower (a bit of technique and one gets lost), but we would still be happy to go back there! :)

Everything great, the apartments despite the close proximity of the station soundproofed so that you do not listen to trains. For this heating, so in winter it is warm and really spacious :)

Stayed for one night, so we don’t know how noisy it was from the train station during the day, but everything was very comfortable for our stay. The apartment is conveniently located, although it took us 20 minutes to find the right exit from the railway station complex, since there are many exits and it is very confusing, and in the morning it turned out that the house is only three minutes from the exit, where the bus arrives from the airport. Very detailed instructions from the owner, the apartment is warm for the month of January and clean. The only thing: wait a long time until the water escapes and finally becomes warm)) We definitely recommend.

Good location, right next to train station but it wasn’t too loud at night. The place is really nice, the sofa bed is comfortable and the space is done in a stylish way. The key-in system to the doors is really easy. It definitely exceeded my expectations, would stay there again.

In February we spent a weekend in Katowice with a friend. I've been looking for a long time for an apartment that will have "this something" typical of us. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Spacious, quiet, stylish, modern with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen accessories, and in the bathroom a hairdryer, lotion, shampoo and even a body lotion. In the corridor a large mirror in which you can look from top to bottom

Stayed there 8 nights. Very good location. Small but very nice room. I had everything i need. there are even tea, sugar and coffee machine with capsules as well as toster. Probably microwave oven would be nice to add and shared laundry machine was sometimes noisy... But it's not so important

Very nice & clean apartment for a short stay. Handy location in the city centre - this makes parking pretty hard. Perfect communication with the owner. No hassle check-in and check out. All as described in the offer- just make sure you take coffee capsules for the coffee machine if you want to use it. 100% recommended.

The place was exactly as described and showed in photos (just be aware that it is in basement, so if you expect waking up with sunlight, don't :)). Really clean and we got everything we needed for pleasant stay. Perfect place for a base when you plan to walk around a lot. It is small, but comfy appartment :) When we needed some help or item, the host was willing to help instantly.

Stylish apartment in the city center where there are many cafes and restaurants to relax. The windows looked inside the courtyard, so it was not noisy. We liked. Who can drive a car very well, you can drop by neatly into the yard. Free parking if there is a place. I do not recommend girls who travel with heavy suitcases. You need to raise 3 fl.

The place is clean and tidy and has everything you need for a stay, plus has the best location in terms of position: 5 min from the bus station and 7 from the train one and just walking distance to everything. Easy self check in and perfect space for 2 people. Is on the 2 floor without elevator, make sure you can carry your luggage upstairs.

Nice place to stay in Katowice. It's close by the main street. The flat is clean and your room comes with fresh bed sheets and towels and some water to drink. Communication with Arcadius is fast. He is a nice and helpful guy.

Apartment very close to the center, excellent cleaning and excellent directions to access the apartment, nothing to say, I recommend it!

The apartment is really bright and friendly. Located very central right in the center of town, where all the shops, restaurants and cafes are located. A proper dining area is lacking. There are fine kitchen facilities. Wifi was somewhat unstable and not powerful enough to play video, for example. There is only elevator to the 11th floor, so you have to go up stairs to the 12th floor.

Just awesome. Clean and cozy nice apartment. Well connected to centrum by tram. Tatiana has been lovely, she helped us when we needed and recommended some great places to go. Always smiling and caring. I think that the price for luxus you'll get is breathtaking. This was my first time using Airbnb and I think this is just the best one out there. Like nothing in cons.

Ms. Kai's apartment is located in the heart of Katowice, we have a few minutes to the train station, but despite the proximity of trains and disco in the building is quiet. Extremely stylish, artistic space with everything you need for a successful holiday, the apartment is quite cold, but on our visit it was warmed up in the fireplace and radiators available. I do not treat it as a disadvantage, but I recommend you to buy warm slippers. :) Check-in is also a plus, a large freedom of hours, and mother Mrs. Kai extremely hospitable. I would recommend. :)

A flat in a tenement house on the top floor, which involves a lot of stairs, so you have to keep that in mind. As for heating, just ask for heating in the oven then it is warm in the room. The whole apartment is magical. It has a really unique atmosphere. It is located in the very center of Katowice. Opposite is the Rialto Cinema Theater and it is about 5 minutes to the Silesian Theater. It is not far to the vegan bar "Złoty Osioł" and the delicious restaurant "Żurownia".

A pleasant place, artistic decor, a very comfortable bed and a warm bedding set. Place cool, but there is a radiator that can be turned on and it is warm.
