By location: perfect! Walking distance to Kazan (registry office), Bechetle store, grocery hypermarkets in the neighboring house. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the Riviera, about 15 minutes to the Kremlin. Metro station 10 minutes walk. When living there was a personal request, which the owners decided at the time. Bottom line: choose, you will be satisfied!

The apartment has everything: a large dining area in the kitchen, a microwave, a stove with an oven, you can cook everything, a dishwasher, a huge refrigerator. All utensils and kitchen utensils are present, including salt, sugar, spices, oil. The bathroom has a good-sized shower, which is convenient. The room has a large bed, sofa and TV for relaxation. We love to walk and we did not bother that the apartment is 700 m from the center across the river. 11 minutes walk to the metro; 40 minutes to the Kremlin and the embankment; 50 minutes to the Bolshoi Drama Theater. Nearby is the Chalice, a favorite venue for winter activities for Kazan residents, so there were too many cars and in the evening the police blocked traffic and made the street pedestrian. Therefore, if you are going to the New Year, as we arrive at the parking lot at lunch, in the evening do not drive to the house. We will definitely return to this city and will be happy to stay here in the future.

The house in which the apartment is located is fenced and guarded, therefore, in our opinion, it can be considered safe. The location is convenient: a five-minute walk is the metro station Kozia Sloboda, and the next station, the Kremlin, is right at the foot of the Kazan Kremlin, on Bauman Street, the main street of the city with many cafes and entertainment. In addition, a minute's walk from the house is a cheap Cofix coffee shop, as well as grocery stores. The owner was hospitable and friendly, showed the apartment and suggested where you can eat cheaply. In general, we were satisfied and definitely recommend.

The host was very friendly and the tourist information was really detailed so it was easy to travel! The location is good (near downtown) so I walked most of the tourist attractions. There is a big supermarket right next to the house and a pretty and delicious cafe. And the interior of the house is really pretty than the picture, so I was admired. The only drawbacks - sometimes there were problems with the toilet tank and the intercom did not work, but these are trifles. Frankly, I was waiting for the trick to the last (although the owner was always in touch and explained everything intelligibly step by step). But when I arrived, I realized that my doubts and fear weren’t worth it) Not only was the ride to insanity easy (and even more convenient than the standard one), but when I went into the apartment I was just in heaven with happiness!) SMELL FROM FRESHNESS, thought out every moment, it’s very comfortable, the feeling is “like at home”, and actually there was nothing to complain about - the apartment has EVERYTHING for a comfortable stay, that's just it!) I really liked the quality of the mattress on the bed, the child liked the sofa on which he slept, excellent a kitchen where everything is also there (special thanks from my son for a mini-surprise for it)), all new furniture and nowhere spoiled. The owner did not have to ask questions, as everywhere there are cards with instructions for use. The courtyard is closed - just a fairy tale! We stayed with Lilia together with her husband on the weekend of February 23, 2020. We had a late flight, and Lilia kindly offered and bought us basic necessities, met at home. The house is new, modern, the territory is closed, well-groomed, quiet, comfortable and safe, the apartment is new with a fresh renovation, a huge terrace (namely a terrace, no balcony and no loggia), everything is thought out and has everything you need, and even more - equipped modern kitchen with with all the necessary utensils and even groceries, the bathroom had clean white towels, a hairdryer, soap, the room even had threads with a needle, clean linens, a comfortable bed, an iron, travel brochures. The apartment is located very conveniently - the center is close and can be reached by public transport, and very, very inexpensive by taxi. Nearby public transport, across the street at two steps Pyaterochka, within walking distance of Bahetle and the other side of McDonald's. There are also many other shops and consumer salons from the service sector.
