“Delicious tricolad cake... very naughty.... also a 100% chocolate cake that is equally decadent. Good variety of tasty food. The nearest i have come to a genuine greek salad (as long as you get them on the days that they serve imported feta made from goats milk and not the local feta made from cows milk) . There is usually no red wine vinegar either but i have taken to taking my own along with me.. :) - reasonable prices. The early morning full English breakfast is a feast that you have to try at least once”

“Wasp & Sprout A bit of a hipster hangout (Nairobi’s traditionally never had these, so suddenly they’ve become very trendy)! This is a coffee shop located on Loresho Ridge Rd, which is about a 10 minutes away by car, but a fairy pleasant drive. Its a great place to go if you want a quiet place to get some work done in the morning, but also does a good breakfast, and also sometimes does live music at night (check their FB page). ”

“"You know how sometimes you just need that escape into the world of magazines and fresh pastries? Whispers is the place to be. For a real cappuccino, light meals, mega juices and smoothies, or the best desserts in town, this cafe with a garden, set in the same building as the Baraka Gallery, is just the ticket."”
