Lovely 1BR apartment with stunning sea view and large uncovered terrace 33sqm with electric sunblinds and 53sqm covered area. The apartment is on the ground floor, but the building is built in "steps," so you have an amazing view. It's a very quiet area but close to amenities, 8min walking to restaurants, bars, mini markets, bakery, etc, and 20 min walking to "Sandy Beach" surf spot. Perfectly situated between Coral Bay and Paphos City (10min drive). There is a communal pool as well to use.

Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. One full bathroom inside and another by the pool. Sitting room with TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen with all appliances, dishes and staples such as flour, sugar, etc. Use of a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, all washing products, iron and ironing board.
