“"IN THE HEART OF THE CITY! In downtown Knoxville on Gay street, you will find this little market. You can find anything that a full grocery store carries, but in small quantities. It even has a small deli.”

Grocery Store
“A great community food co-op for your grocery shopping, if you prefer to eat local. It also has an excellent hot bar, and its Saturday morning brunch bar is one of the best kept secrets in town...I highly, highly recommend!”

“Sunday 1–10PM. Monday 4–10PM. Tuesday Closed. Wednesday/Thurs 4–10PM. Friday 4–11PM. Saturday 1–11PM. We have designed our brewery so that we have every advantage in creating unique small batch ales. Brewing in small batches affords us the opportunity to constantly create new and exciting beers. Our goal is that each time you visit or taproom, their is a beer available that you haven’t tasted before.. We have no set styles that we will only brew. Seasonality, customer requests , availability of ingredients and the brew masters whim will determine what we brew. If there is a certain style of beer that you would like to see, by all means, please let us know. We will put it on the brew schedule. (taken from website) ”

“From website: As warm weather sweeps East Tennessee, we wake up to new sights and smells every morning ... dogwood, redbud, and wildflowers outdoors, and equally enticing aromas inside SoKno Market. Start your day with a cup of SoKno Joe and a breakfast sandwich, or stop by for lunch and try one of our craft sodas and a panini stuffed with Fox's Famous peachwood smoked barbecue. Can't get away until later? Wake up on your drive home with a handcrafted milkshake -- our Rocketman features Chadwick's Churn Vanilla Bean ice cream and a shot of our signature cold brew coffee. Features local artists. ”
