Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Our guest cottage of 26sqm is recommended for 2 persons. The cottage is nestled in beautiful pine forest, here you can relax everyday life and let the stress run off you. Around the cottage, nature shifts and offers many opportunities for recreation, but above all the proximity to the sea that you reach with a 7minute walk. The cottage has an open plan with a small kitchen, there is a toilet, shower with underfloor heating. We live next door so we are usually on site if we need to help with anything. Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a promontory in Vittsjö lake area so here you have the peace and quiet, but is still only a walk from shops and trains. The forest in front of the knot and lovely hiking areas. Good fishing just meters from the front door. You will wake up with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy the starry skies and the owls' howling at night.

This newly built cottage is located out in the countryside 1.6 miles from Kristianstad. Just below the cottage there is a pond that with a wood-fired sauna that borrowed right next door. Sauna costs 200 SEK to borrow. With a double and a single bed, the accommodation suits both the couple, the small family or those who like hunting. There is a nice hunting tower about 300 m from the cottage.
