Beach, restaurants, etc... are just in 4 minutes walking distance. The unit has 2 queen size beds, and sofa bed. Full kitchen, dining table, showers (1 inside, 1 outside), toilet, patio table/chairs and secured room just for your sport gear. it's one year old , so nice mattresses and modern appliances. WIFI works, everything works great. A metal gate keeps property safe. Full privacy from curios cows and people. Enjoy your private patio with great ocean views (especially sunrise :-)

Situated in in the desert 3-4 miles north of town you can definitely relax here! This room has large windows for fantastic views of the ocean,so you can watch the sunrise without getting out of bed!
