In general, the apartment met our requirements and expectations. Large balcony, sea view. The apartment has a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, enough outlets and adapters, a large heater (actual in January). The location was specially chosen not in the center, but getting to the center and the airport is not a problem - there are two bus stops near the house. It is also nice to take a leisurely walk along the sea to the center for 30-40 minutes. In general, everything suited us.

Constantino's place is the perfect place to stay in Larnaca. The flat is well-equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The view and the location are just great: a five minute-walk to the beach and an amazing private balcony from which you can see the airplanes or just enjoy the sun. We stay first time in Larnaca and were lucky to stay in Kostantinos’s apartment.. Honestly you can’t see how really fantastic panoramic view you have from your so big balcony.. Before we came my husband which get used to have condition were worried about that but really that was absolutely no problem because that place near Mackenzie beach always has wind and most important you have fantastic view from the kitchen window we’re you can see Salt Lake also window in the bath .. So when you have open all there are best ventilation ever.. There are small shops near by restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafes in Mackenzie beach and by the road to the Zentrum. 5-15 minutes walk. If you like to cook fresh calamaris, dorados, lamp or chicken and really like to stay home and have the dinner at home you can go by bus to the zentral and walk to the metro.. We did rent the car and other day the taxi 15 euros and you can by all food and water you in METRO.. Of course we like our stay in Konstantinos’s apartment and next time we definitely come back! Thank you!

Communication with Constantinus was very pleasant. Answered quickly, all problems were solved. In the heat without air conditioning very hard. The location is great. Sea, cafes, restaurants, bus stop all nearby.

Great apartment at the best location in Larnaca!

An exquisite apartment at a prime location with exceptional views. Beautiful sunrise views and right in the centre of the tourist area, with a supermarket just downstairs and many dining options on the nearby beach road. Public parking around the corner. The place was just like in the photos. Overall impressed and very satisfied.

The place is in a really nice location close to the beach with a nice view. The communication was great and they even offer a pickup from the airport which is good since he know exactly where to go and is about the same price as a taxi. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay for my first trip to Cyprus. I definitely would go back and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone. The host is awesome, the location is awesome, and the apartment was nearly perfect.

Nice clean and compact apartment with everything you need. Excellent location for the beach, shopping and nightlife. Located in a back street just off the main area which was a little surprising so recommend checking Google Street view as this may not suit everyone

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay in Larnaca. The appartment is cozy, clean, centrally located and as we stayed in winter the heating instalations were good too. Yv helped us very much with everything, responded fast to our questions and made us a comfortable check-in and check-out. We could not have wished for more.

Yv's accommodation is great, the apartment is about 3 minutes from the seafront and from the bus station to Nicosia, Ayia Napa, Limassol and co. away. Despite the proximity, the apartment is in a quiet location. The check in was great and we had a really fun experience with the cleaning staff who spoke perfect English and had some valuable tips in store. All in all, Yv's apartment is highly recommended!

Great location, superb view, sunrise, tasty coffee (choose any from Single Origin) on the 1st floor at the same building. The apartment is in great condition, the communication with the host was smooth. What else would you need? I recommend and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The balcony view is incredible, what a great way to start a day having breakfast alfresco :) The apartment itself is well designed, furnished, clean & neat. A bottle of chilled wine is also a nice touch! We had trouble with airport bus 425 from the airport - it does not stop in front of the block of the flats as stated in the description . We had to walk around 2 km which was still fine for us. The only(tiny) issue we had was with the bathroom steam. As there is no (functioning) ventilation in the bathroom, the steam comes out to the room, making unwanted humidity. You can still open balcony doors, but considering it's winter & heating is on, it's a waste of money, isn't? Just a thought :) Overall, great stay, perfect weather, enjoyed it &will recommend!

This space is a gem. A perfect view of the sea, especially in mornings when there is a spectacular sunrise. This apartment has a great balcony, comfortable (big) bed, and clean kitchen and bathroom. I walked the beach every day... Downstairs Coffee Berry and Maku are great sef-serve dining spaces with sea views. I was able to walk to the city center and countless beach side restaurants and shops. The airport is minutes away. I personally enjoyed watching planes coming in over the water, and the big ships in the distance. My visit was in winter, so I dressed for crisp weather, but I understood from speaking with residents of Larnaka that it gets VERY hot here - Winter was peaceful, but I imagine this area becomes a bustling beach destination in summer and warmer seasons!! Katherina was a gracious host! I enjoyed the complimentary wine and she also came by and left some oranges from her tree!! If you love the sea, this is the place for you in Cyprus!!

We had a rest in these apartments in February 2020. We booked a studio with a view of the side street, but Nadezhda provided us with a chic room overlooking the sea and Finnicoudes, for which special thanks to her. The location is very convenient, the sea and the promenade right under the windows. We lived on the 3rd floor - no noise from the car was heard at all. The room has everything you need (refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, etc.). Directly near the house there is no parking, but 300 meters found a large free one. We really liked everything. We recommend it to everyone!

It was a bit difficult to find the place, so look for Jiovannis store, the apartment is in that building. The initial apartment we booked is fully equipped, spacious, however not sunny at all. We were so lucky Nadia offered us another one with a sea view, and that was absolutely amazing, thank you so much!!!

Good value for money

Not quite an accurate description of the housing. The window does not go to the neighboring house, but to the well of the house. Because of this, there is not enough daylight in the room. But the excellent location compensates for all this. One minute to the beach. Very close to all the main shops of the city. In general, housing is quite good.

Nadezhda's place is nice and really close to the city centre and the beach.

This was an extremely pleasant experience, the location was amazing. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and the proprietor was fantastic. The shuttle from the airport was also greatly appreciated, as it's cheaper (15 euro) than taxis (20+ euro).

The best place for staying for good rest, even to live.

The best location in Larnaca, one minute from the beach, close to all sights, cafes and shops. The apartments themselves have a large area, from all the windows a chic look (to the sea or to the church) opens. Laila is very hospitable and sympathetic, she always helped us. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a good rest.

Pierre and Laila’s apartment is exactly as described in the pictures. The apartment is extremely well located, right on the seafront with spectacular views of Finikoudes promenade and beach. It’s a spacious apartment and is more than comfortable for two to three people. It’s also located close to some of the best restaurants as well as public transport. There is a nice 24X7 convenience store located on the ground floor of the building, which will supply you everything you need for your stay. Laila and Mo were very helpful and allowed us a late checkout. We spent over a week at their apartment and really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Everything was as described! We were with 8th months old baby boy and we had everything we needed for him. Location is great. If you are looking for exclusive place, this is not for you. But if you're looking for cozy and warm home this is a great choice. For our 4 nights stay we got free electricity from the host which was really nice gesture.

The apartment has everything that you need. I was traveling with my two other friends and we can say it was perfect for 3 persons. A nice view (yes, you can eat breakfast watching the sea), perfect location, close to restaurants and bars. There were no problems to contact Marios. Clear rules on how to check-in/check out, you will don't have problems on how to get to the apartment. Definitely you should choose this offer.

The sea was near, and there were many restaurants and shops nearby, so it was a convenient location. I was able to spend calmly in a quiet environment.

The location is very good, even in January. The weather itself is very damp. And I had to turn on pollination. But the owner provided this. Large shops with fresh fish are 1 hour away. Fruit shop 5 min walk. There are many cafes on the promenade, but we always cook ourselves. The kitchen has everything you need. There were even products from past guests. It's nice. The owner gave the wine. The apartment for 4 people is big. Airport nearby. Aircraft do not interfere. In the summer, it's just a find. But there is no air conditioner. Only a fan. thanks a lot

Really great apartment, very close to the beach. Just go through the small parking. The host gave us a remote control to the gate and we parked in closed parking. The apartment has everything you need, including fins and a diving mask. Fully equipped kitchen. Stunning view from the window and balcony. Shallow descent to water, good for children. Host very nice and obliging. I definitely recommend that place! It was a real pleasure.

The appartment is right next to the sea, the view is amazing! It is well-equipped and comfortable. We had a really great time here, I would absolutely recommend it!

On arrival, they found a lot of tasty in the fridge, which was very useful, as they arrived late. Nearby is a shop where you can buy food, drinks and almost everything you need on vacation. The house is located right on the beach, although mostly other houses are across the road. It is very convenient. There are lounge chairs, a karemat, mats and much more for swimming and a comfortable stay. A lot of games, discs with music. Ken was ready to help at any time.

We had pleasant stay without any hassle

Housing and conditions are consistent with the description, the only thing is great audibility if they speak loudly in the next room, and the rest is cleaned everywhere, in the bathroom with a toilet (there are 2 of them), towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper are provided, there are enough dishes and everything you need to wash it. Andreas gave full instructions on how to get from the airport, constantly in touch and promptly answers all questions that arise, also gives specific recommendations where it is cheaper to eat, buy, etc. We had a late arrival, we drove from the airport for a 2.5 Euro night bus 425 to the Agias Elenis stop (near the Old Hospital). from her a quick step to go 10-12min. By the way, it is from this stop that the 711 city bus leaves for Ayia Napa for 1.5 euros one way. We were in mid-January and because it was often cloudy and damp, and the room was not heated, it was cold inside, I had to put on all the warm clothes. It was possible to get heating for an additional fee, but we did not consider it necessary, because mostly just spent the night, and in addition to warm blankets, they were able to hide behind the covers that were in the closet + a couple of plastic bottles of hot water at their feet (under the covers) and it was very warm to sleep)). In a 3-minute walk there is a Metro supermarket and a bit further a market with fruits and vegetables, where you could buy a whole package for 1-1.5 euros, it helps a lot for self-cooking, especially if the budget is limited. Breakfast a couple of times on the balcony, while the weather allowed, it was very nice. In general, for such a price and conditions of stay in the house of Andeas were satisfied, I recommend.

Modernly renovated apartment. Spacious - two separate bedrooms. The large balcony with fantastic exterior is fantastic. Kitchen with huge fridge, lots of dishes. The city center is 15 minutes on foot. Nearby there are many cafes, restaurants, fish market. The hostess was constantly in touch, everything was on time and without delay. On the negative, the quality of cleaning was much better. The condition of some furniture in relatively new apartments is surprising

A splendid comfortable appartment in a nice location with magnificent sea view. Wanderfull sun rises Evenings, ideal for a glass of wine on the balkony with apperitifs and in general enjoyable meals. Equipements are modern and everything is very clean. Close to delightfull fish and traditional mediteranean restaurants while provisions can be easily made in the near shops (almost at the opposite a kiosk and after a walking at a supermarket). The walking distance to down town (up to the castle) is quite reasonable within a few minutes along the sea promenade. The building is well maintained and the neighbours are friendly and discrete as most locals and foreign residents in Cyprus are. We have been received by Kateryna who instructed us everything in detail with care. A highly recommendable accomodation for the lovely city of Larnaca and as base to go all over Cyprus.

Andreas was helpful and communicated very quickly. I had no problem finding the place and the location is practically downtown. The host offered to cover for any inconvenience. I'd be happy to come back.

Nice place

Andreas is an attentive and scrupulous owner, left accurate instructions for checking in, ordered us a taxi. Housing is 20 minutes. walking from the beach, but this was only a plus for us: each time we got acquainted with new streets and sights. I liked that there is a washing machine, a cooler with cold water. And no mosquitoes! On the terrace on the 2nd floor it's nice to sit in the evening. Thank you Andreas!

It was wonderful. Easy to get from the airport and five minutes to the sea. Nearby is the Cathedral of St. Lazarus and lovely cafes. Even under the windows you can see very cute cats.

Lakis court is great place to stay in Larnaca, perfect location, even it is in the center of town, it is very quiet. It is spacious apartment with big comfortable bed. WiFi is good. Apartment near the center of Larnaca (900m). Super access to other cities thanks to the Intercity bus. Store opposite the apartment. It has air conditioning and the most necessary kitchen tool. Small balcony with a view of the center. Communicative, helpful, caring owner. Apartment 200m from the Mediterranean Sea.

This apartment is in a great location (5-10min walk to the sea). Ekaterina is a great host who answered all of our questions and responded promptly to messages. She even offered to take us on an excursion, and also offered to drop us off at the airport. Needless to say our stay was very enjoyable. The only improvement I would like to have seen is better shower pressure. I’m not sure if it is a Cyprus wide thing, but the shower pressure was very weak.

They are located near the sea and the promenade) Ekaterina is a very friendly hostess, she waited for us, even though we arrived late in the evening and checked in after 11. The apartment is very clean and quite spacious for two people. The location is great, close to all possible destinations. The only point that is difficult to find the entrance to the house, the map shows the location is not accurate, so it is worth clarifying the entrance in advance. For this you will get a kitchen with everything you need, a comfortable living room and a soft bed and a lovely balcony. The owners were quite accommodating and treated us to wine and fruit, we received all the instructions and found a list of recommendations.

We had a great time in Larnaca. The flat was clean, the location is perfect, we could reach our host at any time. The atmosphere itself it was nice in the apartment, we had everything what we needed, even more than expected. The WiFi connection is faster enough and the place is quiet.

I had a great stay for 6 weeks at Dimitrios and Andreas's place. The apartment is very centrally located and is exactly as pictured. The check in/out process is very straightforward, and Dimitrios and Andreas were available to answer any questions that I had. I will definitely come back here when I return to Larnaca.

We rested in the apartment at the end of September. In relation to the photo, the changes were made for the better, in our opinion, a new sofa (light blue, which is more suitable for the situation) and a new bed (now gray). From the pleasant, there are towels for the beach and a minimum set of products and spices (tea, coffee, rice, olive oil, salt, pepper). There are enough dishes for 4 guests. Everything was cleaned perfectly. Nearby there is a small minimarket. I didn’t communicate with the owner personally; access to the apartment is convenient.

We lived in Zaneta's apartments from October 13 to 24. We were met by her husband, helped with car rental and parking. The apartments are located in the city center near the sea, around many shops and restaurants. This is a very good location. The apartments have a large terrace. We really liked everything, if we are in Larnaca again, we will settle down again in these apartments!

We had a wonderful stay at Zaneta’s place. The flat is clean, well located in the city centre. 2min walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants near by and bus stop. The balcony is big enough to enjoy dinners outside and AC is provided in both the living room and bedroom. Also nice amenities such as kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, towels. Also plenty of dishes to cook your own meals. We also received tips and recommendations on where to go. I will definitely recommend your stay at Zaneta ‘s, five stars :)

Andrea's place has a great location. Apartament looks like in pictures, the furniture is a bit old and cleanliness can be improved. Other than that the check-in was very easy and Andrea allowed us to check-in earlier than mentioned time. Free parking is great. Overall a good experience.

Excellent accomodation, very large spacious area. As some mentioned it's not the most modern apartment but that just means it's built bigger! Perfect location and great place. I did ask about early check-in/ luggage drop 2 days before check-in and never received any reply (then self checked in with the Airbnb preset instructions), followed by a message later from host saying it's really important I tell him when I'm checking out. So I loved the apartment, but wasn't sold on the communication. But it's self check-in so doesn't matter much.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a hide out not far from the airport, the bus stop is just 10 minutes walk, there are also lots of shops and some restaurants nearby, the place itself is truly charming great designer work done there, would totally stay again in Larnaca!

Perfect place! For lovers of hiking - what you need! You need to go a little to the center and the promenade, but the area is excellent. A bit noisy if you sleep lightly, it is better to take ear plugs with you. Very clean room, nice interior, hot water, kitchen. There is a hairdryer, an iron. I recommend for a super budget holiday!

Dimitrios & Andreas apartment turned out to be the best of those that we rented during our stay in Cyprus. We were a one-year-old child, therefore, the priority is cleanliness and silence at night. Expectations came true. Another big plus in the presence of floor heating, in winter it will help out a lot. At the entrance, a present in the form of fruits and a bottle of wine was waiting for us. Nice thank you! Stop to the airport 5 minutes. Near supermarket, Saturday market with vegetables, many different cafes, promenade. The location is really good. Everything is nearby! Booked an apartment for a vacation for the first time. They were afraid that our expect would not come true. Since flew with two young children (6 months and 2 years) in the main place was- clean! This apartment was perfect !!! Very clean !!! Stylish, new repair! Great location, 5 minutes to the beach. No noise inconvenience was experienced. The only caveat is the cool floor (they paid attention to it only because they were with a child who had not walked and was constantly on the floor), but for an adult, this is not a problem! Thanks for the hospitality! A very pleasant impression of communicating with the owners !!!

This apartment is spacious and well equipped and more importantly it is in an ideal location. Close to the airport so no long transfers. A 20 minute walk into the beautiful town of Larnaka and along a pedestrian friendly promenade. The balcony has the sun most of the day and has a stunning sea view. My second time here and not my last.

Our stay with Costas was from July 14 to July 28, 2019. Despite the late arrival, we were cordially welcomed at the airport, helped to enter the house. The apartment was clean, comfortable, stylish and comfortable. I was very pleased with the terrace, which in the evening was conducive to pleasant conversation and just the contemplation of the sea, moon, landing aircraft! And in the morning we drank Cypriot coffee, covering the terrace from the sun with the marquise. The very location of the housing is very successful, access to the sea through the backyard, which has a shower, which is very convenient. On the beach itself there is a bar, sunbeds with umbrellas, which surprised, there were always empty seats. The beach itself is convenient for entering the sea, wide, clean. There is no loud music (we needed it, like the natural sound of the sea.). Although we did not sit in one place, I can assure you that Castella Beach is one of the best on the coast of Larnaca for its convenience and comfort. The center of Larnaca promenade is about 15 minutes on foot. We walked, visited restaurants that are near, as well as near Fenikudes beach. Our stay at Costas was comfortable, safe - the apartments have everything you need for this. I liked the general chat with the Costas team - help came immediately, which was very necessary and important for us. I recommend this apartment for families and couples who value coziness, comfort, silence (we did not hear the neighbors at all), as well as everyone who is considering this offer! And one more thing: we already want to return there)

When we arrived we were blown away with the beauty of the flat and stunning sea views from the terrace. We had everything we needed during our stay. Lots of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants all the way along the sea to Larnaca. Local supermarket Petros was a few minutes' walk away and sold everything we needed to make food, drinks, basic toiletries etc. The people in Larnaca were very friendly & kind, and Costas was fast to reply to messages about airport pickup. My husband and I spent four nights in this lovely apartment. It is a well run complex, with private parking, and an elevator. The check-in/check-out process was efficient and painless. The apartment contained a welcome pack of snacks, drinks etc., together with all relevant information concerning the property. We appreciated this. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked with every possible essential. And more! The location is fantastic, on the beach overlooking Larnaca bay and next to the popular Mackenzie beach with all its bars and restaurants. The view from the apartment balcony is stunning. It was a delight to the senses to be able to sit out and enjoy the early morning sun and, at other times, to just stand and take pleasure in observing the sea in all its moods. Being early in the season the area was relatively quiet, however, there were more than enough local restaurants open to serve our needs. There was also a multiplicity of busy restaurants lining the route along the bustling promenade to the marina, via the medieval old castle. We enjoyed this scenic, seaside walk many times. The city center, where the beautiful, ornate Byzantine church of St. Lazarus is located, is picturesque, in a lovely square where one can enjoy a coffee and relax after the walk. There is also an abundance of great shopping within a few minutes walk from this area. All in all, we had a great few days in our apartment. Thank you, Costas for providing this lovely space for us to enjoy our first visit to Larnaca.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, you wake up and see a beautiful sunrise. You come across the street and you are already on the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Contact with the owner fast and efficient, Natalie gave us various tips, she answered all questions. It was a very nice stay.

We had a great time at Natalie's place in Larnaca. Perfect location, beach is just on the other side of the street, old town a few steps away. The appartment was very cosy, clean and you'll love sitting on the balcony early in the morning, staring at the sea and let the sun heat up :) Natalie was very helpful, had good recommendations for us although we didn't meet in person. I can recommend this airbnb for sure, but keep in mind that Larnaca can be really noisy in high-season - so if you're not into partying choose low-season for your trip to this lovely and relaxed city.

I had a great time here, the space was very nice to spend time in. The location of the space was better than I expected, within walking distance to everything I wanted to do. There is a restaurant down the street with umbrellas hanging down that has wonderful food and great waiters, they always gave us extra things off the menu. The beach was extremely close as well.

The apartments are located very conveniently, it is easy to walk to the beach, Larnaca castle, St. Lazarus church, two bus stops. Also a little further, but still within walking distance, is a local park, salt lakes and two large supermarkets. I liked the apartment itself, small, but comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing, it also had a lot of different things that you usually don’t think about, but which turned out to be useful: all kinds of dishes, soap for hands, salt and sugar, and so on. Natalia is also an excellent hostess, promptly answered all questions. Thank!

We are very positive about staying in this apartment. The owner is very friendly, replied to the message very quickly. The apartment has a toaster, washing machine, microwave, kettle and all the necessary utensils. A hairdryer, irons and towels are also featured. There is also a TV with many channels and air conditioning. Sugar, salt, oil available. There is a balcony where you can dine with great views. The apartment is very good access, 2 floor only, the elevator is fully working. The center is about 15-20 minutes. To the nearest store 3 minutes. From the minuses you can highlight the absence of mats, still the whole apartment is tiled, so it's cool. However, against the background of all the pros, cons you may not notice at all. Good day. I stayed at Sabine And Andy in December for a clean apartment, everything is cozy, the hosts are very welcoming, since I first bought through airbnb I had many questions willingly and quickly answered me. I recommend you will be satisfied.

The apartment is located about a kilometer from the city center and from mackenzie beach. Access to all places by the promenade along the sea. Hosts very nice, interested in whether everything is fine. Hassle-free check-in, contact with the owners instant.

The apartment is near the airport (about 15 minutes by bus), close to the beaches (10 - 15 minutes). The room was clean, fully equipped for cooking (2 hot plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle), washing machine in the room, high-quality WiFi, TV. There is a supermarket nearby. The equipment was sufficient and convenient for us. We were very satisfied. If circumstances allow, we would like to come back next year.
