The penthouse is amazing, in a quiet residential area. Away from the hustle and bustle. Fantastic views every morning, private pool. Delia was lovely and communication was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Cant wait to book again.

We, as a family, were super satisfied! The apartment is wonderful! Super clean, great facilities great pool with awesome view. Easy to check. Nice surprise (champagne bottle) The surrounding area is a cute place. The bed is super comfortable. Too bad it has no Netflix. Washing machine is outside on the terrace. Unfortunately, the nozzle does not work at the pool. Otherwise everything was great. We can highly recommend it. The exchange between Delia and us was also great. Thanks again greetings

A beautiful apartment with wonderful views, very near restaurants and bars

A spectacular accommodation. Divided into two floors, very spacious and comfortable. Ideal for 4-5 people. The terrace is dreamy with the pool. A pity that it wasn't hotter to enjoy it! (we went in January). The location is ideal for relaxing and for touring the island, 10 minutes from the airport and about 15-17 minutes from Las Palmas.

We have stayed in many apartments but this has to be the best value for money. Nice interior, very well equipped kitchen and a wonderful terrace. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked very nice. Quick communication from Delia and she was helpful with local tips. Also, very-very close to the beach in a less touristy area of Gran Canaria. Absolutely recommended.

We have tried a lot of AIRBNB location, but this appartement is second to none. The view out on the bay in the morning is stunning, and we can only recommend this appartement.

We really enjoyed our stay and Delia was really helpful both before we visited and gave us lots of great suggestions for places to visit and eat. The apartment was really well laid out, comfortable and the roof terrace and views really made the break, even in December we sat out every day in the warm sunshine and every evening. What we also liked about Delia’s place was that the apartment is in a residential area and we really felt like we were living with the locals. Their was a number of good quality restaurants and cafes which were much cheaper than the main tourist areas within 2 minutes walk. Perfect

We loved staying here. Close to the airport and closer to the beach, it was a good experience staying here. Jael's thoughtful touches for our welcome were good as well. We also received quick responses for any query that we had before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

We loved Jael’s apartment it was cozy, clean and a stones throw away from the beach. We had all the amenities that we needed during our stay it was really well equipped. Jael was an amazing host we came across a few issues during our stay (car and transfer troubles) she was a great help and sorted everything out for us. The area was lovely, we enjoyed our morning walks along the beach. It was quiet but still had a few nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Highly recommended, at all times jael was aware of us. The house is very good, has the right and necessary to spend a few days at the beach in Telde, well equipped, of good quality and all very clean.

Great stay

Absolutely loved this location. The space was great, the views were amazing and the hot tub is wonderful. The area has some stray cats and a lot of cacti so if you have allergies, being antihistamines. The host is friendly, checked up on us by text and gave us some tips on where to go. Highly recommend this place <3

Can't say enough nice things about this place. We spend three weeks in the Canary Islands and this place was the highlight. One of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed in. Wish we could have stayed a whole month.

Alejandros place was excellent. My family and I loved staying here. You feel like you’re in your own private paradise! It is out there and requires some confident driving on tight twisty roads and with the whole being out in nature, you may come across some nature like bugs! I left with some bug bites but totally worth it! For older folks just be weary of walking down the steps into the Airbnb at night. My clumsy dad took a little tumble! The hot tub was fantastic, the kitchen was great for making meals at night, I woke up early every morning for the sunrise (I hate waking up). Would definitely come back in a heartbeat... thank you Alejandro for being so helpful and always communicating when I had a question about something.

This is a magic place. You are pretty much in the middle of nowhere. But you can get to the other parts of the island fairly easily with your car (which is necessary). The place is unique. Rustic, amazing views, quiet, peaceful, surrounded by nature. The jacuzzi is absolutely perfect after a long day of hiking. Especially now since the weather was getting colder. There are tons of amenities and small details that make the stay extremely personal and different. San Mateo is a short drive away with restaurants, grocery stores and a wonderful market on the weekend that should not be missed. Alejandro is a top notch host. He was in contact with us almost daily just to make sure everything was going well. Easy instructions for finding the place and checking in and using the amenities. Stay for at least 3 nights. The place grows on you as your stress disappears.

Incredible views from a very unique space. Alejandro has created a lovely house providing everything you could want to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. You definitely need a car when staying here but don’t be put off by the mountain roads, it’s totally worth it. All of the basic essentials for cooking are provided. The hot tub is a real highlight! Would recommend taking a trip to Roque Nublo and Triana in Las Palmas. San Mateo is just down the road to stock up on beers and supplies! Like other reviews have said, the pictures do not do the views justice. Alejandro is easy to contact and left very detailed instructions for the house making the whole stay a breeze.

David's house is the perfect base for getting about and is central to lovely places to visit on the island. The host has prepared a helpful guide to your stay. The property itself is spacious, allowing for personal space if needed. There seemed to be everything there that a person could need and more. We spent much of our time on the top floor in the cabin area and roof terrace which provided not only amazing views throughout the day and evening, but also some welcome respite from the winds. Would return if we came back to the island.

David is a Great Host and has a Great House. We had a lot of fun and especially the outdoor area was really nice. But the quite modern kitchen downstairs is also very nice and there was never anything we wish we had in the house that wasn’t there. The area the house is in has not a lot to offer so we recommend to rent a car.

A great base to explore the island, 15 mins from the airport, 15 mins to Las Palmas, 25 mins to the south of the island. Stylish home with a great roof top pool and terrace.

Excellent property, great views of the ocean, clean well kept property. Cabin on top floor is where you will spend most of the time.

We had a very pleasant stay at this house. Good situated between las palmas and maspalomas. Good possibilities to park our car and a pool with privacy. Residential Area and no noise. We would recommend your home to anybody who plans a holiday to Gran canaria

Jael and Mercedes were fabulous hosts and their place is absolutely stunning ! Beautifully styled and modern with the swimming pool right outside the door. Garden is walled with lovely shrubs and very private. We walked to La Garita to eat and also walked down to the beach. The beaches are red flag beaches so not suitable for swimming but the scenery is stunning and fine for sunbathing. 10 mins from the airport so ideal for our stopover. It felt like a small slice of paradise.

Perfect place for some Winter vitamin D... the house was superb, the garden/pool in particular blew our minds. It had everything we needed and Jael was always available. The local coastline was pretty dramatic and all the local shops had utterly everything. Only 10 minutes from the airport so all in all an excellent stay. Our small family were very happy.

We can highly recommend a stay in this house. It is a super nice and very relaxing place. We really enjoyed our stay. There is everything you need for a nice holiday and it’s also situated well, close to Las Palmas and in the middle between the north and the south side of the island. We will with no doubt visit this place again. Jael and Mercedes are super hosts, and are very helpful in every way.

Beautiful place! Nice house, big garden and a beautiful pool. It was really cold in the pool, so next time we will rent a place with heated pool if we travel wintertime.

Wonderful stay!

A great place to stay, very stylish, modern, clean, hi-spec kitchen equipment and nice bathroom with lovely shower which I will miss when I get back home. Set in its own large walled garden which is very quite and secluded. Lovely sunny spot with great furniture to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast. Pool a bit on the cool side to use but it was December. The garden is large, plenty of comfortable sun beds around the pool and more in the grassy area. TV is enormous and great quality, Netflix available to watch movies and series. Beds are comfortable, washing machine a great asset so you don’t have to worry about the washing when you get home. Hosts are great, anything you need they will be there quickly and happy to help you. They respect your privacy and don’t keep on checking on you like other air bnb’s we’ve stayed in. Can’t find any faults with this place. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy places but an easy 30 minute drive to get to them, supermarkets 5 minutes away by car and a small shopping centre just up the road. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place. Thank you Jael and Mercedes for being great hosts.

This is the second time we use this apartment. It is well located on Las Canteras beach with sea views from the balcony and sun afternoon and evening. The beach is only a few meters away. The apartment was clean and had what we needed for our stay. Beatriz, our host, was the last time very helpful and answered our questions quickly. We would love to come back!

The location of the loft was perfect! Right next the ocean which provided so much convenience. The variety of nearby restaurants was great! The beautiful ocean view from the balcony really made the loft memorable. This is a perfect place for two people. Beatriz was very friendly and provides great tips for the area. The shower does not stay hot for two long however that was only a minor flaw. The air bnb was clean and made for a great stay!

The apartment is great, everything you need to live in it, cafes, restaurants, supermarket everything in the immediate vicinity, the pictures show exactly how it is. If you rent a car you are better off if you take a small car, streets and parking garages are pretty tight.

The loft is a great place to stay. It’s bright with a good outlook great location for the historical centre and the shopping area. A main bus depot is a couple of minutes away. The apartment is well appointed and all you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it. Pablo is a good communicator. Derek and Jackie

Best place. Stayed with 3 ppl 3 nights. Awesome views, nice big balcony, entrance to the beach and street. Just a few minutes from Santa Catalina bus station. Marco was there for check-in - super friendly dude. We even could leave our baggage few hours longer - just go there. Dino Supermarket is directly next to the street entrance. Dino is the best supermercado en las mundo.

Great location and great terrace

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Overlooking the fabulous Las Canteras beach, with a small private terrace too, with fabulous views, including the neighbouring island of Tenerife more than 50 miles away! . It’s a studio apartment, no separate bedroom. Comfy double bed with sofa bed next to it. Las Palmas has lots to offer, 500 years of history, and great shops if you fancy a change from the beach. Can’t wait to visit again, and this apartment is definitely on my wish list

A nice respite We're in the middle of a month of travel and were ready for a day or so of sit-down and read...sleep late...relax. Julian's place was perfect. We combined one tourist visit with an early dinner each night and otherwise just chilled out. His garden/courtyard is perfect for it. The place is clean, well-equipped and Julian, who lives upstairs was ready with local tips or advice whenever needed.

Great place, recommended

I loved the apartment. It was clean, the garden with the seating was quite and Relaxing. It was located a 10-15 minute walk from the old town. The kitchen had everything you need: Pans, Espresso cooker, oil, salt, a dishwasher … It was perfect. Bonus: Everytime I arrived by car, there was a parking space. Julien was a perfect host. He answered very quick and constructive. The only negative point was the traffic at night right in front of the sleeping room window and a cock which crowed in the middle of the night. But with some earplugs it was solved.

This is a lovely modern independent apartment in Julien's home. He was so helpful when we arrived early and needed help finding a hospital. He was very kind and quick to respond.

When we asked him questions because of doubts we had the answers were very quick and very kind. The proximity to the beach is as they say, I would say closer still. In the place there are many shops of many types for what is needed. One very positive thing is that you have garage included and it is appreciated because it is very difficult to park in the area.

The description of the apartment is as shown in the advertisement. The deal with Ariel and Gara has been unbeatable (attentive at all times and the indications for the arrival / departure shown with ease). The apartment is very close to the beach and leisure area, restaurants, supermarkets ... Being able to have parking is also to value (because the area is all blue zone and with little parking).

I recommend it to everyone cleaning attention location or lack a hospitality detail what is unbeatable is like being at home millions of thanks. I will come back for sure

Great place, 50m from beaches and located in the centre of las palmas. 5 min to the bus heading to the airport. Acommodation has everything you need. Jesús was very helpful and tried to provide local tips in our questions.

The place is unbeatable. Near the beach, restaurants, bars and public transport. The place is very well equipped and Jesus is always attentive to any concerns.

We loved this place. It is spacious (though the kitchen is small). It has many personal touches and feels a bit like the owner, has just moved out for a few days to let you use the apartment. The induction hob and the multi-function microwave/convention oven are very highly specified and the kitchen equipment in good condition. The bed is very comfortable. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away but it's another 10 minutes walk further north to get to a wider strip of sand. The breaking waves are a sight for tired eyes. But we went to Gran Canaria for the walking and it is superb. The car parking that comes with this apartment was therefore very useful to us. The car park is close by, always had space for us but is very tight. Make sure you bring a good sat nav as the roads nearby are a maze of one-way streets. Finally, you have to try the tapas at La Tasca Galileo.

A very well located accommodation, close to the beach and with many places to have a drink. The owner very friendly and attentive at all times. The garage is great and the house is very spacious, bright (although during the day it gets very hot if you leave the blinds raised) and well maintained.

Juan's place was amazing. The location cannot be beat and offers wonderful views of Las Canteras. It was nice to be able to wake up to the sound of the water in the morning. Above all, Juan's hospitality was among the best of my Airbnb experiences so far. We were greeted at the parking garage for our rental car, walked to the apartment, and were given tons of information about our stay.

A wonderful stay! The location couldn´t be better. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and washing clothes. Even beach gear was provided! The apartment is tranquil, though it is situated at the busy beach walk. The view over the bay is really unique and exceptional. I recommend you experience it yourself!

Impeccable listing. Sits right on the beach. It does get a little warm due to it being on the 6th floor, but very comfortable to sleep in at night.

It was such a pleasure staying at Juan's loft for 4 nights! I really did not want to leave.... This loft is exceptional, something really really special.... A treasure, nothing around like this as I think.... We enjoyed our stay so much, had more than we needed and felt comfortable and kind of home very very fast... Juan was there for us from the first minute to the very last, answered immediately, always very helpful. What can I say more, I hope we have the opportunity some day, to come back and spend a few more nights in the loft. We really loved it so much!!! Thank you for the opportunity juan!!! We had a great time staying in José’s apartment. It’s in a lovely area of Las Palmas with ample places to find for food and drink. Only 5 minutes walk from San Telmo bus station which allows access to the whole island. The apartment has plenty of living space and is exactly as it seems in the photos. Incredibly clean. We would definitely stay here again.

David and José were perfect guests! The were very helpful with all our questions and David even called over one day to help when I couldn’t figure out how to work the hob! The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean with an excellent bathroom. It was a ground floor apartment so there’s no access to any outside area/balcony. In saying that it was a great location to all amenities. I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks again David and José :)

José and David were absolutely fantastic hosts. José was quick to respond and hugely accommodating when our flight was delayed, meaning we arrived much later than planned - he and David waited to greet us and show us round the apartment. Again when we left, José allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment so that we could spend our last morning wandering round the town without having to take it with us. The apartment was just wonderful - clean, spacious, full of light and in a great location. If we ever get the chance to return we will and we will certainly recommend it to friends.

Very nice and perfect location near the beach!

This is a really great place to stay. It is near to Las Canteras beach, but just far enough away that you are staying in a local area, not a tourist spot. The flat is amazing value, and is close to some wonderful non tourist restaurants, yet close enough to the beach that you can walk there in under 5 minutes. The hosts are attentive without intruding, and the place is super clean. There is every amenity you could want - washing machine, iron, proper kitchen, comfy bed, great shower, etc. I highly recommend this flat if you want a more local, less tourist experience. I will definitely stay again!

The apartment is located in a very central area with everything you might need. The room is as shown in the photos, all clean and in perfect working order. Pablo was always available to solve any problem, he recommended restaurants and left us a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, apart from coffee and tea capsules. We would repeat without a doubt.

For those who love beach life it is ideal because it is very close to the Playa de Las Canceras, where there is a very long promenade, which would be a long ocean, and a beautiful beach. Manuel was very kind because he allowed me to stay outside the scheduled check out time, due to my late evening flight For those who love sea life it is ideal and I recommend it.

Great location. In the center, you can feel the authentic life, the beach, the store, everything at your fingertips, the parking lot around the corner, the apartment is equipped with everything you need.

Manuel was super friendly, very considerate and was even waiting for us in the apartment to hand us the keys and explain everything personally. The flat is located 2 min from the beach and there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars everywhere. We enjoyed our stay so much, went surfing, took the bus to explore the island, chilled at the beach and ate tons of food. So it was the perfect holidays if you ask me! Thank you Manuel! Alejandro is a fantastic host. Responsive, dedicated, and flexible throughout our stay. The apartment is a luminous, spacious one-room studio, equipped with all you need to make you feel at home. Generous hot water in the shower, a kitchen big enough for cooking, and a comfortable double bed to rest from a busy day at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The location is simply fantastic: 100 meters from the Las Canteras boulevard and beaches, and six blocks away from the Mesa y López avenue, for your shopping and dining adventures. Anything negative? The noise, which can't possibly be blamed on this great apartment. Locals seem to love to communicate by shouting, at all hours of the day and especially at 4 in the morning, so earplugs are highly recommended for a good night sleep. In sum, super-friendly host and unbeatable location, great value for your money. Totally recommended and we'll be back!

Alejandro's apartment is great, especially if they are looking to go to Playa de las Canteras. It is a 10 minute walk. In the apartment there is everything (toaster, washing machine with soap, shampoo, towels ... but without a doubt the best thing is Alejandro, who is an exceptional host. He adapted to us for check-in, he gave us a lot of advice about the island and the city and worried at all times that we were fine. Thank you so much! :)

It is a small apartment in a very good location. It is tastefully decorated and there is everything you need, including a washing machine. There is a good supermarket right next door and it is only 1 to 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Manuel received me very kindly. He was always easy to reach and always helpful when I had questions. It was a pleasant stay of 6 days and I would love to come back anytime

Perfect place right in the heart of Santa Catalina.

Great place to stay. The apartments are near the beach. Nearby are many good cafes and shops. Also nearby is the "Poeam del Mar" Aquarium, a shopping center and aviation museum. Things to consider: 1) The apartment has a very small water heater, so hot water should be used sparingly; 2) There is no free parking nearby, so if you have a car, you will have to pay for parking; 3) The apartment has windows, but they look at the inner wall of the building, so there will be no beautiful view from the windows.

The beach is really 50 meters away, which in many cases was very comfortable. At this stage where the apartment was, the oceanfront was beautifully constructed, and the streets were clean. Vita is very flexible and kind lady, very helpful and friendly. If we couldn't understand each other in English, she tried to explain in German. It was also very kind. Overall, I recommend the apartment to everyone as I did immediately after our return home! :) We were very pleased with everything! We spent three days in the apartment and for us UNBEATABLE. Very comfortable, perfectly located, and with everything you need. It was immaculate, and although in a bar area, we had no trouble resting at night. Begoña received us in person and her hospitality is 10, made several recommendations and has been available all the time. 100% recommended and we would repeat for sure.

Nice little apartment in a central location.

Super well located apartment, next to the shopping area and the beach. Services, restaurants and transport nearby. We were very comfortable in the bed and in the sofa bed. The apartment is not very big, but it has all the basics. Communication with the hostess was fluid from several months before the rental. Highly recommended.

The Begoña event is in an excellent position, very close to the Las Canteras beach and well served by public transport. Not far away is the Parque di Santa Catalina from which other convenient services also leave for the south of the island and to and from the airport. Begoña is a nice and caring host, having provided us with many suggestions and information during our stay. The apartment is small but has everything you need. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Begoña was the nicest person. We forgot our key inside and she had to call a key-company to let us in again. We were not even allowed to pay for the costs. So you could say she is TOO good of a person. Highly recommended.

Alicia y Carla's place is a really good opportunity when you're searching for an accommodation in Las Palmas. It's not directly in the center, but the neighborhood is very nice and interesti g. The flat is supernice and offers everything you need. The host is very welcoming and hospitable, you'll be comfortable there!

The apartment had everything one needs for a stay - from towels to hair dryer and pots to cook. The location of the apartment is also really nice as it is in a very authentic neighborhood and also within 15 minutes from the beach/good restaurants to eat. There are also a lot of super-markets within walking distance of 5-15 minutes. The only downside is the parking situation - however, this is an issue within the whole city. But its for free and sometimes one also gets lucky at finding a spot nearby.

It is a lovely place. Plenty of space. Nicely decorated (definitely with a touch of love :) clean .. and minimalist, which allows you to breathe when you enter :) .. very very cool hanging fish in the hall !!! Would have loved to see the whole place - seems to me that people who own it are really creative.. What I really loved about the owners is ( and I mean it in most positive sense) that I didn’t even know that they live in the same building until the last two nights.. we came in and left without seeing them. And I think that is because they value theirs and their guests privacy. Noted and appreciated. Having said that, my husband spoke with them briefly and said they seemed a nice couple - so maybe we blown our chances for new cool and interesting connections :/ .. Location is vibrant - it’s Las Palmas after all - so you might need a bit more patient with the parking around the area - but that is a great practice! Respect for the locals ability to navigate in those busy narrow streets .. finally, I think every place you go and explore you can find what to complaint about ... without trying to be too picky but stating the obvious I do think there were few little things I would say it is time to update in the accommodation, but really nothing major. Pans and plates look like they l’ve seen their better days and ( maybe it is just me ) a couple of pillows needs an upgrade.. overall I really believe it is a great place to stay - would definitely recommend to others !

The apartment is very good, with details such as washing machine tablets (which we don't need, but ...). Clean and pretty The area is not glamorous, but without problem and near the beach of Las Canteras. Although we personally have not met the owners, it is not necessary because they are there, they respond right away. I would repeat without a doubt.

The accommodation was fully consistent with the photos and very pleasant. The recommendations of both hosts were very clear, although we never met. Be careful however for guests with light sleep, the bed base is very sensitive, and sometimes the neighborhood, a bit noisy. For those who would consider renting a car, the area offers free parking, although patience is sometimes de rigueur, as the area is densely populated.

The studio is great, decorated with very good taste. Super comfortable José is a very organized host and has given us very good references on how to get around the city and places to visit.

We have spent a few days of tranquility very close to the beach. The study was not lacking anything.

This apartment is 2min walking from the beach and it’s located in a really good spot close the shopping area as well as the beach! I found the apartment very very clean and it has what you need for short stays. Natalia was very helpful and she answered fast. I can really recommend to stay at her place!

Excellent and comfortable, the details make the difference: Ana left us breakfast and wafers in the room, there were sunscreens and everything needed for the beach, oil salt etc. in single bags and perfect cleaning. You can see that the environment is well cared for and managed! The house is not in the center of Las Palmas, but within walking distance there are places to eat and a nice walk on the beach, a shopping center and parking which costs € 2.50 per 24h which is much cheaper than those in the center, so if you travel by car it is perfect as a base, and I also noticed that the bus stop is very close. Great value for Money!

We had a great week in Agustin's apartment! Modern, well decorated and ideally located, the sea view is really nice and the balcony allows you to have breakfast, lunch and dinner with the sound of the waves. I recommend without hesitation!

the great studio of Augustine is perfect in every way, the cleanliness, the balcony with the magnificent view of the sea, we spent 4 weeks great, the only small problem there is no parking with the apartment, it is necessary buy a place in a private parking a few hundred meters away, the package price is 4 euros per day. The flat was spotless clean and in a really great location. Manuel was very quick to answer messages, gave several local restaurant recommendations and was extremely accommodating when it came to our check in and check out. Was a great stay!

Set in a fabulous location this studio had everything we needed. It really is 5 mins to Las Canteras beach and less to the main seaport promenade where you can stroll along to the Old Town. The photos and description of the studio are accurate. The best part for us was being able to sit by the balcony window and watch the world wake up or go to sleep. It was spotlessly clean and Manuel was a most attentive host but not intrusive. The addition of the washing machine was perfect as we were touring so we were able to reduce what we needed to carry with us. All in all we had a fantastic stay and we certainly hope to return in the near future.

This is a centrally located studio flat that was sparkling clean with all the required amenities. The owner was easily contactable when required, the flat had two sets of double glazed windows and blinds to keep out most noise and streetlights. The location was great for the beach, supermarkets and city square life. It's also very close to the main airport bus station. This was a great stay

Situation by Santa Catalina park is very good. Everything you need is near. The apartment was clean and all we needed for visit was there.

Great place to stay at the first line of Las Canteras beach. High standard of everything inside the apartment.

The place is really well located, with nice bars and coffee shops at the beach front just around the corner! The place is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is roomy, clean and plenty of space in the fridge. The terrace has a beautiful view, just as the listing photos. There are two bedrooms for rent (separately rented), the smaller one has just a small window facing a small yard for some light, but still very pleasant. All in all a great place to stay!

What a location! The balcony is literally out in the ocean. Very nice and comfy apartment. Highly recommended!
