Very convenient location, close to all the attractions for an affordable price! Clean space and quick communication from the host.

First off, Damon was an amazing host. We landed at 7am on a red eye flight, and he allowed us to check in hours earlier than was listed. The check in process was simple and quick, and Damon was always fast to respond with any questions we had. The room was a perfect size for 2 people, and comfortably fit us and our luggage. The proximity to the strip was perfect in my opinion. It is tucked back off of the main strip far enough to be quiet, but still just a short 3ish minute walk to be in the thick of it. We would definitely stay at Damon’s place again if we return to Las Vegas.

Close to strip. As described by host. Just wanted a place to stay for 1 night before checking into strip hotel next morning. Host was prompt when I had a quick question. Very comfortable bed.

Damon offers a very nice studio in a perfect location, really just behind one of the most famous hotels (Mirage) on the Strip, so just a few meters away from the boulevard. Despite the proximity, the area is pleasantly quiet. Damon’s apartment is located in the upper part of a building complex with inner courtyard. The bed in the apartment is heavenly soft, we slept cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even coffee and sugar. The bath area of the apartment is modern with a big shower. There was even a key provided for the laundry facility. The communication with Damon was easy, fast and uncomplicated. Check-in happens with a code for the door. The description provided for the parking at the premises was very helpful, Damon even allowed us to leave the car longer there on the day of check-out. We can only say: Thanks a lot, Damon, for hosting us and for this uncomplicated AirBnB experience!

It is about 5 minutes walk from the main street, with attached parking lot. It is a high CP accommodation in Las Vegas.

All perfect. At first the area seems little crowded, but then it gives tranquility and you can walk at night. All as is the photos. Unbeatable location.

Great place to stay. Outside is a bit dated but the units inside are very nice and updated. Close proximity to strip and only an 8.00 uber ride from all the important stuff. Also very good communicator and took great care of the details. Loved there was even coffee and coffee pot in room. We took advantage of the microwave to heat back up our Giordanos deep dish pizza. Great place to go and happy hour in evenings, 3pm-6 I believe. half off apps and drinks.

It was nice place.

The Vdara condo is located within the main hotel and check in was super easy. The room came with a FREE valet parking spot (just the usual tipping to fund) which was a great saving The apartment was great with a lounge area for chilling after a hectic day in Vegas as well as a kitchen (although there is no utensils of any-sort provided and these have to be requested from reception) and a super comfy bed It’s a quieter hotel (as no casino on site) which is why we booked it and it has link bridges to Bellagio and links to the monorail to get to other side of town Def great value for “a suite” style room that would cost you double if not more booking this style of room the hotel Def stay again when we venture back to Vegas

My boyfriend, pup and I really enjoyed our one night stay at Alex’s place. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for us. The included valet was super helpful, and the dog park was convenient for us to let our dog out. Check in was easy and Alex was responsive to our messages. I would recommend this place and stay here again!

This place was great. It’s within walking distance of the strip but it’s out of the way enough that getting Uber or driving in and out is no problem and avoids the strip traffic. Damon was very prompt in communication and made check in and check out seamless. We had a great time staying here and feel it was a tremendous value!

This place is wonderful! So clean and nicely done, plus great access to the strip, wonderful amenities, and an awesome view, to boot. The host is incredibly attentive and was a pleasure to work with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location could not be better. Before you check in you will be given instructions and after you won't hear from the host. The bathroom is pretty big, you have everything you need in the kitchen. Uber cost about 6 to 17$ depebds where you want to go. You have several stores around the srea( you are very close to the strip).

Our stay was better than “great” thanks to the easy set up of the MGM being linked to the hotel. I definitely would consider booking here rather than another hotel app! The view was unbeatable and very relaxing to enjoy.

Great value, located in the heart of Las Vegas, sitting in the apartment can see the fountain show of Bellagio, the room is clean and comfortable, the host is attentive and thoughtful. There is no Chinese style pot.

When I go back to Vegas, I hope this place is available. It has a great location and the place itself is quite comfortable. The pictures don’t lie, and they really show what the place looks like. It was very clean and the host is very attentive to your needs. To me, the best part is the view because it’s neither too high nor too low, it’s like the perfect height to see The Strip and the Bellagio Fountains.

Great place and great location. I’m not a big Vegas person as I went to see a concert for my husband’s birthday, but this place is great for non-Vegas people like myself. It’s close to the strip for easy access, but not on the strip so you do not have all the noise and crowds. The view is of the mountain range which made it feel less like Vegas and it was a beautiful space unlike some of the hotels I have stayed at in the past. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, amazing value. You can almost see the strip. Its walking distance to many places, but be prepared for a long walk! The ridesharing pickup location is a bit inconvenient, 3 mins away. Also the entire building is no-smoking. Only con: The TV is very old and doesn't have an HDMI input. It has about 30 channels in SD

I’ve been to Vegas many times, but never stayed at vdara. With all the hidden resort fees that the casinos have now, it was nice staying somewhere and it was the price I paid. Vdara is in a great location, next to all the nicest casinos. Didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities. Uber/Lyft can pick you up right in front. I had a great stay.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's a non-smoking and non-casino building, which is great and quiet. It's connected to the Bellagio and just a walk to Aria. Uber is the way to get around, not a taxi. Valet is $30. Food and drinks are pricey! (But so is everywhere in Vegas) the room itself is nice. The only thing that I suggest is- bathrobes would be awesome, a light in the closet (it was Soo dark) , bring your own drinks and snacks (m&ms are $15! Just to give you an idea). Your personal fridge is tiny, enough for some waters. And there is no coffee pot, you can rent one but $20 a night. There is a Starbucks. Which is nice. The staff was nice. We had a blast! We rented a Corvette, did a helicopter tour, we visited The Hoover dam, ate at amazing restaurants.

The location of the house is very good. It is very close to the fountain and everything. The night view is very beautiful. There is Starbucks in the lobby downstairs. It is highly recommended. The house is a hotel-style apartment, and the valet parking method is at the door. There is a bellman and a parking brother at the door to help you with luggage and parking. (Note that the hotel cannot drive the car into the parking building by itself. Pack your luggage, remember to tip when you pick up the car and after you arrive in the room). The brother will give you a card to pick up the car when you park it. When picking up the car, give the staff a card and tell your room number in the window on the right-hand side of the hotel door.

Perfect location and a quiet respite from the bustle of the strip. Ten minute walk to the MGM Grand and access to the monorail. The service was stellar and everyone was so helpful. We were newbies to Vegas. We found Kelly's place clean and comfortable at a much lower price point than the strip hotels. We highly recommend.

Great option. Attached to MGM and the halls and room didn’t smell like that Vegas smoke and booze. To us that was a real bonus which made it way better then a small Vegas Casino yet right there in prime location

Our favorite place we’ve been bet stayed in Vegas. Beautiful, CLEAN, fabulous view, great bathroom, AWESOME bed, beautiful, fresh, quiet, stylish hotel. NOT a quick walk to strip, but who cares when you know you get to rest your head in this space at night! Paul was so easy to work with, answered all our questions quickly. Don’t forget your Keurig pods! We brought a bunch and had FREE coffee every AM. Would definitely stay again!

Room was great loved the location and loved how the hotel was more low key than ones right on the strip. But there is a $45 dollar cleaning fee that I didn’t notice.

Beautiful place that was exactly what I was expecting and what I was hoping to share with my family. Beautiful down town condo with an AMAZING view. Very assessable to the strip and several other wonderful hotels and casinos. Check in was a bit unpleasant due to the long wait to get into our correct condo BUT the staff and everyone involved were super nice and willing to help. We just got lost in the shuffle and waited longer then expected for our room. We would stay here again in a heart beat, my young kids watched the Beliago waters all night. Love it!!!

Great value!!! So nice to avoid smoking and gambling. Quiet respite form the madness. The aria has many many restaurants and recommend you cross over to the hotel to eat. 100% accurate to what is on Air BnB There is road noise from the freeway so be aware of this. Or bring a small white noise machine, if you are a very fussy sleeper (like me). The hotel doesn’t provide them like some. The hotel was reticent to provide us with robes until we spoke to the floor housekeeping manager and then they did. Housekeeping is an extra fee. The Kureg was great. There is a small comfortable refrigerator for your food. Room service menu is a bit sparse but nice. The dual TVs are nice and you can easily hook up a connected device.

Keep the door in the kitchen locked because the unit is connected to another one. There’s also a button in there that draws the drapes (it took me forever to figure that out😂)

Great time at the vidara conveniently located

The apartment is great. It has big space and it’s really comfortable. When we arrived we found out that the gas was being suspended by the gas company. We talked to Sha, and in half an hour he was at the home with a man from the company. After a few moments, while we received some recommendations from Sha to enjoy Las Vegas, the gas issue was solved. He sorted out the problem in less than an hour! He is really kind and friendly!

Great location in Las Vegas. Not a five star hotel, but a real value for the price. Quiet place with plenty of room. Nice touch were the air mattresses in the closet. We had plenty of room for 6 guys to crash while in town.

Perfect place to stay in Vegas! You’re basically in the middle of the strip. Dario’s condo is connected to Bellagio and literally steps away from Aria. Check-in was handled easily since you’re checking in as a hotel guest at Vdara. Dario’s condo was spacious and very clean. You basically have all the amenities as a hotel guest minus the housekeeping but we really didn’t need it. We did call down for extra towels and blankets and that was sent up instantly. I would definitely book with Dario again. He was an excellent host.

Location, Location, Location, Great value, close to the action without the stinky casino . I traveled on business with my dog and found a series of walking paths and a dog park right out front of the hotel to be amazing . Plenty of room for a family of 4. Very Nice having a full size refrigerator and enough room to stretch out. The only disappointments , the pool was closed and the windows were pretty dirty outside obstructing views, but I know the weather was bad recently. We used the monorail several times to move up the strip . The hotel staff was super nice . I would totally stay here again .

This was my best Vegas stay ever. Everything was what we hoped for. It's the little things. Besides Dario's really good communication as we had questions along the way, the Vdara service is real good with any needs you might have, plus the valet service is the best I've ever seen....parking is included in the deal. I'll stay here again.

Exactly as described. Booking via Dario, you will you have the exact same experience as if you booked the Vdara directly. The exception being you don't get housekeeping. For that however, you save on resort fees and taxes... A very worthwhile compromise. Unfortunately the furniture is a little tired and showing it's age. The couch looks about 20 years old. Worth noting if you plan on hosting or spending any significant time in the suite. The bathroom is excellent with a huge walk in shower and excellent bathtub, which looked new. The TV's are both large Samsung's and have a wide range of channels, including sports. The Vdara for those that don't know is one of two non smoking hotels in Vegas. There's also no casino. However the Aria is right next door and has both if you want to roll the dice.

Great host! Communication was fast and friendly. We were able to check in with no issues and we were allowed a late check out (12pm) to better accommodate our travel schedule. Room is very nice and very clean! View of the strip is great, although a little obstructed due to tall buildings nearby. Although we did hear people several times in the hall or slamming doors it was not sustained noise and was quiet for the most part at night. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend for couples. Not enough space for more than 2 though, unless you have kids who don’t the mind sofa bed and you don’t need any privacy.

We come for a trade show every year and always stay at The Signature. It has everything you want. This unit has a great view of the strip, sparkling clean and check-in/out was a breeze. Can't recommend enough!

Great views and comfortable stay. Loved the jacuzzi tub, soft bed and kitchen. Everything was nice, definitely would stay here again. You can walk thur the hotel and MGM grand to the strip and plenty places to shop and eat.

I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Las Vegas! The location is ideal and can't be beat with the price. Was very happy with my stay!

Stayed in the suite for a week. Great amenities, great location (just a short walk from the MGM Grand). Nice and peaceful even though close to the strip. Valet parking included and no resort fee so a great price. Suite was lovely and clean with a partial strip view. Would return for sure.

Place was perfect for Vegas! Best part is the location. You have a walkway straight to the MGM Grand. The monorail is located just inside of the MGM Grand. We saved a lot of $ and time by using it to travel up and down the strip. Will book again!

The place was very clean and spacious! The location was perfect and the atmosphere was very low key. The view from the room was great. Loved the privacy of the Signature location as well.

The suite was clean, spacious and luxurious - we enjoyed the jacuzzi and were able to get good nights rest. The room was facing the airport and not the Strip. During the New year countdown, we were able to catch a bit of the fireworks from MGM Grand from the room. There was free valet parking. The valet took on average about 15 mins to get the car. On a couple of occasions, the reception and valet at tower 1 was unmanned and guests were redirected to tower 2 which was a short walk away. Overall, the room was a great and luxurious experience for a reasonable price!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on a weekend trip to Vegas. The apartment is a hidden gem located on the very south end of The Strip. We were a 2 minute walk from The Mirage and a 5 minute walk to Treasure Island with quick access to so much more. The apartment itself was VERY clean and had much appreciated amenities including: a TV with Netflix, blow dryer, ironing board and iron, refrigerator, stove, Keurig coffee maker, silverware/cups/bowls/plates, and a large sink. The location felt very safe and the outside noise level was relatively low. We would definitely stay here again for future Vegas trips!

Damon’s spot was a quick walk to the strip, which was really nice and convenient for the price. He was also very quick at responding which I really appreciated when we are traveling half way across the country to stay at his place. I would definitely recommend!

The space was even better in person than in the pictures, so clean and fresh(LOVED the floors & want them in my house now lol). Damon was super speedy on communication and agreed to an early checkin, which was helpful to my husband & me. The exterior was being kept up by a handyman & someone was was actively cleaning, so it was well maintained. I will definitely stay here or another of his listings in the future if the need arises.

The place was amazing and easy to check-in (dog friendly place there’s a dog park next to the valet). At first I was worried about bringing my dog but it wasn’t you walk in and they were friendly to us. They didn’t ask any questions about having a pet and they valet your parking. Alex’s place was really nice and clean, the location is right next to Bellagio through a bridge next to Starbucks and Vdera cafe’s food was really delicious. The whole experience was great we will book there again when we visit LV.

Clean and nice hostel. Very close to the strip and comfortable.

Staying at Alex's place was exactly the same as if we booked a stay directly with the Vdara. That is to say, it was excellent with an easy check-in, great staff on-site, and the room was perfectly comfortable and clean. The extra bonus was that Alex did not charge any extra for allowing me to bring my dog, which made booking with him much cheaper than directly with the hotel. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at Alex's if looking for a room at the Vdara.

It was a very nice place; very stylish and cute yet spacious place. The decor was nice and the rooms and the bathrooms were clean and they had things me and my friends needed. 10/10 recommended!

Nat is a great host! The location couldn't have been any better, the space was super clean and nicely furnished. My friends and I had no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great location and comfortable place to stay

Clean, comfortable and a great overall experience.

Very nice, clean, quite and secure room. The balcony was perfect. Would of been nice to know that towers 1 & 3 are closed at midnight. My husband has a disability and walking distance is an issue. The kitchen has plenty to cook with, however, no dish drainer or kitchen hot pads. That's really digging to find something that could be improved.

Great place for a good value. The place is extremely quiet too, we didn’t hear any neighboring guests the entire time we were there. The bathroom is also really nice, especially the jet engine bath tub. The view from the balcony is beautiful at night as well. Alex was quick to respond, and there’s a number included that you can call I you have any questions about anything. Over all it was completely worth it!

Nice comfy studio with a huge bathroom, one giant bed, couch and kitchen amenities. The balcony view was beautiful!
