The decoration is warm and functional. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 apartments. Its through side brings it great light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with an equipped kitchen, intended to cook on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge... ) A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people (children preferred). The room equipped with a comfortable bed of 140x200 overlooks a garden, ensuring serene nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower and a basin with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilets are separate. A high chair and baby crib are available upon request. Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
