A côté du phare, à 12 minutes à pied de la mer et à 5min de la rue st jean. Appartement clair et contemporain de 82m2 dans une résidence de 2013 aux finitions soignées. Draps et serviettes compris, matériel bébé sur place. Son atout: la terrasse de 20m2, orientée sud-ouest!
Au 3e étage avec un large ascenseur, les visiteurs disposent également d'un parking fermé en sous sol. Le matériel bébé se compose d'un lit parapluie et de son matelas, d'une baignoire et chaise bébé ainsi que d'un transat pour les plus-petits. L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres, d'un dressing dans l'une des 2 chambres, et de nombreux rangements dans l'autre chambre et dans l'entrée. La salle de bains est équipée d'une douche fermée et d'une baignoire, les toilettes sont séparées. Après l'entrée, on trouve surtout une vaste pièce à vivre, avec une grande cuisine ouverte. On y trouve un coin canapé TV, et un espace repas, avec une table ronde le long des grandes baies vitrées. En ouvrant l'une d'elle, vous pouvez manger presque comme dehors. Ces deux larges baies permettent d'accéder à la terrasse, aménagée avec chaises longues, table basse et transats. Dans les placards, vous trouverez évidemment vaisselle, plats, casseroles, produits ménagers et de base. Quelques livres et revues, des plans de la ville vous attendent
L'appartement se situe dans le Triangle d'Or, à proximité immédiate du phare, et de l'hôtel historique le Westminster. Il est à mi chemin entre les 2 casinos de la ville, et le centre équestre se rejoint en 20min. Les 2 bases nautiques et les 2 golfs de la ville sont plus loin. A 10-15minutes vous trouverez les nombreux bars et restaurants de la ville.

    Très bel appartement entièrement rénové en plein triangle d'or. Proche de la rue saint jean, du casino et des tennis. Dans un quartier calme, vous pourrez vous promener dans le parc juste en face et apprécier les boutiques et restaurants de l'avenue du verger. Pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, l'appartement dispose d'une place de parking proche (sur demande) et d'un balcon éclairé. Vous trouverez à disposition une machine à laver pour faciliter votre séjour. Le ménage est obligatoire avant le départ, dans le cas contraire une caution ménage de 100 euros vous sera retirée.
    A deux pas de la rue Saint Jean, l'appartement se trouve derrière l'avenue du verger, juste à côté de l'hôtel Westminster (une petite ruelle derrière le mythique restaurant Flavio). Vous pourrez également accéder aux tennis, au casino et à l'office de tourisme à pieds. La salle des Quatre saisons (salle de spectacle et des salons) est à deux pas ! Idéalement situé, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. Quartier calme proche de toutes commodités.

  • Apartment with neat decoration and very well equipped. We appreciated the proximity of all the shops and points of interest in Le Touquet. We did everything on foot for 3 days. Unfortunately we have not been able to take advantage of the terrace in this season but must be very pleasant in fine weather. Margaux is available and very responsive to our requests. Easily reachable by phone or message. We recommend this apartment.

  • Stay in the first half of July 2019 by a dad and his son. Easily accessible from the Etaples train station (bus 513, "Mayvillage" stop, 20mn ride + 10mn walk). Small clean, furnished, functional and cute accommodation with a nice balcony, located in a quiet, in a haven of lush greenery to perfection. And as a bonus, free access to tennis! Beach hyper quiet and as far as the eye can see, located about 5 minutes and downtown less than 15 minutes, walk with a child of 8 years. Everything is accessible without a car, through dunes and small paths. Le Touquet is really a beautiful place in the middle of huge natural and breathable spaces. Good communication with Céline, the owner. Excellent address, at a very affordable price in summer! Son and Daddy delighted !! Thank you !!!

    Au cœur de la ville , située rue de Moscou à 50m du Marché. 3ème avec ascenseur. Studio de 24m 2 entièrement rénové et fonctionnel. Couchage : Coin cabine canapé modulable en lit 160cm et canapé BZ avec matelas Bultex 12cm neuf de 160 cm. Petite Kitchenette équipée . Salle de bains avec toilettes .
    Notre studio bénéficie d'emplacement idéal pour des vacances sans voiture ! A 50m2 du marché, 100 m de la poste , 300m de la plage . Les commerces sont situés rue de Metz, à 2 mn à pied. La boulangerie est à 50m. Vous apprécierez le calme de la rue tout en étant proche de tout. Il est situé au 3 ème étage avec ascenseur ( au 1er étage ) , ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite . Le studio fait environ 24m2 , il est bien agencé et idéal pour des courts séjours ou si vous n avez pas prévu de passer tout votre temps à l intérieur . Note : Il est idéal pour 2 ou 2 avec enfants et juste pour 4 adultes . Equipements : *1 canapé de type BZ 160cm avec matelas épais neuf. * 1 canapé modulable en 90 cm ou 160 cm Les couettes et les oreillers fournis. ATTENTION : le linge de lit et de toilette n est pas fourni : supp 15 euros /lit et 5 euros /personne pour le linge de toilette . Le ménage est à la charge du locataire ( en option 25 euros ) . Un supplément sera demandé si le ménage n a pas été fait ou mal fait ( passer aspirateur ET serpillère , vider les poubelles etc..) Notez qu'il n'est pas possible de rajouter un lit parapluie une fois les canapés dépliés. TV . Wifi avec boitier 4G. Espace cuisine : 2 plaques à induction, frigo, micro-ondes, grille pain, bouilloire, blender soupe. Toute la vaisselle et ustensiles. Salle de bain avec pare-douche, sèche cheveux. Le stationnement dans la rue est payant , vous êtes dans le centre donc en zone rouge. Vous pouvez payer à la semaine directement à l'horodateur sur la zone verte : La zone verte (60% des places du touquet) : payant les week-ends, les jours fériés et du 1er juillet au 31 août 2017 inclus, de 9h à 12h30 et 14h30 à 19h. Le plus proche parking en zone verte est la Place du Marché Couvert située à 5 mn à pied du studio. Le Tarif horaire (horodateur) est uniformisé sur toute la zone payante à 1,50 €/heure Tarif forfait journée en zone verte : 6€ à une rue du studio.
    Vous ferez tout à pied, les commerces de la rue de Metz sont à 1mn à pied comme la boulangerie par exemple, la plage à 300m, la rue saint jean à moins de 5 mn , le marché à 100m les jeudi et vendredi . La rue est très calme .

Résidence sécurisée dans une rue avec de belles villas touquettoises. Nouveau : wifi dans le logement.
    la vue est superbe donnant sur de belles villas touquettoise des années 20, belle hauteur sous plafond. Les draps et serviettes de toilette sont fournis. Coin cuisine : plaque a induction, réfrigérateur, micro-onde grille, bouilloire, presse agrume électrique, cafetière à filtre, senseo, grille pain, machine a laver sèchent. Le lit double est un véritable lit en mezzanine plus un clic-clac très confortable très facile a déplier pas besoin de bouger de meuble. Salle d'eau : belle douche, sèche cheveux, sèche serviette électrique. Internet wifi. Local à vélo a votre disposition. Je laisse toujours des produits de base (sel, poivre, café, thé, huile, vinaigre...). Places de stationnement en bas de la résidence gratuites la semaine payantes le week-end et juillet août . Places gratuites a 5 mn a pieds. Idéal pour 2 personnes ou 2 adultes avec enfants pour 4 adultes espace restreint mais fonctionnel. Prévoir son nécessaire pour les bébés
    Situation immédiate au centre ville mais sans les inconvénients du bruit (pas de commerces en bas de la résidence donc pas de livraison matinale).A deux pas d une aire de jeux pour enfants.

    Le Cottage est situé à 200 m de la plage par la dune via d'abord un escalier, se poursuivant par un petit chemin très agréable pour découvrir au fur et à mesure la mer et son immensité, le tout en 5 min. Le point de vue est exceptionnel à cet endroit ! Pour profiter de la plage, descendre la dune par un chemin creusé dans le sable... A vous les grands espaces et la nature ! Les citadins ne seront pas déçus non plus car ils ont également leur petit chemin dans la dune, tout plat, pour rejoindre le centre ville en 15 bonnes minutes à pied ou 5 min en vélo par la route (1,5 km). Le marché très prisé du Touquet a lieu tous les lundis, mercredis et samedis matins. Ville très dynamique, il s'y passe toujours quelque chose... On vous attend !

    La Discrète porte bien son nom puisqu'elle se découvre au fond d'une allée que personne ne soupçonne. Vous êtes proche de tout : les commerces à 2 pas (très bonne boulangerie/pâtisserie sur la place), la plage n'est qu'à 2 mins à pied. Petite maison avec de grandes baies vitrées qui s'ouvrent sur une terrasse de 30m2 pour vos repas en extérieur et vous détendre. L'espace sera plus restreint si vous venez à 2 couples ou une famille avec 2 ados. Une chambre séparée avec lit 140cm, cuisine ouverte sur la pièce à vivre et sa belle luminosité par tous temps. Un coin dressing qui dessert la salle d'eau et le toilette (séparé). Une petite marche de 2mins et vous êtes au cœur de l'animation du touquet. La plage est à 500m En juillet et août les locations se font du samedi au samedi

  • Fantastic location. Minutes to beach, market and shops/restaurants. On site parking was a bonus. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. One of the best kitchen areas I’ve ever used. Everything you can think of is there - including a corkscrew! The shower had added jets which were much appreciated after long walks. The weather did not allow us to make use of the balcony but the views to the beach and market were great. We could not fault our stay or the communication with Marie-Madeleine and hope to return in the future.

  • The apartment is well located in relation to the shops and the beach. We did not need to use the car. The accommodation is in a quiet place and the residence is of good standing. The apartment is 35m2 and is well laid out, nice. Everything was perfectly clean. There is not a lot of dishes but that's enough. The terrace is nice and although it is a ground floor we are not disturbed by passersby because the hedge can not be seen.

Vous disposez d’un jardin exposé plein sud, d’un salon de jardin, d'un barbecue, de transats. La plage, est accessible à pied, est juste derrière la maison. Le chemin pour y accéder est charmant, la vue époustouflante. Un parking privé attitré est à votre disposition et vous bénéficier d’un parking visiteur.
    Fraichement rénovée et décorée avec soin, la maison est idéale pour les familles (deux adultes et quatre enfants ou en couple. Notre maison de 30 m2 au sol est composée d’un rez-de-chaussée et d’un étage. Il comprend : - à l'entrée, une toute nouvelle cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon installée en janvier 2019 avec four multifonction, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, frigo avec congélateur, table vitrocéramique, hotte aspirante, meubles bas coulissants, grande table et quatre chaises, toute la vaisselle et ustensiles nécessaires, deux machines à café, un grille pain, une bouilloire, casseroles et poêles, fer à repasser, table à repasser, lave linge/sèche linge, - un séjour ouvert donnant sur la cuisine un convertible 2 couchages, une télévision, table de salon, une terrasse donnant sur le jardin, - une grande chambre composée d'un lit double, chevets, un placard, une commode, un portant avec ceintres. - un couloir avec deux lits superposés - une salle de bains : douche, meuble vasque, wc, sèche-serviettes. Jolie pièce de vie avec canapé, cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle de bain avec douche et WC. WIFI gratuit, TV par câble et Netflix
    Logement idéal pour 2 personnes ou 2 adultes avec enfants ou 4 adultes car l'espace est restreint mais fonctionnel. La cuisine d'une grande qualité est entièrement équipée avec un four, des plaques vitrocéramiques, un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, un grille pain, une cafetière Nespresso, une bouilloire, une cafetière traditionnelle, un appareil à crêpes et raclette et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
