Emma’s Treehouse was amazing! We had the best time for my boyfriends 30th birthday. On arrival Emma had put up birthday balloons and laid out some lovely birthday touches which my boyfriend loved! Even though it was freezing outside, with the heater on the treehouse was so cosy! On day 1 we got snowed in, but Emma offered any help getting supplies and also lent us sledges which provided LOTS of fun. Emma also invited us to meet and feed the new baby lambs! It was so interesting getting an insight into farm life! Hot tub is also delightful and a lovely extra. We will definitely return!

The weekend my other half and I spent in Emma's treehouse was absolutely spectacular. Exactly as advertised, with some extra little touches she had added in. Everything had been so well thought out. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome and were even invited to feed her newborn lambs. We stayed during the height of a storm and she could not have been more accommodating, offering us alternative accommodation a little more sheltered from the storm if we wished to use it. We had the use of her hot tub in the evenings and were even lent robes to use to get to and from her tub. We are already looking at dates when we can go back and stay again. I could not recommend this place enough. Absolutely fantastic.

The treehouse is gorgeous, lots of personal cosy touches. The farm and nearby areas are also very idyllic. Emma’s directions were spot on and we found the place with relative ease. We were unfortunately quite late on arrival, but Emma is extremely gracious and all round diamond. Couldn’t do enough for us, the hot tub and meeting the lambs are top highlights. Incredibly reasonable prices with hindsight too. Would love to come again and would recommend to anyone wanting relaxation and an explore.

The treehouse was everything we hoped for and Emma was very accommodating with super quick replies. On our first morning Emma asked if we would like to see the newborn lambs which was very thoughtful, it was incredible and Emma was very informative and warm. We felt very lucky that Emma thought to include us in a part of what life is like at the farm. This was something that I would’ve expected from a paid experience via Air BnB. Emma also provided us with really good suggestions for outings and good food. The Hot tub was also amazing!!! My girlfriend and I would 100% come again. Thanks so much Emma ☺️☺️☺️

Emma was a brilliant host and we had a fantastic time staying here for a much needed away from it all break. The treehouse had amazing views of the countryside and the interior was really nice also. The nice touches of breakfast foods that were left for us alongside other stuff was a pleasant surprise and went above our expectations. Due to stormy weather we were offered alternative accommodation for the second night which was situated next to the hot tub which was also gratefully appreciated. The hot tub was excellent as was the afternoon walk along the farm track then along the river into the local town where we enjoyed lunch and a few beers before the relaxing walk back All in all a fantastic place with a fantastic host for which I’d recommend to anyone wanting a lovely romantic chilled out break. We had a magical weekend away in the tree house. Perfect location to explore North Yorkshire. Wonderful host. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!

A very peaceful stay in this tree house with some lovely views! Plenty of things to do around the area to. I recommend going to fountains abbey! A lovely walk with some stunning scenery.

It's hard to find the words to explain how amazing this place is. Tranquil, beautiful and a little bit of heaven tucked into a gorgeous bit of Yorkshire. It was lovely and cosy and very comfortable. Tony was an amazing host, I didn't get chance to meet Barbara but I will be back so hopefully will get the pleasure next time. The outdoor shower was just amazing. The weather was fairly mild but it was an exhilarating experience none the less. I can't wait to visit again.

The pictures and descriptions have literally made me feel excited ever since booking this trip and whilst they were incredibly accurate, nothing prepared me for the overwhelming beauty of the space, as we arrived. Tony was incredibly welcoming and supportive and explained everything to us with so much patience, although we had arrived quite late. The view from the bed in the mornings was probably my highlight, and I don't believe I could put into words how very calming, nourishing and relaxing the little cabin was. On the last day, we braved the elements and tried the alfresco shower and it was such a surreal experience. Despite the cold temperature outside, the water was hot enough to not even notice the cold, and the views were simply breathtaking. Both the main cabin and the smaller "bathroom" were decorated with so much love for details and provided us with everything we could have possibly dreamt of. We had no reception whatsoever, which was great to just be in the moment and take everything in. We went to Hebden Bridge twice for food and coffees and had lovely vegan food and stacked up on some snacks and water. The fairy lights outside the door, as well as the smaller lamps inside the cabin always invited us to stay in, read a lot of books or play chess. Overall this was one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever been on and we are more than excited to hopefully come back next year again.

Stunning place even in the rain. Beautiful surroundings truly at one with nature. On arrival Tony & Barbara shared information about the local area and walls. Then to the cabin which was very spacious and tranquil. 100% recommend this place. Would like to book again when I can find a date it’s free, that’s just how amazing this place is. We had a lovely stay in the cabin and really enjoyed our time there! Feels very secluded despite being close enough to the house in case we needed anything; the perfect balance! Tony and Barbara provided some very handy tips for walks around the area, as well as delicious flapjacks and great selection of hot drinks and breakfast options. Really accommodating of dairy free too, which was much appreciated! Good location, with Hebden Bridge only a short drive or bus journey away. Such wonderful accommodation. Will definitely be looking to stay again next year!

We had an amazing stay at Barbara and Tony's, really friendly hosts and beautiful location with lots to do nearby. The cabin itself was really unique and Barbara and Tony provided us with useful ideas for walks and were really quick with communication

We stayed at the tree cabin for a little break away. It was absolutely beautiful, great location & the hosts were lovely adding thoughtful touches to the stay including Tony’s homemade delicious flapjacks 😃

You have to experience the cabin to understand it's charms. It was everything the details told us but Tony and Barbara's extra bits were great. Homemade flapjack on our arrival was delicious along with all the tea, coffee etc which was so helpful but on arriving the peace was something else. Absolutely no phone signal or WiFi in the unit helped us relax but you cannot stay in the cabin and not relax. We never touched the car until we left walking everywhere and wallowing in the views but the final joy was on the morning we left jumping into the outdoor shower was an experience that will stay with me for a very long time. Thank you for sharing you little bit of paradise.

Such lovely hosts, gave us a proper tour of the area when driving back from the station and invited us in to show us some local routes. A very relaxing stay and well worth the money.

We had such a fantastic stay at this Tiny House in Diggle. The house itself is so cosy and beautiful, and the setting is stunning. The host provides a delicious breakfast and is so helpful and friendly. It was a picturesque escape from city life, and perfect for a small family. We will certainly be returning!

Lovely quite location in a beautiful cozy retreat. Local pub serves excellent reasonably priced food and Nic gave us some great suggestions for some local walks. Feeling very relaxed and reenergised after our stay so thank you!

This is definitely a couples retreat all year round. As it is so cosy and warm. And such a nice place to sit back and relax and watch films all day of you choose. The local villages are great with loads of places to eat and drink. If you love to walk the rolling hills are great to explore. We will be visiting again Would very highly recommend

What a place!! The caravan was so cosy even through the storm. The bath was quite the experience, but one that has to be tried. The two dogs were our new best friends and Maggie was very welcoming! So nice to get away from it all, highly recommended

The showman caravan is a fantastically unique place to stay. The log burning in the caravan made it super cozy and the outdoor was an amazing experience. Cannot recommend enough!

If you want a quiet break away from it all, somewhere with real character and gracious hosts, we cannot recommend Maggie's place highly enough. Maggie, Humph and the dogs are lovely, attentive to your needs, while also giving you your privacy. The caravan is cosy but spacious enough for two to relax without getting under each other's feet, and while there is an electric heater, the wood burner gives it so much more character and ensures you'll be super snug even in the October rain. We'd also recommend making use of the outdoor shower and bath, even if the weather seems inclement. There was something truly magical about sitting back in a steaming hot candle lit bath in beautiful surroundings with cool rain pattering down through the tree canopy above.

What an incredible space. Perfect getaway for some peace and quiet, and to enjoy the quirky features that are on offer. Maggie was great and very accommodating. We loved the 'back to basics' charm of the place and wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

If you love the photos and the description, as we did, you will love staying in the vintage showman’s caravan. It’s lovely. The dogs are kind of special too. Be sure to take a nighttime bath in the outdoor tub...there’s something magical about the fairy lights, candles, steaming water, and owls hooting nearby. We won’t soon forget our bath beneath the Friday the 13th full harvest moon!

Tom's place was a great stay and perfect as it was outside of the busy streets of central Harrogate whilst being in the vicinity of lots of shops and nice places to eat.The interior was amazing and the jacuzzi bath was a great touch. 10/10 would return again.

This is a perfect little bolt hole within 20 min walk of Betty’s (essential when visiting Harrogate!). The flat was sparkling clean, and very comfortable. Tom had even left little touches such as a bottle of Prosecco and a toy for our little one. We will be back when we return to Harrogate.

We loved our stay at Tom's place. We booked it on the day and he was super quick at responding. Walking distant into the town and local amenities on the door stop. Really stylish - definite interior goals. We needed a last minute, emergency get away and Tom's place was perfect.

Easy check in and good amount of space. Cereal, milk, coffee and tea are provided which is nice. Close to the city centre but you'll have to take an uber or taxi cause it's definitely a couple miles. Good value overall

Even though I was only there for one night, I really enjoyed my stay. Lars was great to chat with and the room was exactly what I needed, a comfortable and clean place to stay. The location is within walkable distance (20ish mins) to the city centre. Or you can hop on a bus close by. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Leeds. (Make sure you read the house rules first to ensure you’ll enjoy your stay).

Exactly as described and spotlessly clean, Martin's place was everything we were looking for in a place to stay in the Leeds vicinity. Situated a 40 minute easy walk from the centre of town and in a very quiet neighbourhood it was a totally manageable distance and excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Leeds in the future as opposed to paying out for a hotel where you cannot park. (Or have to pay through the nose to do so). Martin was a great host and even though we did not meet him everything was really straightforward with easy check in and out arrangements. Martin was always quick to respond to any messages and the information provided was really helpful.

We parked our car recommended by Martin in the multi car park across the site, which we could view for the roof top apartment. The view at night was fantastic looking over the city. The apartment ticked all the boxes and Martin was the perfect host . Thank you we will definitely be back soon !

Amazing apartment in a very good location!

Me and my friends loved Yousif’s home. The flat is exactly as shown (maybe even better), has lovely extra touches (plenty of towels, little toiletries etc) and couldn’t be in a better location. It was sparkling clean and very stylish, check in and out was easy and we felt safe. Even though it was such a central location, outdoor noise wasn’t an issue. We didn’t need to contact Yousif but I’m sure if we did we’d have received a speedy reply. I can’t recommend enough

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is beautiful, large and comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal in the center and very close to the leeds bus station. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, modern apartment very centrally located so easy to nip to and from. Comfortable bedding, well decorated, bottle of bubbly in the fridge and tea and coffee supplies. What more could you ask for?! Really helpful letting us drop our bags off early too :) would definitely stay again!

I had a lovely stay in Bronwen's apartment on my first visit to Leeds. It's in a historic building right in the heart of the city and was a perfect base for my short stay. It had everything I needed to feel at home and Bronwen was really friendly and helpful in all our communication. I'd definitely stay again if I come back to Leeds.

As the photos suggest, a beautiful apartment in the centre of Leeds. Everything you could need is there. It is easy to collect and return keys. As outlined in the 'apartment brochure' we visited the 'tapas' restaurant, the 'delicious' coffee shop and 'Friends of Ham' and can vouch for those too!

Excellent apartment & hosts

The loft apartment is superb. Lots of very cool design features and could have happily stayed for longer. Walking distance to the city centre in a very cool neighbourhood.

This is a lovely little haven on the outskirts of Leeds between the beautiful open Roundhay Park and the city itself. There was a comfortable bed in the spacious bedroom, a comfortable and cosy lounge and a lovely clean shower room. Although there’s no kitchen, Jackie provides microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge plus coffee, tea and milk and crockery / cutlery so you can settle right in. Nearby are a co-op , takeaways and several nice restaurants to choose from without the need to drive anywhere. A fantastic place to stay!

Needed the place for the night as it was for a work trip. I didn’t need anything particularly close to amenities etc just needed somewhere clean to sleep and shower close to my work location. The night I came am unfortunate event took place on the next street and there was police everywhere!! Helicopter, vans etc. Either way I managed to get to the property a little later than estimated. It was extremely clean, and suited my needs perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had the usual appliances needed. The bathroom was was also very clean. The hosts kept in touch with me and all communication was thorough especially with instructions on where the keys were etc. I can’t comment on the area or amenities as I didn’t use/need them, nor do I know the area very well. Overall great place to just lay your head.

Lovely space. The layout of the room looked different than what I anticipated from the photos but nonetheless it was great. Super clean, really comfy bed, stylish kitchen area and bathroom. Was perfect for my short stay.

Great place to stay close to Leeds city centre - around a fiver in an Uber. Comfortable and large bed, WiFi, TV. There is even an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge and a sink to wash up! The bathroom was clean and large, with a decent shower. This place is perfect if you need a budget roof over your head when visiting Leeds, but you could stay here for weeks if you wanted as there is everything you need!

This is a great value place to stay and it really was 'snug'. Extremely comfortable and just what I wanted.

A great, budget friendly place to stay! Laurynas is a fantastic host. The location is very convenient. Just a ten minute bus ride and you're in the centre! Would stay here again if visiting Leeds.

Laurynas is very kind. The location is good that you can access city center easily. We met some situatons but solved together though commounications.

Laurynas is nice and friendly, and always willing to provide help. The location is good that many bus stations nearby, also you can walk to city center in around 20-25mins. In addition, there many local supermarkets nearby which is convenient.

Keith was an excellent host and the apartment was great, very central and fabulous decor.

We stayed at Keith's place for 2 weeks and can't recommend it enough. Keith was a fantastic host! Responded really quick, and was always helpful and friendly when we bothered him with things (which was A LOT because we were pretty clueless. Ha) The space itself is really quirky and cool, and the location is great for shopping/nightlife. We'll definitely be looking to stay there again the next time.

Couldn’t recommend more. Photos don’t do it justice. Keith was really helpful with directions etc, especially as my stay was so last minute! Also the bed is unbelievably comfy. Had the best nights sleep ever.

Small room but very well equipped

I enjoyed my stay very much. It was very cosy and warm place. Quiet neighbourhood and with a hiking trail just outside the building. Very close to a big supermarket.

Cozy and clean little studio that has everything you need. It is very light during the day because of the many windows, but the room has excellent blinds. The stream next to the window makes it very peaceful. Perfect for a solo traveller, highly recommended!

I stayed in this lovely studio for one night, because I needed to be around that area for work. The studio was really clean and Charli was always ready to give me advice whenever I needed . Waitrose is just 2 minutes walk.
