One Double bed Annexe of a Barn Conversion offers peace and beauty of the countryside, a cosy little retreat . Entry through the private courtyard. It has its own entrance. one Double bed with an en suite . There is a lounge /kitchenette. Tea/coffee facility's.fridge . Milk tea coffee sugar is in the welcome basket cereal Jacuzzi is inclusive -not shared with others. We are set in the beautiful countryside yet close to NEC /Birmingham Airport/ Coventry/A45 M6 Part of a family home .
Part of a family home. The annexe is at one end of the barn but has its own entrance and is independent of the main house. There will be a welcome basket provided. Cereal bread eggs milk and nice bits and pieces to nibble on. Toiletries provided i.e. Shampoo soap toothpaste shower gel. Towelling robes and matching slippers provided. Hairdryer and straighteners also in the room . We do have pet dogs. The family will give you the upmost privacy during your stay with us. No children or babies. No pets. The space is for 2 adults only
Beautiful countryside with great local pubs The Bull and Butcher, The heart of England events, The red Lion, The white Lion for eating and drinking . 15 mins NEC and Birmingham airport. A45 M6 Ricoh Arena Coventry. 4 miles from Meriden. Coventry 15 mins Birmingham centre 20 mins drive. Trains go from coventry, tile hill ,Canley. Plenty of horse riding in the area and cyclists and walkers

    Savour a morning coffee out on the terrace, or curl up on the selection of seating amid contemporary and vintage decor, carefully selected art, and an open beamed wood ceiling. Open out the secret bed for additional guests located in the floorboards! We can also provide guest beds for up to another 4 people - please ask prior to booking. (Any guests over 2 are charged at £50 per person) As mentioned, we do allow parties/events/photography and filming, however please do contact us prior to booking. Please do not go ahead with a booking and then do any of the above, we have others in the building to think about and so balance this out with them prior to accepting. Please note: we do not have blinds at the property, what makes our apartment unique is the panoramic views, we do include eye masks if you need them to sleep. Our toilet has vinyl on the bottom half of the window so although you can see out, people cant see you on the loo. We are also in the middle of an industrial estate and so your privacy is not compromised but please do bear this in mind - any questions please let us know
    Located in Loughborough we are close to the town centre and train station. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance

  • This is as close as you can come to a New York artists loft outside the USA. Great light, large exposed brick space, and comfortable bed. Very spacious kitchen with all amenities, and spacious bathroom. You need to be prepared for loft living — so for a larger group be prepared for large, shared space and not a lot of doors! There is a great log burning stove in the bedroom which is super easy to use. Also, the space is massive, and so be prepared for this if you are arriving alone—its a bit like stepping into a film set! One challenge I had was downloading all the instructions to enter the space once I was at the building. The instructions are clear, but multi-step and the signal on my phone was very bad in the parking lot of the build. I would suggest that anyone planning a stay download all the apartment instructions prior to arrival!

  • A lovely private hide away. The hot tub was lovely and the garden was very private. Checkin and access to the cabin was very easy due to the great communication from the host. When we arrived there was an issue with the heater but Simone sorted it really quickly and then the cabin was toasty. Within the cabin there were lots of additional touches such as cereals, milk, bread, butter etc to help ourselves to, DVDs, games and towels. A lovely place to stay, perfect for what we wanted.

The village offers a traditional English way of life with a good pub serving homemade food, summer fetes, friendly community and access to beautiful walks and countryside pursuits. We are very close to a plethora of interesting places and things to do including the world famous Foxton Locks and the Grand Union canal, The Soaring Centre (Glider Airport), Welford Children's Farm Park, Pitsford Reservoir (sailing / kayaking / biking), Mini Mischief's Soft play centre and much more. Also we had a beautiful meal prepared for us on our second night which was awesome. The place was rural yet really modern, wifi was super fast which we didn't expect.   • From the moment we arrived at The Loft we knew we'd discovered a real gem! Set in a stunning rural location, the converted stable block has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing get away. The interiors are tastefully decorated with lots of media entertainment on hand, fantastic power showers with luxury toiletries, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with breath taking views! The attention to detail was impeccable! Communication was extremely prompt and every effort was made to make our stay both memorable and magical! Such a special little hideaway, we can't wait to return!!

Ton welcomed us into The Loft and showed us around, such a friendly and warm gentleman - giving our stay the perfect start. The Loft - is just so stunning! The pictures are gorgeous but in reality it is so much better. The views are gorgeous! The apartment itself is impressively carbon neutral and has everything you need any more. It's super clean, spacious, warm and the technology is amazing. We really appreciated the little touches that shows how much thought has gone into providing a great experience. We had chocolates beside each bed, bread milk jams cereals for breakfast, wellies in various sizes for walks around the estate, Amazon music, Netflix, Nespresso machine + pods & milk frother, Rituals toiletries, popcorn machine. Thanks to Susan we were equipped with everything we needed to have an absolutely wonderful few days away. I can't wait to come back and even visit some of her other homes!     This is a self-contained flat next to the main house. The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.
    This property has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and kitchen / lounge. All on the ground floor. Entrance is separate from the main house, surrounded by farm land. Prestwold Hall close by. Situated at the end of a farm track with parking.
    We are in a rural setting within a 5 minute drive of Loughborough. Closest villages are Cotes, Hoton, Burton-on-the Wolds and Barrow-Upon-Soar. Very convenient for Prestwold Hall and Stanford Hall.

This little oasis of peace and tranquility is a great place to return after a hard days work. The float home is located at Red Hill Marina, with a friendly community and an on site cafe. If you are looking to stay in Nottingham but want to be away from the hustle of the city centre, then this is the place for you. The Parkway rail station is 5 mins away and the train takes you straight there in just 15 minutes.
    This refrigerated container has been converted into a modern living space with an open plan kitchen, living and bedroom space (Bedroom can be closed off with curtains). The sofa also turns into a double sofa bed. The property has lovely bi-fold doors that open onto the decking with a patio set that faces the canal, perfect for summer evenings. The kitchen contains Cutlery - Crockery - Mugs and Glasses - Pans - Salt and pepper - Oil - Tea, Coffee and Sugar. Appliances include Toaster - Kettle - Oven - Hob.
    The float home is located on the canal right by the Nottingham parkway rail station making it easy to get to the city centre. There is also a cafe on site. The neighbourhood is very friendly, quiet and relaxing. This is also a working marina.

  • I stayed for one night at Sharon and Deep's place. The location and the apartment are absolutely fantastic, check-in was quick and easy and the bed was so comfy! Responses were very quick too. There were another couple staying at the property but I never saw them so I had plenty of privacy. Despite the fact that the flat is in the city centre, it was so quiet too. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Nottingham!

    You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut is awaiting. The Shepherds Hut boasts a full history with it's original owner being Sir Winston Churchill! Within the Hut is a small double bed, electrics and lighting, a small oven and stove. You will have access to a toilet and hand basin and our fabulous Hot Tub and BBQ Hut. Sadly there is no shower/bath.
    With totally private use of all of the spaces you can really relax and forget about the world during your stay. The shepherds hut is a cosy bedroom space with beautiful views over the rural countryside and just around the corner is your own private hot tub which you can use as much as you like. The BBQ hut gives you the perfect place to chill out and cook your own meals on the open fire! Wood and coal etc. is all provided free of charge! The toilet and washing facilities are within the farmhouse just a short 10 second walk away.
    Top House Farm is based around 0.7 miles off the nearest road and is just a short drive to several good quality local pubs and restaurants. The nearby village of Market Bosworth is popular with walkers and gathers a lot of interest from the steam train running from Shackerstone. Market Bosworth is also the home of the Battle of Bosworth and the newly found Richard III site. It's a great, quiet place to be but you are within minutes of a lot to do or you can just step out of your hut and go for a relaxing walk.

Ducks and dogs are so cute, it was lovely waking up and hearing them quacking. Cooking food in the hut was fun and it was lovely and warm , very relaxing stay.   • We stayed here for two nights in March, we made good use of the facilities. All of our cooking was done over the open fire which was really fun, and the hot tub is lovely and warm after a long day of exploring. We also got to meet and feed the goats and alpacas which was also a fun experience. The Sheppard's hut is cosy and comfortable. Bear in mind you are staying on a farm so take your boots and expect them to get a little dirty!

The communication was excellent from when I first got in touch all the way to being shown around once I arrived. The responses to my questions were extremely quick and very helpful, the hosts really went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The place itself is absolutely lovely and extremely clean!     My place is located near Glenfield Road and Fosse Road North within easy walking distance of Leicester High Street and the West End. It is a safe area with good street lighting and regular bus service, like all major cities care you should taken when walking home late at night.

This studio flat has two comfortable beds.. One room has a comfortable king-size bed and the other room has a double bed as can be seen in the pictures. This house is ideal for families with children as we have a newly developed park just around the corner ( a travel cot for a child is also available on request). Please read - You are renting a newly developed flat built in the back of our house with separate entrance and en-suite. The room comes with an en-suite shower room. The studio flat also contains 40Inches Smart TV and NetFlix. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. A hairdryer, basic toiletries are also provided.     This apartment is located in the residential area and from outside, it does not look like a hotel. Please see our picture and arrive on Garfield road near the park. Very friendly neighbourhood. It is a really safe and quiet area, its residents are primarily families who have lived there a while. We have been living here for last 6 years.

Also the shampoo and shower gel which we always forget. The cottage has everything for a perfect cosy getaway and we even decided to book an extra night which Julie ensured went without a hitch. Also has added bonus of horses and dogs. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be returning.

    Very Large Double Bedroom situated on the ground floor front of my 7 Bed Det property with secure parking, which is 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes car drive to city centre and very close to LRI Hospital, Universities, Highcross Shopping Centre, Kingpower Stadium, Bus and Train Stations, all rooms are very large with 7 bedrooms, 2 Kitchens, 2 shower Rooms and 2 private lounges. Secure parking is limited to 4 small cars. All rooms are temperature controlled and double glazed with high ceilings
    My place is very handy for guests working in Leicester or visiting friends in Leicester and Leicestershire 10 minutes by car (3 1/2 miles) from Junction 21 M1, or 10 minutes by Taxi from Leicester Train Station or St Margarets Bus Station. This space has a double bed, wardrobe, 4 draw chest, table, 2 chairs and small sofa with 2 large double glazed mahogany windows, some guests find it noisy being on the ground floor because we are on the main inner city ring road, also at weekends occasional pedestrains can be noisy. So if you want a very quiet room best to pick another room on the first or second floor.
    My place is located near Glenfield Road and Fosse Road North within easy walking distance of Leicester High Street and the West End. It is a safe area with good street lighting and regular bus service, like all major cities care you should taken when walking home late at night.

    The accommodation is a separate annex to our cottage and benefits from private access, bathroom and of course bedroom. The accommodation is accessed up some external steps and thus regrettably is unsuitable for less abled guests. The main accommodation is a large room with conservation windows looking out onto our wild flower and pumpkin patch. The room has a double bed, chaise longue, smart TV, fridge, kettle and an assortment of teas (including fruit teas) and drinks.
    Mayfield Cottage is situated in a conservation area. The views to the valley are spectacular, with elevated woodland within which is the Hermitage. In the spring, the woods are awash with bluebells and attract much local admiration. The valley is a haven for ornithologists - merlins, hobbys and ravens can be seen within the valley together with woodpeckers and the ever circling buzzards. We have a resident tawny owl in the garden, frequently seen during daylight hours.
    Dale Abbey is an exquisite monastic village located in open countryside between Derby and Nottingham. There are beautiful views of the ancient abbey ruins, the remnants of which make up many of the properties in the village, including our own.

    The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.
    The Outhouse is a compact space, with a fully equipped kitchen at one end. Facilities in the kitchen include a kettle, toaster, 4 ring ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and crockery. Please note there is no dishwasher or washing machine in the Outhouse. In the living area there is a double sofa with a smart TV (Netflix is available). There is underfloor heating throughout the studio, electric blackout velux blinds and air conditioning for when it is hot during the summer months. There is free WIFI available to use throughout the studio. Well behaved pets are more than welcome but please bring along their own bedding. Check in to the studio is from 3pm with access via a keysafe. There is ample on street parking on Penn Lane from where you access the studio.
    Melbourne is a fabulous little town, with most things easily in walking distance. There is a lovely selection of cafes, pubs, restaurants and independant shops to have a wander around. A few minutes down the road is Melbourne Hall & Gardens and Melbourne Pool which are a great place for a stroll followed by some tea and cake at Melbourne Hall Tearooms.

    A 10 minute walk from Donington Park's main entrance, The Barn is the perfect base for up to 4 people (+ your pet, subject to a fee) to stay comfortably. This one-bedroom (and sofa bed), well-equipped self-contained barn conversion has kitchen, dining area, en-suite shower, TV/DVD, Wifi, wood burner and lovely garden views. Parking for up to 4 cars and motorbikes available. Please note we are close to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park so occasional noise may be heard from these sites.
    Before we converted it a few years ago, The Barn was a cart hovel for our house, which we understand was the mill for Donington Hall in nearby Castle Donington. The Barn is brilliantly located for events at Donington Park and it is just a 10 minute walk to the main entrance. The space is divided into a separate bedroom, with en-suite shower room (with electric shower and heated towel rail) as well as a wardrobe / storage cupboard. There is plenty of clothes storage and hanging space to make yourself at home and a comfy king-size bed with an electric blanket. The curtains are also blackout lined to help you get a good night's sleep. The living space is 'open plan', with a full kitchen in one corner. Facilities in the kitchen include kettle, toaster, four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer and there are plenty of glasses, plates etc. (enough for at least six people). Please note there is no washing machine in The Barn, but we are happy to offer access to this in the main house for a small fee, should you urgently need it. There is seating for four people at the dining table alongside the kitchen. In the living area, there is a double sofa (sofa bed) and a separate arm chair. There is a TV/DVD and Wifi, as well as a wood burning stove with enough logs supplied to keep you going for a night or two. Any additional logs that you require may be subject to a small charge. For younger guests, we have some toys and books to keep them entertained. There is also a high chair, travel cot and fire guard, all available on request. We do accept pets during your stay for which there is an additional charge of £15 per pet per stay up to three nights. For bookings of four or more nights, the charge is £30 per pet per stay. This charge will be raised through the Airbnb platform once you have checked in. Pets are not permitted on furniture, including the sofas and the bed. Guests who do bring dogs must supervise their dogs at all times on the property and pick up any dog mess, disposing of it appropriately. From both rooms in The Barn you'll get fantastic views of the garden where you should be able to spot lots of birds, ducks, moorhens and maybe even the Kingfisher and Heron who love the pond. Whilst the pond is in the garden of the main house, please be aware of it if you're booking or staying with young children. There is no lifeguard on duty! There is outside seating for guests and but we are happy to share additional outside seating from the main house, if needed. Please also note that additional guests who were not part of your initial booking will be charged at £15 per person per night via Airbnb.
    The Barn is uniquely located within walking distance of Donington Park, making it the perfect base if you're attending any of the motorsport or music events at the circuit, including Download. Access via the Main Entrance is just 10 minutes' walk from the end of the drive. We have space available to park trailers or motorbikes, should you be racing at Donington Park and want somewhere to park up ahead of or after your race day. The Cloud Trail - a walking and cycle track that runs from Worthington into Derby - is less than five minutes' walk from The Barn and there are lots of other local walking routes you can enjoy while staying here. Although our local pub, The Bulls Head in Wilson, is currently under renovation, the larger villages of Melbourne and Castle Donington are close by and offer a great selection of restaurants, pubs and bars.

It's a good location, close to Champneys, National Trust houses and a great theatre in Leicester. It’s walking distance to local shops, restaurants and a 10min bus ride into the city centre. At a stretch you could walk to The King Power Stadium in 20mins. Plenty of parking along the side streets, but not on match days (be warned). I didn’t stay here but booked it for a guest who says she would not hesitate to stay here again. Adele even agreed to a slightly late checkout.

In three rooms, you have a complete apartment and good facilities, including a washing machine. Heating and hot water is excellent. The location is really good; if you're visiting as a tourist there are buses to downtown Leicester at the doorstep, and it's two blocks to good, late night shopping and restaurant strip. If you have a car there's a parking place right at the door. Very quiet at all times of day and very private. It's a well-modernized older property with one flight of steep stairs to the door and a step in the interior passage between rooms. We had a really enjoyable week there!

    An absolutely beautiful penthouse in the City Centre! This penthouse arguably has one of the best views in Nottingham, looking over the Castle and the private Park Estate. It's in the city centre and has great access to public transport. The apartment is spacious, open plan kitchen and lounge area. Views here are spectacular, if you enjoy the sun set or would like to go alfresco and have dinner on the balcony, you are more than welcome to. The bedroom looks over the city centre and castle. Neutrally decorated with plenty of space to store clothes in the wardrobe (which lights up when you open it) or under the bed. There is also enough space to fit a floor mattress in there to accommodate extra guests. Depending on you previous reviews and group I may ask for a deposit. The lounge is very spacious boasting 14 ft high ceilings with majority of the the south facing wall being glass. Modern decor, comfy sofa and a dining table. You even have the benefit of the lounge leading onto the balcony. I have a hammock, so if you want to use it, Just ask! All this space is perfect whether you want to relax and unwind, read a book, listen to music, talk with friends or have a couple of drinks. The penthouse features include, independently controlled under floor heating, wifi controlled smoke alarms, heated bathroom mirror, and a Samsung washing machine. plus your usual dish washer and fridge freezer. The open plan kitchen also includes; - Convection/fan oven - Fridge Freezer - Kettle - Microwave - Hob - Washer - Dish Washer - Wifi - Fibre optic The City is full of Bars, Restaurants, Deli's, Tonnes of shopping, Art galleries, museums and Nottingham Castle is only a 10min walk. If you are a Fan of Batman, his home also known as Wollaton House is only a short bus journey. We can provide Tea, Coffee, some cereal but food is down to you to buy. But I do often cook and I will usually offer food if theres enough to go round. The Apartment does have access to a Elevator, so all the disability access is there. A bengal cat also lives here, I have an allergy to cats and it doesn't affect me as they produce less of the protein people are allergic to.
    The neighbourhood is great, it benefits from a 24/7 shop just up the road. Plenty of takeaways and shops within a 5 min walk

    Our two storey apartment was built in 1810, is grade II listed and is part of the conservation area of Melbourne. Built by William Warren and Valentine Radford, it was traditionally the living quarters to a bakery below. It sits on floors two and three in a three storey building with a private entrance and it's own off street parking space to the rear. With lots of original and traditional features, it has sash windows, a log burner and some quirky staircases for you to enjoy.
    A quirky blend of original and new. A newly fitted light and spacious kitchen with eating area, a cosy lounge with log burner and two bedrooms; one quirky small double which fits a double futon sofa bed (the double futon is a tight fit but has storage space too) and and a large double room which takes up the whole top floor with wardrobe space. We have a newly replaced bathroom with a deep bathtub and a separate large shower. Our apartment is accessed by going upstairs - these are old and spiral slightly so those who struggle with stairs might find them a bit tricky. Our property is original and quirky and we really hope you love it as much as us. The flat is above a commercial space which we also own. The ground floor is let to a couple that run a gin bar, which is open only at weekends. The capacity is only around 35 persons, so isn’t too lively. They occasionally have live music on Saturday evenings. Last orders are at 10-10:30pm though, so your sleep won't be disturbed in the top bedroom.
    The apartment is 8 miles from the city of Derby, 10 mins from East Midlands airport and the M42 and strolling distance from Amalfi White (a popular restaurant, bar and wedding venue), the Bay Tree (an award winning restaurant) and 5 mins in a car to Donington Race Track. We are also a short drive from other attractions, such as National Trust Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold amongst other historical attractions. Melbourne itself hosts an array of events at the Melbourne Assembly Rooms and has Melbourne Hall and gardens which is open to visitors at certain times of the year. Melbourne has a range of independent shops, from interiors to clothes, pubs, bars, restaurants and historical sites - Thomas Cook was born here! For lazy breakfasts, Melbourne Deli is a couple of doors away and have everything from freshly baked bread to cheese, hams and sandwiches. We are also a walk from Tori and Ben's farm shop, voted in the top 20 farm shops in the UK where you can sit in or take away.
