There are go-karts a few meters away and the bus stop that leads to Sueca and Perelló, where you can take another bus to Valencia capital. A large supermarket is 2 km away by car, in El Perelló. There is also a Yacht Club that offers activities such as jet ski rental, surfboard or paddle surf lessons

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
