We had a great stay at Castelli Village. It is a lovely and wonderful place to spent a relaxed and unforgettable vacation. Especially the breathtaking view over the village down to the agean sea, even out of your sleepingroom-window, was fantastic. We loved the old and cosy stone house, which is perfectly situated just between the center of the village and the castle at its top. In the mornings we liked it very much to have breakfast on the terrace from which you have a really nice view down to the sea. During the day we enjoyed the beautiful beaches just close to Volissos. You shouldn t miss a swim in the cristal clear water of the agean sea. In the evenings there s a choice of four tavernas in the village where nice local food is served. The Tavernas are all within walking distance to the apartment. Last but not least we thank Pantelis for being such a good host who answered every question we had during the stay. We really recommend this place to stay at!

The apartment in Volissos looks exactly as on the pictures and is a beautiful, cozy and charming spot to stay. It is a very old house on a hill with a breathtaking view, located in one of the most authentic and amazing villages on Chios - Volissos is a small and old village with amazing restaurants and a small supermarket. To rent a car is recommended to move on the island. We felt in love with Chios and Volissos and would love to come back one day!

Our host greeted us at the port and he described everything necessary way of telling on the map. We found as we put our house right now and settle. Everything was perfect.

The house is beautiful, the location quite convenient, the village charming and very relaxing. The owner very welcoming and helpful.

Aigiali Studios are not a house but a hotel indeed so this is not a guest -host relationship but we had no (URL HIDDEN) was clean ,nice.The hotel and the beach was very (URL HIDDEN) was September and the season was over so the environment was silent we relaxed really. The prices were normal at hotel but high at Limnos restaurant in front which is one of the 3 restaurants at Limnos.

The reception is excellent, our host came to pick the place agreed to take us to the house in the timetable chosen by us and for us more comfortable. The host is very nice and kind, immediately makes you feel at ease and seems to know it all along. The announcement responds perfectly to what we have found in the home, both as regards the photos that the description. Indeed, there was much more than the announcement, such as a kitchen equipped also the first food or subsistence very cute little cards scattered around the house. The funniest? The bathroom mirror was hung the inscription "You look fine." It was good to remember during the holiday, helped to feel better! So we found a lot of poetry in all the furniture and home care that they really impressed. Even when they have around us beaches and natural landscapes interesting, sometimes we felt the desire to return to the Home Tree early to enjoy it ... it's a house where you are and life is good. It was sad to leave. We tried almost jealousy in thinking about who would come after us, but then we said that it was right that people as possible they shared our own experience. The neighborhood is picturesque and quiet, because cars do not go in that area, you move along paths climb the hill on foot. The car you can leave it in the vicinity, there is a convenient parking nearby. You can enjoy an incredible view from the terrace, the hills, the roofs of the old houses of the village and the sea. If then there is a full moon as it happened during our stay, we really enjoy an incredible sight.

The vacation we were planning with my girlfriend for a long time has become beyond our immagination thanks to our stay in The Tree Home. Our vacation has become better with every minute we've spent in our room and every word we've shared with our hosts. Amazing fine tunings of the Tree Home, great hospitality and friendship of Stathia and Yiannis made us feel like home. Our experience has become the new definition of an all inclusive vacation. If you plan to visit Greek islands, just to experience The Tree Home, change your route to Chios at least for a couple of days. You won't regret.

What a great welcome from a genuine, interesting and friendly host ! The apartment is unique, cosy and has outstanding views of the coast while the village is lively and atmospheric. We highly recommend this listing.

Staying at Yannis place was a great experience. The house is very unique and has a great view, might be one of best in the island. We almost visited every village at Chios and Volissos was the best choice, and if you want to stay at Homer's hometown - the famous Greek poet, here is the perfect place! The house itself had everything we needed and the best experience was having our breakfast at terrace:) Yannis was also very helpful, we did not have any communication problem and we always had prompt answers from him to our messages. We definitely want to come back and highly recommend Yannis' place.

Absolutely wonderful! The flat is the perfect starting point for a relaxing holiday, a space to clear one's mind, to retreat or discover as one wishes. Stathia, Yannis and Martis are amazingly warm, hospitable and flexible people. It was an honour to be their guests. We had a great time!

We stayed 3 wonderful weeks at the tree home of Stathia, Yannis (and of course Martis!!) and we enjoyed it a lot!! The house is an old traditional stone house and beautifully designed, we liked every detail. We loved to drive arround and explore wonderful quiet places and beaches. Volissos is a good place for people who want to experience peaceful rural areas but although the kindness of the people. And of course there were this wonderful hosts Stathia and Yannis!! They brought us delicious self made products and invited us for dinner to their lovely farm and we had a lot of interesting conversations and souma :) and sometimes we lost completly track of time. We are so glad to get to know them, they are so warm hearted people and we wish all the best for their future and their courageous agricultural project!! We definetely want come back next year and meet them again, because we fell hopeless in love with Chios, Volissos and the people there!!

The perfume of the herbs and the jasmine, the charm of an house in stone and wood, the furniture and the perfect setup of everything, the strategic position that dominates Volissos, the amazing view on the sea and on the mountains, the silence interrupted only by the crickets and by the birds. All of this, is the Tree House. Stathia, an anamazing girl, friendly and helpful, she will give you very good suggestions for some tours on the surrounding area. Is a place of everyone's dreams!

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely little house in Vossilos. The village is one hour away from Chios city, so you definitely need a car to move! But it is a beautiful, quiet village where you can relax and enjoy the calmness. Pantelis offered us to stay in the bigger accommodation right next to the other one because it was not booked - without paying more. It was fully equipped, so we had everything we needed. Also it is decorated with so many cute vintage things - so many details. My friends also loved all the cats who came in front of our door every day.

Castelli Oriental is such a wonderful place. So peaceful and quiet surroundings, it was like a dream. The hole town kind of makes you feel like you've travelled back in time, but at the same time has everything you need. Beautiful, relaxed beaches just a 20 mins walk away, in beautiful landscape. Pantelis is a super host, helped us out with anything we needed. We definetly recommend his place to anyone looking for an authentic greek holiday :)

Volissós is an amazing village and the house is placed almost in the top of the hill in a very peaceful areas with awesome views. Isidoros was super kind and helpful not only when we arrived but throughout our time in the apartment. He recommended us nice places where to go and he was very supportive. The apartment in a traditional stone house is tinny but extremely beautiful and cozy. It has all you need for a holiday stay and even a fabulous terrace! We had a wonderful experience and I hope I come back soon :)

Nicely furnished in the Chios oldtime style in the village of Volissos, 5 minutes from the tiny center of town. Really quite place, nice seaview and terrace. Well equipped. Recommended!

Location was very good just 5 minutes walk from the village center. The village itself is really nice. It was very nice to sit outside in the morning or at night. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The only problem is the thick air in the house when it is very warm and there is no wind.

My wife and I recently stayed at Casa Bella. The house was beautiful, and very well furnished. Ioannis was a wonderful host. He met us late in the evening on our arrival and escorted us to the house. He left us soon after with a refrigerator full of goodies, a bowl of fresh fruit, and a bottle of wine. Our two kids joined us a few days later. There was plenty of room for the four of us. All of us enjoyed the village of Volissos and the nearby beaches. The walk to the beach is lovely, although a bit far. I would recommend a rental car to make it easier to explore the island. All in all our stay was wonderful, Ioannis was an exceptional host, Casa Bella was a lovely house, and I would recommend the experience to couples or families looking for a quiet vacation spot.

We spent a fantastic week in the beautiful Casa Bella Jojannis Volissos. The stone house on three floors is spacious and renovated and furnished with much taste. It has two balconies with views of the hills and the sea, and a veranda ombreggiat for breakfast. The house is located on the edge of the village of Volissos, located to the north of the island within an hour's drive from Chios. The village is very pretty and most quiet. The only sounds are the song of cicadas and dell'assiolo. In the village there are several taverns (eat well), and two shops. We were greeted warmly by Johannis (who speaks perfect Italian). The house was spotless and fresh and on our arrival we Johannis had filled the fridge with fruit, soft drinks and slices biscotatte and biscuits for breakfast. The stay at Casa Bella Volissos has exceeded all our expectations both in terms of structure, location and friendliness of our hosts. A five minute drive there are several beaches very nice and tranquillissime. If we return to Chios would definitely stay at Casa Bella. Thanks Johannis!

Lovely house on top of Volissos' hills. Yanis, Stathia and Martis could not have made me feel better - I sometimes even forgot we were not long-term friends already... The house was beautiful! Like living in an old stone castle. The view from the balcony over the town and the water was amazing and Stathia made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was such a unique and wonderful place to stay. Plus, we saw a hedgehog outside and it was the cutest animal ever.

Stella and Stathia were absolutely wonderful hosts. Stella made sure we were completely taken care of, giving us wonderful recommendations and meeting us to show us where many things were in town. We had a chance to go out to Stathia's farm (and meet the enlightened Martis!) and had a wonderful time hearing about life in Chios, eating grapes from the vine, and laughing together. We never would have visited Volissos if it wouldn't have been for them, and even though we could only spend a few days in Chios, those few days were made refreshing and wonderful by Stella and Stathia. I can't wait to go back and stay there again!

the house is very nice for those who want to test the homes of local style. Very well located in the village, a few minutes walk from the village center bottom (for small crooked streets), the view of the valley is superb. the village, quiet all day and night, is located at the foot of the castle (sea views and stunning sunset sun!), without access to cars. we enjoyed being able to acquire the products manufactured by our host and offered in a charming wicker basket. olive oil, soap, jam (we try to do it again so here it is excellent!), capers, herbs ...... test absolutely the center of the city (near the restaurant parking lot ) production farm restaurateur, typical and delicious cuisine, warm hospitality ..... all that Auntie's house in Volissos allowed us to spend an unforgettable stay on Chios. The house was just perfect. The host was friendly, helpful, she made us feel at home. The village looks like a set for a fairy tale, a short walk leads to the nearest shops. Do not miss the bakery! We enjoyed every bit of it.

Everything was wonderful, clear, much better than expected and of high quality. Emhen ever I needed something, Martis the enlightes dog was there for me!!

It is very aunthentic house. Good views, very well sleeps in the house and relaxing. Very kind, polite and helpful landlady. Recomended...
