Cozy 3-room apartment close to the center but still quiet. The newly renovated apartment with Smart TV and WiFi is located on a small side street with no through traffic and from the balcony you look directly into a small park. The cozy apartment can be reached via a spacious stairwell. The light-flooded seating area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is arranged in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. On solid ground, barbecue (observe forest fire warning level) or play sports on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.
