We are on the edge of the national forest, and pretty far out in the woods. We have a lot of wildlife - deer, turkeys, squirrels, coyotes, grouse, and elk one ridge over.
  • Great place!

  • We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Wyoming! The cabin was beautiful and cozy, the bed very comfortable, and the hospitality was wonderful. We loved the views around the ranch and even got up to see the sun rise! The hosts were super friendly (including the pets!) and we enjoyed exploring the area. We will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in that area.

  • Very peaceful and private space all to yourself. Our two cats loved the wildlife and super friendly onsite barn kitty greeters! The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to make all of our meals. The composting toilet was super easy to use and made me want one. The fireplace wasn’t necessary but I had a lot of fun building fires and watching the flames build and dance around. Wish we could have stayed longer.

  • A truly special place, rustic, and begging a mindfulness of space and purpose. This is a meditative spot, a place for intention, and healing, and self-discovery. It is away from it all but affording a comfort suitable to being at one with nature and and simultaneously infused with the goodness and fellowship of the lovely caretakers, Matt and Liz. They are as authentic and grounded as you’ll find anywhere. A place you must visit and stay awhile to appreciate fully.

  • Emmett’s place is super clean and open. I don’t booked shared places that often and this was one of the best situations I came across. For the money I basically had the entire place to myself and the place was super clean and updated! Heart of town with many places nearby. I was only driving through so this place was a great break for my road trip. Thanks Emmett!

  • This place literally has everything: a sauna (it is a dry sauna tho); a HUGE tub with jets; a shower that includes both rain shower, 5 wall shower heads, and another hand held shower wand with multiple settings, AND a steam option in the shower; a full laundry room in the rental space, a fireplace (it is real flame but it is electronic operated, full kitchen, the works. The neighborhood is quiet, and the both were incredibly hospitable. Our car actually broke down and they graciously let us check out a couple hours later in order to get a rental setup.

Experience the heart of downtown Missoula in this studio apartment located on the Hip Strip! One of the best locations with bakeries, breweries, great restaurants and entertainment venues just steps away. Walk out your door onto the Clark Fork Riverfront Trail and watch the surfers on Brennan's wave. Caras Park, The Wilma, The Top Hat and Farmer's Market are all within a few blocks. Walk 8 minutes on the trail and explore the University of Montana campus.
The Penwell Building was originally an old hotel built in 1910. Its purpose was to serve passengers from the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad (the Milwaukee Road), which began passenger service in 1911.
    Right downtown on the river!
  • An amazing place to stay in Missoula! Always so clean and a great location!

  • I really enjoyed my stay in this little studio. Comfortable bed and lots of small touches that make the space work really well. Nice view out over the Clark fork and local mountains. If you like to walk to a cafe, restaurant, book shop, ice cream place or go for a stroll/run on the river trail this location cannot be beat.

  • Great location

    Aaron2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • The building has its quirks (that comes with such a long history), but it's an amazing location and Kirk was super responsive and helpful. Some of the quirks include hearing neighbors movies from the hall (but not from the room!) , squeaky floors, needing to open windows to regulate room temperature as it's set for the entire building, and locking your door to leave for the bathroom. But it's an amazing location and a great price and was everything I needed.

    Nik2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • We love staying here every time we are in Missoula! Really close to downtown & rooms are always very clean!

  • It's hard to find a clean, pet-friendly place but Denise's house was a great place for us to get away and stay out near the mountains for a few days. She was so gracious and welcoming. My dog loved her fenced yard and playing with Yoda, her resident puppy!

  • If you're looking for a super fun, pet friendly, good location while you're visiting Missoula, this is the place! As a child of the 80s, I particularly loved it that there was a Mortal Kombat arcade machine in the place! Who wouldn't love that. Niles is a perfect host, you should rent his place.

    Donna2020-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay in a great location! Very clean and had very much of a home feeling vibe. Not to mention, they had all the best essentials for the given covid-19 virus pandemic (toilet paper AND chlorox wipes?! I don't know how he did it!). Niles was very accommodating to our non-ideal circumstances when coming into town to get our new puppy and welcomed our two dogs PLUS the new puppy into his home. Awesome place, awesome people, I would highly recommend. Thank you so much again for having us!

    Kimi2020-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • Niles was quick to respond to questions. I really liked this location; we were easily able to do some nearby hikes such as the M loop. Everything was clean, stylish and great amenities. The bed I slept in was a bit older and creaky.

A beautiful, secluded, spacious home, tucked away in its own little valley with amazing sunsets, fabulous views and starlit skies. Total privacy for feeling right at home and great well water. Wildlife passing through. Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Refuge and river access for fishing or floating the river are less than 5 miles away. Hiking, bike paths, historical sites, golfing, nice restaurants and fine dining are all within 10 minutes. Located 30 min. from Missoula or Hamilton.
Our home is located at the end of the road so is very private and peaceful here. The property is fenced for horses and the house and huge yard are in the center. Deer and wild turkey pass through. The suite is located in our walk-out daylight basement and is approximately 700 sq. ft. We are located just a mile off Hwy. 203 (East Side Hwy.). Stevensville is about 10 miles south and Florence is 8 miles north. Access to the river is only 3 miles away. Nice small town communities with various activities depending on the time of year. Please note: On Hwy. 203 there are two El Capitan Loops and it is the south El Capitan Loop that you take which has an Eagle Watch sign on the south El Capitan Loop and the fire station is across the road.
There are only 3 other houses on our lane. We are the last house. Everyone is really nice and it is a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoy this private room in the Linda Vista neighborhood on the south end of town near Community Hospital. The house is recently remodeled with lots of comfortable space for lounging, reading, socializing, watching tv or enjoying a nice meal. Just 15 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from downtown, I am also close to hiking and the biking trail that goes from Missoula to Hamilton. There is plenty of outdoor space available for shared use on the property as well.
My newly remodeled kitchen is well furnished and a great space to cook. It opens onto the dining room/living room , which makes for great socializing during meal prep. In addition to the living room, there is a large family room with television so there are plenty of options for both evening entertainment and quiet reading. The family room has a baby grand piano that you are welcome to play. Outside space includes a spacious wrap around deck and back yard. Washer and dryer are conveniently located right off the kitchen. Guests share a bath with other guests, but not with host. I have an on-demand hot water heater so if you like to take long hot baths, you're in the right place.
The Linda Vista neighborhood is on the south end of Missoula, We are about 15 minutes drive to the airport, depending on traffic, and 10 minutes to down town. There is no public transportation in this neighborhood so a car is necessary. We are close to hiking, fishing, and the bike trail that goes from Missoula to Hamilton. Our neighborhood is incredibly safe and quiet, and cooler in the summer than staying downtown. There are several grocery options just a short drive from the house. Community Hospital is just a 5 minute drive away.
  • Great accommodations and friendly host.

    Kevin2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • The experience here exceeded my wildest imagination of what a perfect Airbnb stay might be like. The way in which guests are made to feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, cared about, and at home is mind boggling. The host has an uncanny knack for accommodating the varying levels of social interaction each guest prefers. She's friendly and available for conversation if desired while being understanding and respectful of guests' preferences for solitude and limited interaction as well. To be able to cook in the kitchen at the same time the host was cooking and not be made to feel intrusive was an unexpected surprise. The washer and dryer aren't just listed because they're present, guests are actually welcome to use them! For a home to feel clean according to my particularly stringent cleanliness preferences is rare yet this place is kept beautifully. I could not possibly be more delighted with any aspect of my stay here and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an experience of home away from home.

  • The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is next level clean and very easy to find. It’s close to a Walmart so in case you forget anything, you have a store just right down the road, Laura is an absolute delight to talk to, and her two kitties are very lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Kyle2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Nice location, easy trip to airport. Very clean. Laura is very kind and wonderful host.

    Mark2020-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • Super comfortable Sleep Number bed, the cats are super friendly (and will cuddle with you if you leave your door open). The host was very nice and enjoyable to talk to. Coffee/Tea station in the kitchen was very convenient. House is in a nice/safe area with a spot in the driveway to park. I felt very welcomed in her home and was very comfortable for my stay there. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Missoula.

    Chandler2020-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • Friendly, attentive, fun, knowledgeable, easy going and a very nice venue. Spotless and away from the madness of town but easy access to the city and great restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay there again, great value too.

    Michael2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Basic needs well cared for! Laura is engaging and a great communicator. Her place was perfect for my work trip and had everything I needed! Lovely home, lovely host!

Small house conveniently set in the the historic Westside neighborhood. Very centrally located and a short walk to almost anywhere you may want to go!
We are located a few short blocks to St. Pat's Hospital, 2 local breweries, a cider house, a grocery store, parks and the bus stop is right across the street! Quickly make your way downtown by foot, bus or car and enjoy the local bars, shops and restaurants.
  • The place was very cozy clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend to other travelers. The location is perfect too!

  • Clean and quiet in a good location. Perfect for what we needed. A short drive from everything in Missoula. Had everything that we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay.

    Jake2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Cute little cottage was perfect for our short overnight stay on our cross country drive. Very clean; nice shower, the kitchen was equipped with the basics for us to make coffee and breakfast (with the food we brought), it was easy to find, close to I-90, and check in was a breeze. Would caution light sleepers, as there is quite a bit of ambient city noise - but that’s more or less to be expected. Overall a good choice for a short stay with a group of three.

  • John and Lindsey's place was just the thing I was looking for while on a quick weekend trip to Missoula - affordable, clean, quiet, and simple. Thank you to the hosts for making a place like this available for those who are traveling on a budget!

We set up a private yard for you with shade trees, chiminea and a patio. While visiting, enjoy a stroll through the one acre flower and vegetable garden, walk the road viewing the river, or simply sit back and watch the wildlife pass you by.
The Airstream includes hot water, bathroom facilities, air conditioning, heater, refrigerator, TV/DVD, and stereo. Comfortable bedding enhances your stay. The Airstream has many original vintage features. For those with a flair for vintage and eclectic, this is the place for you. Your private patio area is a prime spot to enjoy meals while enjoying views of the river and sunset. The patio also has a chiminea for fires (sometimes unavailable due to fire restrictions). The river is accessible a short 1. 5 miles down the road at the fishing access. Need more space? Inquire about the Airbnb unit located in the lower level of our house.
  • Our stay in the vintage airstream Tammy was lovely. The setting is gorgeous, especially with the fall colors in full effect. It was so fun hearing the chickens peck around outside, and walking along the garden path was relaxing. The trailer itself is well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a night in Montana.

    Patricia2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is an amazing place!

    Dave2019-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful location! The pictures in the listing don’t do the location justice. I did not know what to expect for comfort levels of the beds, and they were substantially better than I would have expected! It was fun to see the chickens as we pulled up. If you’re interested in finding an ultra-unique location to stay...this is it!

    Ontario2019-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • We had a really nice stay in Tammy the Airstream. The only problem was that we only had one night - not enough time to really explore the area. I guess we'll have to come back! Despite an early cold snap and dusting of snow overnight, we stayed nice and toasty in Tammy's warm embrace. Tammy is in a beautiful setting and surprisingly quite while still convenient to the interstate. Check in and out was a breeze too. We hope to come back again soon.

    Brendan2019-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying in the airstream! It was so cute, cozy and warm. Plus, the views are amazing! We will definitely stop by again.

    Peyton2019-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • This was out first visit to Montana. We wanted to show our children life outside of the big city. The hosts went above and beyond what was required to make our stay an unforgettable experience. The location is just perfect. We stayed one night, travelled north and then returned for a second night a couple days later. We can’t return soon enough to “get lost” once again!

    John2019-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, cozy place with gorgeous surroundings this is the place! Tammy is definitely the most unique place we have stayed in. We were traveling with our two dogs and fit comfortably inside. We were able to sit by a fire while enjoying a view of the landscape and sounds of the chickens. We would recommend this place!

    Jilissa2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • This location is a must see!! Adorable vintage airstream with everything you need and gorgeous views!! I loved the interaction with the farm dogs and the chicken and picking sunflowers for the table by the fire!!

The Northsider is a quirky studio apartment located in the heart of Missoula's Northside neighborhood. A little rough on the outside but lovely on the inside, The Northsider offers a cozy, clean, and comfortable nights stay.
We recently bought an old sweet home in Missoula, MT, in our favorite neighborhood, the Northside. Much work has been done to improve our sweet home, one being a newly renovated studio apartment that is attached to our home. We call it the Northsider, because like our neighborhood, our apartment is a little bit quirky with a heart of gold. The inside of the Northsider is remodeled with some nice finishings such as concrete counter tops, hardwood floors, and some nice furnishings. The outside is still a work in progress, needing a bit of a new siding face lift, and some landscaping work. We think our little studio is a lovely, affordable getaway and we'd love to share it with you. The Northsider can accommodate two people sharing a queen size bed. In addition there is a pull out sofa that could accommodate a child or two. Our studio is equipped with a mini kitchen area which has a mini fridge, small toaster oven, a small sink, electric tea kettle, dishes, french press, coffee grinder. The kitchen is not intended for food preparation, but can be used for coffee preparation, and food storage, and light food warming up in the toaster oven. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The Northsider is attached to, shares a wall with, our own home that we live in year around. We have a busy bustling household with children and active parents, and we can be noisy at times, but we do our best to be respectful of our guests.
The eclectic Northside neighborhood is home to artists, families, film makers, writers, blue collar workers, college kids, architects, hippies and garden enthusiasts. It is a 10 minute walk from downtown, and a short bike ride to the University of Montana. Within our neighborhood is an award winning brewery, an amazing Community art center, and in the summer time an outdoor cinema.

Experience the heart of downtown Missoula in this large studio apartment located on the Hip Strip!

  • I stayed at Kirk’s in a last minute decision to stay in Missoula. The apt was clean, quirky and had a beautiful view. The bed was great and I slept so well. The place was perfectly located. I love walking the bridge to downtown. The bakery across the street had delicious food and nice service. All in all, everything was great!

    Patricia2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay in a great location, thank you Kirk!

    Kalvin2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Located in downtown Missoula, Kirk's apartment was the perfect walking distance from everything the city has to offer. The Airbnb is a hidden gem-- with plenty of free street parking and a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains. The apartment itself, renovated from an old hotel serving railroad workers in the Midwest, was cozy and chic. It also has amenities ranging from kitchen appliances to even a Keurig coffee machine! The only potential downside is some units' lack of a private bathroom. The floors are arranged in a dorm style, with two (?) shared showers and toilets.

    Yongming2020-03-03T00:00:00Z

This log cabin was custom built for my family and for generations to come. You will enjoy this home as the perfect vacation hideaway nestled in the mountains with a view of Lolo Creek and Lolo Peak while still being close to modern day accoutrements.
This log home sits on 48 acres of land that is mostly mountain terrain, trees, and a few horses. The log home is adjacent and close to the main house where I and my husband live, but completely separate. The property is just off of Highway 12 so you can easily access nearby towns, bars, and local attractions. Lots of hiking trails to explore nearby. There's a hiking trail at the back of the property and you're welcome to explore. There is a glass propane stove which keeps the space very comfortable during the cold season.
My Place is a nice way to break up your driving, for rest and sleep if you have plans of going to Glacier National Park or Yellowstone National Park. Or you could just enjoy the cabin itself. You could have just peace and quiet if you want to . This area is unique in that it is very close to highly frequented spots such as: - Lolo Creek Steak House - On Highway 12 west, half a mile from Lolo. On the way coming to my place. - Lolo Hot Springs - Enjoy soaking. Also check their website for other things to do like snow mobiling in the winter, horse trail ride in the summer, hiking etc. >Jerry Johnson hot springs - you could Google it for more info. It requires hiking to get there. We have maps, sight seeing brochures, printed information, etc. in the cabin Feel free to ask if you need directions or things to do in the area. > Lolo Pass - offers lots of trails for hiking, cross country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, mountain biking. You could also do this stuff, weather permits, when there's a full moon. Also stop by at Idaho Visitor's Center for more things to do. - Jack Saloon (featured in "The Best Bars in America" movie"). It's also a place to eat. - Lochsa River/Lodge - offers Class 3-4 river rafting spring and summer. Pls check their website. - Lochsa Lodge - is also a restaurant

  • Lorna is a fantastic host - you’d be hard pressed to find better - and I loved my brief stay in her cabin. Her space and property are so peaceful, especially with the horses roaming around! This is a totally authentic Airbnb experience. I would highly recommend it to travelers wanting to visit the area but with just a touch of distance from Missoula’s city life.

    Preston2020-03-29T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect weekend escape! Cute cabin with everything we needed and in a great location. Fun conversations with host. Definitely hoping to visit again!

    Christy2020-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • Lorna’s cabin is great for a getaway very close to Missoula. She was quick to respond to questions and was adaptable to my needs. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The cabin is in close distance to Lolo hot springs, and there are a lot of maps and info for things to do. Highly recommend.

    Jonathan2020-03-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had the best time saying in this cabin. It was cozy and just what we needed for a weekend get a way.

  • Awesome visit!! Our 3rd trip here and, as always, we enjoyed this rustic peaceful cabin in the woods with friendly horses! Rick and Linda

  • I stayed at Caelan’s place twice and each time I had a great experience! The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the room was clean and comfortable. Each stay there was 1 other guest who was also staying there, but the place was still very quiet and restful. I would stay here again!

  • Super chill host. Great price and clean setup

  • Caelan's place was clean and checkin was easy with a pinpad. we weren't there for long but found everything we needed.

    Anna2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first time using AirBNB. I was very satisfied with the results! Great host! Great experience! Great value! Thank you!

    Mica2020-01-10T00:00:00Z
  • Communication: From the beginning Caelan was very quick with responses. I never found myself waiting to hear back from him. Directions for getting into the home and what to do were clear and easy to follow. Caelan was also very helpful with giving my boyfriend and I recommendations for where and where not to go in downtown! Location: Super conveniently located near downtown Missoula! We stayed here for New Year’s Eve and planned to go out to the bars. When the night was over, we just decided to walk back because it was under a couple of mile from the main bars to Caelan’s place, and Lyft prices were insanely priced at the time. It was nice that we had the option to walk! Accommodation: Caelan’s place was very clean, tidy, and simple. The complimentary coffee and tea really helped us get through our day! We wish could stay longer because Caelan, his place, and Missoula are so awesome! Highly recommend for anyone planning a stay in Missoula.

⚪Whether you're traveling solo ☝, or as a couple ✌, you're going to ❤ the modern charm of this fully remodeled studio‼ ✔Bring your pets (no pet emojis work on here ☹). ⚪Whether you're in town for business ⚒⌨⛑☎ or leisure ⛳⛷⛵⛰, we know you'll find the Couple's Getaway as the perfect place to relax ☕ and recharge ⚡during your stay here in Missoula. ✔ out the pics and description. Ask any ❓❔❓s We hope you pick ⛏ us, as we'd be lucky ☘ to host you ☺ Safe Travels ✈⛽⛴
Our hot tub is down for repairs for the rest of the winter or until I remove this. So sorry for the inconvenience. These things happen though I suppose! We hope to still be able to host you. Thanks! Create lasting memories in our modern, luxurious, and fun couple's getaway. This studio is located on North Reserve St, a 3 minute walk from shops and restaurants. The unit's interior has been updated and is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Enjoy a beautiful atmosphere, comfy bed, great shower, Netflix, and Amazon's "Alexa". Outside, enjoy a unique wood-fired redwood hot tub experience. See why we're one of Missoula's top Airbnb's for couples. You are sure to have a fun and memorable experience. Right after you book I'll send you over a walkthrough video that'll explain the neighborhood/area, show you the street, parking, property, and unit. It'll also go over instructions for the hot tub. Please watch these videos so you know what to expect and how to best plan for your stay! The vibe: modern luxury. Aesthetically pleasing color scheme and finishes. We tried to create an environment that appealed to all of the senses. From the tealight candle wall feature to the antique washtub converted into a kitchen sink to the fluffy towels to the gorgeous wood kitchenette, you'll really enjoy the vibe that has been created here. Technology/Entertainment: Wireless internet. A Smart TV hooked up to a smart Blu-ray/DVD player. So the system is really smart I guess. You'll have access to our Netflix account and a few DVDs. There are some board games. On one side of the bed is a USB charging outlet and we'll have a few chords in there for charging your devices. And one of our favorite features of this space is "Alexa" hooked up to a waterproof bluetooth speaker. Alexa will be your DJ and entertainment for the evening. To learn more about what fun things you can do with "her" look up the Alexa User Guide on Amazon. Bed: Double bed. Cozy for 2 people. Underneath the comfortable bedding is a 2" lavender infused memory foam pad. Bathroom/Laundry: Updated bathroom. New vanity and nice lighting. Roomy tub/shower with nice shower head which is elevated above normal height and also portable. Memory foam bath mat. You'll have access to shampoo and body wash. The bathroom has a washer and dryer in it with detergent and dryers sheets provided. There is also a 4' wide closet rod w/ 2 shelves in the bathroom. This is the best "storage" in the space for your clothing and bags. Kitchenette/Dining: Small kitchenette. Mini fridge. Microwave. 3-Quart Super Pot with Grill Plate. Keurig coffee maker. Also you'll have access to a french press pot with electric kettle for tea and coffee. There is silverware, plates, bowls, glassware, wine and shot glasses available for you to use. There's a bar height table with 2 stools for you to sit/eat at. Outside: There's a large yard you'll have access to. Out the backside of our property is a gate that leads you through a little shrub tunnel which pops out directly behind a large commercial shopping center. Cold Stone ice cream is our favorite place to walk to, it's quite literally right out our back yard. There are also lots of restaurants and shops in that shopping center. Right off of this unit is a covered patio. At night it's well it up with string lights. On the patio there's a propane bbq grill you can use. There's also a wood/charcaol fire pit you can use for a fire or to grill on if you prefer to not use gas. And then the one of a kind redwood wood-fired hot tub. One thing to know with this hot tub is that it's not like a traditional electric hot tub. Don't expect to just show up and hop in there. View it more like an experience. From start to finish. The water sits at between 45 and 60 degrees when not in use (colder in the winter). So in order to get it up above 100 degrees it will require heating the water with a fire in a wood stove that sits in the water. We will have wood ready and send you instructions on how to get the fire going and get it up to temperature. On average it takes about 3.5-4 hours to heat the water from its sitting temperature up to above 100 degrees. This is why I say to view the whole thing as an experience. From starting the fire, to adding wood to the stove every 30 minutes or so, to stirring the water to distribute the heated water evenly around the tub, to finally enjoying the fruits of your labor. While you're soaking enjoy a nice string-lit area, or turn off the lights and enjoy the stars above. We also have a line up of essential oils for some aromatherapy. And bring Alexa outside along with the waterproof floating bluetooth speaker so you can have music playing. When you're done, enjoy a fluffy robe. The whole experience with this hot tub is unique and memorable. You will love it, as long as you know what to expect and go into it with the right frame of mind. ⚠Note: please let us know if you'd like to reserve the hot tub for the evening. This is to ensure that it's clean and that we have enough wood for you for the evening. If I don't hear from you that you'd like to use the hot tub, there's a chance that it might not be available for you to use during your stay. Parking: There is parking outside of the fence to our property, just off the street. You'll see signs designating where to park. If you need more private parking, we can open the double gates and you can park in the driveway.. Storybook: Please share with us about your experience in our "Write your story" notebook. We'd love to build a log from all of our guests about how their experience was in this space. Thanks! After your stay, please leave us a 5-star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐if you think we deserved it! If you don't think we deserved it or if we dropped the ball on something (we try hard not to, but it does happen from time to time), please leave us feedback through a message on the app. We are always open to hearing how we can do better as hosts and create a better experience for our guests. Thanks so much for considering our Couple's Getaway for your stay here in Missoula, Montana! Matt and Ahni 4 kids: Izac, Ileana, Alli, and Ellamae 2 dogs: Max and Raider Cheers!
We are sandwiched between a huge commercial shopping center and a KOA. So there's a lot going on around us. But, once you're in the space/yard, it definitely feels like you're away from it all, in a private/secluded setting. Also, our main home is a manufactured home converted into a duplex. And the street that we are on does have a row of other manufactured homes as well. Some of our guests have called this a "trailer park" in their reviews. We aren't in a trailer park. We own our home and our land. So do our neighbors. And the guest house unit that you're in is in a completely separate building that is not a manufactured home. I just thought I'd share that in case this sort of thing bothers you.
  • Stopped here on a cross country road trip and felt right at home. Very cozy space with everything we needed for our stop in Missoula!

  • The apartment of Matt & Ahni is 100 % recomendable. I stayed almost 3 weeks and the time flew away, I feel like I was at home. One thing I love is that I was a 1 min from the bus stop and 15 min walking from the main shops in the area. The communication with the owner was easy and fast. I can’t find anything negative. I’ll stay again there if I need it.

  • She is literally the most accommodating person, not only does she go out of her way to make you feel like you're home, she genuinely is excited to have you as a guest. I came here for a travel work assignment, which wasn't the greatest one I've ever had, however Denise made my stay such a pleasant experience. She made me feel like a friend, not a guest.

  • Staying in the yurt is the perfect get away! It was so cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also a very nice touch!

  • Matt & Liz are some of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. Our checkin was very late due to a stuck truck on the side of a mtn with no cell service. When i was finally able to make contact, not only did Liz respond right away, they stayed up late to accommodate us, and even asked if we’d eaten yet. We hadn’t, and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile from Matt and a plate of food. The love and passions of Matt and Liz are evident in every detail of the property, yurt, and experience as a whole. We cannot be more impressed by how incredible our stay was. We loved it and cannot wait to go back. The yurt experience was new for us. It was so refreshing to be disconnected from our phones / tv / news etc. Next time we stay, we plan to stay at least two nights and enjoy the property. Word of advice - bring a telescope!!! The sky was filled with more stars than I’ve seen since a kid. The space around the yurt is wide open enough to take the stars in. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful this place was. It felt like a dream come true. Matt & Liz, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such an amazing stay. Thank you for being heart minded people. Thank you for our delicious supper and breakfast. Thank you and we can’t wait to return!

    Bridget2020-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • I would suggest this place to anyone

  • Expect a beautiful, peaceful setting in a unique accommodation. The Yurt was beautifully decorated, cozy and private. An additional amenity is the wonderful, gourmet breakfast delivered to your door! Bonus are the cute chickens and goats on the property. Back to basics at its best!

  • Liz’s place is wonderful. The setting is stunning, the yurt is cozy, and the breakfast was amazing.

    Zoe2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Liz and Matt had the fire going and the yurt warm when we got there, the breakfast was delicious, and the farm was in such a great location!

  • This is a wonderful place to stay! We went at the end of November, and though it was snowing all around us, it was cozy by the fire. If you are planning on going in the winter, please note that it is about a half hour drive from Alberton. We checked in, immediately turned back into town for dinner, and still drove back in the dark---which was a little scary due to the snow and deer/big horn sheep on the roads. Once we got back to the yurt, we had a very pleasant evening playing board games (Scrabble, Monopoly, and Checkers provided) and reading by the fire (there's a nice selection of books to start). We had to stoke the fire a few times during the night just to keep it going until morning, but the mountain of blankets and heated blanket on the bed were sufficient for warmth. Then breakfast in the morning was fantastic!

  • The hosts were available should we have needed anything. They provided many small amenities that made the stay exceptional. For example, they provided milk, a variety of simple breakfast items, a variety of coffee/tea/creamers as well as bathroom toiletries and games to play. The wifi was easy to access and fairly fast as well. When we got there late, lights were on and it was warm already. In addition to the cozy atmosphere, the bed was incredibly comfortable. They do have dogs that are very protective and bark when they see other people, but did not bark during the night. Overall, very cozy and cute place to stay. Equipt with necessities and luxury.

Adorable little second floor studio apartment. Newly remodeled. Clean and bright. Fireplace and really comfortable bed. Netflix and Wifi included. Tesla charger for you to use! Kitchen has all the tools you'll ever need. Perfect for business trips and couples weekends. Dogs are allowed - I love them!

The property is about 6 blocks from downtown - perfect walking distance to everything Missoula has to offer - restaurants, bars, sporting events. It's about 10 blocks to the University of Montana.
  • Really appreciated the pet friendly opportunity & easy to find location!

  • This cozy Missoula loft was perfect for our stay with our big dog. The loft isn't large but for a dog and two people it was perfectly cozy. It was wonderful to have a fenced yard for our dog to be off leash. Neighborhood is great for walking. I also appreciated the option to park behind the house instead of on the main road. The bed was comfy, bathroom had all necessities, and of course it's always nice when there's coffee available. Thank you for making this such a nice place to stay especially with a pet. Erica's communication was fantastic. Very quick to respond and such a kind soul. If we ever need a place to stay in Missoula again this is where we will be!

Lolo Hot Springs was a prominent spot popular among the local Indians. This was before the arrival of Lewis and Clark in the fall of 1805. Wild game, meetings, and bathing were a few of the popular activities around that time. Imagine enjoying the same Hot Spring waters that the Indians and explorers experienced over 200 years ago! What are you waiting for?

  • So clean and tidy!! Perfect for what we needed:)

  • We were in town for grandma’s 80th and with many family members visiting we needed an extra place. A great basement retreat at a great price - especially for a fast growing college town. Located optimally for several eating establishments including a McDonald’s with the best play structure we’ve seen yet. We took the kids to McD’s to blow off steam both mornings. The beds were fabulous. I have fibromyalgia and degenerative discs in my lower back. Whenever I travel I accept that I will be in pain with the bed and won’t sleep well. Not the case for these beds. It was perfect. The white noise machine is a thoughtful touch. I don’t mind footfall above me because I grew up with the sound of it. My mom senses are still tuned to littles crying in the night so the first night I was awakened and checked our kids. Went back to bed and turned on the white noise and didn’t have any other problems the rest of the nights there. I am very thankful there is no tv! There is a large table and we played some games we brought with us before bed, rather than being pestered to watch a show.

  • Such a cute place!! It was great, clean, and cozy. The side entrance was nice so it didn’t feel like we were disturbing anyone. The noise levels from small children was very minimum so I wouldn’t be concerned about that. We really enjoyed our stay, and I think you would too!
