This is an excellent bunglow, very well maintained, the location is near to key places in lonavala. we had a very good time. the bunglow staff is very helpful, and the hospitality is 10/10. I would strongly recommend this place to other guests.

Value for money. Amazing hospitality...We had asked for an early check in and our request was accommodated. Vishal is an amazing host.. the villa is well maintained and is immaculate clean. We stayed there for 2 days and our rooms were cleaned by the housekeeping without asking for it. Food was delicious. The staff was very courteous and warm. Overall our stay was awesome. I truly recommend to stay at Vishal's villa..

We really enjoyed pur stay at Vishal’s place. The location is great, close to the marketplace but also secluded enough to enjoy privacy. Amenities and Hospitality at the property were on point and I would certainly recommend anyone to plan their stay in Lonavala at Vishal’s place.

The perfect definition of what you see is what you get. This is a beautiful place just as shown in the pictures. Every corner of this place is artistic and you get a very comfy vibe. So this place is a little hard to find as google maps tends to mess the directions up but just one call to the caretaker and she'll guide you to the place. If you get a car with you there's also parking available without any issues. The entrance of this place is beautiful, honestly speaking it was great. The rooms are clean, washrooms are clean and as i said every corner of this place is artistic. I just have one gripe about this place is that the bed is squeaky or atleast very crackly. Even while sleeping if you move a little it tends to squeak. That's the only thing I'd like the host to consider improving on. Other than that as i said everything is perfect. Even though this place is at a little isolated area, every part of lonavala is just 20-30 mins away so it's not that far off. I'll definitely give this place a 9.5/10, the 0.5 is reduced just for the bed haha. A beautiful place for people and/or couples to spend time at. "ONE SIDE NOTE TO THE PEOPLE WHO PLAN TO GET OUT IN THE EVENING AND RETURN AT NIGHT, JUST MAKE SURE YOU TURN ON THE OUTSIDE LIGHT BECAUSE WHEN YOU RETURN AT NIGHT IT's GOING TO BE PITCH DARK" So people who are scared of dark, just put on the light which is outside of the room. Overall a great experience and would definitely visit again some day. Thank you for a beautiful and a peaceful stay. ✌🏼

Absolutely loved Aditiya’s property and especially the location! Great place to getaway from the chaos of the city. Aster was the sweetest dog, extremely loving and kind staff and cozy space. Must do the trek in the locality. Perfect everything!

Aditya’s cottage is a beautiful little place for couples to enjoy privacy and have a stay amidst the nature. The place is designed very thoughtfully and has a very artistic touch. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos. The service was great and the caretaker provided us with everything we needed even at late night. I would recommend travelers up to 2 to stay at this place. PS: A car is a must if you want to have easy access to the Lonavla city and this place is a little bit inside a tiny village.

We decided to opt for Airbnb stay at this Villa in Lonavala for the very first time, and had a very good experience. The place was exactly as amazing as in the pictures seen. The villa is truly huge. Caretaker Giri & Lakhan are always present for assistance & are easy to approach even for trivial matters. Food ordered from around was very tasty. Bonfire was a great space except that there could be better lighting for senior citizens in that area. All in all we were very happy with the stay.

Nice place to visit with Friends

The property is really nice to have a quite family vacation away from City hustle. It is closer to the highway and hence quite accessible in terms of reaching the place, finding a hotel, going for some chai. It was clean and had all arrangements that we expected. Although the pool is a little small for a family of 10, it's sufficient to fit 6 adults and space for others to sit around

Very clean and neat property. The property Manager Shashi is always available and quick to respond. The place is pet friendly too. Nice little pool. Kitchen, Microwave, plates , cutlery,fridge,gas stove and water filter available. You can also coordinate with them for meals which will be freshly cooked. Veg and Nonveg. A bit away from main town but not too far. Very good security at night as they have a security guard stationed at the bungalow for the night. Will surely stay here again.

I think this place is quite underrated. Even though we were quite late for check in, the host has guided us without causing any trouble. The best part about this place is, it falls on the same road which you can take for tiger's point and the other best part is the terrace, were you can enjoy the sunset/sunrise with your people. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Brilliant Place. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a small get-together. The property was well maintained and worth the price.

This is a lovely lovely home for a group of friends or family . It was exactly 2 hours from Mumbai . very easy to get too . The property has parking for two sedans inside and you could park outside as well . The villa doesn’t have much of a view , however it’s surrounded by green and the owners have done a great job of keeping the layout very open -cross ventilation is outstanding . The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are large clean , and it could easily have one extra person staying in it if required . The place is perfect for parties - while we didn’t do a Barbeque , it’s got a large terrace which could easily be the venue for a mid size gathering . The caretaker Karan was very good , responsive and was very hospitable - it was my nieces first birthday and we wanted balloons - which he sourced and blew up for us - which was a nice extra touch . It’s not far from the main markets - however the road in and out of the property has a small bad patch which one needs to be mindful of . The wading pool is nice spotlessly clean and is possibly the only thing in the house we wished could have been a little bigger . On the whole a great weekend getaway - which is exquisite In the monsoons .

When I looked at the pictures it sure did look lavish AF! But when the group reached the venue it looked so much better in person. The house was squeaky clean and so were the bathrooms (enough for me to enter without slippers on) the poolside was lovely it had a seating arrangement under the shade and extra chairs with the pool which made eating while swimming experience better. The pool is also absolutely clean. Sunil (the caretaker) instantly showed up at our doorstep whenever we needed him. Very down to earth kind of person! Loved the service. There are four rooms, two floors (last one was shut). The bedrooms were big enough to fit 10 people in each rooms. They also had crockeries, fridge, gas and other kitchen amenities one needs. All in all the place is amazing And perfect to throw parties! One has to stay here if they’re visiting Lonavala! Love love love IT 💜

One of the few good places in lonavala to book your stay at. Super helpful and warm host ,superb property combined with how well maintained the place is, it's the perfect place to enjoy your weekend. In addition to this, every possiblity has been taken care of when it comes to amenities ranging from a massage chair , wifi etc to clean towels.

Taniya's place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the Touristic Attraction and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. staff was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

What a great place to chill on the weekends or on any day to be honest! Just a short drive from Mumbai or Pune. The place itself is a thoughtfully made up little house ideal for a group of 4-6 people. It has a nice outside area for barbeques and a cute little bar. Special mention for the massage chair and the 2 big wind chimes that give you a mountain vibe. All in all a nice little gem in lonavala. I will definitely be going back!

The home had everything we needed. The decor and amenities were a bit funky but very useful. The staff was there to greet us, let us in, and show us around. We felt very well cared for!

Firstly I would like to start by saying thankyou for making our first experience through Airbnb this amazing, the villa was easy to find and the numbers that were provided to us, guided us, because we got down the wrong exit off the highway, but as we entered the property it was so beautiful and clean, we checked in and we were 2 hours early, they provided us a room to wait so that we don't go through any trouble, and as soon as we received our villa, we were extremely happy, the staff was super helpful and the food was absolutely amazing and the price were absolutely reasonable, and we were in the pool entire day, we also had some issues with our car, they helped us with the directions to the market and also helped us with numbers of taxi Wala person, I'm definitely visiting again, thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

Ivy orchids villa is a well maintained and affordable property. It looks exactly similar to the provided photos in Airbnb. It is actually located very close to the express highway (Google map location is exact), less than five minutes walk only. But due to road works, Google map will show you a twisted route but follow instructions given by Mr.Manav n u will reach your destination easily. My daughter enjoyed the play area well n our group very much liked the terrace n other amenities. The care takers are staying nextdoor, so available round the clock. They were (Mr.Vaibhav n his mom) very helpful in arranging local sight seeing trips, homely food...

True Value for Money. The place is huge for the price. Wonderful host and caretaker. We were 15 of us and we were comfortable. Very near to expressway so life was easier. Two Minutes to Expressway which helped us zip to restaurants and sightseeing places. Huge hall and terrace. Good for bigger families. Every thing was in place. Really quiet from hustle bustle of the city. Interiors and amenities were nice. Would recommend this villa without a blink.

Amazing place. The moment I stepped into the villa I was awestruck with place. the place is bit remote to the main city market,but not to far. The caretaker was helpful. Villa one was the best experience till date. I was with my team mates and friends for a vacation of two days. First of all the amazing location where everything is so near by that made our trip more comfortable. We all are performers so for us the most important things is music and that was actually the best part for all of us. Our speakers were blowing for 24*7 with max volume. No limitations for anything. The surrounding bungalows were too serving same purpose so it was actually the best thing. Everybody has come to chill so each one of them too were supportive and enjoying with each other. Our bunglow was super spacious and clean. Food served by the caretaker were healthy and delicious. Caretaker arman were also supercool and was available on every call. Satnam singh jee himself came to meet us and was taking care of all our needs personally. I must say specially for youngsters its the best place to live in and chill. I am so happy with the stay at villa one that its been a day and i am still in that hangover. I am missing that place. It was like our own home. One of the finest villas in Lonavala. It has a clean and relatively bigger swimming pool. Perfect lights and huge open spaces to have a memorable party with friends. Upper deck and open terrace is an added advantage. Definitely a weekend getaway! Couple of suggestions- 1. May need new set of crockery sets and glasses 2. Fridge has a weird smell. Consider having a separate one for booze 3. Food was not upto the mark For a house which is so beautiful and royal, these basics are must. The place has all that it needs for a perfect party! We reached the property around 5pm on weekend with my office friends, we all were stunned seeing the property. The property was like new and well maintained. Hill view with waterfall, music system inside and outside at the pool was just amazing. Having barbeque arrangements available at the pool side, what more can you ask for..owner and caretaker both are helpful and supportive. Shall definitely visit again..

Place was as expected. The villa is located on a hillside with a nice sunrise view from the terrace. The place is a bit confusing to locate over google maps but if you follow the host instructions then you are good. There is a caterer at the location who takes care of lunch, dinner and breakfast if requested. We requested for a late checkout and the host was very comforting. To sum up it was a very good experience.

This is place is much better than what the pictures show. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Property manager Ravi is an awesome guy and very quick to respond. This property has an outstanding caretaker, Amol. He took care of everything for us. He and his wife cooked delicious meals every day and we couldn’t be happier. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we will definitely return!

The villa and the surrounding locality is all a great place to visit. We had a timely checkin and all meals served well on time. The swimming pool is not that huge but a decent one specially for kids. All points on cleanliness of villa, amenities and services provided by the care taker. The barbeque arrangements done were perfect, just a little late on our schedule for the evening. All in all a good weekend outing place.

We were a group of 9 people and each of us loved the stay at par-x. Our host ravi and the caretaker amol did a fantastic job of making us feel comfortable and well looked after. The cottage is huge and clean and has a cool breeze blowing through it the whole day. it has a clean swimming pool and a lovely lawn great for place games. Amol and his family took care of our every need , from getting provisions to arranging for extra knives and utensils. there are great places to order from nearby but amol and his wife also cook food which can be arranged. our entire group felt the cottage was great value for money and each of us would definitely want to stay here again

A group of 9 friends stayed for a weekend at this property. The property is great- well maintained, spacious & clean. Their terrace/balcony is a great place to chill. Our stay at the Villa was really enjoyable. The Villa was very well equipped in terms of all amenities that one would need for a vacation. Cleanliness was absolutely on point with regular cleaning of the property as well as kitchen utensils, as and when used. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. The pool, too, was clean and well maintained. Amol, the caretaker of the villa, was more than helpful during the duration of our stay and as an added note, I'd definitely recommend Amol's food rather than visiting any restaurant. Based on your preference, one can be treated to a very homely and tasty spread. Also, at a very nominal charge, a BBQ can also be availed which goes really well with the chilly evenings on the balcony. Overall, it's a property absolutely worth recommending for its overall value for money.

Really nice, spacious and clean place. The locality is really quiet and there's a swimming pool as well, though it's pretty shallow-4 feet. Beware of snakes-saw one while I was taking a walk in the vicinity. Other than that, the place is really good

This is a good isolated place with lot of privacy and an open terrace and a swimming pool. The bedrooms are decent and spacious with attached toilets

Hospitality was far beyond expectation. The caretaker Vijay was available to help us at all times. He was very helpful and accessible. The food from ‘Empyriam Foods’ was delicious. The pool looks small in the photographs but it’s actually quite big to fir 8-9 people. The rooms were big and the view was amazing. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Had an amazing family trip. The place was clean and the caretaker was very helpful. Kids loved the open areas and the garden. Very close to the main Lonavla market and a well maintained bungalow.

everything went smoothly.. loved our one night stay. we were 7 guys on a diwali vacation trip. It is really an awesome place to be... if you have a bigger group it might cost you cheaper a little bit and way more amazing place than the Money you spend... I definitely recommend this place...

The villa is very clean and well maintained. During our stay there was a person at the house to help us with anything we might need. They made breakfast ( Aloo paratha and omelette-bread) for us at very reasonable charges. They know all the local information and even drove us to town for a shopping trip. We had a lot of in the pool and played a lot of table tennis during stay. The biggest plus were the people who maintain and take care of the villa.

Zeeshan has got a beautiful place which makes up for a perfect weekend Getaway with friend and family. The care takers are extremely helpful with any of the guests requirements. Although the place is a bit in interiors, if you are looking for a bungalow where you can go and spend some quality time with your friends this is the place for you.

This place is much beautiful than we can describe in words, it is full of antique items and one can spend hours on clicking the pics. The property is located very close to Malavali station, at some distance from lonavla though restaurant are easily accessible. Caretaker lives in the same premises and was available all the time for any assistance. Strongly recommend to call caretaker 3-4 km before you reach this place as location shared by Host was little off from the actual place. Overall a very nice experience and a place can be considered to stay again!!!

The pictures don't show the true beauty of the place. The place is BEAUTIFUL and we were left in awe the moment we entered! The caretaker of the house is very helping and a very sweet person. The villa had all the ammenities and we all were very happy with the amazing time we spent. We all left with a very heavy heart as our trip ended and we wanted to stay more in the perfect Villa but we'll definitely be back! Thanks a lot for the memorable experience and service. Just a side note, the Google maps link seems not to be accurate and it's always better to call the caretaker and ask for the directions rather than relying on the location of the Google map one :) We found no other issues!

Best experience ever. Beautifully maintained villa and such friendly and welcoming staff. We did not have a single problem . Everything was on point and perfect and the food was really yummy! Overall its a luxurious villa at a super affordable price which is worth every penny.

Everything was as described, extremely clean and the view is absolutely stunning. If you are looking to spend a day or two of complete rest lazing around the balcony or pool, this is a good choice and great value. Last but not least, the caretakers prepare excellent homestyle food of all sorts at your request and are quick and courteous to help.

Fantastic house - spacious, comfortable, wonderful views, great pool, great table tennis. Staff are very attentive. All requests were responded to promptly. The chef was great. All meals were excellent. Every effort was made to tailor dishes to guests' tastes and requirements. Overall, there was a friendly, welcoming atmosphere at all times.

This place has an awesome location and the caretaker is too cooperative and food is fabulous. This is a senior citizen friendly place, car can reach to the nearest entrance so they dont have to walk much. Three bedrooms on ground and two on first floor. We requested jain food and they provided it with total care. Asis has been very quick in responding and we clearly had no trouble during the stay. Cleanliness is 100%.

The villa si exactly as desribed. Its beautiful and tastefully made. Its clean and has all amenities u would need. The food is sumptious and we had a wonderful 2 nights here. Its a bit difficult to find, but otherwise its an absolute delight! Would def visit again!

Great place in the heart of Lonavala. Exactly as advertised - note the lack of kitchen facilities if you plan to cook here. The managers are extremely prompt and help with everything including ordering and bringing food / bringing blankets etc.

Aditya's villa is a great place to stay for groups between 6 and 10 people. The service provided by the property manager was exceptional. The host stayed in contact with me personally at every stage to check if there was any inconvenience. The property is centrally located. Shopping and leisure destinations are easily accessible. Security was never a concern as there is a guard 24/7 at the main gate and a helper is available around the clock at the villa. Overall, I was amazed by the hospitality provided by the host, the property manager and the helper.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The care taker is always available and very sweet to make the stay very comfortable. The pool was clean and the garden was really spacious to do a small barbeque set up. I had a great time with my group at this place. Would really recommend you all to experience it. Stay here is worth Value for money. Whatever is written in the amenities are available - Hot water to toiletries. Place was sparkling clean!! Care taker Dashrath is very sweet person I must say. Even if a mosquito repellent was missing in one room, he bought new one for us. Right from parking space to dinner, he takes care of every minute need. Food prepared by his wife - must try! Maharashtrians, you will love it!! Great hospitality, quick response and communication. You will get multiple towels to bedsheets to even sugar, coffee powder, chai powder. Air con, TV to Purifier all well in condition. Thank you owners and care takers for keeping it as promised.

The apartment is as seen in photos, newly renovated and painted, beautiful interiors and stylish space. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, many pillows and blankets in t cupboard, towels. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove and water filter. Two bathrooms, clean and with amenities. Garden area was our favourite, beautiful place to enjoy the sundown with your favourite beverage! There’s light, fan and seating in the garden which really uplifts the home! Small issue arose but our hosts Tapas and his mother Aarti were quick on call and message and rectified the issue as best as they could. Caretaker Dashrath was helpful and friendly! Thank you for a memorable stay. Small con for us: the location was a bit too interior for us, but we don’t know Lonavala that well and we perhaps anticipated being a bit closer to the market. So it’s our expectation that was perhaps off. You need to take your vehicle to go anywhere. But Zomato delivers! :)

Much better than expected was very much neat and tidy,the pool is perfect 8-9 people can easily use it, the villa is also good and the caretaker is much responsive and very well behaved at last would say that the place is much peaceful and independent would surely recommend this to my friends.

One of the best bungalows I have been to in Lonavala. Perfect weekend getaway. The pool is the heart of the place, big enough for 10 people. The amenities are really amazing considering the price. The caretaker is very helpful. A true value for money. Will definitely visit again.

It's a great weekend gateway for anyone's who's planning to go and chill with friends and family, the house is clean, there's a great music system by the pool and the best part is you can also set up your tents outside the house and do a bonfire with your friends ! Would love to go there again

And the stay here along with the swimming pool and the music system just makes it awesome! The enjoyment with The bonfire here was grateful..
