Tess’s place was beautiful and full of light. It was an easy Tube ride to many destinations in London. Tess was very responsive to questions and made our stay comfortable.

Nice apartment with a lovely garden, well equipped, 25 minutes from downtown. Two double beds. Trains pass behind the fence but noise do not disturb when sleeping. I recommend.

The flat is clean, comfortable and relaxing.Tess is really supportive and kind.I strongly recommend this flat. Tess kindly taught me how to use a washing machine, which is difficult for foreigners to understand. The room is bright in any weather. The view of the garden is the best and it is quiet without the sound of the car. There was also a cute squirrel. I sometimes see the train, but I don't mind the sound. The train kid was happy.

It was a wonderful place to stay as our first rental of three during our London/Paris trip with my 3 kids and my mom. Tess set the bar high with great amenities, clean place and quick responses. It felt really homey and although it rained one of the days, we enjoyed the backyard view and the sunny sunroom where we had breakfast and snacks after our daily tourist excursions into the city. The neighborhood was quiet with a fruit/vegetable stand at the end of the street where we dropped by to get fresh fruits each day. There's other markets and eateries nearby. Location was great because we wanted a place a little bit away from touristy places to rest. Loved that we were able to do some laundry too.

It was a great accommodation as expected. Tess always responded quickly, the kitchen and living room were enough to enjoy, and the best was the room with the yard. The three children in my house loved this space and enjoyed it every day. When you go down into the space below the ring, you may feel a bit disappointed at first due to the existing entrance, but you will soon be amazed by the wonderful space you enter and meet. Although not in the heart of London, Kil Translation and Queens Park Station are accessible. We often used Tesco near Kil Translation.

This is a beautifully presented ground floor flat close to 3 underground stations. It is light and airy and has its own garden. My family stayed here for 3 nights and even though there was a major water leak from the flat above (completely unrelated to this lovely flat), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tess has provided extra, thoughtful touches like local restaurant tips, soaps and shampoos, coffee pods, and a genuinely fully kitted out kitchen. Tess was very contactable throughout our stay and even came back early from her holiday to clean up for us after the water leak. Very highly recommended place to stay!

A great stay experience is our ideal holiday home. Traveling during the day and returning to the lush green yard in the evening to enjoy the coolness is the most relaxing time of the day. Tess was a great host who was very accommodating and quick to respond to all of our queries. The apartment was conveniently located for our visit and the garden was a nice amenity to have in the city. Certainly would recommend to others.

What you can expect from staying with Tessa is a beautiful, comfortable home with a easy walk from the Camden Road Tube station and a variety of fun things to do while you are there! The flat is decorated top to bottom with interesting art and books and faces a garden back lot with Georgian buildings. A nice sized kitchen to have tea in and you might see a few Magpies out the window in the morning!

Excellent location as apartment a 7 minute walk from Camden station so superbly placed to see all of London. A wonderfully quirky alice in wonderland style apartment with surprises in all the nooks and crannies - seashells, a dolls house, fabulous hats.. Also enjoyed browsing the eclectic book collection ranging from Dostoevsky to Alexander McQueen. Bed was comfortable and apartment was cosy despite me visiting in February cold. Kitchen very well equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need. Check in and communication with host extremely easy and efficient. Great value stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It is so gorgeous and we feel like we have met a ancient nautical collector of the Great Britain :-)

Night paddle boarding was so much fun! It was a really unique experience being able to see the city’s lights and the triana bridge from the water. Guillermo was our host for this experience. He was very friendly and made us laugh a lot. It was like being with a friend :) he was also an excellent instructor and made first time paddle boarders feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this experience.

Just excellent, It really felt like home

I read the reviews before booking. I can say hand on heart I don't always take them on face value. The photos in the Air BnB description are as you will find the property. Clean well decorate. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgable, Gregory makes wonderful bread (sorry if we didn't leave much after breakfast). If you dive using sat nav this may be frustrating as the roads around are gated making the area very safe and free from traffic. You have to enter from the opposite end from the Park. Gregory has parking permits you can purchase £4.50 for 24 hrs or £1.50/ 2 hrs.( not his charges). Walking to the Local tube is about 5-10mins dependent on how quick you walk. Victoria line straight in to Oxford Circus about 10 mins. There are quite a few eateries locally which can offer a range of foods. Ask the host for directions and recommendations. Very enjoyable stay and enjoyed their company. So much so, no early night.

Price and quality: 10 points. I will detail every point that seems important to me. We inform in detail how to get to the house. Once we arrived we explained and showed each part of the house, how to go downtown, what places to go to eat etc. Location: it is in finsbury park. 6 blocks from the Picadilly subway line, 2 blocks from a main avenue that passes all buses. With that subway line you reach central London in 20 minutes. It must be clear that the London subway network is incredible. You can get anywhere. Then on that main avenue there are several supermarkets. When I arrived at Gatwick airport I bought the oyster card with the one-week pass. It has to be zone two, with that it reaches and exceeds. But to go to the house you have to buy a separate ticket that costs 8.50 pounds with the card. The thameslink Keep in mind that if they stay less than a week and the card has not expired, they cannot return it. Apartment: the perfect room, clean and with towels all clean. In bathed it is for use only for us, but it is outside the room. Also everything clean and perfect. It has the kitchen, where one can cook without any problem. It has the living room where it is eaten and is spacious. The reality is that with my girlfriend we really enjoyed the stay and it is a place where I would return. They let us leave our bags, and we picked them up in the afternoon when we went to the airport.

I had a very good 2 night stay at Greg's flat just around the corner from my two sons. He provided me with a very delicious breakfast and helpful info for getting in and out of the flat. He lent me a wok for cooking with my sons, unexpected and helpful.

Pack light , please hope to experience the coffee and homemade sourdough bread .Location ,cleanliness and welcome are all fantastic .Any request was sorted . The best Airbnb rental I've ever had .Looking forward to a return visit soon .

Have stayed in London many times and facilities and location were excellent Big advantage when coming in from Heathrow is the Piccadilly line and Hammersmith Station which is an easy 10 min walk Westfield also only 10 min walk

Everything is perfect

Even though it was winter, it was a very pretty hostel. The hot water came out and the host was very active. The interior is so pretty. Recommended

My grandmother is very kind and takes care of her. Very neatly decorated room. Make sure you have plenty of fruit, bread, cereal and yogurt every morning. The location is a bit far from the city but I can fully enjoy the unique English atmosphere. Chubby squirrels come every morning. I think I will remember this place a lot when I go back to Korea. It's like a dream.

What a lovely place! We had such a nice stay, the breakfast was wonderful, the room was so cute and comfortable, and they were so kind! Could not recommend more. East Finchley was such a great location, easy ride into the city but walking distance to such cool places like Hampstead Heath, Muswell Hill, and downtown East Finchley itself. 10 stars!

We again had a wonderful stay at Agri&Roger’s. Everything was perfect : the easy communication, calm and clean place. We definitely recommend and will come back for our next London trip!

A friendly welcome awaits you and a very interesting bedroom- I wish I was staying long enough to read all the books there. Breakfast very enjoyable and there is no rush to appear early, so very relaxed. I am sure we shall be returning in the summer when the flowers are in bloom. Janet

This is a lovely place to stay in central London, a stylish and comfortable flat in an outstanding location. Hugh is an exceptional host: I was able to check in early and check out late, which I really appreciated.

Perfect location along a quintessential small park square in London. The flat has a surprising amount of room, very thoughtful touches, and a host that was nothing short of extremely helpful. Highly highly recommend!

Loved this space. Stayed for a few weeks — perfect location for transport. As a foreigner, was a little unsure about the area, but proved to be absolutely charming and never wanted to leave. Beautiful apt, felt right at home! Hugh was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

Hugh and his team are clearly why airbnb has superhosts. His responses were super fast, and we were able to book the airbnb in the morning of our stay. He also let us check-in early, which was an absolute life saver. The apartment itself is well sized, and quite close to the Angel tube/station. It has all the comforts you'd want in an airbnb/apartment, including washer/dryer/clothes line, sound system, plenty of living room space.

The room was comfortable and the host was very patient and friendly. The location is pretty good, there is a subway not far away, and it takes only two stops to go to Kings cross. The bathroom and kitchen supplies are very complete and can be considered as everything. There was an unknown thing on the curtains in the bedroom at the time ... There was a small footprint accidentally on the bed sheet, which was very good. I believe this is not intentional. Also, London accommodation is already expensive.

This was a amazing spot in a really cool part of London. The place is clean and cozy. The walk to the tube is not far but really nice. If you want a place that’s gonna give you a real taste of London then this is it.

Very good location for this accommodation certainly a little small but very good for two. Bayswater station is minutes from the apartment and follows the Circle Line (leading to Victoria).

The location of this place is amazing. Right near Hyde park and very local to lots of shops and restaurants and a couple of underground stations.Its perfectly clean and tidy and the bed is very comfy. There are quite a few flights of stairs up to the room,so maybe not the best if you have mobility issues(there may be a lift i just didnt notice if there was ) other than that it’s great. would definitely stay here again 👍🏻

I was very happy with this place. A few improvements like, towels that can fit around a persons waist (I’m little) and the shower head leaking/loss of pressure. BUT those things were minor. The place was SPOTLESS, the kitchen was beautifully equipped, the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean. I was very grateful for the washer for some clean socks and underwear. Overall Very happy with the accommodations.

I recommend this place, it is very comfortable and clean. I went three nights and every day it was cleaned and as far as the location is unbeatable it is 5 minutes from the Dollis Hill station. Impossible to get lost. In my case I had not taken the English adapter and Julia's sister solved it very quickly by giving me one on loan. There is no one who receives you but one day before they send you how to get there and how to open the door, very well explained.

It was my first time when I traveled to other country renting a room in Airbnb and I must say I had some fears about it but it was completely unnecessary - Julia is a fantastic host! She is very kind and helpful person I could rely on. She answered all my questions so quickly and communication with her was just great. Her home is tasteful, fresh and clean and in a good location near Underground so it’s a very good place to stay. I definitely recommend Julia for everyone! Greetings, B. :)

Very cosy and clean place with easy check-in and out. Good kitchen to use, nice bed and warm bedroom, we had a very comfortable stay! Is a bit far from the center but very easy to get to and with good transport lines, close to the house. We’ve enjoyed very much our stay at Julia’s. :)

Highly recommended for traveling to London on a budget

Loved the place. 2 story building, bit of a heavy lift when you need to bring suitcases. But we worked it out!

The Appartement is half an hour away from Victoria Station, but clean and exactly as described by Julia. Communication with Julia works great as she is a fast answerer.

This is a stunning flat, amazing location and Hugh is a great host. All our needs were pre-empted and we had everything we could ask want. Just a couple of things to be aware of - it's up 2 flights of stairs so it's not ideal if you have mobility issues and there is only one bathroom so if you're going with a large group, that might be something to take into consideration. Otherwise, a great stay in a fantastic flat.

Hugh was extremely accommodating and a great host. The space is absolutely beautiful, I don’t even think you can appreciate it until you explore in person. Great for the group of 10 of us that came and had plenty of space.

The airbnb is wonderful. The architecture of the house is amazing. The bedroom was large and looked like the pictures. The area isn't the best. There is some rotting on the bath in the bathroom.

Lovely space in an excellent location for central London - having a parking space was a rare gem. Marianna was extremely helpful and communication was excellent! (Lots of helpful hints and tips for guests!)

Marianna is a very friendly, welcoming, and responsive host! The room was very clean and has its own private bathroom. The cottage is close to a tube station (a ten minute walk) which is convenient for getting to central London. Top value for money, I highly recommend :)

This is a great price for a very comfortable stay in a large modern home. The ensuite bathroom was a nice feature and the breakfast included was cooked vegan as well as continental. Very tasty 😋 would definitely recommend.

Ely Cottage is a very beautiful and cozy house! The location is great and central. 10 mins walk to Stockwell or Oval tube stations. The instructions for check-in aren't clear and it took us some time to understand, but we did it! The room was a little dirty behind the bedside tables and in the heater, and the bathroom smelled a bit damp. I loved the warm floor and the decor of the house! Thank you, Marianna!

The first trip to London was better because of the accommodation. We were new to Airbnb. A spacious, cozy, windowed bedroom Clean toilet every day Bagels and cereals eaten every morning, I was so happy to have a cup of tea and play with cute cats in the backyard. I prepared cookies, water, and clean towels in the bedroom, and thanked me for being careful with the files that included information about London, nearby traffic, and restaurants. In the morning, I wake up pleasantly with the sound of birds To walk around the park and neighborhood It was fun. The bedding is also fluffy, crumbly and clean. Both my host and my husband have useful information about London, restaurants nearby, It was very helpful to be kind and warm. The price is great and not central London, but it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the subway and the London Bridge is just a couple of stops away. It is recommended to stay in a place like this slightly out of expensive London city. Thank you for your gift of postcards and magnets. If you come to Korea, please come to the morning of Mt. thanked :) This place was really perfect to stay. It was my first time to stay in the private room, but her family was super kind and I could feel that her family try to make us to enjoy our trip. They tell us every information about London and village !! If i come back to London, I will stay here again !!

Comfortable space with everything you need. Super location near the Underground, shopping, pubs, dining, attractions! Recommend catching a show at the Royal Albert Hall and paying a visit to the Victoria and Albert Museum.

The apartment is just like pictures, it has everything you need. It‘s 5 min away by foot from the tube station south kensington, the night tubes even stop there. It‘s is a lovely area and be sure to check out the café daylesford right across the street.

Staying at this nice apartment was really really great. Cozy, tidy and clean. The bed is super comfortable. The bath has a good size. We didn't used the kitchen as there are so many great places to eat nearby. But if you want to cook, there is a supermarket a 1-2 minutes walk away. The apartment is in a great location. You can quickly reach the underground station (~7min) or bus station (~2min) by feet. At South Kensington underground station you can take the Piccadilly Line or District Line and get around really fast in London. Also the Piccadilly Line goes to Heathrow Airport. Haven't met Lisa and Kirill personally but the communication was fast and really nice. They helped us with all our questions and the guide map they provide is super. All in all, we will choose this apartment the next time we visit again. I can only recommend.

Close enough to the centre of the city. Public transport works like a charm. Third bed could be of better quality. Cereal, milk, instant coffee, tea, sugar and a kettle are available. Great value for the price.

This place was great value for the price of being able to come and go as you please with a private bedroom. Good location downtown and great for purposes of having a short stay prior to flying out of London City Airport.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Shimmy's AirBnb! The apartment has an incredible view of London and is close to Whitechapel underground station which made it very easy to get around. The area is quiet and we got a great night's sleep. Shimmy is a welcoming, friendly and considerate host who always replied very quickly and made sure everything was alright for us. I really recommend this apartment as everything was perfect! :)

It's close to White Chapel station. It's good enough to go to the map. The facilities are not bad.

Shimmy's place was great! It was very clean, the location was great, and Shimmy and his mom are lovely hosts. They were kind enough to let us drop our suitcases by before checking which saved us a lot of hassle and luggage storage. Everything was as stated in the listing or better than I expected. The toilet room and bathroom are separate so you don't have to wait for a long shower to finish before using the toilet (maybe a silly detail, but with 4 girls and 2 under 11 this was a concern we had with sharing a place). We loved the space and would definitely stay again.

This is a great location for people wishing to do sightseeing and other touristy things in London. The location is near to Kennington and Vauxhall tube stops and is about 20 mins walk from Big Ben. The room was clean and the decor was interesting and full of character. Evelina was quick with communication and very helpful. I would happily stay here again in future.

Evelina’s room is lovely. Very quirky and comfortable, with plenty of space and lots of character. The other facilities are very good and clean.

Evelina’s flat is in a great location not far from the River-nice and quiet with a city feeling. Comforting-great tea selection and groovy style. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location， great communication

Four of us stayed at Carolinas place for 5 days prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. The location is as advertised. Two comfortable quee beds on the top flat with little room to walk in between. The lower floor has your living room, a futon which we didn't use to sleep, a small dining area with sink and stove and refrigerator, a wall closet, standing shower and access to a balcony. My daughter, niece , her best friend (whom are all in HS) and myself enjoyed the place which was accessible by two local underground stations, Queensway and Bayswater. We took advantage of the supermarkets and made breakfast inside the flat. It's walking distance from Hyde Park and all major attractions are reachable within Zone 1. Familiar fast food places within 5 minutes are Subway, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, KFC, Burger King and Starbucks.

Good location, the next street is full of restaurants, has a super market and a exchange house, among other things, the place is very clean, as in the photos

The location of the small apartment is great. It actually has five sleeps, but the sofa bed is very worn out. There were four of us for one night and were very satisfied. It is also suitable for longer stays.

Very good location! The chair is not comfortable but for 2-3 days it's ok.

It was a lovely stay. The flat was clean. Please do not complain about the noise as you are staying in the heart of Soho. Earplugs perfectly works and provided by Tina. I have to thank her for her hospitality. Thank you Tina. Would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay in Tina’s apartment. The location is fab and so close to many things to see and do, especially if you want to see a theatre show. As she explains the area is a little noisy (which is to be expected in a central location) but the complimentary earplugs were a great touch and meant we still got a good night sleep. Tina was a great host providing lots of information about where to eat etc and replied promptly. It was also easy to organise dropping our bags off before check in time but we were very lucky that Tina was kind enough to let us check in before the stated time as the apartment was ready, which was great for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Great, clean place very centrally located! Did t need the earplugs as I’m used to general city noise. Bedding was very comfortable and I felt right at home and safe as a single female traveler :)

The apartment was exactly as pictured and we had a fantastic stay.

We loved our stay in London and this place was a big part of it. One of the first best things is that you can literally see the underground station from the building, making getting around the city so easy. There is a restaurant, coffee shop, and gym on site. Our room had a full kitchen which made having snacks in the room easy. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it!!

Great apartment hotel, very well decorated with incredible views (we had an apartment on the 18th floor). Great location, 2 steps from the metro ... restaurant nearby. Possibility of having a coffee, breakfast at the bar or restaurant in the building. Perfect, vs can book without hesitation. Thank you

I strongly recommend Caroline's place for all especially Malaysian and other Muslim travellers because you can get halal food and restaurant in the area.

Very nice appartment in a great location. In 10 minutes you are at the subway and cafes for breakfast. Check in and check out was uncomplicated. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back sometime.

Perfect location! Only 10 minutes from tube station which obviously offers great links to the rest of London. Apartment is obviously on the smaller side, which is to be expected from a studio! But we loved it was ideal for a short weekend break away.

Great location for the museums, Royal Albert Hall etc. Small kitchen, but has the essentials. Excellent shower. Decent bed. For this part of London I think this is a fair price and I’m happy to recommend to other travellers

Had a lovely stay here, we was attending an event at the national history musuem last friday night so staying here was very convinient and walking distance to there(about 10 mins or so), not to mention the 5 to 6 mins walk to tube station so was handy when we went visiting other places in london on the saturday. The place was clean and tidy and the bed comfy and you cant fault it, i expected it to be a noisy place(just with it being busy) but we was asleep by 11 both nights and heard no noise which was a bonus. Next time we visit london this will be the first place we try to book as was everything we needed.

This is a very good spot from which to visit central London. It is clean, cosy, and very convenient to transportation!
