I stayed a Melanie's house for one night during a business trip to London. She was unavailable when I arrived but kindly left the key with a neighbour who showed me into the house. The room is very spacious and clean. I was just there for the night so was grateful for a comfy bed. The ensuite has just a bath, no shower. But Melanie offer me use of another shower in the house. It is a great location right on the Thames in Chiswick. Didn't have time to take up Melanies offer of coffee in the morning but she did recommend an excellent local Cafe for a takeaway breakfast. Thanks would recommend.

Melanie is an amazing hostess! We are really excited. The room is huge, extremely clean and quiet. The neighbourhood is very safe, full of families and it is located by the Thames river where you can have lunch,dinner or a pint in some of the most popular pubs of London. If we visit London again, we will definitely stay at Melanie's. It was an amazing experience!

This was our first air bnb booking and we were very pleased. It was a 5 minute walk to the party we were attending so very convenient for us. Melanie was very warm and welcoming. Her house is beautifully designed and we had a large attic room with great views and a lovely en suite bathroom. The house is situated on Chiswick Mall so is in a beautiful location for those wanting a stroll along the Thames in the morning. We would definitely book in with Melanie again.

Great host, great place as described and awesome location

I believe Bal's parents greeted me and I can only assume her mother was very welcoming and inviting, showing me the layout of where everything is.

He is the brother of the host that welcomed us, we waited until 21H and it was nice. The room was clean but we did not know that the bathroom was at the entrance of the building and the toilets on the floor outside the room and we had to share with other tenants.

The location is good, near underground ravenscourt park station. Bal brother and family is nice. The room is spacious and the bed and heater is ok. But the house is more like a very simple and old hostel rather than an Airbnb. The toilet and shower need to share with others, and the condition need to be improved greatly. I think the price can be even more cheaper than what they charge now as it's really like a cheap hostel.

Bal was very helpful, and this room in particular was amazing, spacious with large windows and literally two mins from the station. The downside is that the upstairs toilet is comically small, but there's a big downstairs one so it wasn't a problem, and Bal was out when I arrived, but she arrived very quickly when i called. Would stay again, thank you Bal.

Anne is a great host - warm and welcoming, yet happy for you to do your own thing! She was happy to help with anything I needed and provided more than what was expected. The house itself is beautiful, as are the two little pugs, and the outside space is perfect for taking in the sun. The location is also lovely; quiet and safe, yet well connected by the tube and very close to portobello road. I can't imagine there are many places in London with better value for money!

I loved my staying at Mary's place. She is a very nice and helpful lady. The room is very clean and spacious, eveything is new. Perfect location. Less than 10 minutes to walk to Westfield and the three line tube stations. There are many buses too. The area is full of shops and everything you need. I'd stay at Mary's place again if I have the chance. I'd definitely recommend this place and it's host!!

Very decent room in the attic of a terraced house. It has its own bathroom, which is very clean as the rest. The nearest train station is within walking distance in 5 minutes. Mary is a very friendly hostess who leaves a completely undisturbed. I can recommend this property without reservation.

The place has been as expected from what I can tell. Although Sia was not available for check-in, her roommate welcomed me, so check-in was smooth and not a problem. Although only a minor issue but I think the carpet in the room could have been vacuumed before my arrival.

Sia is the sweetest. The apartment is nice and close to central line and to lot of restaurants and shop.

Location is great. It is pretty centralised with nearby access to underground tube about 5-8 mins walk away and also accessible by bus from Oxford St area. Shared bathroom is new and clean. Room was cold on the first night but Sia promptly adjust the heater accordingly thereafter :)

Hey everybody ! Maria is a really nice person, she knows a lot about cool places to go in London. The apartment is very cosy and the neighborhood well located: quiet, close transports and fancy avenue (Kensington high street). Perfect for couples. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay so much. Three words: book it now!

Maria was a great host! before arriving she was always in touch and was able to let me in earlier in the apartment. She's super helpful and always caring for our needs, making the sofa-bed in the evening before we arrived everyday and getting special milk for us for breakfast (as my friend doesn't drink regular milk). Although the room is the living room/kitchen of Maria's apartment (and the bed the sofa) she gives you complete privacy (and closes the door, so you really have all the space to yourself). The apartment is located on a 5th floor (no elevator, but it gets you fit! :)) only a few minutes from the subway station and also a 10 min. walk from main buses to downtown London and Paddigton Station (buses on the Hammersmith Road and Kensington High Road). :) A good option for staying in London!!!

I was searching for a simple flat for spend three weeks and this one was so properly: it's perfectly well comunicated with tube (West Kensington) and some buses (night buses too) at Hammersmith Road, just 5 minutes walk. You can spend your London night and you would return easily from the downtown. Even there is a 24h Tesco very near from the flat. It's in a very calm street, so the neighbours are too. Maria it's a so kind host, she always respects your privacy and makes all the possible for your comfort. She answers your mails very quickly and always give her best asking you if you need anything else. Besides, she knows London so well and she can give you some good suggestion. This flat is a very good option for a single person (even a couple) who wants to spend a cheap and comfortable days in London (btw: oh, what a city!).

We had a nice stay at Maria's flat. Room was clean and cosy. It was not so big, but it well equipped though. And it was realy well situated, we could get to the tube, bus or rail station by a few minutes walk and so we did! And it was about 15 minutes trip to the very center of London from there. Local Wi-Fi was good enough for using TFL, exploring maps and even watching youtube. The flat had a shower with a permanent hot water supply (no boiler). Maria was a very pleasant host, very responsive and communicative. Me and my wife are completely satisfied with this experience.

Maria was a great host, she respected our privacy but still was always available for a good talk or to tell us about good places in the area. The location is amazing, with lots of shops in High Street Kensington, just a few blocks away. There's a Sainsbury's just around the corner too.

I had a very good time staying at Marians and Karols Hostel. They were very kind and the other guests where very nice too. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and I especially liked the kitchen as a place to sit and talk. A fridge and dishes are available so that you can cook yourself a meal and dont have to rely on restaurants or ready made things from the supermarket. I will definitely stay here again!

Marian's place was great, and being able to park for the evening so close to the A40 was very useful. Very quiet hostel, with easy access to a few tube stations.

A very warm welcome; it was all a result felt good in his presence facilitated our stay in accepting deposited our luggage in the morning. Good mood, humor and a very good communication. Showers and toilets refurbished and very clean Mattresses, sheets and duvets own

I arrived after 21h just to leave at 7 am, could not sleep because the noise of the shower machine are very disturbing, people who cook at midnight emit odor stinking up the room. Reception people after midnight in the place which is not hotel but the species of the house is upset!

The Hostel was really niche and the owner amazing. Probably the best hostel that I have ever seen in my travel around the world. Nothing to compare to London Standard, it's 10 times better than any hostel in London. I will suggest this Hostel to all of my friends for the price, location and cleanliness!!

Good value for money. It was not very central and there was some disorder in the organization of the beds, but the attention was very good, apart from the beds and bathrooms.

Juan-Carlos is a great host! He let me check in early, let me use the facility until late check out and even keep my luggage after that. The room is spacious. The location is very convenient, about 7 min walk to Hammersmith tube station with Primark, TK maxx, Poundland, Sainsbury and Tesco very near the place.

Hammersmith is a convenient place to stay. Not just that there are many shops and bars in the neighborhood, it's also close to the airport (~30 mins. Not need to change line.) The guidebook prepared by Juan-Carlos is handy.

We had a great stay. The house is tidy and clean, location very convenient at less than 5 minutes from the Hammersmith tube station which has a direct connection to the city center. Juan-Carlos is an accommodating host, he arranged for us to pick up the key earlier so we could drop our luggage. Our bedroom was very neat - exactly as shown on the pictures. Although not too spacious, for us, being on a city trip and not spending much time inside the house anyway, this place ticked all the boxes: good bed, proper shower, at an affordable price.

I had a good time with Juan-Carlos flat. The location is very covenient which got many bus and tube stations and there are many shops. We haven't seen him during our stay, but his mother and cousin welcomed us. The flat is next to the road so in the evening was quite noisy but except that most of it was fine.

The place was easy, reliable, and good value for money. Zero complaints. Perfect for no-fuss accommodation.

Susan is a wonderful host and made me feel very welcome. I arrived late in the evening and Susan had put the heating on in the room ready for my arrival, provided fresh towels and made sure I had everything I needed. I was kindly provided with an iron and ironing-board too which was brought to my room. I would recommend Susan's home unreservedly.

The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Unfortunately the room backed onto the bathroom and the noise of the toilet flushing was very loud. The kitchen was clean and spacious. It was very welcoming to have tea, coffee and breakfast cereals available. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot and powerful. I was very disappointed to find the bat not working. The location was amazing. I also very much appreciated the information made available able the area prior to my booking. I visited one of the nearby restaurants recommended and found it to be excellent. On balance - the Muse Haus offers clean, warm and secure accommodation in a fantastic location.

It is not easy to find the street where this accommodation is located because it is divided into two. it is possible to easily access through a tunnel underground. Read well in pdf before starting your journey!

Muse Haus is wonderfully eclectic and well situated close to the river. I appreciated the amenities of tea and breakfast cereals in the mornings. The Engine Room really is tiny and lacked good ventilation but I'm not complaining as I just used it to sleep and didn't spend much time there hanging out.

Our experience at Dusanka's lovely home was hard to beat by even the best hotel! We got there way past the time we thought we would due to our train being delayed but Dusanka was there to welcome us in and show us round without any issues. We had to leave straight away to catch a reservation we had made that night and Dusanka left us with the keys and explained how to get in etc. We came back late that night and her lovely dog Skip was there to meet us. We went to bed in a comfortable (much bigger than you'd expect) room with an ensuite bathroom. We had a great nights rest and Dusanka and her husband even gave us a lift to the tube station! Amazing stay and would definitely stay here again.

Being home of Dusanka is the perfect choice. It is a house in a quiet, perpendicular to a main avenue leading to Hide Park or even more central street. There is a stop just off this main street bus, so it's very easy to go anywhere, either directly by bus or subway changing. It is in zone 2 and the price difference with zone 1 is very low. The house is lovely, renovated, great and stay in the upper room for you, very large with en-suite bathroom Separate shower in modern, excellent bed, wardrobes, table, bright ... first floor you want to stay at home, but every day I was watching the city. Dusanka and her husband are wonderful, really. Contact with Dusanka is immediately by email, help with any questions and are very friendly. One day I went sightseeing and how it was being sick and missed only cared about me. Any questions on how to get the very quick reply. It was my first experience with Airbnb, and has been the best thing that could happen to me. I recommend it to everyone, without hesitation and hope to return soon, and they also come to see me in Spain;)

My host Dusanka and her husband made me feel very welcome. They helped me with my luggage to the loft room and offered me a cup of tea on arrival. The loft room exceeded the description it was nice and bright despite the rainy day, and had a desk and plenty of power points to charge up my gadgets. The neighbourhood seemed ok, I was only there for 2 days. Bus stop at the top of the road and short bus ride to nearest tube station. Supermarket opposite the bus stop and a letterbox less than 5 minutes away.

Our stay at Dusanka & Neb's house was really lovely. The loft room is great with three windows, bright & well ventilated, and the on suite toilet is really convenient. Neb is a generous and friendly host, he always makes coffee for us! We feel right at home! We highly recommend staying here!
