The Barn is a self contained annexe to Barley Corn Cottage located in the heart of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Surrounded by many wonderful nature walks and wildlife trails, the property comprises a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and a comfortable living room containing a full sized double sofabed. The annexe has its own lockable entrance off an atrium where bikes can be stored overnight. Perfect for Walkers, Cyclists and Adventurers alike!! We will accept 2 well behaved dogs.
The property's location is 9 miles from the Market town of Louth, 6 miles from Horncastle and 15 miles from the long east coast beaches including the seaside towns of Skegness and Mablethorpe. There is a small shop (essentials only) in the village pub which is only 100 yards from the cottage itself! There are also many fine restaurants and pubs within a few miles from the property........making it the perfect spot for relaxing and taking a proper break from the real world!
Tetford lies in an AONB in the very centre of The Lincolnshire Wolds. It lies on the Greenwich Meridian and unlike most of Lincolnshire is not flat. The surrounding glorious countryside is primarily farmland criss-crossed by streams and intriguing footpaths. Louth (9 miles) is a thriving market town hosting the only surviving cattle market in this part of the country. It boasts supermarkets, small interesting shops, a cinema and a twice weekly market. Horncastle also has a weekly market but being smaller does not have the same variety of shops.
  • A delightful barn conversion. Lovely village. A tasty welcoming pack. A friendly pub. Wonderful walks. Charming hosts.

  • Many thanks Sue and Derek for our home from home stray .... with every comfort thought of. We felt very spoilt with our delicious welcome pack (Local plum bread, local cheese, butter and milk). Having a second very comfy sofa double bed in the living room was a bonus with one of us coughing all night. You live in a lovely village with friendly people and great surroundings for dog walking. Your location in the Wolds is excellent as a centre to explore from. We have so much more to see in Lincolnshire and would definitely return to stay with you, if you are unbooked. xxx Ray, Wendy and Sammie.

  • What you see is what you get, very comfortable & homely. Lovely cooked breakfast provided for us both mornings at a time that we could chose. Hosts very warm, welcoming and friendly. Lodge set in the heart of the Lincolnshire wolds and numerous walks nearby in the beautiful countryside. Lodge provided leaflets of things to do which we found very helpful. Overall it was a lovely stand would go back again.

  • I was looking for some where to stay for the night before a track day at Cadwell Park. This is the perfect location as it is literally a couple of miles away. A private driveway to store a car trailer safely behind a gate for the night. A special thanks to Hilary for helping me reverse park my trailer on a very dark and cold winter night! I will visit again with out hesitation.

  • The very best:. A wonderfully comfortable, private wing. Located in a vale, with a hill on one side used for iron age pagan worship, and over the opposite rise, an old Norman and later graveyard of the local All Saints, Goulceby, parish. The wolds at it's finest.

You can walk directly from the house or Louth is 5 minutes away in the car for amenities. It's a beautiful part of the UK and much recommended.

  • A beautiful loft apartment, modern comfy furnishings. Quiet, secluded, away from it all. Lovely hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble.... Very small kitchen so if there were more than 2 of you- you would have to plan very carefully- worth noting that there is no pub/eatery within easy walking distance. Great for breakfasts and BBQ etc in the Summer.

    Tom2019-12-29T00:00:00Z

Welcome to Linden View, a peaceful dog-friendly, self-catering holiday home in Louth. The two-bedroom house sits on a quiet, no-through road opposite a cemetery with views towards the countryside, but also just a ten minute walk into the historic town of Louth. If you are looking for a self-catering stay with the countryside on your doorstep but also close to shops, pubs and restaurants - then this could be for you. Louth has great independent shops and there are many places to eat and drink.
Linden View is the middle house on a row of three properties on a quiet, no-through road a ten-minute walk to Louth town centre. The house, which overlooks the cemetery, gets the morning sun at the rear and the sunset at the front. With no facing properties, there are views towards the countryside from the front of the house. Linden View accommodates four people in two bedrooms. They feature a double bed and two single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over. Downstairs there is a kitchen/diner with a table and chairs for four people and a living room. Outside there is a small back garden with seating. Parking is on the street outside the house. There is a small front garden. Dogs are welcome throughout the house and gardens. Linden View has recently been redecorated throughout. There is gas central heating and instant hot water. In the kitchen there is a gas cooker, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. In the living room there is a TV and DVD player, with a selection of books and DVDs. The rear garden is laid to lawn but has a small, secluded patio area - perfect for sitting out on a warm evening.
While the area is quiet and hidden away, Linden View has the advantage of being a ten minute walk into Louth. There you will find independent shops unique to the town, some national chains and a great variety of places to eat and drink. The Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is on your doorstep, the seaside is 20 minutes away and the historic city of Lincoln is just 45 minutes by road. There is also motor racing at Cadwell Park, 15 minutes from Louth and horse racing at Market Rasen, 20 minutes down the road. Dog walkers and ramblers are well catered for - you can join public footpaths from the doorstep which will take you into the heart of the countryside. Further afield, you can walk along the unspoilt coastline in dunes and on deserted beaches. There are many great walks in the Wolds, suitable for all tastes - you can also walk part of the Viking Way, which runs from the banks of the River Humber down to Rutland Water. The nearest train station to Louth is at Market Rasen or Grimsby and there are bus services between the towns and villages. Louth was named Britain's Favourite Market Town by Countryfile magazine in 2012, described as a 'foodies paradise', it boasts several butchers, a cheese shop, delic‎atessen, bakers, cafes, pubs, restaurants and independent shops (including a small department store) which really make it unique. There is a market three times a week (the busiest in the region), a farmers' market once a month and Food Friday market every four weeks. The town also has a three-screen cinema, leisure centre and a golf course. The open spaces of Westgate Fields and Hubbards Hills are just a few minutes' walk from the town centre. Dominating the skyline is St James Church, which has the tallest medieval parish church spire in England. It is open for visitors and has a coffee shop.
  • A great house close to the town and near to the coast. Very clean and comfortable and dog friendly.

    Lesley2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Tim and Vicky's house is just as described and is in a great location, quiet, yet close to all the amenities of Louth. The house is well equipped, warm and cosy, it had everything we needed.

  • Exactly as advertised. Nice clean cottage in a lovely quiet location. Great for exploring the Linconshire coast as well as the Wolds and Louth itself. We and the dogs really enjoyed it.

    Sarah2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed in Louth at Tim and Vicky's place over New Year. It is so cosy and homely, perfect for our stay with our dog. Well equipped, with everything you would need for a stay. The house is quiet, with plenty of countryside for walks from the doorstep. However, it is not at all far from the centre of town either. We had a lovely meal out at the Greyhound where our puppy was warmly welcomed too. If we need to stay in the area again, we'll definitely be coming back here!

    Claire2020-01-05T00:00:00Z

My cottage stands directly opposite St James' church famous for the tallest church spire in England. The cottage is perfectly located for access to Louth’s shops, General Hospital, Restaurants and Museum, all being a couple of minutes walk away. The little courtyard garden is ideal for an outside breakfast or some late evening drinks and is a comfortable retreat. The Wolds and the stunning Lincolnshire coastline are also nearby making the cottage an ideal base for your time in the area.
** Following the evolving situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are closely following all Public Health England and Government guidelines with regards to good practice in terms of cleanliness. Our housekeeper is COSHH trained and certified. Please feel free to ask any additional questions if you have any concerns prior to your stay ** The Cottage compromises of a Lounge, Kitchen, Bath/Shower Room, Master Bedroom and Second Bedroom and a pretty little courtyard outside. It is newly decorated and is clean and bright throughout.
Louth was recently voted one of the best Market towns in the UK in which to live. It has a good number of artisan shops, restaurants and pubs and is an excellent place from which to fully explore The Wolds and the wonderful Lincolnshire Coastline.
  • Its my second stay for a long weekend and this delightful cottage is ideally placed just 2 minutes from the town centre and a great place to explore. Will hopefully be back again to have a winter break. Louth is a secret, lovely Georgian buildings, plenty of places to eat and drink, a weekend market and the Greenwich Meridian to look for.

Rooftops in situated in the centre of Louth. It has been recently renovated and offers luxury accommodation for 2. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with king sized bed, and a shower room. Up the elegant staircase to the living/dining room and small, but fully equipped galley kitchen. Fibre wifi, Bose speaker, smart TV and Blue ray give plenty of entertainment options. The view across house roofs to the iconic St James Church as you eat your meals, is great by day and stunning at night.
The location, so central, and the view across some beautiful roofs with fabulous chimneys. This acts as the precursor to the view of St James church, a stunning building with reputedly the tallest spire of any English church. Great by day, amazing at night. From the flat you walk through a door leading to Upgate and on to the pubs, restaurants and coffee shops in town.
A quiet close, small, cosy even, with a mix of small modern and older buildings.
  • Andrew and Moira are great hosts - this listing is excellent and I would happily stay again!

    Aaron2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is the perfect place to stay in Lough. Central location, on the door step of the town centre. The place was spotlessly clean, the decor was lovely, it has a comfy bed and nice shower too. Andrew and Moira were brilliant hosts and have made the place feel like a home away from home. I definately recommend staying here and will return if I visit Lough again!

    Steph2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • The pictures don't do this place justice. If you are looking for a stylish upscale flat in the center of louth (but still quiet) with a stunning view and friendly hosts, this is your place! It's a quirky upside down flat, done to a very high standard. It's one flight up to the front door and another flight to the living room / kitchen but presuming you can handle the stairs this place is amazing. Excellent value for money too! Great hosts who obviously care about the guest experience and not just making a buck (or pound!) Loved it and will be back.

    Sharon2019-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Incredible place to stay! Fantastic location, close to shops and places to eat. The location makes visiting the seals at Donna Nook so much easier. We arrived to a stylish and clean apartment and we blown away by how amazing it was. It’s comfortable and cosy especially getting in on cold days after being out all day. The heating was simple to use and worked quickly. Overall this is an apartment I would highly recommend to others.

    Christopher2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Rooftops is a lovely hidden gem in Louth. The flat is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and looks just like the photos. We will definitely be back!!

    Lesley2019-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew and Moira's place was stunning! It was so tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing even though it was tucked away beautifully in the middle of the town. Perfect for sampling all the little shops, cafes, restaurants and amazing history. We would certainly love to return!

    Kathryn2019-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • You will not be disappointed if you book to stay at Andrew and Moira's place. The apartment is stylish, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. It is right in the centre of Louth with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. All communication with Andrew was speedy and informative and we were very grateful for the 'welcome' goodies on our arrival. We have stayed in some very nice Airbnb's but 'Rooftops' was exceptional. A beautiful property, very well-placed to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and coast. We will definitely be making a return visit.

  • Well after a last minute trip to my home town of Louth, I found this little gem of a place on air B and B!! ( 1st time I’ve used it) where to start, a beautifully decorated appartment, with lovely views of the church, person little touches( wine, milk? Chocs etc) and the hosts, Andrew and Moira were fabulous, they went the extra mile for us!! Nothing too much trouble!! My only criticism, we didn’t stay long enough!! So looking forward to our visit over the Xmas holidays!! Thank you!

  • This is an exceptional let, not just for the wonderfully well appointed “cottage”, but also for the wonderful welcome from Judith and Jerry, including milk, tea, coffee and a beer. Really appreciated and can’t recommend enough.

  • A must visit, what a great cottage, sparkling clean, most gracious hosts that provide everything for your stay, plus the extra finishing touches, fresh flowers, wine and chocolates. Would love to visit again.

  • Really lovely cottage - sparkling clean and super comfortable. Lots of lovely little personal touches and a warm welcome from Judith and Jerry made this a great stay. Felt sorry to leave after just one night!

  • I so greatly enjoyed my stay at Judith & Jerry’s Place. The space was lovely. I tried to capture the feel of the place in pictures to send to a friend, and couldn’t make the camera fully see the amazing space they have created.

    Joshua2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • Judith and Jerry’s place is a beautifully renovated space and a pleasure to spend time in. The bed was super comfy and the bedding luxurious. Very close to town and very quiet. Highly recommend to other travellers.

  • Judith and Jerry's cottage is amazing! Very cosy, well-equipped and lots of thoughtful touches. The chocolates, biscuits and wine were a nice surprise. The location is perfect for wandering into Louth and the local tips were helpful for planning our stay. It's just a shame we only stayed for one night - we didn't want to leave!

    Emma2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay and perfectly positioned for our needs.

    Rosie2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Luxury Let in Louth sums up the standard of this property. My partner and I arrived in Louth for our Christmas break with his family after a long drive from London. We stepped into a warm welcoming flat that felt very much like a home from home. Judith and Jerry had key lights on, including a very cute lit Christmas tree in the entrance hall. We got fresh milk on arrival which saved us a trip to the shops, not to mention tea, biscuits, chocolates and sweets that were strategically placed around the property that enhanced our much needed tea time treat. The flat was impeccably clean and the quality of the furnishings, very good. It was evident from the attention to detail paid to the soft luxurious bedding, the very practical dressing room off the bedroom, the separate guest cloak room and the very comfortable stylish dining room chairs on display that Judith and Jerry left no stone unturned to ensure their guests were guaranteed a wonderful stay. Thank you. We will definitely be back. Mary

This spacious, newly renovated garden flat was originally the servant's quarters of our Georgian period townhouse. All rooms offer views of the garden, which is always full of colour and wildlife. Just a short walk into the lovely market town of Louth, Britain's favourite market town, and all the shops and amenities it offers. The nearby Lincolnshire Wolds offer beautiful rolling countryside walks or cycle rides and we are also just a short drive to the stunning Lincolnshire coast.
The self contained flat offers one bedroom and a modern en-suite shower room, a sitting/dining room and kitchenette area. All recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Free WiFi, Freeview TV and a DVD player and DVDs are provided for our guests. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave and all basic crockery and utensils. Light breakfast items provided (cereals, bread, jams) as well as tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Please do be aware there is no cooker, however there is a slow cooker and George Foreman grill available to use in the flat and you are also welcome to use our cooker if needed.
The Georgian market town of Louth is located at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds and has much to offer visitors. Fine Georgian and Victorian architecture can be found throughout the town and to get the best view you can climb to the top of the tower at St. James Church. Louth is home to King Edward VI Grammar School, whose famous past pupils include Alfred Lord Tennyson and Captain John Smith. You might like to visit the Louth Museum or find several places of interest in the town, such as Tennyson's wall, the Greenwich Meridian Line and the site of the Lincolnshire Rising. You can also follow the Louth Art Trail through the town to find many hidden gems along the way. For a night out, there are many restaurants and pubs to choose from, as well as an art deco cinema or for live performances Louth Playgoers Riverhead Theatre or the Louth Jazz club. There are many seasonal events throughout the year in Louth, such as the Victorian Market, the Christmas Market and in the summer we have the Zero Degrees festival, offering drama, music, comedy and dance performances all around the town. Louth itself has much to offer, but other nearby places of interest include Horncastle, Lincoln, Market Rasen, Grimsby and Cleethorpes, the Lincolnshire Wolds, the Lincolnshire Coast and the list could go on.

Only 5 miles from Cadwell Park, Le Moulin is located in the charming Georgian market town of Louth, at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds (designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). The cottage is enviably situated on the doorstep of the spectacular scenery of Hubbard’s Hills, a 5 min walk from the nearest pub, and only 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre. There is ample private free parking, and for Cadwell enthusiasts, motorcycle garaging is also available. Please enquire.
The cottage sleeps 6 (8 including the two single sofa-beds in the sitting room), and has been comfortably furnished to provide a relaxing holiday home. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms on the first floor - 1 king size and 2 doubles. There is 1 bathroom on the first floor and 1 shower room (wet room) on the ground floor. The cottage has a newly fitted kitchen and comfortable sitting room with spacious dining area. The small, enclosed rear garden abuts a deer park and comprises a patio seating area and summerhouse. To the front, guests have shared access to a sizeable private grassed area, suitable for children to play, however please note that a Mill Race runs within a very short distance of the premises and children and vulnerable persons must therefore be strictly supervised at all times. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, but they must be well behaved, kept under control at all times, and not be left unattended in the premises. Please do not allow your dog on sofas, chairs or beds.
Louth is a lovely town which has retained a good mix of independent retailers and numerous pleasant cafes and eateries. It is home to St James Church with a spire to rival Salisbury Cathedral's infamous - at least, to the Russians - spire! At 293 feet and 1 inch, it is the tallest medieval parish church spire in Britain. Louth also boasts the Meridian Line, the marker of which can be found in Eastgate. Various coastal locations are within easy reach. Donna Nook is a half hour drive. There, the ever-popular spectacle of hundreds of grey seals coming ashore to pup, can be witnessed each November (into early December).

  • A peaceful, self contained spot, a working livestock farm in the delightful Lincolnshire Wolds. Very friendly and helpful hosts and the place was well designed, comfortable and dog friendly too. Only 6 miles from Louth and less than 30 minutes from the coast, the location was ideal for exploring the area. All facilities provided for full self catering, and lots of space. Loved it!

  • The pictures don’t do the barn justice at all. Lovely space, bigger than it looks with everything you need- very peaceful and very cute cows as neighbours. We will definitely come back as location wise your not far from any of the towns- seasides & the space within the barn and outside was brilliant

  • Great space with relaxing views across the fields and Lincolnshire Wolds. Really idillic setting and very accessible for the Wolds, fabulous beaches and local towns. Andy and Nicola were great hosts and even gave us a tour of the farm. The kids loved meeting the piglets and sheep. The barn has ample space and is well equipped and comfortable. Plus it has loads of garden space to enjoy as well. Highly recommended.

  • We spent a wonderful Easter weekend at The Barn. Lovely spacious accommodation, everything that you'd want in the kitchen, including our introduction to Lincolnshire plum bread, a really gracious touch

    Andrew2017-04-17T00:00:00Z
  • The photos of the barn do not do it any justice. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. It was definitely a home away from home. Andy, was amazing as well. We arrive late and he helped us check in, he was really friendly and helpful, even spending the time to take our 5 year old to help feed the farm animals. Our son loved it so much, that during the drive home, he kept asking when were we going back! We would highly recommend the barn and will definitely be going back soon.

Situated in a sought after part of The Louth Conservation Area, directly opposite the famous 15th Century St James Church in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Louth is an award winning Georgian Gem of a Market Town, with a thriving twice weekly market selling local produce.

Our housekeeper is COSHH trained and certified. Please feel free to ask any additional questions if you have any concerns prior to your stay. ** The Cottage is a quirky and interesting period building in the very heart of the bustling market town of Louth, with a great independent Deli accross the road and a choice of good independent pubs and shops within minutes walk. The Cottage comprises of one double bedroom with views over onto the famous St James Church which boasts the tallest spire of any church in England and is home to a breeding pair of peregrine falcons. It was the meeting point for the Lincolnshire rising in 1536. The cottage is most ideally suited for couples wanting to experience this part of the world in genuine privacy and a pace that suits them. The produce in this part of Lincolnshire is exceptional and is reflected in the care and passion displayed by the many independent food retailers and restaurants. There is also a pretty courtyard garden with a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a late night glass of wine. Decorated with pretty festoon lights you can relax and study the spire of St James over the cottages roof. Finally, the cottage is a great place to set off and explore The Wolds on foot by the many local set walks, many of which set off from St James church or by car to the coast or other pretty towns and villages nearby.
The pretty market town of Louth with its Georgian architecture is perfect those wanting to get away to the Lincolnshire Wolds, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage is an ideal starting point for walkers and cyclists or for those wanting an excellent base from which to explore the region, indeed many of the local recommended walks in the area use St James Church opposite the cottage as a starting point. The privacy that the cottage affords visitors means it is ideal as a romantic getaway with many local independent pubs and restaurant within a few minutes’ walk, allowing visitors to do away with their cars whilst staying. There are also a good number of local shops selling local produce, other local items, antiques and art. From October through to December Louth is the ideal place to stay for the internationally famous Donna Nook Nature Reserve where the Grey Seals come to have their pups. This is a must for visitors at this time of the year, as is a walk along the stunning coastline at any time of the year. Lincoln’s famous Christmas market and Cleethorpes quaint seaside attractions make it ideal all year round to visit.
  • Our third stay at Marc's place, so we knew what to expect. After our first stay we fell in love with Louth and have recently bought our own place that we are slowly renovating, Marc's cottage has been an inspiration in what we are trying to achieve with our place. Many thanks again. Paul, Nicky and Brian the whippet.

  • Lovely little place. Booked last minute really helpful

    Carl2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely fantastic Well, that's my personal feeling. We are all different so somebody else may not like things like a steep stair case to reach the bedroom and the bathroom; the noise from the street or the noise from the bells of the church. But as it was November, we had the window shut and that was no problem at all: I don't like noises but the window muffled the noises well enough, I was just able to hear the bells and I wasn't waken up by the traffic (nor the bells). So no bad points for me, it was simply fantastic. It is the 3rd self catering accommodation for me; and the best value for money (maybe a better deal because it was November?). You enter directly into the living area, then the dining area and at the back, the kitchen. At the top, bedroom and bathroom. Each room is small but the total is big. 4 or 5 separate parts, that's why I enjoyed it so much. It's decorated with my taste: nice furniture and pictures. It was clean, warm, cozy and it would have been very easy to stay home if the Wolds were not waiting for us. The Wolds are lovely and we enjoy discovering many villages and hills and vales... Louth is an active town with theatre, concerts, and lectures at the library. Louth centre is lively and the cottage is very well located. I think it's enough. And please, excuse my french.

  • Andy welcomed us while checking in and gave us nice recommendations. Coach house was spacious to relax after a day out and kitchen was very well equipped to prepare dinner. Thanks for the stay!

  • We had such a great time staying at the Coach House! Andy and Nicola are fantastic hosts and the accommodation had everything we could need. It was particularly good for the kids with cot, high chair, plastic plates etc and dishwasher provided. Made life much easier. It was great for hosting a small birthday party and we appreciated Nicola putting extra chairs out in advance . The cottage has ample parking and outdoor space. There are facilities to wash clothes (great with babies) and the downstairs flow means everyone can be around one another but still have their own space. It was clean and comfortable and augmented by the sounds of the farm, which we loved. The kids especially loved watching the sheep and chickens in the paddock next to the garden. There are great walks around the farm and Andy has good recommendations for cycle routes. The cottage is brilliantly located for going out and experiencing all that Lincolnshire has to offer and is lovely to go back to after a day out. We’ll definitely be back!!

  • A fantastic cottage with excellent amenities for the whole family. Andy and Nicola were lovely hosts and even gave the kids a tour of the animals. The games and DVDs were really appreciated by all ages (the kids played while we drank wine and watched the sheep and chickens graze). We had never been to Lincolnshire before but there is so much to do we will definitely be back. It was a really special trip, thank you!

    Rachel2019-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely and peacfull! Great escpae from city live and my son loved the tour of the farm.

  • Everything about Andy’s place, as well as Andy himself, exceeded our expectations in a very positive manner. The home was sparklingly clean and supplied with high quality linens and towels and the kitchen was very well appointed. The layout of the home allowed for our group to enjoy different areas for private conversations so that we didn’t feel as though we were all on top of each other. One of our favorite things about the home was that while the interior held a distinct feel of a historical dwelling with the beautiful, old, open beam ceilings and antique fireplace, it has been remodeled to include outstanding modern conveniences. None of the concerns we previously dealt with in homes that we were cautioned had “ancient plumbing,” after we arrived. The showers were large and luxurious with excellent water pressure. Andy, our host, was such a pleasure to meet. He radiates kindness and if you are interested in learning about farming , he is happy to take you on a tour. My granddaughters will never forget their experience of meeting the piglets! At the same time, he is unobtrusive and you have complete privacy if you do not choose to seek him out. The patio and yard was perfect for the adults to sit and chat in while the children had the space to run and safely play on the grass. All while having the pleasure of gazing out at a flock of sheep in one fenced field and three young bulls in another right from our patio! An interesting, peaceful, comfortable place to stay.
