Pretty cabin tucked away in a quiet walled garden close to Titchfield
Magic Cottage is a pretty wooden cabin in the peaceful walled garden of our 16th Century stable block house. It can be made up with a very comfy super kingsize bed or twins, and we can add a child's mattress for an extra little one if needed. Please advise when booking if you would like twin beds. The bed will be made up as a super kingsize as standard. The cabin catches the morning sun, so it's lovely to open up the doors and let the light flood in, or sit outside on the decking and enjoy the sunshine. Magic Cottage has a seating area with sofa, coffee table and TV with Freeview. It has a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and sink in the kitchen area and a gas barbecue with side burner on the deck but no full cooking facilities. So you can keep some wine and nibbles cool in the fridge, put together a picnic, warm up a ready meal, or cook up a barbecue or full English for breakfast, but not rustle up a slap up meal. It also has an en suite shower room, and a terrace to enjoy the sun in the mornings. The cabin is built from recycled materials and everything we do follows an eco philosophy, right through to the shampoo, shower gel and soap. The essentials are there for when you arrive - tea, coffee, sugar, milk for a cuppa, and oil, salt and pepper for cooking. For chilly weather, there is a really efficient wood burning stove style electric heater in the cabin that takes no time to heat up the room. It makes it really cosy, and gives off a warm flickering glow to create a lovely atmosphere, especially with the lights down low. It even has a remote control so you can turn it on from your bed in the morning, so it is lovely and warm before you step from under the covers, and off after you climb in at night! In the winter we also put in a small oil filled electric radiator for background heat, which can be left on low all the time if it’s chilly. We don't provide breakfast, but there is a good little shop under 10 minutes' walk or two minutes' drive away open from 7am til 11pm. It's a Co-op with with fresh fruit and veg, meat, wine, beer and most things you could need for your stay. Even fresh croissants baked on-site every morning, which you can bring back warm from the oven. The gas bbq is easy to flash up and cook whatever you fancy for breakfast. There are Chineese and Indian takeaways that deliver, and fish and chip shops to eat on the deck or take to the beach. There are also a couple of good pubs nearby, and some excellent cafes (we are coffee feinds, and can point you in the right direction for the best coffee). You can also drive along the seafront to Gosport and catch the ferry to Portsmouth where you can visit the HMS Victory, HMS Warrior and the Mary Rose at the Historic Naval Dockyard and museums, or visit Gunwharf Quays with restaurants, bars, cinemas, bowling and outlet shopping. Much better than driving into Portsmouth, and more of an 'adventure'. We also run a kitesurfing school, so this is the perfect place to come and stay for a kitesurfing break or course. We have a portacot available for little ones, or you can book our glamping tent next to Magic Cottage if you have more in your family/group. Our standard check in time is after 3pm and check out before 11am. Though we do try and be flexible if we can, so sometimes you may be able to arrive earlier or leave later, but please can you arrange with us in advance. Please note that we spend the UK winter in New Zealand (see our other listings!). Our neighbours manage Magic Cottage for us, so it is still available to the same high standard. However, it may mean that I can't answer questions or enquiries during the UK daytime, as I will be in NZ asleep! I will get back to you when I wake up (UK evening time). So please don't think I am ignoring you, or that Magic Cottage is unavailable. Of course, you can still book in the normal way over airbnb, and I will accept your booking when I come online. I hope you can come and stay! Zoe
  • Magic Cottage is a lovely little place to stay. Even with the temperature at zero outside. Very cosy. I can imagine in the summer, it comes alive even more.

  • I had a great time at Magic Cottage. Zoe was very communicative, gave me a warm welcome on arrival, and some good tips on what to do in the area. The space is really nicely done, and you have a lovely garden area to BBQ, sit outside and relax. Overall a great experience with no problems!

  • Just what the doctor ordered. A lovely, tranquil weekend away in nature. Zoe and Berny were great hosts and communication was excellent right from the start. Beautiful little cottage with everything one would need for a getaway. Our batteries were very much recharged and we didn’t want to leave. The highlights for us were: the incredibly comfortable king size bed, the outside hammock and the lovely village feel to the area. Donny’s tearoom do delicious lunches! We were very sad to leave but had a really lovely time. We would highly recommend giving the ‘Magic Cottage’ a go. Thank you again! :)

  • A massive thankyou to Scott and all of the team. This hidden cabin is a gem and has been the start of a new chapter for myself. I can not wait to return. Every detail is well thought. The decor and styling is perfect. The bed was ever so comfortable I enjoyed my morning under the covers watching and listening to the waves whilst working on my laptop. I could quite happily live here. Again thankyou . Leoni

Riverside Hamble is an outstanding property completely redesigned in 2012 to an exceptionally high standard. Designed to be a yachting crewhouse, the accommodation provides a functional yet elegant retreat. The spacious terrace is excellent for relaxing afternoons and evenings, overlooking the beautiful River Hamble. Catering for large groups is made easy in the exquisitely designed kitchen space. The gym and 12 person hot tub present a luxury spa experience.
Scandinavian influences, stunning artwork and open plan design with seamless technological intergration provide a stunning and relaxing venue to explore the south coast of the UK. The house can easily cater for large private events and parties, and can also provide a extremely useful range of facilities to yachting teams. The only house in Hamble-le-Rice, designed from the ground up, to serve this purpose.
Quiet, sophisticated design and a welcoming environment characterise the house, situated in an idyllic British village that serves as the spiritual home of yacht racing the the United Kingdom. Hamble is a quintessential marina town, with a lovely cobbled high street with some excellent pubs, restaurants and independent boutique shops. Bars and Restaurants: There are some lovely restaurants in Hamble. I would definitely recommend La Dolce Vita if you like Italian food - it's not the cheapest of places but it is so worth it, especially for a special occasion (booking in advance is also recommended for large groups). The River Rat which is a small wine bar/gastropub, is very good and you will always receive a warm welcome! The Bugle is also a great pub to get a bit more than just bar food. The food, drinks and staff are all amazing! If you're looking for a quick snack, lunch or breakfast, I would head straight to Jenny's Cafe! There are also some great pubs... The King and Queen is perfect if you want to get the good taste of the sailing atmosphere, or if you really like rum. They also do great food at good value! Ye Olde Whyte Harte is a bit more of a local scene, with a more relaxed environment. Banana Wharf is good place for a view of the Hamble whilst enjoying drinks and food, in the marina.
  • This place is a 10/10!! The property is perfect, Vicky was brilliant and so helpful all through the planning process! I can't thank her enough for her help! And the hot tub is amazing! The property is so much larger in person than the pictures give credit for! It was the perfect place to ask my girlfriend to marry me and to celebrate her birthday.

  • If your looking for a place to entertain a group of people this is the place to do it. Will defiantly use again

    Chris2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Somehow the photos don't quite do justice to this amazing house. Such a great entertaining venue (14 girls celebrating my 50th) where every room has a good ensuite and the beds really comfortable (even the bunks are bigger and more luxurious than your standard bunks) The kitchen is equip with almost everything you'd ever want - a great place to entertain as well as cook / drink! The lounge space is excellent with huge projector screen and of course the sonos throughout the house adds for continued feel. The indoor hottub is of course a great addition and perfect temperature. The terrace (we did manage to sit out for a while in the November sun) looks over the river and yachts and would be super cool on a sunny day. Can't recommend this place enough - truly a fantastic place and hopefully we will return. Xx

    Tanya2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • Such a fantastic place, felt so special-brilliant family holiday-thanks!

    Rosie2019-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • The hot tub and sound system make this house totally awesome. If you are lucky to have good weather the terrace is the best place to be, great tanning spot. Pubs up the road are great too. Fab fab fab, great weekend had by all . Thanks x

    Sammi2019-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • The house exceeded our expectations in every way! An extremely stylish and interactive space perfect for group trips by the water.

    Deepa2019-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you so much for all your help before with our trip with local knowledge on best take aways nearby and taxi companies! We had the best time here for our friends hen party! The place is perfect for entertaining and the hot tub is a bonus! Thank you again!!

    Zoe2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • The house was perfect for a hen weekend and the views from the roof terrace were beautiful. Hot tub was out of this world and the fact that every room had an en-suite was a real bonus for a house full of girls! We’re already planning a return trip!

This central heated brand new flat comes fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob and oven, kettle and toaster. All cutlery glasses, cups and plates are supplied as are limited tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplies. There is also cooking oil, salt and pepper supplied. Fareham Leisure Centre with all its facilities and a childrens park are within 5 minutes walk.
  • This flat is gorgeous and in such a central location. Surprisingly quiet despite being so central. The place is tastefully decorated throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, oil and Nigel had left an array of catering sachets of tea, coffee and milk. Towels were left to use alongside miniature bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A Smart TV was a bonus. A good folder full of local information too. Communication was 1st rate throughout both before and towards the end of the stay. Recommend the location for easy walking access into Fareham and how close it is to other areas e.g. Segensworth where I was working.

  • Very impressed once again with the quality of accommodation! Nigel is an exceptional host and his property was amazing find. I would have no hesitation in recommending his flat to anyone looking to stay in the area.

  • Nice and cozy. Very well maintained. Loved the place.

    Sumit2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely everything about this home exceeded our expectations. My parents flew over from Spain for a few days for my graduation, and we wanted to stay in a home rather than a hotel so I could cook for them and we had somewhere to really relax. The home was absolutely incredible. It was stylish, beautifully decorated, so spacious, the beds were so comfortable (both Mum and I said it was the best nights sleep we'd had in a long time), everything we needed was in the kitchen, local guides and menus, etc. Well thought out place for anyone visiting! Mum has already said she wants to stay there again when she visits next time.

  • Wow what a lovely weekend spent at the Cow Shed! The space is immaculate, modern and has everything you could possibly need for your break away. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is simply amazing! Alex & JP are brilliant hosts and make you feel so welcome! We took our 3 year old son with us and he spent a lovely few hours with their twin boys playing with them! The fresh bread and eggs are a great addition and delicious!! It’s great to see the cows, sheep and chickens up close and the hosts have no problem letting you roam around the farm! The bed is really comfy and the shower is lovely!! The attention to detail is just great and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you!! :)

    Chelsea2020-03-22T00:00:00Z

    Elliot2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s such a peaceful setting and was so nice to get away. The Cow Shed Barn was immaculate and incredibly homely & has everything we needed. Extremely comfy bed and the home made bread and eggs in the morning was the perfect finishing touch. Could not recommend more highly. Alexandra was a very attentive & responsive host as well.

  • Peacefully clean and beautiful

    Rosie2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed here for a night with my partner, it’s such a lovely place and is out the way so feels nice and private, it felt much more spacious than I thought it would be. The barn was very clean and had everything we needed, when we woke up and opened the curtains the cows were outside and it was such a lovely touch to be right next to them, We went for a meal and drinks and the railway inn which is around a 5 min drive from the barn this was a really nice place to go. Would definitely recommend for a nice peaceful night away! If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay again.

  • Such a lovely place to stay. Tony welcomed us and gave us a quick tour of the house. The place was clean and well equipped, all the utensils we needed were supplied in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable - two king-size beds! Perfect for a nights stay for four with friends to explore the surrounding areas! :)

    Sarah2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay at Tony's. The house is perfect for our family and the kids enjoyed playing at the back garden so much. Tony is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We appreciate his time to ask about the temperature and his wife for kindly letting us use the washing machine and iron. Tony equipped the kitchen with generous amount of breakfast items like breads, yogurt, coffee, tea, eggs, cheese etc. We will definitely recommend the house to everyone and would love to be back again.

    Maziah2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Tony has thought of everything to make your welcome and stay just perfect. Wonderful comfortable beds spotlessly clean throughout. The whole place is beautifully decorated, just a joy to stay in. This continues into the foods ready for your arrival. Fresh juice, croissants, cereals, fruit, breads, milk, cheese, ham the list goes on ........ A very big thank you x

  • Lovely stay at the Cabin - it was beautifully furnished and very cosy

    Hannah2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • My second time at the cabin (that should speak volumes in itself!). A lovely, spacious, quiet, clean, stylish, homely space with a great little area if, like me, you have a bit of work to do during your stay. Lots of little thoughtful touches and a brochure/welcome pack with lots of tips for the cabin, eateries, transport and so on. Excellent value. Communicative and helpful host. Could not fault it. Looking forward to my next trip down south if only to be able to stay in the cabin again! :)

    Tori2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • The Cabin in the Garden is easily one of the best places I have stayed. Really stylish and comfortable with some lovely touches. The great welcome basket was a lovely touch.

A CHARMING AND QUAINT TWO BEDROOM GRADE II LISTED COTTAGE LOCATED IN THE MOST IDYLLIC AND PICTURESQUE LOCATION WITH UNINTERRUPTED VIEWS OF THE HAMBLE RIVER.
This grade II listed cottage dates back to the Napoleonic period and is listed with the English Heritage. The row of cottages was a hive of maritime activity and the workstation dwellings for sail makers who hauled masts from the bustling slipway for repair. The cottage is unique and has uninterrupted river views with marine activity and seasonal wildlife. The property has a wealth of history absorbing it and it is incredibly warm and welcoming and holds a depth of character and charm. Overlooking the River Hamble, with Riverside walks and next to Swanwick Marina. Pubs within a very short walk, the closest being The Old Ship; a recently refurbished 16th century pub serving good food within 100m of the cottage. The relaxing beautiful riverside cottage, with 2 double bedrooms one with a double bed & the other with two small singles. Has a small steep cottage staircase and a downstairs shower room . The Cottage is traditional with one bedroom gaining access through the other but separated by a door. This 200 + old cottage has low doorways which is a typical English character. Parking is in a free public car park adjacent to the property. The sun room overlooks the river where you can watch the boats go by or you can bring your own kayaks, paddle boards or boat, launch on the slipway & enjoy being on the water. It is perfect if you enjoy fishing or bird spotting as there are many different species and some protected areas for breeding and migrating birds.
  • Cute little cottage with amazing views over the marina. 4 great dining options within a few minutes walk. Bedrooms are small (as are the beds). We would definitely stay again. Basic but everything you need for a short getaway.

    Lisa2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • A very cute little cottage overlooking the river with beautiful walks. Right next to a couple of old traditional English pubs, which gives you a great bit of culture and history.

  • Unique little cottage. Unusual old-fashioned place with it's steep stairs and low attic rooms. Garden is beautiful. Location is amazing, with beautiful views over the river. Went canoeing with the children to see the marshes and the marina etc. Beautiful!

  • This is a lovely quirky listed cottage ideally located for taking a kayak out in the water or visiting Southampton, Portsmouth and The IOW.

  • We spent a lovely weekend with our two small children. The garden is perfect for the kids and fully enclosed which is reassuring with a toddler. The cottage was super. Lots of character and very cosy. You might want to bring a stairgate if you have young children as the stairs are very steep.

Set in an acre of gardens in the beautiful "Howard's Way" village of Bursledon. Just off the A27 and M27 and a 5 minute walk down hill to the River Hamble and Bursledon railway station. Ideal for access to the marinas and for crew accomodation. Lots of local pubs, The Jolly Sailor, The Vine, The Navigator, The Fox & Hounds, Lone Barn and The Linden Tree. Lovely local walks. The recreation ground is behind our home, a 2 minute walk with a cricket pitch, tennis courts, rounders pitch, children's park, basket ball court and a goal. The New Forest is a 30-40 minute drive away.
Studio flat with kitchen, separate shower room & hall. A flight of stairs going up to the flat as it's above a garage. One parking place but two could be available if needed. We did have a sofa bed but guests said it was uncomfortable. We now have a Silentnight double bed.
  • Really nice place, sparkling clean and cozy. Excellent, prompt communication. Very easy self-check-in. The place gets warm quickly and has everything for cooking a simple meal. It's nice to wake up to sunshine through the roof windows and roses outside.

  • Wow, our best Airbnb experience to date. We spent an amazing long weekend in the chic, five star surroundings of the River Pod. It was finished and furnished to a very high spec with luxurious accessories. Spotlessly clean with everything and more included. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience with gorgeous views of the river and boats. We breakfasted outside on the veranda every morning and enjoyed the warm evenings. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning soon. Teresa was a fantastic host and went over and above with all the extra touches and birthday surprises.

    Steve2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Wow wow Wow loved every second clean tidy and just amazing

    Aaron2019-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • We had the most wonderful stay on this beautiful boat. A bottle on ice on arrival with chocolates and so many generous extras. Beautifully clean and stylish, we’d love to stay again.

    Lucy2019-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • What a weekend! Teresa thought of literally everything. The place was spotless, thoughtful touches, she’d decorated for us (we had a baby shower). Lovely location comfy beds.... cannot wait to come back!

    Bee2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • A really lovely place. Cozy, bright, thoughtfully decorated. Amazing attention to detail. Upon arrival we were met immediately even though we were around an hour late. We had a welcome card and a bottle of Prosecco chilled in an ice bucket. She even had duck and swan food and we were visited every day by a very tame and friendly swan. The fridge was stocked with all the essentials. We literally could not have wished for more. We can not recommend Teresa’s lovely riverboat highly enough.

    James2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • A stylish quirky place to stay. Great facilities and lovely suprises for the kids and adults - wont reveal! Teresa is a great host. Very friendly, punctual and informative. Recommended.

  • The Riverpod was great. We had a fabulous weekend. The place was spotlessly clean and Teresa went that extra mile for us this weekend. (Even went and did a little shop for some bits for us) The welcome pack with all the little extra’s really made the children feel extra special and they didnt want to come home. The place is stocked up with everything from tea bags to soap, shower gel and cotton buds. The place has a very luxurios feel to it and we will definatley be recommending this place to our family and friends. Thanks again Teresa we had a great time. XX

The place was great value for £90 with a comfy couch, large TV, great cooking facilities, great shower, and a super comfy bed, all set in nice grounds with deer roaming freely in the mornings. It's just around the corner from the jolly sailor pub with it's nice food and lovely sea front views. I would definitely recommend it and it is on our radar for a return visit. Thank you Sandra!

  • Great place to stay in a lovely setting! The place has everything you need for a cosy break, and has everything to be self sufficient in the kitchen. Shower is wonderful and bedroom is lovely. Private and relaxing. Highly recommended.

  • I was very impressed with this lovely place. It is modern, spacious and stylish, comfy and spacious. The bedroom is large with a large bathroom and excellent large shower with a big overhead rainwater style head and also a second shower head on a hose - really good water pressure and lovely hot water. The place feels luxurious and is finished to a very high standard. Comfy large bed and all the little touches and amenities you could need. The heating is excellent and it was warm and cosy at all times. The hosts were excellent. Extremely accommodating to all our requests and friendly. We felt very much at home. The gardens are kept beautifully and the setting is very quiet and peaceful yet just 5 minutes from motorway, shops etc... Pubs and a train station within less than 5 mins walk. A wide range of things were generously and thoughtfully provided - milk, bread, butter, toiletries, washing up liquid, chocolate biscuits, tea, coffe and cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc... an unexpected and welcome surprise. The linen and towels were high quality. I would highly recommend this place and felt it was excellent value for money.

Sandra is very friendly, helpful and accommodating, even leaving fluffy robes, soft throws and some yummy croissants. The space is stylish, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location right near the marina and by a couple of good pubs. The WiFi is great, the shower pressure good and the beds cosy. Would highly recommend a stay here in this beautiful part of England, we would come back again!

Sweet kitchen , cosy living area and nice big comfy bed , plenty of storage and parking right near the front door . Close to the River Hamble, with Riverside walks nearby and close to Swanwick Marina. Visit Historic Portsmouth Dockyard and the Cruise city of Southampton, this Grade II listed cottage is perfect to relax/explore or HotTub/Americas Cup/Cowes wk. Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids.
Relaxing home from home in the beautiful riverside cottage, with 2 double bedrooms which can be set as two Kingsize beds or a Kingsize and two singles. Has a small steep cottage staircase and a downstairs bathroom which has been modernised with a powerful shower over the bath. This 200 + old cottage has low beams and doorways which is a typical English character. Parking is directly outside. It has a wood burner for those cold nights but has a sunny garden perfect for jumping in the hot tub no matter what time of year. Most fittings are new including coffee machine and microwave. The Cottage is traditional with one bedroom gaining access through the other but separated by a door. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and step outside the front door and watch the river at any time of day as there is always something to see. We have 3 kayaks which take 4 people in all at the cottage. Let us know in advance if you wish to use them as we can give you some useful advice. It also a bird spotters delight as there are many different species and some protected areas for breeding and migrating birds. Or if the history of old ships and wrecks is your thing well there are many on the Hamble and Old Portsmouth is well worth a visit. The previous owners have described the Cottage as having good karma!
The Hamble is the busiest water way in the UK, the wild life is all around. There is the Solent Way immediately outside of the door. There are numerous other walks nearby or why not kayak to a nearby pub. Alternatively check out the famous wrecks along the river at low tide. In the summer months watch the enormous Cruise ships pass the Hamble on their way to the Solent.

The White House Annexe is a custom built self-contained space, which is part of a larger family house. With views out on to Southampton Water, it is in the heart of Warsash, close to the Sailing Club, the Maritime Academy & the Nature Reserve, as well as driving distance to Southampton and Portsmouth. With its own separate entrance, kitchenette and bathroom, the space is cosy and private. With a comfortable double bed, sofa, and table and chairs there is everything you need for your stay here.
This is a self-contained annexe, which is located inside a detached house on a quiet cul-de-sac in the middle of Warsash. The annexe is on the ground floor, with its own entrance up a flight of short steps. We have designed this space to be its own unit, so everything is perfectly formed while being cosy. You should be aware that this is within a larger family house, but we have done everything we can to soundproof the annexe. The annexe contains a double bed, a sofa, table and chairs, a kitchenette and bathroom (with shower). The kitchenette is perfectly formed with induction hob, toaster, kettle, sink and coffee machine and fridge. We provide basic breakfast provisions when you check in; cereal, eggs, bread and milk and of course tea and coffee.
Warsash is a beautiful village by the river Hamble on the Solent. The Sailing Club, Maritime Academy and nature reserve are all a short walk away. Just up the road (again in walking distance), you’ll find pubs, a Coop, an Indian, Chinese, multiple hairdressers, beauty salons, pharmacy, the Plastic Free shop and much more. The coastal path towards Swanwick or out round the coast runs closely to the house - lots of great places to eat along the river. It is also very easy to take the pink ferry to Hamble - about a five minute walk. Within driving distance is a Waitrose, Iceland and much more. The local shops at Whiteley are only ten minutes away if you’re looking for clothes, toys or homeware. Southampton and Portsmouth are both about twenty minutes away.
  • Stylish, in a quiet location, and a stone's throw from the river. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Nice and quiet area, near to Weston Shore and Victoria Park, only 10 min walking distance. The town is very close 15 min bus ride. We are a small family, English and Spanish speaking, who has a lovely and energetic 5-year-old. We usually work most of the day and have different activities.
We are a family friendly house. You will be staying in a nice family house, surrounded by green parks and the lovely Weston shore, where you could have lovely walks and observe all the cruise ships coming into Southampton, you could also visit The Royal Victoria Country Park, this is a country park in Netley, Hampshire, England, by the shores of Southampton Water. It comprises 200 acres of mature woodland and grassy parkland, as well as a small shingle beach. From 1863 until 1966, the site was home to the Royal Victoria Hospital.
  • Lovely hosts. Clean room as described. Replied imminently to all questions and very communicative. Thanks. Will return when I'm in the area for work.

  • A very clean room and perfectly located for what I needed to do. Sol was one of the friendliest people I've met in a long time and is a bundle of energy and enthusiasm with a permanent smile. Depsite having a youngster to look after, she still managed to find time to make me a lovely takeaway breakfast as I needed to get on the road.. I wouldn't hesistate to stay here again if I needed to be in the area. The place was quiet, the room warm and clean and nothing I could fault really.

  • Amazing space. Spotlessly clean, massive comfy bed and great bathroom. All the little touches have been thought of - plenty of extra towels and toilet rolls. Great cookware and quality glass wear. Small space but perfectly thought out, very cosy and private. We were staying for a course at Gamble School of Yachting and it was the perfect location. Close to town and the marina. I think the place was better than the pictures. Quick and easy communication with Richard. Overall a 10/10.
