Relax in this quiet home and enjoy lake views and nature. Here you live in a completely newly built single storey villa with large windows and giant sliding doors to the lake. The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.
