Magical fishing kates in Maasholm, apartment "Lee"

In the center of Maasholm village is one of the oldest houses (built in about 1728). It has been restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic Fischerkate with modern comforts. This resulted in two duplex apartments with a lot of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The ground floor impresses with its characteristic, exposed wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Beautiful little holiday apartment in the basement with terrace. Not a 1-room apartment for 1-2 pers. Quiet location and 7 min. from the beach. Equipment with pantry kitchen, sofa bed (140x200m) and bathroom with shower. Large TV and WiFi as well as well. The price is per night incl. Heating and electricity. Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.
