Awesome location with an extremely short walk to the Spinale gondola and restaurants. Great view from the apartment/balcony. Bianca and the property manager were quick to respond to any questions about the apartment. I would definitely stay here again for a trip to Madonna Di Campiglio.

Finally an apartment where the shower phone was working perfectly, many products in the kitchen to avoid buying for a few days even basic necessities, new 6-person coffee maker, silent dishwasher, comfortable beds. Breathtaking view of Madonna di Campiglio and the slopes.

The apartment, 10 minutes walk from the 5 Laghi cable car, is equipped with all comforts, heated very well: excellent value for money for a few days of skiing! The stay was excellent. We also easily found free parking within walking distance. Also convenient is the lockable ski storage. Definitely recommended.

We spent the last two weeks of August 2019 in Delia's apartment. The house looks exactly as in the photographs published but, despite the small size, it is complete and equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, wifi, hair dryer, blankets, pillows, dishes and pots, private garden ..). The essential apartment is located exactly in front of the well-known Campiglio lake, a quiet but very central area, just below the Spinale gondola lift and a few meters from both the park and the town center (the Palù area is also nearby). Mrs Delia, always available and reachable by telephone, showed excellent tele-hospitality qualities with prudent and reserved kindness, we were very good and we feel obliged to thank her for this.

Also available to guests is the Wii, which our children aged 8 and 10 have greatly appreciated. Comfortable sofa bed to open and close every day. Next time in Madonna di Grazie Campiglio will definitely be here!

Very positive experience. The apartment is comfortable, it is only 10 minutes walk from the center of Madonna and is well distributed. There are all the comforts and the cleanliness is impeccable (the bathroom fixtures and the bathtub were shining). Clara is a perfect and timely host, extremely available to let us check out even after the scheduled time.

We loved our stay at Clara's place! She was excellent at communication and providing directions. Hospitality wise everything is perfect, the house is really roomy and plenty of any comfort you may actually need. The apartment itself was lovely and big, and spotless. Worth to mansion that we had access to the condo's pool and the sauna (so remember bringing towels and flip flops!!) the kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need and the apartment is insanely close to the skiing slopes, like 2 minutes walking, but still really close to the town centre. We would definitely recommend this place!

Apartment in excellent condition. Host available and fast in answers. Very kind the lady who gave us the keys and that, following an injury of one of the guests, allowed us to postpone the check-out. The garage for the car is also convenient. No personal effects around even if we had read in the reviews that there were too many for the house. We'll be back

Our experience was positive, we found a nice, cozy apartment, equipped with everything you need. The lady who was present on site was present and a small problem was solved in a short time. Martina's apartment was exactly as I expected. Very clean, you can take a 10-minute walk and you are in the center where you can also find a grocery store, it is close to the slopes even if it is not exactly 100 meters but a hundred meters beyond (10min. With ski shoes ), from our condominium C. Nelson The caretaker who welcomed us was a very kind and nice person. Everything was perfect. Recommendable.

The apartment is a great value for money. You are getting all the Madonna di Campiglio in a walking distance. Supermarket, ski rentals, ski lift all in 5 minutes walk easy reachable even in the ski boots. All sorts of restaurants and pizza places; all is there for you. The ski are is well linked with the ski lifts. As soon as you walk to the closest lift, you can reach every slope in the area. So actually you do not need any ski bus or a car. The apartment itself is small, and the furnishing is not the freshest one, but it looks nice in its own way. We were a group of 4 adults and we are 100% happy with the place. Enough place to sleep, all you need to make breakfast is there, shower works fine, a great terrace for apreski. You can not ask for more at this price point.

We stayed here with a family of 5 adults. We picked the spot based on 3 features: proximity to Spinale lift; a nice big table for eating and playing cards; and 2 bathrooms. We were very pleased with our pick. Morning runs from Spinale to the sunnier Fortini chair were spectacular, and we really enjoyed Run #79 from Groste to finish the day. Cards were fun even though I seemed to lose. The weather was grand, so we opened the large westward-facing window in front of the table at the end of each ski day, reviewing our runs while listening to tunes. Location in town made for many enjoyable evening strolls.

Great attic! Very cozy, warm, view of the mountains. Modern technology, plumbing, a lot of different dishes, everything is there. The furniture is not modern, but everything is very stylish, has its own atmosphere. There is covered parking, opposite the skybass stop. To the center and to the lift on foot for about 15-20 minutes

Masetto is the perfect place for friends and/or family to enjoy the lovely ski resort Madonna di Campiglio. Charming, modern, spotless place with great convenience and ”ambiance”. Not to forget the smaller outdoor space where you can relax and hopefully enjoy the sun. Close to supermarket and ski bus nearby. Approx. a 10 minutes walk to the city center. Very service oriented host combined with the local ”service man” Nelson made the stay very smooth. Go Masetto!

We had a very good time at the house. The communication was very good, it is very beautiful and clean. Fill like entering an hotel. It is a bit far from the center of the village, but we manage. Giovanni's flat is is modern and stylish, decorated in a very original way but also cosy and comfortable. We were a party of four but it could easily sleep six. Communication was very good and we were given a friendly welcome even after we arrived a bit late. One of the beds was unmade but it was quickly sorted out. Giovanni kindly let us check out late. The flat is about fifteen minutes' walk from the centre of town. Thanks, Giovanni!

Beautiful apartment in the center of Madonna di Campiglio, perfect for a couple or a family of 4 (there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living-room). The apartment is below the first floor of a shopping center, just few steps up, with a nice view of the park, only few steps away from the information center, the main square with lots of bars and restaurants, one big supermarket, the kids playground and 2 sky-lifts. Everything is brand new and super clean and the host Ginevra is always available by phone and easy to reach. We loved it!

The apartment is central, you go down and you are already in the center of the country, so to get the egg that goes from there to the slopes is truly a moment! The return on skis is even better because you come to the house, 2 meters from the door! Geneva was very kind! We were late for check-in because of problems but they waited for us and the person who was there to welcome us also came to meet us! An experience that I would absolutely repeat and recommend for a couple who want to spend a few days in Madonna di Campiglio for skiing or more!

We spent a pleasant 9 day stay in August this year, the apartment is comfortable, clean and equipped, very close to the center of Madonna di Campiglio, reachable in 10 minutes on foot. The condominium garden has allowed us to enjoy the sun until sunset and is a great open space for children to play.

Cozy and spacious home. Bright and equipped with many comforts, including dishwasher and washing machine. It also has a hairdryer with diffuser! For the shower the only thing is that after a while the hot water ends and it becomes very cold. House also very hot. Convenient for skiing, the bus passes right in front of the house. We thank the hostv Carolina for her prompt advice and directions.

We spent three days at Carolina's apartment, all very, very well. The house is very clean, spacious and very, very comfortable. The spaces available are certainly perfect for four people, being really large. Perfect check-in and information service, great availability of Carolina and the caretaker Enzo in supporting us on a day of great snowfall. Highly recommended

Good, Affordable Option! Apartment very descriptive. approx. 5 mins walk to Colarin Station, with easy access to Campiglio Express and Pinzolo and M. Campiglio ski areas. (Marked incorrectly on Google maps. The elevator is actually located at the starting point of the tunnel, about 200m from the apartment). There is also a parking lot in the intermediate station where you can keep your car free of charge. There was no parking in the apartment itself, but the garage was able to unload the luggage. A short walk to the nearest shop is also about 5min. Walking to the center takes 15 minutes. Overall, very good accommodation, I recommend!

Nice small apartment with great location with amazing view to the mountain.

An ideal place for skiing holidays: it is within 5 mins walk from Colarin lift that takes you either to Pinzolo or to Madonna ski areas. The flat has all the necessary stuff, beds are comfy and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. I haven't met Gustavo personally, but he was always available online and more than helpful with sorting out some transportation difficulties. Great place with a great host, highly recommend!

We spent 4 nights at Giovanna's apartments. It's very cosy and comfortable apartments and what is most important - clean & in good location. Ski bus stop in 20 meters. You may reach the nearest ski lifts in around 8-10 minutes walking. Perfect restaurant 2-3 minutes walking. Great communication with Giovanna. I do recommend theses aparments! Delightful place in a quiet location close to the center, excellent cleaning and equipped with what you need for a peaceful stay, the only advice I can give is to provide something more for breakfast which, being among the services included, should be a little more "rich". For the rest nothing to add, we would go back!

A perfect stay in a quiet location only a few hundred metres from the ski lift. The Host: Perfect! Superfast communications and responses and great recommendations. She was a pleasure to communicate with! The Appartment: clean, cosy, warm, with everything you need to feel at home. Perfect for a small group of 3 adults or a family with 2 young children. Distance to ski lift: About 600m to the main Spinale lift on a quiet road. There's a bus stop too if you don't want to walk. My daughters both coped in ski boots. There is a slight incline near to the ski lift but it was not a problem. Restaurants: Some of TripAdvisor's most highly rated restaurants are about 100 to 200m away. The Piccadilly Pizzaria, the Zanolini, and the Alfiero were our favourites. All offering complimentary Prosecco and a great service at great prices. The Town: The centre of the town is about 20 minutes walk away where you can find more shops and restaurants. Ski Hire: Just 100m away at the Olimpico. Great service and value. Supermarket: About 150m away. Everything you need for your stay. The Ski Slopes: The entire area is accessible from the nearby Spinale ski lift. Ski down to Grosté to access the valley and all other ski slopes. We never needed to drive at all! I hope this was helpful.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much, the location of the house is fabulous for the scenery and the view, about two kilometers from Madonna di Campiglio. It is mandatory to have a car if you want to fully enjoy these wonderful places. Particular note for marina, super kind, helpful and affectionate.

It's a good studio, even if it's a bit small. Excellent mountain view and location. The condominium garage is very useful. In addition you have the remote control for access to the private road that takes you directly to Madonna di Campiglio. Marina is very nice, friendly and punctual.

Marina is a great super landlady available. The apartment is functional for small stays and for those who want to stay all day skiing. It has a private covered garage, great for protecting the vehicle from the extreme cold of the night and not having to remove the skis. However, you need the car to reach the ski facilities.

This flat is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Amazing views of the Dolomiti from the balcony. Convenient parking. And it is indeed ski-in/ski-out, as a ski piste is only a short walk away. Downsides: no WiFi, and no elevator (this flat is the equivalent of a fifth-floor walk-up).

Spectacular apartment and host! recommended

Sabina's apartment is truly a jewel set in the Brenta Dolomites. Recently renovated, it is very modern but in the style of "montanaro", spacious and with every comfort. You can enjoy an enviable view because right in front of the Grostè, painted red with the light of the sunset. Then, the location of the apartment is optimal because surrounded by woods and small shops and bars are close at hand. Within walking distance there are all the starting points for hiking and walking, without ever touching the car. A holiday 10 and praise!

Great and clean room, located in the village center directly on the ski slopes. Essential room for sleeping and breakfast.

Walk in distance from the ski slope and connected to a lovely bar/restaurant (that had free wifi) it was a secluded oasis in the center of town! Parking was helpful but very tight, so the smaller your car, the better (tiny by American standards, big for Europe :) The ski locker was very convenient and the studio was just what we needed! Warm, clean, a hot shower and Nespresso. You are a 5 min walk from the center of town, the gondola, and a great little market. Loved it! Thank you! Caio!

We spent in Campiglio the last week of August. The apartment is on the first floor of a building in a strategic area of the country: very central, extremely quiet. Thanks to the possibility of using the carport, in practice, the car is parked and never used again. The main shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc) are, therefore, within walking distance, as well as the Cinque Laghi cable car, the pond and the playground. The apartment is comfortable, bigger than it appears in the pictures, tastefully furnished, well equipped. The modernly renovated bathroom and kitchen make the stay even more practical. Nothing to complain about cleaning and linen. Mrs. Marika, even if not physically present, has organized our arrival in a welcoming and caring way since the days before the stay. He has always shown prompt response and availability to every need. It was a really nice stay!

very good accommodation, 2 families stayed here for skiing holiday, ski-in, ski-out as only 50 m from a piste which takes you to the main Groste lift accessible to both sides of the mountain. Good amenities in the flat, 2 x bathrooms with showers, good bedrooms for 6 people, very comfy and clean. Excellent and would highly recommend.

Dave has a wonderful place on excellent location a few minutes (by car) from Groste/Fortini ski lifts (in my opinion the best starting point of the ski day. Place is spacious, clean, and warm with two bathrooms which is handy when coming back home from day on the slopes. Recommended for anyone going to visit Campiglio SkiArea.
