A 20min drive to MONA, 30min drive to Hobart, 2min walk to the popular shops on Stephen St, New Norfolk (Black Swan books/coffee, Miss Arthur, The Drill Hall), around the corner from the Agrarian Kitchen Eatery, and a short drive to wineries and Mount Field National Park. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

Welcome to our Sunshine Apartment in Austins Ferry. Occupying the top floor by the owners, this outstanding property is now available to those seeking unique accommodation whilst in Hobart. Positioned only 20 minutes away from the CBD and decked out to comfortably accommodate four guests. The entrance is through the bottom door, followed by hallway to the rooms. Guest will have their own car park in front of their personal entrance as well as street parking.
