Liron’s place is in a fun location in Makati/Poblacion . Walking distance to great coffee shops and restaurants. Her Air BnB was clean and had great amenities.She was communicative during my stay. I would definitely book her place again!

Amazing place! Even if there were some odd reviews about dee’s place I knew from the very beginning that were just unlucky coincidences. The place was super clean and we got a flyer on the table with all the facilities about the place. Amazing swimming pool, gym (free towels) Dee texted us for the details but in general we had a lot of privacy, quite place with an amazing view. We really liked it! Definitely coming back if we will have a chance to pass by Manila again! Thank a lot dee, you really helped us to make our holiday unforgettable!

We had a short but sweet stay at Dee's place. The apartment was very well furnished and clean. The view was amazing. I think this apartment is better suited for individuals, as the building has very strict policies and you are only given one access card.

Art’s place is located in a very happening and accessible place in Makati, so it is convenient to navigate the city and nearby places in the metropolis. Throughout my stay, Art was very responsive to my requests and I am most thankful for that.

The entire place is neat.

Check in and check out was super easy. The front door clerk assisted us into our room, early in fact. The location is perfect, as you can walk to basically anything you’d need.

Danny's place is so amazing that we decided on our second day to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the place is already booked. The unit is very nice and clean and the location is excellent. I loved the personal touches they've added to make the place feel like home. The common area may be a bit small but the space in the room made up for it. We will definitely stay here again when we visit PH again. Thanks Danny for letting us stay in your beautiful place and for responding quick all the time.

Location is tops with a mix of restaurants on site and easy walking distance away. Apartment and facilities are exactly as described so be quick and book if this is available. You won't be disappointed.

Location is unbeatable. There are nice restaurants in the same block as well as budget friendly ones just around the corner. The apartment is actually bigger than what it seems in the pictures and the view from the bedroom is amazing. Easy check in, super clean and has all the basic necessities. But 7-11 and Watsons are closeby just in case you need some personal items. Danny was quick to respond and most importantly was very accommodating to let me check in few hours early since my flight arrived early. Overall im very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again when Im back in Manila.

We LOVED staying here! The place itself is great, clean, comfy, nice. The building is good too - friendly staff and it was good to have a spa on the 4th floor - we got massages everyday we were there! The location is also awesome, Poblacion is a 5 min walk away and has some really cool spots for drinks and dinner right down the road, there’s a grocery store across the street, and it’s super easy to grab a taxi whenever you need it!

Spent the Holidays in Vivian and Danny’s place, aside from being so spacious the place is well kept! They were generous enough to provide us with basic necessities like water, coffee and some snacks! When I also requested for a late checkout, they were so kind to allow it! (Provided that no one will be checking in after us) will definitely book this place again. Thank you again ☺️

A good location in one corner of Makati. There is a nearby mall within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest one just outside is technically closed for property redevelopment. So stay here while you can as it is beyond my expectations. Foodwise there are numerous food choices in the vicinity. I will definitely be back and choose this unit if I need to be in Makati.

Luca's apartment is perfect, the residence is chic, in Makati, 20 min from the airport by taxi (~400PHP). The view is like on the Photo. With nice services like the pool and spa! A mall 2 steps, the shopping street 2 minutes. The check in is more restrictive, but Luca is accommodating and available. There is 3000PHP to deposit and send your passport in advance to the person who manage the check in, to make you a personalized access badge. I recommend 100% Thank you Luca and M.Hernandez.

We loved staying at Adrian’s apartment in Manila. Check in was easy and the location was good with a few eateries and a hyper market on the ground floor. The apartment was nicely laid out and clean with everything you need for a few days. The balcony and view was definitely a highlight!

Overall the best airbnb that we stayed so far the best part of the unit was the unique design. The only thing that bothered us is that there was a baby rat inside the unit, in the kitchen area. I’m very happy to stay here again. Just such a great place. See my previous reviews for details. But a summary would include that it is very clean, attractive, and well laid out (not cramped, like some places can be). The Wi-Fi is strong and stable, appliances work, and there is plenty of kitchen equipment for either light cooking or take out food (for example from the nice Hott Asia Bazaar nearby). Speaking of the bazaar, there is a nightly band that plays there from about 6-11 PM, which, while nice to listen to, can get a bit noisy—that is until you close the windows. Somehow Mary has managed what few others have: to insulate the unit from outside noise so that almost everyone will have a peaceful night’s sleep at whatever hour they choose to go to bed. A quiet place is one of my top priorities and this place completely succeeds on that score. The view is also simply amazing. Check out the Southern Sierra Madre mountains and even distant Lake Laguna. And don’t forget to check times for the moonrise, which is simply spectacular on a clear (or mostly clear night). All that is possible because the unit is on the opposite side of the building from all the construction going on next door. The building also conveniently connects to the nearby Century City Mall via private, covered walkway, so that you can pop over for shopping or a meal even when it’s pouring rain. It’s also in the heart of the culinary center of the neighborhood of Poblacion, so there are a lot of dining options both for Filipino and foreign food. This definitely my home away from home whenever I visit. I can’t recommend Mary’s place highly enough!

Mary’s place is wonderful, with some very thoughtful touches and a beautiful skyline view of Manila/Makati and it’s so high up it even has views of the water and far off islands/mountains. The amenities such as the pool and fitness centers were awesome and also provided wonderful views. The front desk people were also very helpful and check in was simple. I would definitely stay here again in future!

We loved Andrea's flat. It's super close to the airport, and in a lively part of Makati with many of shops, restaurants and bars nearby (especially the greenbelt shopping center that has so many nice restaurants in a garden setting). The flat was very clean, with lots of natural light, very well arranged and is great for two people who are out sightseeing most of the day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really, really well. The kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast, but there's really no need to cook at home with so many food options at a walking distance. Andrea was always quick to reply to messages and the check-in was easy, as per her instructions. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic place. It was a great place to come after travelling for 24 hours. They had everything you could need with pool and playroom for kids. The area is also great and safe in manila.

Ana’s place is walking distance from Venice Grand Canal mall. There was free parking for our car and the wifi was pretty fast. I liked that there was a front desk and security in the building. Check-in was super easy with self-checkin. The room was stylish and clean. I liked that there was a tv in the living room and bedroom and it had roku so we could watch netflix. The price can’t be beat too! I would definitely come back to stay here again!

This was a great place to stay, clean room, and one of the best showers I have had in the Philippines. Only draw back is the apartment is in the middle of the red light district, though I didn't feel unsafe at any point. I would have liked to have know before booking. The Turkish resturant next to the place is great food.

Ryan was such a thoughtful and understanding host. I asked if I can check in earlier because I was jetlagged and even though there was a guest before me, they were able to accomodate my request. I locked myself in that unit days before my exam and I was able to make most of my time studying. The whole unit is so beautifully put together and not only was the space conducive for studying, it was also very stylish, comfy and relaxing. Totally recommend this place. William's place is clean and very homey. checking in and out was quick and easy. the lobby personnels and the security officers within the vicinity were very reliable and courteous in assisting us. Though the condominium tower was located near the major highway (EDSA) and the railways, you cannot hear it from inside the unit. Leslie answered all the questions very quickly. There were no problems during check-in, everything was quick and clear. The location is not bad in that there is a transport interchange nearby, you can go at least somewhere, but it is very noisy because of this, since there is a road nearby and everyone is constantly honking, day and night. But the hostess's hospitality covers all the disadvantages.

Place is huge!! More of like a hotel type. Plus digital switches. Clean space. And the kingsize bed is superb! With complimentary coffee and water. Downside is not smart tv and no netflix.

We only had a problem checking in because of unclear instructions about photocopy of our ID’s which is not included, unknowingly it is in the keybox. Loved the mixture of Western and Asian taste. Everything was very clean and organised. The towels were so fluffy! There is Ministop, Spa, laundry, a mall and bars near the place. It's all walking distance. I want to live in this room!

Look no further, this is where you wanna stay in Manila. The neighborhood is perfect, with tons of cool restaurants and bars literally a block away. I honestly didn't wanna leave this place, which is why I ended up extending my stay. The balcony in the evening is an excellent place to unwind and take in the great city views. Everything in the apartment is thought out and I absolutely loved the dimmers in every room. I could go on, but you will have to experience this place for yourself, and let me tell you that you will love every minute of it.

Nice place since it's accessible to transport, markets, etc.. The entire building is good and all staff are accommodating. The host is responsive. He answered all our queries. His pad is amazing. The place is amazing!! it was so fun to play and watch in the projector. It’s also near a 24 hour grocery and mall, so it was convenient when we had to buy stuff. During our stay the wifi was down and given that it was the holidays, we weren’t expecting it to be fixed. Nevertheless, Laarni was able to have it repaired. We really appreciate it! Location is walking distance to Green Belt Mall. We ate and shop in this mall a lot. It has everything. Many fastfood, cafes and 7-11 nearby. The convience is great! The apartment itself has everything we needed. Great channels on cable. Comfy bed. Clean toilet. The decorations are beautiful. Every corner have a nice touch. Vernice and Sharon are lovely hosts. Lovely place. Had a washing machine and dryer which was really handy as well. Vernice was very responsive and accommodating to us.

This apartment has a great view of Manila, and is right next to the light rail from which we were able to get anywhere. The pool and patio are great and we enjoyed using them. Mel was responsive and helpful. We'll go there again.

The place is neat and well-appointed. There’s enough space for four adults and all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay is available. The location is perfect with the mall and mrt very close by. Michelle and Mel are also gracious hosts allowing us to check in and out late. Thanks Michelle and Mel!

Very comfortable and clean

Vince unit is well equipped with amenities where we can cook good food. We enjoyed our stay plus a fast internet connection with Netflix subscription. Overall worth the money.

I was sad when my stay was over. That's how great Vince's place and accommodation was. The white interior with grey accents made the place look spacious, relaxing and heavenly - very matching with the fact that it's on the 42nd floor. Very, very impressed by how quick the responses were. The water heater wasn't working when I arrived and within 30 mins or less, Vince's staff was there to fix it! Can't wait to go back again. I think I found my fave place to stay whenever I'm in Mnl!

Vince had been really accommodating! We booked this last minute, but he welcomed us, and our requests with open arms. The whole place was really nice, as well. It was undeniably clean and the ambience was simple, yet elegant which I love.

Nice place to stay at. Good region, good price. I don't think you should stay there with 4 persons., But for two it's perfect. Nice community pool on the rooftop including small gym.

Myself and my friend stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks. The location was great for the place we were working and very close to greenbelt mall which links to other malls! Surrounded by lovely restaurants and shops. The hosts were attentive throughout our stay and provided weekly cleaning and fresh towels and sheets for the unit which was appreciated. Overall a wonderful stay!

Wonderful apartment - clean, bright and airy - in a great location. Right across from a Family Mart and if you’re keen to clocking in some miles, just down the road from a park.

Expect helpful lobby attendants.Janet is very cordial and bubbly, would love to deal with her again.

What you see is what you get, if you want to see a great view of the metro, you definitely have to stay here! Location is very convenient too since it's the near the mall 👌🏻 The staff in the lobby are very welcoming also since they always greet the guests with a smile :)

Nice view and comfortable room

Spent the new year's eve here with my hubby and kid. The view was spectacular day and night. We were so lucky to have it booked for the new year... you get a huge view of fireworks playing right at the window. what made it more special and memorable was that Mary, our host surprised us with a bottle of shiraz! I love thoughtful touches from hosts as they go the extra mile to make their guests feel extra special. We spent the whole 3 days lounging, watching Netflix and gazing the view. Mary's place is clean, fresh and quiet. The bathroom and kitchen have all the basic amenities. I like that they have a huge fridge since we got a lot of leftovers. elevators are fast and efficient, pools is vast, walking distance to century mall and restaurants. This place is way better than staying in a regular or 5 star hotel.

We celebrated Christmas Eve here. We loved the interior, amenities, and most of all, the view. The internet connection and TV could use some upgrading, though; but that's just nit-picking. Overall, we definitely had a great time in this stylish, clean, and well-maintained property.

Great place!

Greatest value for your money for a wonderful place in that location. Some guests are always booking for a long stay so if you intend for a short stay book early. I salute the management and staff for their great work and effort.

Mark and Christine's Co-hosts are amazing. Easy to talk to and accommodated us even on a short notice. The place is simple and nice. Near the City establishments, malls, hospital and night life places.
