Wonderful place to stay for family trips. 3 good sized rooms. If you rent the joining house nextdoor you have 6 with a joining door. 50 metres away you have shops, food stalls. Portuguese settlement 15 min walk, meleka town 15 min drive. Very convenient, clean, AC in every room. Everything you need for your stay. Justin was a great host, went out of his way to arrange us a baby cot, washing machine and airport transfers

Excellent location and very comfortable apartment for a maximum of two people. Very reasonably priced. I have suggested minor improvements to the bathroom to make it more user friendly. Very clean and the best feature are the views from the balcony- looks out onto the city and the sea. There is an infinity swimming pool with views out onto the city and a gym. I'm definitely coming back here on my next trip to Malacca

This is the second time to rent a room. The customer service is friendly and clean. The room is quiet. There are hair dryers, towels, toothbrush, shower gel, toilet paper, mineral water, downstairs, water filter, cup noodles and coffee powder.

Very pleasant experience! Will definitely recommend my friends/family to come to this place. Plus, very near to other attractions too, within 10min you can reach Jonker Walk, Dataran Pahlawan etc.

Janes place is a very cozy and warm place to get back to after a long day of sightseeing. It is located in the heart of the city and all the spots are walking distance. Highly recommended for a small family.

The apartment was located in a good standard hotel residence with 2 huge swimming pools. Located less than 10 min walk from the center and all the shops. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. I recommend eyes closed.

A nice and cozy place to stay with your friends. Not very far from jonker street area. There is also a nice cafe infront of the loft.

Had great time staying there. The location is great, so close to everything. Love how it looks historical on the outside but once step inside, i was in awe. I like how victor decorated the place. He is great host and very helpful. Even waited for us and showed us a great parking spot. Definitely will stay again in future. Its so worth it!

Fantastic accomodation. Modern and well presented. Location brilliant. Cafe and bars close by and walking distance to local attractions. You will not be disappointed. Not sure if associated with owner but a lady dropped some authentic home made treats into us the morning of our departure. Lovely gesture and much appreciated. We will sure to be back.

Victor's place has been stylishly renovated to a very high standard. The showers, beds, Wifi and overall space are great. The location is right next to a wonderful little bridge over the river. The street is cute however there are two bars and a restaurant in this small street which can be an issue in terms of noise in the evening. Victor and his mother did everything he could to make sure we had a fantastic time which was much appreciated.

Prompt response from Victor. The place is very nice, comfortable and adequate for my family of 5. Right in the heart of malacca, very easy to explore the town. At night can be a bit noisy due to cafe opposite, but not a major issue for us. Parking spot is also available, just need to get details from Victor. Would stay there again

This is a great 3 bedroom place close to everything you need in Melaka. There is a small cafe and bar outside the property which suited us.

The rooms are small but well equipped with many mattresses. The pool is large, on the 13th floor. The landlord responded quickly. The room card is not easy to use occasionally, entering the building is more troublesome, but you can ask the security guard for help. The view from the balcony of the room was pretty good.

Yes, the room is comfortable and clean, the Chinese host is also very good communication, it is more convenient to go to grab anywhere. I was hungry at night and ate buckets of instant noodles, then fell in love with instant noodles here haha. Oh by the way, it is recommended not to go out at night!

The room was large, beautiful and clean. The real scene was exactly the same as the picture. In the morning, the landlord's sister also sent a homemade cake. It was delicious. There was a large floor-to-ceiling glass window outside the room. You can see the beautiful scenery by the river. . Will stay again next time.

Very good homestay, the host speaks Chinese well and is very welcoming. The room was as clean and warm as described, it was very close to the old street of Malacca. It was nice to walk home along the river after shopping at night. Will choose again next time

Wow! The 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor is very beautiful. The host family is very very nice. Take me to the parking lot and explain the precautions for eating, drinking, and having fun. The aunt also specially gave us our own pastries. The location of the house is very good. It is near the check-in point. Red House and Jichang Street can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, and the surrounding scenery is very beautiful at night, let alone eat. Let ’s walk 10 minutes Here, cheap and delicious Internet celebrity, it must be right to live here in Malacca! Finally, I wish the landlord a happy new year and a wealth of wealth!

Great place! Sparkling clean, strategic location & friendly hosts. If you are looking for a place to stay in Melaka, this is it. It is modern and has a fantastic view. Jonker street is just a few hundred meters away and so are all the good food spots. We managed to go everywhere by foot. I would definitely stay here again for the next Melaka trip.

Very comfortable and large apartment ( two beds king size 23-07 ). You can cook easily, you have all the tools necessary. Pergect aircon and WiFi. The owner answers to your questions when you call him. Very pleasant swimming pool with view on the city and a sport room well equiped. I will come back.

The house features an infinity pool, security is very strict, there is no need to worry about safety, and the nearby building should be a high-end building in Malacca. The room was very clean and the owner prepared a dessert for us. The only thing that is not very convenient is the location. It takes a dozen RM for a taxi to go to Jonker Street. There are very few foods around, but there is a 711 downstairs. Single accommodation is still recommended

This house is really awesome. It has exclusive listings on the ground floor and everything is prepared. It comes with kitchen utensils and a dining table. It is really great if you want to cook and there is a lot of food nearby. The green words recommended by the grab driver just happened to be nearby. This one is recommended. There are quite a lot of bars nearby. It is very convenient to go by taxi. When you check in, the landlord will add your WeChat. Just ask the landlord if you do n’t know what to do. In short, it is recommended, the cost is very high, the apartment is newly built, and it looks quite high-end. surprise!

A great place to stay. Worth the money. It's just that there are very few people staying there in the residence. There were only 6 guests staying in the whole tower during my stay. I think it's because the mall is not operating yet. But on the bright side, it made the place so quite, calm and peaceful to stay at. Highly recommended 10/10.

Very nice and clean. Except for the smell of paint just after decoration, the windows were locked and could not be opened. Later, after communicating with the customer service for a while, they finally opened and ventilated, and the service attitude was very good.

The place is neat and clean. Nice view of the city and the sea. The showers are amazing. For me, I didn't even have to ask, everything I needed was already in that house. From dish soap to detergent, everything for basic need was in there. It's a good place to relax and unwind.
