Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with private entrance at the front of Aloha. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 5-10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy the coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Guest parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill back up, please ask if you would like a lift.

Off-street parking. Just under 1 mile from Kingsbridge town centre. Great pub 9 mins walk away. Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes only 15-30 mins drive away. Sandy beach 15 mins away. Spectacular coastal walks on offer nearby. Weekly bookings during the summer, 3 night min stay at other times. Sorry, no long term lets.

Well equipped maisonette with outstanding views and within an easy walk via onsite footpath to beautiful Hope Cove beach (20 mins) and SW coastal path. Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. We are told the photos don't do it justice!

Littl'un is a guest suite attached to a modern country home in the South Huish Valley less than 1 mile from the beautiful South Milton Sands. Situated on a working dairy farm between Hope Cove and Thurlestone but only 5 miles from Salcombe and 4 from Kingsbridge. This self contained unit has a double bed and small double sofa bed -suitable for a couple, family with up to 2 small children or 3 friends, with plenty of room for a travel cot. Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
