I enjoyed my stay

It's great. There are a lot of foods near 1km. I went to Licha Park, and it was near to Wangcheng District. In the morning, Jeepney passed downstairs. Students who got up late might be awakened, and the Filipino people got up very early.

The place is clean and bigger than other bnb with the same price.

location was great, near to LRT station and jeepney. we booked for 3 people but the amenities just for 2 people. luckily, we bring our own amenities (but no for the blanket, one of my friend sleep with no blanket).

Vonn’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and pretty centrally located to most of the different areas of Manila that we explored in our short stay. He was very easy to communicate with and offered us helpful tips and suggestions. It didn’t seem like there was necessarily a ton right around his apartment (our stay was very short) but everything we wanted to do was a close drive. I would definitely stay at Vonn’s again!

All you need in a home is there. A special place to gather your small family.

Great host and wonderful condo unit! This is my 2nd time booking Vonn’s place. As always, Vonn is consistently helpful with everything. One of the reasons why I decided to book this place again is because of the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the host and accessible to different places like malls and park. The unit was clean and relaxing as I expected, it is equipped with everything I need. The guards and the building staffs were nice, A very safe place for me. The building is perfectly situated in the heart of the city. I enjoyed my stayed here, Two thumbs up!

Vonn's place is very clean has all the home vibes that would make you feel that you have a home away from home. My parents stayed for a couple of nights and they enjoyed their stay. Just near the church where they were attending a wedding so it was really convenient. Everything else is just walking distance or one ride away. The only downside (which turned out to be completely fine, BTW), is that the condo has a policy wherein no luggage are allowed to be left in the front desk for security reasons. Just a slight inconvenience, but may be a deciding factor for future guests who are looking for a place where they can leave stuff after checking out. BUUUT! This is actually not a problem. I suggest future guests who have an afternoon planned and don't wanna carry around their bags with them, can leave their luggage at Robinsons Department Store (not the one in the Supermarket). Just a 5 min walk away. No sweat! Vonn was really approachable and made sure everything was good :) The place is definitely a steal for its price! Will surely book this again if my parents come back soon. Thanks, Vonn! <3

The baywalk view from the balcony is so amazing. It was so relaxing. Hoping to have a microwave so guest could easily heat food whenever necessary.

Danny's place is so amazing that we decided on our second day to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the place is already booked. The unit is very nice and clean and the location is excellent. I loved the personal touches they've added to make the place feel like home. The common area may be a bit small but the space in the room made up for it. We will definitely stay here again when we visit PH again. Thanks Danny for letting us stay in your beautiful place and for responding quick all the time.

Location is tops with a mix of restaurants on site and easy walking distance away. Apartment and facilities are exactly as described so be quick and book if this is available. You won't be disappointed.

Location is unbeatable. There are nice restaurants in the same block as well as budget friendly ones just around the corner. The apartment is actually bigger than what it seems in the pictures and the view from the bedroom is amazing. Easy check in, super clean and has all the basic necessities. But 7-11 and Watsons are closeby just in case you need some personal items. Danny was quick to respond and most importantly was very accommodating to let me check in few hours early since my flight arrived early. Overall im very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again when Im back in Manila.

The room and view were very nice. The staff at the ground floor were very helpful and got us to our room quickly. It would be an much nicer unit if there were better amenities on hand. The unit could have more toiletries. Keep that in mind, there is a 7-Eleven next door if you run out of toilet paper. Other than that it was a clean unit with a great view.

We had an awesome day staying with Struan's place. View is awesome. The mall is 1 minute walk. Everything you need is right there. Appreciate the free shampoo and body wash. Sparkling clean place as well!

This is the perfect place to celebrate any occassion with your partner. The location is very accessible to the mall too.

Ryan was such a thoughtful and understanding host. I asked if I can check in earlier because I was jetlagged and even though there was a guest before me, they were able to accomodate my request. I locked myself in that unit days before my exam and I was able to make most of my time studying. The whole unit is so beautifully put together and not only was the space conducive for studying, it was also very stylish, comfy and relaxing. Totally recommend this place. Highly recommend! Most accurate and best airbnb ive stayed in. Comfortable. Feels spacious and open with the floor to ceiling windows. Lots of shops and restuarants close by. Just overall a great place. Wish I could have stayed longer but it was booked!

The apartment was spacious and clean. Checking in and out was very easy as well as communication with the host. The host also went out of his way for checking up on us though message and provided lots of useful information on what we could do in the city during our stay. 10/10 would recommend this place.

We loved staying at Adrian’s apartment in Manila. Check in was easy and the location was good with a few eateries and a hyper market on the ground floor. The apartment was nicely laid out and clean with everything you need for a few days. The balcony and view was definitely a highlight!

We had no issues with whoever we were talking to in viber ETO phone as response was very prompt. There was water on the bedroom floor but was immediately fixed by the technical staff. One honest feedback would be your staff Jane. Apart from her lacking PR skills, she shouldnt act like how she did when she came back to handover the 2nd access card. 1st, her instructions was very clear "Sir, sa mga dadating pong kasama, magsabi lang po sa guard kung anong room at itatawag po sa intercom. HINDI na po nila kelangan mag register sa front desk." Obviously, that didnt happen. 2nd, Airbnb Ad said there are 2 cards to be issued. Again, ETO phone was very prompt to respond and said the card will be brought to us. And when Jane came back, the vibe wasnt good. Like she was pissed off or something. Overall, it was a great experience at this place! Everything went well. I just hope they can lower the price down a bit. :)

This place is lovely. Great location next to a mall where you can get supplies. Super clean with thoughtful touches (like a Bluetooth speaker) and fully stocked with all amenities you need. Noelle was an incredible host who gave good practical advice at the time of the Taal volcano eruption. She went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and comfortable and I will certainly stay here when back in Manila.

Noelle's home is a very clean and chic place, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Communication is top notch and prompt. If ever we will be in Manila, will definitely book again with her.

A great place to stay when you’re on-the-go or on a business trip. The location couldn’t be more accessible: just a few steps away from a train station. Other than the bed which was a little wiggly for my taste, everything else was fine.

The place is awesome. I usually have a difficult time sleeping at a new place but the host's place was really comfortable, felt like I was at home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I wanna know where they bought the pillows so I could buy the same pillows for my own bedroom. hehe :) The space is really spacious, clean and relaxing. It seems I wanna copy their floor plan for that room when I build my own house someday. I wish I could stay longer but have to be back at work. The TV was huge. There are more amenities in there that isn't included in the description/photos. exceeded my expectations. The price is worth it in my opinion and it sure helped me get a good room for an affordable price. much better than a hotel. That I am really grateful for. I would definitely book their place again if I go back to the city.

Location is walking distance to Green Belt Mall. We ate and shop in this mall a lot. It has everything. Many fastfood, cafes and 7-11 nearby. The convience is great! Lovely place. Had a washing machine and dryer which was really handy as well. Vernice was very responsive and accommodating to us.

Third times a charm, yes! Altho I requested atleast a lower floor they gave us 5th :( hubby's foot is not yet fully healed and it's really hard for him to climb up, I hope next time they would listen to clients request.

A fantastic place to stay if you need to be around Malate. The apartment is perfect for a single or couple and has pretty much everything you need. The fixtures and fittings are of very good quality, most of all being the bed and linen - the bed is super comfy! Rooney is very responsive to messages and proved to be very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Manila.

This is a very nice place to stay. More like a hotel as the room is a little smaller but very comfy and well appointed. We loved the look feel of this place. No gym but very nice and pretty pool area. Plenty of places to dine in just a short walk away. No cooking are but it had a ref. Nice hot water for my shower as I enjoy it very hot. Netflix on the tv. Bed was comfortable and room was easily cooled down by the good a/c. The staff is very very nice

I could not have wished for a better place to stay. The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. Traveling alone I was please that someone was at the gate 24/7 - in general the security was top. Furthermore, their pick-service was valuable and efficient. Can only recommend and look forward to staying here during future visits to Manila.

I recommend this place, the view is amazing, the location was perfect for me, everything was clean and tidy. The host are very nice and friendly, good communication. The only thing you need to pay attention is that the neighborhood is slightly noisy but you would expect that being in the center of Manila.

What you see is what you get. :) If you were already attracted by the pix of the place via the Airbnb app, you'll also feel the same once you enter the place. It has that homey feel and lighting is amazing -- the place looks instagrammable! It is also wide enough to be able to move around comfortably, especially the kitchen area. Bed is super comfy too. The host replies fast and is very accomodating. I will surely book this place again soon. :) 5 star rating! :)

The place is pretty nice and well equipped. Theres a 24 hour shop similar to 7e jusy right infront of the condo. Walkable to lrt station and Maricel was quite responsive toawards my every need.

Maricel is very nice and helpful person. we stay in her room for just one night and left for tabilaran island the next morning, she give us suggestions about the transportation from Manila airport to Silk Residence. Takes about 40 minutes by Grab taxi. And the Residence reception staff show warmth to our check-in. The main spots like intramuros and st Agustin church are about 20 minutes distance away from the silk Residence by grab car.

Nice place to stay at. Good region, good price. I don't think you should stay there with 4 persons., But for two it's perfect. Nice community pool on the rooftop including small gym.

Myself and my friend stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks. The location was great for the place we were working and very close to greenbelt mall which links to other malls! Surrounded by lovely restaurants and shops. The hosts were attentive throughout our stay and provided weekly cleaning and fresh towels and sheets for the unit which was appreciated. Overall a wonderful stay!

Wonderful apartment - clean, bright and airy - in a great location. Right across from a Family Mart and if you’re keen to clocking in some miles, just down the road from a park.

The place has a good location with restaurants and a supermarket in the building. It's also really accessible if you want to go around Makati. The host is also very accomodating, she and her associate responds quickly to queries. The place is good and comfortable, will most likely stay again.

The place is clean and Ms Vivian responds quickly whenever we have inquiry. We had a hardtime using the netflix, the movies are not playing and we can't log out the current account but we still enjoy staying at their place. 😊

We stayed for 1 night in this wonderful apartment. Everything is very well provided and very clean. Cherrylyn is a wonderful host. Will come back again for sure.

We waited for about half an hour to check in because the concierge was looking for acknowledgement letter from the admin aside from the authorization letter the host has given us. The unit was clean, organized and well decorated. However, I think it is better if there's a wall clock and not just a decorative clock that's not working. Overall we had a pleasant stay and host was quick to respond.

The place was great because they have free water available for our stay.

> i will suggest to add a lock inside for safety. > and add a microwaveable plate/saucer. What i like: - comftable bed - soft pillow - complete basic appliances (however i havent tried all of them if its working 😊) All in all, it was a great place to stay. Two thumbs up!

Very nice place to stay. We stay for 3 nights and it's amazing we can cook our breakfast and dinner. All in na pati wifi ang lakas din. We hope makabalik kami ulit. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay here.The staffs are so great and always so welcoming.We really love the place because it's a walking distance to the mall and we really love the most is the room,because of the beautiful view.The room is clean.The host is easy to contact because of quick response!.Me and my boyfriend were so inlove with this place.We will surely recommend this to our family and friends!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is so lovely, and the view is amazing thank you so much for the good hospitality it was much more than I expected..

Was a beautiful layout room, with an amazing view, right next door to the Robinson mall if you need anything. And the host thoughtfully left two filtered bottle waters that were a life saver. And at the last minute was able to entertain adjustments with my stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, updated and tastefully decorated unit in a rather dumpy building. Ryan came over very quickly when thought the shower wasn't working. (It just needed adjustment.)

Great location and place to stay.

WOW! Ryan’s unit was really a gem. Location was superb - everything was like walking distance from coffee shops, mini groceries, CVs, amazing restaurants, malls, etc. Plus, walking at night did not feel unsafe because the area is generally busy. The design of the unit really amazed me - the only airbnb I’ve stayed in where it looks better than 5-star hotel rooms, probably because of the personal touches. And the room was huge! I love how the living room area is elevated to have an eye level view of the TV. Cooking amenities were also a plus if staying for more than 1 night. Check-in was a breeze and I love how the room is on the 11th floor only - view was still amazing.
