I stayed in the middle of January and I didn't even have to use the fan, although it has one. One block from the newest shopping, 2 and 3 blocks from Olavarria and Guemes streets, which are the most beautiful downtown streets for walking, drinking and eating something. I received very well, I had no problems in the stay but she always willing, and when I left she left me to stay a little longer because my micro came out after noon, so very grateful for that!

The department exceeds the expectation in relation to quality cost. Ideal for two or three people, ideal couple with a child or single partner. Unbeatable area, meters from the shopping, right at the bus stop. If you go by car there is always a place to park especially in the early morning and at night. There are towels, sheets, blankets, repairers. The dishes are complete and there is everything you need to cook. The kitchen is part of the environment which does not pass the smells of cooking. There is Directv, flat screen TV, impeccable Wi-Fi !, The building is fine and the people who work there are super hospitable, just like Jorgelina, who was friendly. I broke a plate and was very empathetic about it. It shows that it is good people and the apartment delivers it in perfect cleaning conditions (it shows). Thank you. Sure we will be back !!!!

The location of the apartment is perfect! Just within a few blocks of the beach and within walking distance to various restaurants. We chose to walk from the bus/train station to the apartment upon arrival, it was about 2 miles and 930pm when we began walking and we felt pretty safe. Gas stove and oven worked well. We really appreciated having some cooking utensils available so we could prepare a few meals at the house.

Rosana is an amazing hostess, her kindness and the attention she gave us was very good. Check in and Check out was very flexible and Rosana always had the predisposition to accommodate our schedules. The apartment was very clean, the location amazing, one block from guemes, bars and the beach "Las Toscas". Rosana explained the operation of each comfort of the Apartment, everything the publication says is as it is. It has amenities that make a difference when choosing an apartment, it has WIFI and it works OK, they are small things that add up a lot. I must highlight the attention received from Rosana, it was amazing and accommodated our schedules and our needs. If I have to go back to MAR DEL PLATA I would choose this Apartment and Rosana as the hostess.
