This was our 2nd stay at Ray and Grisel's and it was just as perfect as the last time. The condo is right on the beach, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach. Ray and Grisel are wonderful hosts and truly made us feel welcome and at home. The dolphin shows every night are an amazing bonus also!

We just spent the absolute perfect week on the beach !! This place is perfectly located, load up the beach cart w all the beach supplies you could ever need - including a cooler w plenty of ice packs in freezer. Two minutes and you’re on a gorgeous white sand beach - we had dolphins swimming 15’ away from us !! It was amazing to say the least. The condo was spotless upon our arrival !! Nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen were greatly appreciated. Eating breakfast on the lanai every day while watching the dolphins swimming is my favorite !!! Great spot for relaxing in a professionally managed complex, very friendly staff on site. We look forward to our next trip very soon. Thanks Again Ray and Grisel

This is a beautiful place in Marco Island and its exactly as described. The view is amazing and the condo was perfect for our family of 3 to stay for Spring Break. The beach closet supplied us with everything we needed too! Wonderful touches and very easy to stay here. Thanks again!

Top notch unit! The owners are wonderful to deal with and leave you nothing to be in need of in their beautifully appointed condominium. Location is premium with a delicious restaurant on the 1st level. Everything you need for the beach is there! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and very clean. This is the 2nd time I have rented this condo and will be back for 3rd and more!

The Apollo is a great condo. Beautifully decorated and it has everything you need for a great week at the beach. The views are awesome from the balcony. Dolphins swam by and the sunsets beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cooking items plus a coffee pot, toaster, and blender. The king sized bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of towels and beach towels. We loved the closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, floats, coolers and the beach cart was a plus. Can't wait to return!

Beautifully updated and wonderfully furnished and this condo has a lovely water view. It is a 10 minute walk to the gulf so a beach wagon would be very helpful. The best kitchen for someone who liked to cook and eat in, great selection of dishes, glasses and cookware.

This was a perfect spot for our little getaway. We loved having the kitchenette and bikes. We used them every day! Vanessa is always so prompt with communication and we appreciate the charming suite that she set up.

A great apartment for one or two people. Very clean and modern decor. We were able to walk to some excellent restaurants and it was a short drive to Everglades nature walks. It's also a short drive to a beautiful beach.

This is a little gem. It feels like a little sweet home, and you have all you need in a pristine and comfortable space. Great value in Marco Island. Vanessa is a great host We loved having the two bikes and Vanessa’s husband put lights on them so we could ride after dark. The suite had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean! We really appreciated the added touches like coffee, tea and condiments in the fridge.

Joshua’s little studio was a perfect fit for my husband and I while we visited Marco Island. I had never made coffee with the French press and it came out great. (I googled instructions on how to use it.). We weren’t there long enough but having bicycles is a great touch and the little patio was nice to have. The bed was very comfortable. I usually wake up at least once and I didn’t wake at all there. Joshua’s small place was very thought out with the kitchenette and even a shelf for your luggage and to hang clothes. We spent the day in Tigertail beach and ate dinner at Snooks. We had a night cap at the Dolphins tiki bar which was hard to find but we made it. I would recommend this to any single or couple.

The studio is very small but it was perfect for our two nights in Marco. Very clean, easy check-in, nice neighborhood. I loved the private patio area.

Very convenient location - we biked to the beach for sunrise and drove to the Everglades National Park for the day. Go to Wake Up Marco for coffee and all of Joshua’s recommended spots. Great stay!

We had a great stay at Joshua’s place. It is small but sufficient for a couple of nights!! We loved the bikes as well as the porch! The bed was comfortable, too!! We would recommend Joshua’s micro-suite to others.😊

Joshua’s place exceeded our expectations. He was extremely quick and helpful with communication and his place is very quiet and comfortable. The bed was extra comfortable! Very nice mattress. The outdoor shower was a nice touch for cleaning off sandy feet. We rented kayaks from Florida Adventures and paddles around the Ten Thousand Islands for the day. It was awesome! Thank you Joshua for an amazing experience! Your place is wonderful!

We had a great few days at this house in Marco Island. The house is wonderful. Great location, fantastic amenities and very quiet for some relaxation. The pool is fabulous and well positioned so that you get sun most of the day and can enjoy the very last rays of evening sun. We really appreciated having access to the bikes as it made it easy to get around the island without needing to use the car. The beach is not too far away and a supermarket is within a few minutes drive. There are plenty of beach accessories which can be used too and clearly a lot of thought has been put into providing the best facilities for guests at this property. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Place was just as described. Location was perfect. Ed was a great host. Accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. The pool is beautiful and kept at a great temperature. Property is scenic on the water. Our family had a wonderful time.

Cozy, clean and comfortable all in a great location!!

Julie’s place is the perfect place for a fun getaway weekend or prolonged stay. It is quite comfortable for 2 people, though there is room for 4 due to the pull- out couch. Julie’s place is equipped with EVERYTHING & anything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. The amenities are so great which include a fabulous pool, laundry facility, WiFi and onsite parking! The beach is a short walk across the street as well as many awesome restaurants are a short 10 minute walk away. Julie and mark are awesome hosts as they responded to me very fast and always assisted me when needed. 10/10 would recommend Julie’s place!

My parents spent the month of December here as a congratulatory retirement gift! They had wonderful time. They loved Marco Island and the condo. They said they'd return anytime. Thank you Julissa for your amazing hospitality.

My stay at the Apollo in Marco Island was beyond perfect! The condo was beautiful and clean, and the view of the ocean is incredible. There are always lots of dolphins to watch and the sunsets from the balcony are amazing. There is a restaurant conveniently in the same building but it’s also not far from several other restaurants and shops. It’s also not far from the Everglades I’d you want to experience that, which I highly recommend! We had a great time staying here for our honeymoon and we hope to be back!

This airbnb was our first experience using a private residence. We stayed in John's home from 12/28 to 12/31/2019. It was a fabulous experience. So smooth from check-in to check-out. The condo was sparking clean, convenient to the beach, ( a short walk across the street), and plenty of restaurants. Our stay was wonderful just as advertised, a beautiful home, and a great host. We Ihope to come there again.

John has a neat, well maintained and very strategically located place. The unit was comfortable and surprisingly quiet even though the building is located on the main road. The complex has a heated pool and free parking. Beach access is in front of the building. Shopping areas within 2- min drive. Great stay! Will be back!

Stylish and secure, one minute from the beach

Everything in John's place was super clean. It was just a walk across the street to the beach and had everything you needed for a beach trip in the closet: beach chairs, umbrella, floats, and coolers. The pool in the condo was super warm and the grill right next to the pool worked great! Everyone who worked there and stayed there was super nice and told us all the spots to hit in marco island. The bikes were another great added touch! We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a great weekend stay at John’s place. He made the whole process a breeze and was available if needed. The space was comfortable and furnished with everything you could need. We also loved being steps away from the beach. We would definitely come back.

John's place was in a great location, super clean and had a great layout. We loved that their were beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler which made it super easy to head across the street to the beach - thank you for being so thoughtful with this. The pool looked clean and nice, although we did not use it. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance which was great because we did not have a car. Our friends were getting married at the JW Marriott which was 3X more expensive than this Airbnb so we feel we got a great value. A couple minor things to note: bedroom mattress is very firm which took some getting used to; thermostat cannot be set below 74 degrees so if you like it cold like the arctic this place may not be for you (it worked for us because it was 90 degrees out so inside was still refreshing) and the elevator is on the other side of the bedroom wall which can effect you if you are a light sleeper. We had a great stay and would recommend John's place for a stay in Marco Island.

Overall excellent place to stay. Condo was very clean, quiet and well maintained. In perfect location regarding beach access. Marco Island has very few beach accesses so being across the street from one was a huge plus. Condo had tons of accommodations for a week long stay. The condo was very bright with a nice balcony. We went during off season so the whole Condo unit was deserted. We did use the pool once which was clean and decent size. Location is also perfectly located close to grocery stores and restaurants. We walked to breakfast and pizza often (around .8 miles). We plan on return next October if time and work schedule permit. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The condo is clean, well stocked, beach ready and a great value. Perfect location and outstanding views of a beautiful white sand beach. Jon and Suzan were great communicators, and very helpful at check in. They took time to show us around the property, and give us lots of tips about things to do and great places to eat. We had a great week, and would highly recommend for others!

This was a very conveniently located on the second floor so easy stair access right to pool and beach, no waiting for an elevator. 5 adults very comfortably share two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and pull out bed; all rooms have sliding glass doors out to the wrap around balcony where there are lounge and sitting chairs with table, wonderful setting for early morning coffee or viewing the sunset. Well equipped kitchen with good variety of appliances and refrigerator that dispenses filtered water and ice.

We loved our stay!!!. Condo was on the second floor which was super convenient with kids. Tons of light in the apartment and had everything we needed. Communication was great with the owners.

The location is exceptional; the kitchen is well stocked, the beach equipment is a bonus, the three TV's provide a vast listing of programming and Jon provides a personal check-in, making the week run smooth.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everything about our trip was absolutely perfect! Jon and Suzan were amazing, the condo was better than expected and the beach was spectacular ❤ We will definitely be returning.

We , me and my husband, can highly recommend this Condo. Everything was perfect from the arrival until we left. Clean and lovely furnished. The balcony and the view is spot on.

We had a wonderful time. The location is killer and in August, everything is super quiet and it felt like the whole beach was ours. Beach equipment is included and we had no trouble using Uber or getting take out. If you are using uber though, be warned that you can’t get to and from the Everglades easily (nothing to do with our stay - just a tip). Jon and Susan were great hosts and were very responsive. We would stay here again 100x over. Super clean and bright and cheery.

The view is absolutely spectacular! Being on the 19th floor, you have an incredible view of the entire beach and cape! The short walk to the beach was worth it with the warm waters and super soft sand. The condo was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and the bottle of champagne and beach stuff were a very nice touch!

We had an absolutely amazing time in this very spacious condo! The views were absolutely amazing! They were renovating some of the windows in the other condos but it didn’t bother us! The pool was lovely and we loved our friend Tracy who takes care of the pool! The shelling was not the best we have had but you just never know with the tides! Inga was quick to respond to all of my questions and the condo was everything we hoped it wold be!

We had such a great time in Inga Lill and Ben’s place. Started with the great welcoming gift. (Thank you!) The apartment was very clean and has all you need. The pool was great for the kids, and easy access to the beach is super. The view is beyond amazing, and it’s really nice to watch the sunset from here. Inga Lill and Ben are very good hosts and makes sure their guests have a great stay! We are definitely coming back to stay here again.

Inga-Lill’s apartment is very nice. The welcoming gift of Champaign and snacks was very nice and thoughtful. And yes, the view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment has all the beach items you’ll need; chairs umbrellas, toys and coolers. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony as well as drinks in the afternoon. There’s always a cool side so you don’t have to sit in the sun. End of May and early June is definitely off season as the beach was almost empty. No traffic issues, no problem finding a table, and very quiet. We tried fishing and recommend Captain Glenn at Fishing Solves Everything, the highlight of the trip. We visited Naples and took a Segway tour which was a lot of fun. Naples was quiet as well so no issues finding parking or a seat in a restaurant. Weather was ideal, maybe a bit warmer (90) than normal but the rain stayed away until the day before we left. We’ve taken the same vacation but to Destin and agree that south Florida is much better. Note some windows as mentioned in other reviews are cloudy. The workers are replacing the windows on the four apartment buildings. Being on building 4 we had a clear view of the progress on building 3 and its progressing nicely.

Loved this piece of paradise. Super clean, all of the amenities, and ended the night in the hot tub under the stars! Highly recommend staying here for a quite getaway from the beach, yet close enough for a 5 minute drive.

This place was great for a quick overnight to Marco Island from elsewhere in Florida. James and Shaun's place is super clean, well appointed with anything you could want. We enjoyed a quick weekend away with friends and there were dishes and glasses for our appetizer and wine nosh, as well as a nice coffee maker and hot showers. Perfect. Easy in and out with the door code, and a beautiful star lit night for some backyard star gazing.

Excellent place in so many ways. All new finishes, new appliances, great layout, very thoughtful touches. Looking forward to my next stay!

Huge house! Has a great dock next to the water and nice view of the sunset through the vacant lot across the street from the front yard. We saw iguanas in the lot next door and burrowing owls right across the street. We were able to catch some fish from the dock as well. If you dont mind driving a few miles to get places the location is great and seemed very central. Close to the marina and a brewery. There are bicycles and beach chairs in the garage. The staff at island escapes who manage the listing are very responsive if you need them. We recommend checking with them that the pool and hot tub are heated before you arrive. Great listing for the price for us.

Great house with lots of amenities!! You feel right at home in their home. Only downfall was public beach access and parking! That will be a huge challenge unless you are into walking a lot while carrying all your beach stuff. Overall great home!!

Amazing house! The layout of this house is extremely unique and functional for several individuals to live here comfortably. The cleanliness, amenities and location make this house stand out from the rest. The host is quick to respond back and the pictures are extremely accurate. Michelle's place is situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood with the great view of the water and a private balcony. She was excellent at communicating and giving tips on what to check out nearby. We love Marco Island and Raymond's place is the ideal place to stay. The condo is really well equipped and even has beach chairs and umbrella and a wheelie chair to get all your gear onto fabulous beaches like tiger tail.The condo is right next to the lovely pool and two tennis courts as well as a dockside Tikki bar which serves excellent food at very reasonable prices.We will definitely return to Raymond's place in the near future.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool was so nice and just a few steps from the tiki bar so you can run over and grab some lunch or drinks to have at the pool. South beach was so nice and if you get there early enough there are some great shells. Joey Ds is delicious for dinner and dessert. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you 😊

My partner and I stayed a wounderful 5 days in this cozy and beautiful property. The neighbourhood was central to most amenities yet was quite with amazing views from the pool and master bedroom over the water canal. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back again hopefully in the near future.

We had a great time at 336 Colonial. It was perfect for our family of five for our holiday away. The house was clean and we had plenty of room to hang out together and the beach chairs came in handy.

Marco Island, great place for a family vacation, this was our first experience in a rental house, we will repeat it. Much better than a hotel. The house was spotless when we got there, with a nice smell, we found everything we need-for real, not kidding-, I highly recommend this House.

Great location only a couple walking blocks from Tigertail beach. Our kids, who range from 16-27, really enjoyed the pool & bikes so much. This house is gorgeous & amazing. The layout of the home was spectacular with bedrooms spaced so everyone had their own privacy. A lady a couple of houses down sells fresh off the tree mangos! We had fresh mango smoothies every morning & homemade mango salsa that were so delicious. Eight adult sized people stayed in this home & we had plenty of room. Will definitely consider going back!

Excellent stay!!

The condo is is an older building but appears to have been recently updated and was very nice. Pool is nothing special, but we used the beach so that was not an issue. kitchen is small but sufficient for making full meals and dining. Condo was clean, spacious for 2, had a beautiful view and was very clean. I would recommend to fellow travelers .

My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time! What an amazing location. They enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night from their balcony and they couldn’t stop talking about the friendliness of the building’s staff. A quick elevator ride downstairs gets you to the beach and pool which never seemed to get very crowded. An amazing value destination for the budget conscious traveler!

Updated condo, beautiful kitchen with great appliances! Enough space for a family of 5 to spread out! Super comfy couch, big enough for our 5’9 daughter to sprawl out and sleep comfortable each night. Great location- close to EVERYTHING! Very secure, quiet, and clean. Has EVERYTHING you could possible want for a trip to beach (chairs, cart, cooler, football, toys). Pool is heated if ocean is too chilly. Owners replied to questions very quickly. Would highly recommend. I think we brought home 10lbs of gorgeous sea shells. We have never seen so many in one place!

Great location literally next to natural beach and as well as groomed one. Stylish apartment with modern facilities.

If you crave a beautiful wrap-around view (nearly 180 degrees!) exactly as pictured in the photos, this place is for you. It is a completely remodeled condo with ALL the amenities to make for a luxurious stay. The coastline is a fair walk though. You can't hear the surf and it isn't one of those beaches with pristine Florida sand. We found the actual beach quite difficult to walk on. The pool closes at dusk so forget about any night time swim. There are many condos in Florida much closer to the water for a fraction of the price. But if you are planning to spend lots of time in the condo and just relax on the incredible balcony, this place is for you!

Lovely, quiet, super clean guest suite close to the beach. Thoughtfully furnished and accommodated. Even the pullout sofa bed was comfortable! Very much enjoyed the screened in patio. Wish we had more time.

Absolutely stunning space that has everything you need and more! We were able to come and go throughout the day and enjoyed the local beaches. Several good places to eat out or you had the ability to cook in if you wanted. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Jeanette’s place was wonderful! The perfect retreat for our Marco Island vacation. Very centrally located to many attractions and points of interest on the island. The suite was sparkling clean when we arrived, our entire stay was relaxing and quiet, and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely return!

Must stay! Jeannette’s home was in an incredible location just a mile from our favorite beach. She had beach chairs and towels we could use, a beautiful and clean home, and local tips for us to grab food. During the day we did an incredible dolphin tour and cruised the local islands. Coming back to this Air BnB was just a dream! We would definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay again!

It's a fabulous location with a beautiful terrace right on the inlet with easy access to the gorgeous public beach. The hosts are so nice, helpful and generous with information. We had never been to Southwest Florida and they helped us get our bearings and get the most out of our trip. We found the location so relaxing we stayed an additional night. A great family location as well with 2 ample bedrooms, easy access to fun things, bike to the beach or mini golf! Easy access to swanky Naples. Can't wait to get back to this beautiful part of Florida! Thank you Cheryl and Angel!

Beautiful place to stay while visiting Marco. Hosts are wonderful. My husband really enjoyed the fishing charter he took with Angel and his son. We would definitely stay here again.

This house did not disappoint... it is exceptionally beautiful and a must go for a getaway. My only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer and that we took too much time to study. Leave your school work at home and enjoy the breathtaking scenary. This will be your home away from home.

My mother-in-law, daughter and I spent a lovely weekend in this beautiful home. It was just as pretty as the photos and very comfortable and clean. We came to the area for a shelling tour but found out too late that Cheryl and Angel also do shelling and fishing tours. We’re hoping to come back in the winter and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
