“London’s most beautiful ice rink returns, transforming the Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court into a winter oasis, and ushering in the festive season with a 40ft Christmas tree. 13 Nov 2019 – 12 Jan 2020”

“Art space with great architecture, galleries and temporary exhibitions, cinema... or an ice rink. Inside - Fernandez & Wells for a glass of wine, coffee or tapas and a more upscale French restaurant - Spring”

“On the north side of Waterloo Bridge, sitting on Aldwych, this elegant eighteenth-century landmark hosts several art exhibitions and events at a time, incorporating the Courtauld Gallery and temporary exhibitions in the Embankment Galleries. Hell, even the courtyard (once an Inland Revenue car park) makes itself useful, with the ice rink in winter, fountains in summer and alfresco cinema and live music seasons too. ”

“The Strand is a lovely place for Sunday Brunch. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. You'll feel like you've stepped back to a bygone era, with the decor, the atmosphere, and the attentive service. There are some great buildings and institutions along this street. There is of course the station.Next to it used to be a news cinema. Heading east there used to be the Tivoli cinema.Further along is the Savoy.Hotel and theatre. The theatre is an art deco masterpiece.Next door is Simpson's one of the most famous restaurants in London. After Waterloo Bridge there is Somerset House and Bush House. Then the High Court on one side and the Temple on the other.A lot to see and do.”

“Tom's Kitchen at Westferry Circus, E14 - The fantastic chef Tom Aitkens of Somerset House has opened a branch at Canary Wharf. A great place for breakfast or in fact, any meal. Takeaways are available too. Why not have a bite to eat and then wonder across to Westferry Circus Park to take a photo of the landmark London views or take the lift down to catch a ferry to Greenwich or Central London with your beautifully packaged Tom's deli items?”
