The chalet is very cozy, has all the necessary items to prepare breakfast or quick meals. Excellent shower, extremely clean bed and bath linen and dogs accepted! As the area is completely fenced, we were able to leave our dog, when necessary, without worrying about whether he would run away or hinder other guests. Despite being located a little far from bars, bakery or supermarket (nothing that can't be done by walking about 30 minutes or 10 minutes by car), the beach is just a few meters away (about 500m) and you can walk without any difficulty. Ricardo attended to us promptly in everything we requested. I recommend the Chalet !!!! I will definitely return !!!

We had a great experience at Ricardo's space. The place is simple but extremely clean. It has everything you need, the basics. The kitchen is outside, at first I found it strange then I saw that it was a charm to make and have breakfast there in that outside, which is surrounded by native forest. You see all that green ... The place is very beautiful. It is private, away from the hustle and bustle of the center but by car you can reach restaurants and bars in 6 minutes. To the beach 10 minutes walk. You are in a part of the beach that is very quiet. It has parasols and chairs for rent on the beach, but Ricardo has 2 chairs and 1 free parasol in the house, if you prefer. Great bath. There is a shower outside to remove the sand. I thought everything was delicious and the price was fair.

The chalet has an incredible contact with nature without neglecting the comfort of the extremely clean and welcoming space. Preferably if you have a car for travel it will be better, as it will be a “good walk” to the center if you are on foot, but nothing that undermines the total experience of those who go without private transportation.

The place breathes nature, it is present at all times. From the tree-lined yard to the bedroom listening to the sound of the waterfall and the mountain winds. It is exactly as in the photo! It is small but cozy. It is close to the beach, but having a dirt road, I recommend going by car. Despite being allergic to mosquitoes, I just took a bite, lol! The hosts leave insecticides out of the room, so we closed the door to watch TV and were quiet. Loved the experience and we will be back! This little place has given us many stories to tell! ❤️ Ps. I just got it from the electric cooktop in the green cottage. After about 2 days, I found that the ideal is to leave it on for 10 minutes to warm up. And using the whole stainless steel pots you have in the cottage for cooking, it looks like they "flow" better :)

Excellent house, well maintained and equipped, has air conditioning in every room (as I read in another post in the room with two beds the air dripped sometimes but nothing that got in the way). They also commented that there is a lot of ant in the house and there really was. But the accommodation was great, the condominium has an excellent structure.

Clean house, equipped with all kitchen utensils and barbecue. Excellent space with tasteful decoration. Air conditioning on the bottom and bedrooms (except for one of the leaking rooms and cannot be used). Large suite with large bathroom with hairdryer (only downside was the bathtub which has been under maintenance for a long time from what we saw in the previous posts here on the site). Frigobar in the barbecue is one of the good points, besides having a thermal box available. The house is wonderful! The condominium's infrastructure is sensacioanal, with swimming pools, children's slides, gym and games room. Attentive staff, security and very wooded. Excellent location, just cross the beach promenade. It has beach service with 4 chairs and parasol. Thiago is helpful and always responds quickly. Single payment from guests is a nice way to split daily rates. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Very nice house large and well ventilated rooms, even being wooden I found no geckos or cockroaches inside the house. The pool is delicious ..... Not very close to the beach. The TV did not work on any day of our stay ... I want to go back and refer you to friends.

The house has all amenities for the stay. The kitchen was full of utensils and everything was working. The space is not luxurious but practical and very clean. Nearby there is plenty of trade. I always got quick answers from both Ricardo and Mauri. I was unlucky with time but had a good time anyway. I intend to return soon.

The location is cute and accommodates four people very well. Unfortunately during the period we went it rained, but even so it was not boring to stay in the chalet, because the barbecue is covered and the balcony is super comfortable. I took a trip to Maresias in the middle of the year with part of my family, we were 04 adults sharing a quiet, clean and very cozy cottage on the coast of São Paulo. The location is close to the beach, but for those who go with children and / or seniors do not advise to walk to the beach always. Silence reigns in the place and for those who are leaving the hustle and bustle of the capitals it is worth booking the chalet of Alexandre, besides all that, cleanliness is a strong point of the stay, together with the simplicity of space and all the promptness of the host. . Alexandre is a host always willing to remedy the "crashes" of the trip and very polite in communication. I strongly recommend the reserve in this space, besides the tranquility, you will be sure of a refreshing shower in the shower or a warm shower with a good waterfall. It has barbecue space, it has TV with several closed channels, it has Wi-Fi (not very strong signal due to the region), it has a powerful air conditioning, it has a good stove with oven, it has fridge, it has basic household utensils of the day by day and, finally, a steep ladder for access to the beds, but for those with reduced mobility you can adapt a bed on the ground floor of the chalet. A great value for a stay in Maresias! It is worth booking at this location. Would go back more often for sure!

From before the arrival with the information and contacts, until the moment of finding the house and the attentive reception of Cesar. It was for us a continuous and pleasant surprise to find everything we need throughout the stay, every kitchen utensil, bedding, towels in each room and a truly comfortable space that made us feel at home to each and every one , with its colorful decoration and windows that looked like paintings, the lights in the patio and the pool always clean and fresh. The daily cleaning and putting of chairs and umbrellas on the beach was something that surprised us. We even found vacuum cleaners and pressure washers to clean the cars. Anyway, not to extend, I can say that the house is 5 stars without any doubt. Maresias is a wonderful place and we could enjoy it thanks to the fantastic accommodation we had, thanks Ricardo and good luck! We hope to return ..

Dirt road a little bumpy and because there was a river close at times I felt a strong smell of sewage, but as the flat is deeper, the smell was not a problem. When it rains a lot the flooded garage and the cars need to be removed. The flat is close to everything. Market, pharmacy, shops, fishmonger, butcher and everything else. Alana and Tiago are very polite and helpful.

The condominium has a large leisure structure with swimming pool, courts, gym and games room and is very close to the beach. The flat is very comfortable for up to 4 people with all kitchen utensils plus a very new fridge. It has no stove and oven but has a mini convection cooktop for two pans. The flat is ground floor with a balcony to the woods that gives a special charm. The bathroom is large and we had no problems with the water heating. The double bed was comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Showers need maintenance. One time very hot and a minute later is ice cold. Very frustrating and hard to use. Bring some bug spray. a lots of bugs Overall the stay was great. She left some limen’s and towels for us. My family was very happy and excited to spend time at Ericka’s place.

The place was very clean, the kitchen has several utensils, air conditioning, satellite TV; Overall, it has all the necessary structure for a comfortable stay. Speaking of structure, the condominium is outstanding: it has two pools (one is semi-Olympic), hot tubs, sauna, gym, barbecue place, games room, courts ... outside which is very safe. In addition, access to the beach is very easy, made through about 100 m in a very charming alley and you are still entitled to two chairs and an umbrella on the beach service. About the location, it is not far from the busiest point of Maresias, but closer to Canto do Moreira - nothing to disturb the experience. I would definitely stay again.

One of the best places I rented, the space is extremely comfortable and warm, the cleanliness was impeccable, the condominium structure is out of this world, the room is on the edge of a beautiful forest, the noise of nature in the night is another differential. I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely be back.

Ericka is a great host. Always very attentive and helpful. I tried other houses in the same condominium, but this one is very special for those traveling with children, as it has a beautiful space with very cool toys. The condo is wonderful also with many options for the little ones;)

The house is very delicious, with a rustic footprint. Super complete in relation to kitchen utensils and barbecue, in addition to the beach chairs and umbrella that are available. Super comfortable bed, tv in the living room with sky. The photos are true to what we found on site. The 2 bathrooms have the toilet right next to the showers, which is a bit uncomfortable but this does not become a problem. We did not take our puppy, but upon arrival we saw that it would be totally possible to take it because the house is completely isolated, with plenty of privacy. The location is also very good, very close to the beach. Overall we liked it a lot!

The house is very cozy, everything works perfectly and we found a clean and super organized environment. The outdoor area allows us a moment of relaxation and for those who like it is possible to have a delicious barbecue and enjoy the moment. Place is like in the pictures, except for the walls that separate the three cottages. They are made of wood (not a grid), which guarantees privacy to guests. Super responsive host and clear and accurate directions and check-in instructions. The street is dirt, but the section is short, just go slowly and a regular car goes without problems. The forest at the front gives that atmosphere of being in the middle of nature, perfect for couples. As the fridge is small and the stove is electric, it is more suitable for simple and quick meals. Comfortable space, with all you need. You can walk to the beach in Buenos Aires, close to portal 17. We were lucky and the beach was empty and the sea was very calm. Wonderful!
