This is my second time staying at Sharon's place. Her place is very clean and cozy. It is in a cute neighborhood and the location is very convenient. Great value. I highly recommend it.

Sharon’s place was great. Clean and affordable in a quiet neighborhood but close to many sightseeing areas. Sharon has a cat Isabella who is quite the little companion! She walked us to the door the day we got there and visited each night ! My husband and I are animal lovers so this was very welcomed. Sharon had coffee for her coffee maker and small treats too. A welcomed treat! I recommend her place and we will definitely be back!

Sharon’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood right off a main highway. It’s downstairs with it’s own entrance and living space which make it a great landing space between sight seeing. The only thing to note is if you are a light sleeper, the sound of footsteps upstairs (which was very rare) and/ or the rain dripping down the gutters (obviously only if it rains) may wake you. Also Isabella the cat will even come by and visit for some love which was a huge plus for us.

Great stay, would re-book here in the future.

Sharon’s place was extremely clean, cozy, and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to crash and, if you like cats, Isabella is a very cute and friendly cat that will most likely make an appearance during your stay!

This space was great. It was a quick trip for us but worked out really well. Quick communication, easy parking, easy access. It is an older home so be mindful of the stairs being a tighter space (for my tall people), but Tilmon’s place was great and would definitely recommend

My husband and Inhad a fun day planned at the Harbor and chose to stay at Tilmon's for the convenience. We had no trouble finding street parking. The space was very clean and tastefully decorated with everything that you need. The bathroom upstairs is especially nice with towels included. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The only downside is that the street was pretty noisy at night, so I would recommend bringing your own sound machine to drown it out if you are a light sleeper.

I was in Baltimore for a conference and it was only a 15 min walk to the convention center every morning. I definitely recommend staying here.

This Airbnb is in a phenomenal location. Everything was walkable, didn’t even have to spend money on transportation the whole trip. Amazing restaurants, speakeasies, and attractions right around the corner. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed during my trip. Amazing value!

Friendly host. Very clean space. Perfect size for a couple in town for the weekend. Location is great, street parking is convenient. Hot tub is clean and easy to use!

Brandon’s place was much better that what we had expected. Parking before dark was easy to find but after a certain time and can be a bit hard. The space was a good size for my boyfriend and I. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night and having some robes to wear when getting out was a nice touch to have. We had a really good night sleep, the bed is so comfy and there’s no outside noise. Would definitely come back.

Pretty much the ultimate weekend getaway spot in baltimore. Close to the bars, safe neigborhood, and they have a hot tub. What more is there to say? 6/5 stars

Stop looking and book this place! It has everything you need and more. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was amazing, we could cook in the kitchen, and the street that the Airbnb is so idyllic. The location was perfect and we could walk to great restaurants. Parking was easy, you just had to look a little. Brandon is a superb host. At this price point, it doesn’t get any better than this.

The space is very large, open and clean. I was surprised at how big it was. We were very comfortable and all of the small touches of hospitality were greatly appreciated! Great price, great location, great space!

Robert's place was perfect! It was like staying in a spacious apartment with plenty of beds available, full bathroom, full kitchen, stylish furniture, private entrance, and all amenities found at a hotel. Robert checked in via message to ensure that all was ok & to ask if anything was needed. Lastly, this was probably the biggest bang for the buck I've received on airbnb. The price was low and the quality was high!!! That's rare but very appreciated!!! Beautiful place in a quiet residential area with private parking space. P.E.R.F.E.C.T!!!!!

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you might need. It is perfect for bigger groups. The best part was the full kitchen with any and all plates/utensils needed for cooking. Robert is communicative and responds quickly.

Very friendly and accommodating host! Quick to answer any questions, and very thoughtful when it comes to offering and providing extra blankets when the weather for cold.

This place was perfect for my fiancé and I to stay when we were in town for a concert. The room was decorated nicely, very cozy, and super clean. I loved that we could let ourselves in with the keypad and had our own entrance - perfect since we ended up arriving late at night & we didn’t want to disturb anyone. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of parking. Cara was super communicative and even helped me estimate what Uber/Lyft costs would be from her place to our concert venue before I booked. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in the city!

Cara’s place is an affordable, basic option for housing in the area. It is exactly what is advertised. The host provided a descriptive guest book with tips for the area. The place was very clean and had tons of excellent amenities. The host respected privacy, but made themselves available for any emergency situations.

Very cozy and private place located in a family friendly neighborhood. Located near two of the best restaurants (Woodberry Kitchen and Miss Shirley’s). Cara is also very quick to get back to you and very accommodating to your needs.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The loft is perfect for a weekend getaway. The place was very clean and had everything you need. We loved the styling and felt very comfortable there. Would definitely stay there again! Keep in mind there are stairs upon entering the loft so anyone with mobility issues might have a problem.

Amazing location and terrific fun spot

Easy parking on French St, overnight. Comfy mattress (I’m super picky). The furniture, decor, and hardware... they didn’t hold back on quality. The place was perfect for anyone to slip away and relax. Easy access and no problem being over the restaurant; it added to the experience. Only complaint, although my wife wasn’t bothered by it... there where no window dressings or blinds. I prefer it dark and some privacy, but we made it work. Overall: awesome place! Oh, almost forgot... great selection of books!

This is an awesome place! Right on the beach and you have a view of the beach from the balcony. You can hear the waves crashing while inside. We loved the stylish and clean space. We traveled to ocean city for a work conference. Awesome perk that we were able to walk over and not worry about parking! We want to come back again next year!

Booked this for my in-laws for a long getaway weekend and they really enjoyed themselves. The location was great, clean, well appointed and had ample space for the two of them. Would book again.

A perfectly located condo with an amazing view. Just what our family of 4 needed to get away from it all in the dead of winter. The beds are not very comfortable for an extended stay, but completely doable for our 2-night trip. I would recommend to others and book again!

Fredy’s place is super cute and cozy! Bed was comfortable and I slept sound. I worked at night and slept during the day as I am a night shift RN and was able to sleep during the day without interruption. This suit is detached from the house with keypad access, in a quiet neighborhood, and a close drive to everything. I would definitely stay again! Much thanks to Fredy and family for being terrific hosts.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was nice and private and great for quiet studying if you are like me and had to study for a big licensing exam. The bathroom amenities were very nice and the bathroom itself was quite stylish. I would only say if you have a really big car, parking next to the house could get tight/tricky but we had a small car and could always fit the car almost right next to the door of our space. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and nice and the location was great for what we needed. Would definitely recommend this for couples, business trips, or friends looking for a nice quiet place.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend . Small , cozy and minutes away from a lot to do . Only thing I would keep in mind would be the loudness upstairs which will wake you up if you are a light sleeper. Overall everything was great.

Spotlessly clean space in a nice area. The suite is totally private and extremely roomy. Lots of closet space and there’s a fridge+microwave station which is handy. If you’re a light sleeper, you might be a little disturbed by sounds at night (the suite is a basement so you can hear most of the happenings upstairs) but not a major concern by any means. Overall, very good experience.

What a great little cottage nestled into a very quiet and homey neighborhood! Following quick resolution of a mild complication at self-check in, we found a clean comfortable modern and well decorated space where we enjoyed a good night's sleep before continuing on our journey. Ben is a friendly helpful host. I highly recommend this unit and would love to stay here again!

Good comfortable space. The loft area is a little awkward to get in and out of so it’s not for someone with balance issues but the bed was comfortable and it was better space per person than most places I’ve been.

Barry was amazing ..His space was clean and welcoming the led lights out back made it easy to find

I had a lovely stay in Barry's garden unit. While he and I didn't meet in person, he was highly responsive to messages and checked daily in to ensure that I was comfortable and had what I needed. The unit itself is very neat, clean, and comfortable. They have clearly put thought into giving their guests an enjoyable stay. Since the unit doesn't have it's own thermostat, there is a space heater and fans. However, Barry was also happy to adjust the temperature if needed. The kitchen has pots and pans, a sharp knife, and cutting board for cooking. It's a bit of a squeeze in the bathroom, but the shower itself is roomy with good water pressure and plenty of warm water. If you are looking for a place to stay in that area, I would definitely recommend Barry's place.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need when you're away from home. Kitchen, bathroom, cozy reading nook, and stellar views. It was also not far from Fell's Point and several restaurants. We were able to walk to most of the places we needed during our stay. Two thumbs up on thoughtfullness and charm on this booking.

Beautifully renovated historic house. Best of both worlds! Excellent location. There was an occupant in the other room but the set up provided ample space and privacy. Upstairs deck was fun.

I visited Kaela and Chris's place with my partner for 3 nights. I had an amazing experience and would definitely come back here if I visit Baltimore again. Kitchen: By far my favorite part of my stay at their place was their huge and homelike kitchen. We were able to cook all our meals, and eat at the dinner table looking at the sky, sunrise and sunset over their huge window. I could tell they are great plant parents, they have beautiful plants that they do not mention as much in their listing, but are beautiful and definitely a plus. Bathroom and Room: We stayed in their main room with a private bathroom next to it (you have to exit your room to go to the bathroom). It was pretty easy and felt really private and safe at all times. They had body wash and clean towels. Again all clean, comfortable and great restful energy. Communication: communication with Chris and Kaela was always prompt, clear and thoughtful. They checked in with us when we were a little late in our arrival to make sure we were ok, and responded to our questions on time. When it came to resolving an issue with their bedsheets, they were a mindful and understanding communicator, and resolution happened smoothly. It was absolutely a great experience. The city: I recommend doing some research on the history (past and present) of Baltimore as preparation to go to the city and show respect. I left with huge respect for this city and its history of resistance and intellectual and artistic brilliance. I learned so much from the National Great Blacks in Wax Museum. Also learned a lot by speaking with neighbors about the city. Broadway was a street that definitely felt like home (Queens, NY) We appreciate our hosts and wish them well. Definitely recommend.

Great studio flat, basically everything needed was provided. Quiet neighborhood with well lit streets. Close to quite a few places to grab a quick bite.

Nancy’s space was great for an overnight stay in Baltimore. The apartment was as advertised, clean, spacious, bright and full of character. It’s in the Mount Vernon neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Street parking was easy and the rooftop views were beautiful! Definitely recommend.

Great for short stays- as long as you don't need a kitchen! There's still a microwave but note that any dishes must be done in the bathroom sink. The street it's on is fantastic as well as a quick drive to everywhere we were going, and definitely felt quite comfortable and safe. Parking was a little tricky but free, and always managed to find a spot not too far! We had a small leak in the ceiling but Yang got back quickly and the problem didn't reoccur.

Great location, one block away of the purple line, which takes you about everywhere and it is free. There is a microwave and fridge, but no plates, glasses or cuterly. The sofa-bed is not comfortable to sleep , it vibrates because of the fridge, which is next to it. The bed is really good.

Extremely clean ! This was our first Airbnb rental and I was super nervous about the overall cleanliness of where ever we were going to stay. I was very impressed to say the least. Very cozy and comfortable , we felt very “at home”. I didn’t have to bother Quifoor at all , but he was very forthcoming with helping us check in and out. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

One of the nicest airbnb's I've even stayed in - it was a quick Lyft to downtown, or a quick walk to Fells Point. Very clean, and super comfortable beds. Plus the 3rd floor rooftop balcony affords some pretty incredible views of the city.

Great location and the check in process was super easy. I had a 100 questions before I arrived and 1,000 after I arrived and Quifoor answered them all. A great stay and I would absolutely stay and visit again.

What you see is exactly what you get. It’s a cute house with very beautiful touches and sparkling clean. The jacuzzi tub was a plus! Would definitely recommend.

Good location, 5 minute walk from the harbor, plenty of food options in the area, close to attractions. Easy check in/check out. Bengallo was highly responsive to my messages. In general, a great experience.

Multi-step check in with smart lock and locked building helped us feel safe and secure. Located super close to inner harbor. Apt has typical city noise of traffic, construction, sirens, etc... but the space was comfortable and we could still kick back and relax. :)

Tom's place offered everything we needed in an Airbnb and more! Parking is just a few steps from the key-coded entry, the bed is comfortable, the shower is spacious and the decor far exceeds anywhere we have ever stayed. The artistic flair added a very pleasurable feel to our stay.

This was my second stay in Tom’s apartment, and I again loved it. The contemporary design didn’t sacrifice comfort, and I loved the art work & the artful use of materials. While the location is on a main road, the apartment offers a sense of privacy. I look forward to my next stay.

A wonderful getaway very close to downtown Annapolis! Having parking available right in the driveway was a huge plus. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need, including a Roku with Hulu, Netflix, and other apps! The road is close to the bedroom so it was a little noisy, but not to the point that it kept us awake at night. We will definitely be staying here again, great find!

Review is for a 7 day stay. Lovely AirBnB in a great location; 15 min walk to downtown Annapolis. Bakers & Co (cute cafe) and Vin 909 (good pizza!) are blocks away and worth visiting! The space is bigger than it appears in the pictures. My partner and I enjoyed the gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, and the interesting collection of art. We didn't use the backyard or porch, but imagine that they would be nice in the summer. We didn't notice the street noise that other reviewers mentioned. Would happily stay here again--great value for the location/space/amenities provided.

It was an amazing stay

Very great spot! Lovely yard to have coffee and a great desk for doing work. The bed was pretty comfy (though definitely spring based) and the decor was clean, thoughtful and comfortable. The pans are a bit old but they do their job. Overall would recommend!

This is a great home away from home place. Everything needed for a convenient and comfortable stay was available. The private entrance and street parking were especially appreciated.

Wonderful place to stay for a 4-day vacation in Silver Spring. Steady room temperature makes us feel so comfortable. Quiet environment. It just locates at the opposite side of FDA and near to the entry of I-495 on which we drove to Alexandria and DC everyday. It is also convenient to get to Saveway. Good C/P ratio is highly recommended.

Ferlinda's place is Great! It's very thoughtfully setup and decorated. The full kitchen and comfy bed made it feel like home!

Had a great stay, will be coming back at some point. Made us feel like we were at home and the host’s were really good about everything.

Paul’s place is a great spot for the budget traveler. The space was very clean and cozy. The private, free parking was a huge plus as well as the proximity to Washington D.C.!

Great place to stay!

Me and my fiance were really glad to stay at Paul's place. We had everything we needed. Metro station is situated in 40 min on foot, but if you're not ready to walk, you can always take uber, average price is $9. Moreover, you can take bus, there are instructions on the table in your room. You will have comfort, rest and privacy there, and Paul is very hospitable and always ready to help. A parking place for your car is also provided.

This place is exactly as you see in pictures. Is clean and organized and feels comfortable. It was easy to check in and out. The owners were quick to reply to my messages.

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left everything was amazing. -Response time to any questions were very fast. -The space was very clean and roomy, and definitely worth the money spent. -It truly felt like a welcoming home. -We even lost a phone and they made it possible for us to return and we found it. Everything was amazing I truly recommend.

The building was beautifully designed and maintained. The neighborhood is a real neighborhood, with people walking babies in carriages and their dogs. The neighborhood is walkable, and the parking at the building made things even more convenient. The building has a well equipped gym, common space with amazing views of Baltimore, and a comfortable lobby. The only thing better than the physical space was the owner, who responded promptly and helpfully to our inquiries. This is what Airbnb was meant to be.

Place was phenomenal! Make sure you go to the top floor and check out the rooftop balcony. We had an event in the convention center and it was an easy walk straight down a well lit road. Place was beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. Really could not have asked for anythjng better.

Dave's place was really Hip and had a super cool Industrial Modern Vibe... It's the perfect location for exploring Baltimore... Bed was amazingly comfortable... Next time we plan to book for several nights... Much better than any Hotel !!!

Came to Baltimore for the Steelers game. Very attractive place that has an awesome balcony view. Safe part of town and is about 12 minute walk to all of the good bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this space. Dave was very responsive and helpful in pointing us in the direction of fun!

Carol was an amazing hostess and very accommodating. Her place was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, nice massage chair, and kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the water. Her home sits at the edge of the water creating a comfortable experience with a relaxing view.

Carol made us feel right at home in her beautiful house! She has a gorgeous view of the water, and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful - it was a perfect weekend getaway from the busyness of DC. You should definitely wake up for the sunrise. It is totally worth it! We are eager to come back again in the future so we can try out the kayaks that she generously offers her guests to borrow. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

So comfortable - I felt like I was in my own private cabin on vacation, instead of on another boring business trip. Wonderful cozy and intimate space for a small gathering. It was everything we needed for a short getaway and visit with old friends during the holiday. When the kitchen stove was not working, Dave was very kind to assist us immediately. All questions leading up to the stay were quickly answered, check in was smooth and efficient, and we were provided all the information we needed for a worry-free stay. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, we had the privacy and peace we were looking for, while staying close to shops and restaurants. A+++ on the provided muffins, they were such a delight and nice touch to our experience. Highly recommended place & hosts!

Clean, safe, reasonable and private

This place was absolutely adorable. I had everything I needed in what felt like a little apartment. It was quiet and I got excellent sleep. The place is close to 95 and 29. Easy to park and enter the premises. Instructions were laid out for me to make my stay comfortable. I would totally recommend.

This is a very clean, well-provided apartment beautifully located near Camden Yards and all of the other destinations of downtown Baltimore. Checking in was easy (codes in keypad), and we had everything provided that we needed. Nik was very (as in rapidly) responsive to any question. I highly recommend this place.

House was in a great location for all the things we wanted to do in Annapolis

Location - Location...location. If you want to wrap yourself in Naptown, the pubs, restaurants, waterfront and shops, you can't do better than Brad & Kristen's place. Comfortable and close to everything. Naval Academy... 4 min walk, Joss Sushi, Taco Vida, Starbucks (or if you're more inclined; City Dock Coffee) and of course Iron Rooster - 4 min walk for all. We had a great visit!

Wonderful weekend in a perfect location in historical Annapolis. Loved it!

The location of this home could not be more ideal. Right in the middle of everything, but on a quiet street. We loved walking less than a block in the morning to a local coffee shop with great coffee and walking to the bars/restaurants at night. The feel of the home is unique and very consistent with the Annapolis vibe. The patio and balcony would be a huge bonus during warm weather. While the unit was very clean, there was some maintenance stuff that needs to be attended to that would have led to a 5 star rating on value. Trim in the second bedroom should be cleaned or repainted, the mattress in that room was worn and uncomfortable, missing door knob on the closet in the kitchen. If these things do not bother you, I would HIGHLY recommend this unit. The hosts were very responsive and very easy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Brad & Kristin. It was a near perfect location for our stay in Annapolis in that the entire historical area was within a short walk. It was also a great location for visiting our favorite Annapolis attraction, Red Red Wine Bar on Main Street. We will definitely consider this spot for our annual trip to Annapolis. The instructions suggest buying your groceries before arriving as there is no close by on street parking. There is a public parking facility about 2 blocks away that works. The place was clean with most amenities you would expect to find in a home you were visiting. We highly recommend this place for its cleanliness and location. One caution would be for elderly guests in that both bedrooms and the full bath are up a flight of stairs and can be awkward when trying to take luggage upstairs.

Shawn's Flat is a wonderful getaway for diving into creative projects while being surrounded by the beauty of Nature. Wake to the view of lovely sunrise and relax on the outdoor swing to listen to birds as the sun sets. The Flat is full of inspiring books and positive messaging to keep creative juices flowing. The tub is a wonderful source of relaxation as well! Even though there is not a full kitchen, there are enough kitchen amenities to keep yourself well fed. Shawn was available for support when needed and otherwise, the Flat felt nice and private.

I, like, a previous reviewer was concerned about a negative review that seemed fairly recent. COMPLETELY UNFOUNDED!! The space was exactly as listed. It was tastefully decorated and secure, and the views were unrivaled! Shawn has obviously taken the time to provide the small touches so that her guests are supremely comfortable. Shawn was responsive by text and email within hours at the most (when I emailed past midnight), but usually within minutes. While on the property she was super gracious and available to answer questions, no matter how mundane. My goal was to be in peace and solitude for a weekend without going too far from home (I live just inside Virginia). Light Landing is a haven, not far from the hustle and bustle of DC if that's what you seek. I will be visiting again

Perfect place to enjoy the Chesapeake Bay and relax. The views from the windows, backyard or dock are amazing. This is a place you can enjoy all year long. Will be back!

Shawn's place was exactly as described. My wife and I were able to enjoy a quiet weekend away to just relax after the hectic holidays. I would thoroughly recommend this place at any time of the year.

Not that I have to, but I want to address some things a previous guest mentioned where some Uncertainty arises where I wasn’t sure if I would stay. This review mentioned there was no way to lock the house and they had to take the valuables with them at all times. The review in itself was slightly negative and I just wouldn’t want anyone else to guess whether to stay or not. After that review I reached on to Shawn and expressed my concerns about the place being safe and also about the tub. She reassured me there was a way to lock the door as well as the misunderstanding the reviewer had regarding the tub. From Shawn’s quick response I said ok, I’ll keep my reservation, and I am SO Happy I did. This place is absolutely gorgeous, secure and peaceful. I informed Shawn I was in route, she called me right away making sure all is well. There is a key to lock the place up when you need to go out, so all of my things were safe. I did not make coffee but there are several cups, for you to used if one doesn’t fit the Keurig. The tub works fine. The bed was comfortable, the place was just stunning and the view... the view is breathe taking. Shawn and her team did an amazing job with this place. When others nip pick about things that could of been easily resolved by a phone call to either Shawn or her team, I feel like they completely missed the scenery and hospitality this place offers. It is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and We will be back!

There were so many amenities that we could enjoy and all the information we needed was laid out clearly in the house manual.
