It was a really comfortable stay, the subdivision very quiet and safe. The terrace area is very comfortable to spend moments there and communication with Enrique is very good at all times pending what is needed, thank you very much we will return soon.

We had a delightful time in Karen’s condo. It is spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen, excellent WiFi, and lots of hot water. (Good WiFi and plenty of hot water are not necessarily a given in Mexico.)The location is good, far enough away from the hustle bustle but on a good bus line so easy to get to the Golden Zone, the Historic district and other beaches.

From the accommodation you have a view of the sea and the boardwalk, giving that incredible Plus. On one side is the Oxxo. It is the first time that I occupy the application and I am satisfied

The location is very good, since one block away is the beach and there are several very rich restaurants nearby, a quiet area to rest and relax.

Before booking the apartment I read many of the positive reviews. I couldn't agree more! The apartment was comfortable, extremely clean and close to the beach, restaurants, bus line, taxis and convenience stores. It also felt very safe and in a nice neighborhood. One comment I hadn't seen from others was I never saw a bug or a fly in the apartment. Not even an ant! That was really nice. Reynaldo was right there when I arrived to check in. He was wonderful and walked me through the apartment helping me get acquainted with the features such as tv, cookware, etc. There was plenty of hot water for my showers, the tv had a lot of English speaking channels and there was a full size refrigerator. The past 20 years when I have visited Mazatlan for a week or so per year I usually stayed at one of the luxurious hotels on an RCI Exchange. I have found this place to be a great alternative at a lot lesser cost.

Maria’s place is a wonderful place to stay in Mazatlán. The apartment is literally located on the edge of the ocean. It’s spacious, very clean, very reasonably priced and all the amenities work. Maria is a great host, she responded to all of my inquiries immediately. I will be back to her place next year.

I had a totally wonderful time in the Loft Frente al Mar - the location is the best! Overlooking the ocean and the Malecon was so pleasant! Patricia was a very gracious and helpful host as well. The studio is comfortable and clean. There is street noise; I slept very well using earplugs. I enjoyed it so much I booked another stay!

Todd's apartment is super well located. Access is very simple and Todd was always attentive to our requests. The apartment is very spacious and everything was super clean. It has enough kitchen utensils. The security of the building is very good and the accesses were very simple. We even left our car right there. I highly recommend it.

This apartment is very well equipped and well furnished. King bed very comfortable. The building is located in the middle of the promenade (malecon) on Avenida del Mar, facing the Pacific Ocean. Beautiful sunset in the middle of 2 islands. Building is very safe, 24/24 protection with cameras. Staff working for the association of super nice condos. Pool and terrace on the ground floor very nice.

We had a great time. The location is perfect if you want to see el Centro and the golden zone. It is smack dab pretty close to both. The view is great and its nice you are right across the street from the beach. Another plus is that you have security on the outside of the building.

This is a beautiful apartment. It was sparkling clean and very stylishly decorated. The host provided absolutely everything we needed. Literally every single thing I thought of was already there, great hot water, cold AC and LOTS of little extras. We arrived early due to the time difference and early check-in was not a problem. This apartment has an unobstructed view of the malecon and ocean from all windows. You can even lie in bed and watch the waves. The only slight con is that the malecon can be a bit noisy at night, but nothing too major. Overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay!

Best place in town for sure. Elsa and her husband gave me a detailed orientation upon my arrival with patience and a smile . Very nice couple indeed. The apartment is extremely clean, well decorated and a view to kill for . Sits on the main avenue but not noisy at all when u close the doors ! ! Love it . Very well located and few blocks away from downtown and right on the Malicon. Walked 10 kms round trip to end of Malicon .was great ! Just had to cross the street .The kitchen is completely equipped with everything u need and more although there are so many restaurants walking distance , i did not cook .i rented a car and was given a parking spot inside building at no cost ! In one word ?! Honestly ? This is the place to rent if u r in Mazatlan ! Thank you Mr and Mrs Victoria

Sergio’s place was exactly as described. It’s very clean, spacious and updated. The security code is quick and easy to use. His home is convenient to the tourists attractions but also a few blocks away from an amazing taco stand that the locals go to. You get the best of everything. I would stay at Sergio’s place again.

Great location and very safe and secure building. We found the heating and Cooling system easy to use. It was a little louder than the reviews suggested but much much quieter then the golden zone. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and Starbucks. The TV streaming was a nice , watching a movie after a full day exploring/beach.

Just in front there is a small beach, Paulo made us please lend an umbrella and chair which is very helpful. Quiet and central area. The room that touched me was something small but comfortable, it has all the utensils if you want to cook. He was always on the lookout for what he needed.
