Nice, quiet apartment with balcony

Enjoy the quiet apartment with good connections to beautiful excursion destinations on Lake Constance and in the Allgäu. Ravensburger Spieleland is 3 km away. By train, you can reach both the picturesque town of Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen, Lindau and Überlingen in a few minutes. The train station is within walking distance. Also ideal for trade fair visitors (5 km). Cyclists and hikers are welcome! I will prepare a tasty breakfast on request.

Apartment to relax... small but nice

A small charming apartment in the basement awaits you. Due to two windows, light and pleasantly cool on hot summer days. From our accommodation it is not far to the lake, directly to Friedrichshafen (travel time by car about 10 minutes). The fair, airport and Zeppelin-Hangar are also not far away. We have many shops and restaurants in our village. The beautiful Lake Constance, the alps and the Allgäu can be explored very well from here.

The approx. 50 m² 2-room apartment is located on the edge of fruit orchards, very quiet, in a newly built residential area. The house was built in 2019. The apartment is located in the attic and the amenities are largely new. In good weather you can see a beautiful alpine panorama and a small part of Lake Constance. The nearest shops can be reached in about 3-4 km. Messe Friedrichshafen is 5 km away. Lake Constance is about 8km away.
