Our stay was quick and just for a few days and the loft was perfect for that. Everything was clean and in good shape and Natalia was easy to communicate with (in both English and Spanish). The apartment is 1 floor up and we only saw stairs, so it doesn't appear to be handicap-friendly. That wasn't an issue for us, but we did not see it in the description. Internet was fine for what we needed. AC was great. TV had Netflix and YouTube. The apartment was clean and modern. Finally, the location was great, but is a 10-15 minute walk from all the action. Overall we'd stay here again! Thanks Natalia!

A nice apartment in a central part of Mendoza. This apartment was comfortable for 2 persons with a large Queen sized bed, small bathroom, living area, and kitchen/laundry. There is a single split-system air conditioning unit located in the living area. Communication was prompt and hassle free. Emiliano (a co-host) met us at the apartment early to allow us to check in which was much appreciated! There are a number of nice restaurants located within 2 blocks of the apartment.

Carlos' place is the perfect retreat after long days drinking wine and evenings out in the Cuidad. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location and how safe it was. The garden in the backyard is just beautiful and we enjoyed their puppy Jackson's presence!

Impeccable accommodation with lots of character, access to the garden and swimming pool is an advantage and it is very pleasant to be able to spend a moment on the very small terrace or on the lawn. The accommodation is very well located in relation to the city center but on a very quiet street. We only stayed here for one night but we are delighted to have made a stopover at Carlos', and we would return with pleasure.

Lu is a fantastic host who is so friendly and helpful. Lu replied quickly to all our messages before and during our stay and even sent us a goodbye message once we had left. The house is in a lovely location, near enough to the centre and by lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s sparkling clean and very modern with a great kitchen and bathroom. The room is a lovely size and bed very comfortable. There is even a bbq and outside seating are you can use. If we ever return to Mendoza we will absolutely be staying with Lu again!

It is a very comfortable apartment for two people. We went in the middle of summer, and the air conditioner covered the apartment perfectly. All comfortable facilities and the site quite central, which made it very easy to move around the city.

Gabriela’s place is great. Located well for Avenue Arístides Villanueva which we enjoyed sampling many artisan beers at the many bars. Check-in and Check-out went very smoothly. The flat is extremely clean and air-con was great. We found the flat very safe and quiet and got a great nights sleep. Very comfy bed and pillows.

The kitchen is on a small side, but has a one plate burner, a toaster and a kettle, as well as pans and plates. The couch is comfy to relax and the bedroom is quite big. We enjoyed our short stay!

Very cute apartment, conveniently located (~20 minute walk to the center). Host was very accommodating, let us check in early!

The place was four blocks from the main centro and five blocks to bus station. Air conditioning and hot water worked well. This place was very clean. The host met us and explained all the details. She even let us borrow a red bus card. We went to Maipu using the bus card for a bike and wine tour. Enjoyed Mendoza and staying at this place. Highly recommended.

Maria’s place was in an amazing location next to bars, restaurants, local attractions! It also has a great view of the city! It was super clean and just adorable! My Spanish is pretty bad so she sent her son to help us check in and he was very kind and helpful, including giving us information on the city, and offering his assistance if we needed anything. My friend and I loved staying here, would highly recommend!

This apartment is a wonderful vacation spot in Mendoza! The location is fantastic - right downtown but still quite private. The kitchen is well supplied. The doormen are very friendly. What a great vacation they hosted that small and perfect apartment! With a privileged location 1 block from San Martin Avenue and in front of the square of the same name, it allowed us to move around the city without taking locomotion. Safe place as well as its surroundings! The communication with Paola and Carlos was always successful and they received us in a very good way, allowing us to check in and out later than fixed. Much hospitality! We will definitely return to that beautiful city. Thank you very much for being such great hosts.

I would highly recommend Marcela’s place. We visited Mendoza as a family of 4. Marcela is a wonderful airBNB host and her place was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time as Marcela and / or her son, Martin always attended to our needs / queries promptly and made us feel most welcome. Martin communicates in perfect English and always supported us too, which made things easier and was most appreciated. The location is great, only a block or so away from lots of nice restaurants. The garden and pool are lovely too. The kitchen was well equipped and it felt like a home away from home. It was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would say is that this lovely apartment is located on the 2nd floor so there is a set of stairs to climb for those that have issues with stairs. Otherwise, go for it. You will have a nice time here!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is located close to the large San Martin Park in a quiet and attractive neighbourhood. It is walking distance to downtown, and a few blocks from supermarkets and many restaurants. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need, including kitchen necessities like salt, oil, sugar, etc. It looks out onto a very beautiful little yard. Marcela was very welcoming and helpful, as was her son Martin who provided much assistance including arranging our transportation to the airport. This place is an oasis in Mendoza.

Overall, a nice apartment with a great view overlooking all of Mendoza. While the apartment wasn't necessarily stylish or modern, it was a space that I needed as a refuge. I had been doing most of my traveling in Argentina in hostels, and up until that point, I had very few moments to myself when sleeping. It was a nice apartment with working AC and hot water, and the bed was comfortable. I would say my biggest critiques were that almost all of the outlets were broken (an incident that occurred just prior to my stay). While Pilar informed me these would be fixed, I only had access to one outlet during my stay. It was a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless. Also, the hot water for the shower had a boiler that needed to be plugged in each time to heat up the water. Oftentimes, I forgot I had to plug that in, so then my plans for the day would be delayed as I would need to wait an additional half hour (at minimum) to have a hot shower. Apart from those small issues, the apartment itself is pretty central in Mendoza, and having access to the pool in hot month of January was a delight. I would recommend staying at Pilar's apartment if you're looking for basic amenities with a touch of luxury in the heart of Mendoza.

Ideal place to stay and go out to explore the different cities that Mendoza presents. Not having a garage in front there is a fairly cheap parking and one of the managers Matías super attentive and very friendly to the point of coming on the weekends just to open to get the car.

The area where it is located is very quiet everything is a few blocks walking, if you are driving there is a garage available. To take into account the apartment receives sunlight almost all day so the temperature in summer is very high, what we choose to do is open all windows and doors for a while in the morning and at night so let that go heat so as not to force the air conditioning so much. SUPER TIP: Do not buy the bus network card, the boys leave 2 available for use.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, it is very beautiful and comfortable, it served us very well in our needs. The building is quite old, but the elevator, although very old, works very well and the apartment is very safe. In addition the apartment has a fantastic location. The kitchen is well equipped for basic meals. Good quality soaps and towels were provided. The shower works great with the heater that turns on automatically. We didn't meet with Emilce, but she was very kind and quickly answered all our questions by message. And the guy who welcomed us (Nahuel) is very kind and considerate. It was a great choice in Mendoza, I would recommend it to my friends!

Excellent apartment, ideal for two people. Not recommended for more individuals because of their dimensions, but that is clarified in the description. Unbeatable location, since it is on Pedestrian Walk, in the heart of downtown Mendoza. Another point in favor: it is as shown in the photos. Only aspect that would improve: placement of an air conditioner to cool the living room area, since it is somewhat hot. For everything else, I give it five stars, we had a fantastic stay.

Very beautiful place, super spacious. A pleasant space to be. The photos in the ad do not differ from reality. The kitchen is very well equipped. The closet, for those who carry a lot of luggage, has plenty of space. Bed is also very big and comfortable. Equally spacious bathroom, with huge mirror and shower that provides a very pleasant bath. Giant television in the bedroom. Super friendly, kind hostess and promptly responds to requests for help and tips. Great location. Not long walks, of ten, fifteen many, give access to supermarkets, restaurants, sights. It should only be pointed out that access to the property is via stairs, but still not very extensive. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent stay! My girlfriend and I work online and needed a place with good WiFi for a few days. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable, amazing shower and everything you need to cook. The location is decent, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main downtown center which we didn’t mind, it’s a nice walk. There is also a binder of flyers and written out information on what to do around Mendoza which was very helpful. Thanks so much! 100% would recommend

All good. Jimena a Genia. He gave us a lot of info about places. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 adults. While it is about 15 blocks from downtown, you have many businesses at hand. It is one block from San Martin Avenue. The area is quiet. Personally it is what I like, not being in the middle of the center. We moved a lot in collective since there are several. There is also option for bikes that are free in Mendoza, there is a station 4 blocks away. We spent 7 days very comfortable. Thanks for everything. I recommend it.

Excellent location in Mendoza, central, safe, you can move on foot or in uber everywhere, they have many maps and tourist brochures at home, which makes it very easy to travel and get to know the city. We had a great stay. Garardo gave us great tour tips and was very responsive. This is nice modern unit that includes secure parking. Easy to get around and short walk to major grocery store. The is a great ice cream shop below and small vegetable markets close by. We would definitely return. The added bonus, he speaks English!

Very central department of the city of Mendoza, you can walk to restaurants, main streets such as Av. Aristides or you can go for a walk in the beautiful San Martin park in the morning.

We really enjoyed the stay at Claudia's apartment! The location is only 15 to 20 minutes by foot to the city center, big supermarket and restaurants 10 minutes. The apartment is very clean, and although it's quite small it has everything you need. The communication with Claudia was very quick and we got much support and advices for city tours. We can especially recommend the wine tour we had, organized by Claudia's daughter Florencia. It was a full day trip to 3 wine bodegas in Maipu and Lujan de Cujo including many wine tastings and a great lunch with a view on the wine fields. It was amazing! Check in and check out went very smoothly and very flexible. On the last day our departure time was late in the evening and we were able to stay until that time in the apartment. We would always come back to this apartment!

Minutes from downtown (20 minutes walking). A safe neighborhood, with several bus stops that take you anywhere in the city, near General San Martín Park (if you like to go jogging) and on the nearest avenue several restaurants and cafes to enjoy at all times! The apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped and decorated with all the good taste! Excellent!

Claudia's space is great! We were driving, so it was super fast to get to the center, in spite of not having a garage, we could stop at the cul-de-sac where the house is and it is very quiet. The air conditioning saved us from the intense summer heat of Mendoza. The space is very comfortable for 2 people. We spent all day outside and came back to bathe and sleep, it was perfect for that purpose. Claudia was very attentive and responded super fast when we needed to. I recommend!

Claudia was a brilliant host: soon after booking, she contacted us to ask if there was anything she could do to help and proceeded to give us some excellent recommendations for things to do in Mendoza. Any questions we had, she replied promptly. The apartment itself was small and cosy, and everything was clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claudia to anyone!

Frederico's place was wonderful! One of the most comfortable places we have been in our travels. There's pretty much everything you need here and the bed is so comfy, along with a bright and airy clean space. The location was near everything and the host was super helpful with parking and other things. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Mendoza anytime soon!

The apartment has a great location, you can get to know the whole city without using transport, close to the market, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, squares and etc. The place is super cozy and enough for a couple, has a full kitchen, air conditioning in the room, television, wi-fi, microwave. The host was super attentive, helped with the decoration of the apartment because I wanted to surprise my girlfriend. We recommend !!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were tired after a two weeks road trip and this was a really nice place to relax and unwind. We cooked brunch and some simple dinner and the kitchen has all the necessities you need for a short stay. We could even plug our laptop to the TV to watch our country play an important handball match :) It’s also a very central location, right next to the Plaza Independencia but still feels like a residential area. Alejandra, the host was super nice and met us at the place for the check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again!

Maria is a great host. She arranged a driver for me upon asking as i arrived very late at night (if you need a driver, please ask for ceasar. He is fantastic, and very safe.) She also checked in w me as my flight ended up getting very delayed. She was also very accommodating with the last minute change in dates i had. She was very responsive and also helped me with issues i had with withdrawing money, finding an adapter, etc. I highly recommend this apartment for 1-2 people. The location is fantastic too - you can walk everywhere.

The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated, super bright and fresh, it was very hot when we went and there was not even a need to turn on the air conditioning. It is very well located, central, we moved walking all the time and the building is safe. Rocío attended us very well, always available and attentive to answer and resolve each query. We only had a small inconvenience with the bathroom light switch but it was resolved very quickly. Very happy, we will return without hesitation.

A well-kept place, right in the city center, all the local attractions in town are easily accessible on foot (parks, restaurants, bars, etc.), the neighborhood is quiet and safe, plus parking is in a locked interior courtyard, so no problem to leave the car on the spot. We couldn't have asked for more for our stay. We will stay there again when we return to Mendoza.
