Best things to do in Mercer County

Library
“A outstanding example of everything a public library should be. They have comfortable seating, free wi-fi, printing for a small fee, fireplaces in the winter, an outdoors reading terrace and a cafe. Stellar librarians. Non-residents can’t check out books, but there is a used bookstore. Frequent story times for children and authors from various genres also give public lectures. Check the website for the schedule. Hinds Plaza, directly in front of the library, hosts a seasonal farmer’s market, free concerts and other community events.”

“This lovely building on a hill is one of our best kept secrets. The library houses an unbelievable amount of information and documents on the American Revolution and is available to anyone to visit for research or enjoy. Many scholars study here. An added attraction are the mostly free programs offered several times a year, mostly presented by authors of various books written during this time frame. Visit their website for more information. It’s best to have a reservation for their programs. ”

“Most common campus location that Princeton visitors ask about. Once you get here, you can navigate to other campus locations pretty easily!”
