We are delighted with the micro-house of Massimo. This is a small house in the private courtyard of an old building in the historical centre of the Bologna. The house is small but very cozy. It has everything you need: a large two-level bed, a bathroom with shower, fridge, stove, kettle, iron. The windows overlook the private courtyard. It was very quiet at night. Massimo advised us on a wonderful restaurant with local cuisine. It was very tasty and not expensive. We recommend everyone cozy house with wonderful local flavor.

But what really gave added value to the stay in this city was Francesco! He was kind and thoughtful beyond all expectations. I was very anxious about an exam that I would take the next day and Francesco, to get a little distracted from the studio, invited me to eat the pizza he had just prepared with him and a friend of his ... I would highly recommend for anyone to stay at Francescos place. The apartment is stylish and comfortable, the bed is amazing, and Francesco is a super host. Not to mention it is just minutes from the main piazza, piazza maggiore. I will definitely be coming back during my next visit to bologna.

We stayed here for 3 nights in february and it was great. The apartment has a lot of good facilities. It is not situated very close to the center but it is almost near the airport and you have a lot of buses that go into the center or to the railway station, so it's very convenient. The hosts were very kind, providing us with all the info we needed. We had a really great time here in Bologna and look forward to be back someday.

Nice place to stay in Bologna if you’re with a car. Clean nice and big studio with all you need to feel comfortable. We liked the design of the place! Guys made a great tourist guide that is very useful! The only disadvantage of the place that it could be called in the winter. Because of very high ceilings it’s difficult to war it good. Also you can hear your neighbors when they doing something or talking loud Highly recommended for staying!!!

The house is super complete, the owners leave at your disposal several options for breakfast, toiletries and even netflix on the TV. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. The owners answer quickly and are waiting for you to spend a pleasant stay at all times. We would definitely repeat

First of all I want to say that Luca is super host! Very polite, helpful and nice! Our stay was very good. There is everything you need and more in this house. Very comfortable bed. Location is also very good,its not a city center but you need only 15 min to get there by bus, which is coming in every 3-4 minutes. There also big superstore. The neighborhood is quite and green. There is no need to worry about the flat, its very clean, nice and always quite place. Sara as a host i very well prepared for her geusts, at the check in she serves all the informations you need about the apartment and also will recommend you the best what is worth seeing and visiting in the Bologna. She even ordered a taxi for us to the aiport !

Piero was really quick to reply to my messages, and he did not mind that I came and did a check-in at a later hour, and we also had short but nice talk. Furthermore, his place is really clean and quiet, so I definitely recommend it for your stay.

Had a great night's sleep here. The room was comfortable and Pier provided wonderful and thoughtful recommendations. It is an easy walk to the main square and everything was clean and organized.

The stay at Pier Silverios apartment was quite pleasant. It is in a beautiful street in the historical center of Bologna. The room was tidy, clean and we were allowed to use the kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t spent much time with Pier Silverio but he seemed to be an interesting and opened guy who knows his city. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

A lovely little house in the outskirts of Bologna close to lots of amenities. Very clean and tidy with a stylish bathroom and very comfy bed! We would imagine the garden space would be lovely in summer. We would recommend trying the restaurant ‘La Perla’ only 2 minutes walk away for some traditional Italian food. Ellisa sent us lots of tips and guidebooks were provided too which were very welcome. Only problem was the very noisy heating!

Just a delight! Small house, but very cozy. There is a small veranda outside. Despite the fact that this house is located in a courtyard of another house, there was a feeling of complete privacy. Everything is fenced, there is an automatic gate with parking for cars. Everything is clean inside, there is a small kitchen with everything you need. There was even breakfast with yogurt, coffee, tea, cereal! The best thing here is the hostess. She described in great detail how to get there, and then spoke about the best restaurants in Bologna (we confirm that her recommendation can be trusted :). In short, I already dream of returning to this house again in the summer for a longer period!

Probably our favourite airb&b stay yet! The perfect size for two people, with all the amenities you will need for a short stay. The balcony is lovely, and the location is only a fifteen minute walk from the centre.

I arrived late and only stayed the night but Andrea was very friendly and I slept well in the comfy room.

I stayed with Andrea for one night and I found myself very well, Andrea is available and he answered my questions almost immediately. I didn't know him personally but he gave me detailed information on how to reach and enter the room. The location is good, in less than 30 minutes on foot you can reach the city center.

I was a guest for four nights. Andrea offers a room in his home, which is super cute and tastefully decorated. Room and bathroom are clean, the shower is functional, and the use of the kitchen is permitted, however well equipped and complete. Andrea proved to be a pleasant and nice host

I simply loved the furniture in my room, éverything decorated old - fashion but so beautifull. I felt like in a museum but welcoming. Was really a pleasure to sleep there. Haven't really saw the host (just once) and did not understood all the checking instructions (something about a remote for the gate) but I am satisfief with my staying as I had no issue getting in or out. The house is very clean and the location is quite ok. You need to walk 20 minutes or 25 to get to the center but is a very nice walk along the pórticoes and if you want to do the 666 porticoes to San Luca you cut around 150 of them because the location is between Porta Saragozza and Bili bar where you start the climb to San Luca

Would recommend this apartment to all! It was perfectly located within walking distance to Bologna’s landmarks (didn’t need public transport at all!), very private and spacious, and had a beautiful view of the Italian church from the window. The espresso coffee machine was also a lovely addition!

Perfect room for short stays, located really close to Bologna central station. Small and essential, equipped with: coffee maker, clothes hanger, TV and above all the private bathroom. All new and functional, I have not really found any problem that has made my experience negative. In addition, the most beautiful thing in my opinion is the view from the window, the side elevation of the Sanctuary of the Sacred Heart, a show that particularly impressed me. I will return without a shadow of a doubt!

Giamp rents two separate rooms in a 4-room apartment. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. The apartment itself is located 20 minutes from the center on foot. Although eating and public transport. The owner, like all Italians, was very polite and friendly, promptly answered all my requests and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Recommend! PS If you are allergic to cats, I advise you to consider other accommodation options

The accommodation is very close to everything and very well connected by public transport. The check in was accurate, the room was equipped with every comfort, very clean. The railway station can be reached on foot, there is only 1.5 km. Close to the bus station, easy to get from the airport. But, in the yard there are 2 dogs, it is better to warn when you arrive, so that the hostess was in place

Clean and cozy room a stone's throw from the center.

In my case I was only one night because I had to catch an early flight but I was fine and slept very well and warm. It is quite far from the airport but I already knew it before booking, there are 25 euros from home taxi to the airport. The shower is very small and fills everything out of water but it was all very clean.

Cute and functional attic apartment, there is everything you need for a few days of vacation. The only small flaw we found is the noise coming from Via Massarenti, a very busy street even at night.

If you're looking for somewhere to stay briefly and you are on a budget, this is a choice to consider. The house is a little untidy, but it's evident that it's from having a busy schedule outside of work. Bathroom set up is a little strange by separating the toilet and shower, but it's just how the house was designed. The bedroom itself is a modest size, and fine for those travelling light. My favorite part of the experience was Martina's communication. She is very quick to respond, extremely kind, and was 100% flexible of my check in time (which was difficult to find across the other Airbnbs I had during my travels). The cats are also very friendly. I would recommend this stay to travellers who plan to use the Airbnb to sleep in while spending most of the day/night actually exploring Bologna.

I had a refreshing and comfortable night in Giulias charming and inspiring flat. It is well situated in the center oft Bologna. Well to be reached from the airport or train station and the historic center can be explored by foot. Giulia gave a warm wellcome to me and several helpfull hints that made my short visit of Bologna great and easily orientated. The lovely breakfast in the morning came on top! Mille gracie.

The artist's cottage is very central, just a step away from Piazza Maggiore and is a charming place, furnished in a very welcoming, artistic and original way. Giulia takes care of every detail and offers an excellent breakfast. She and her partner were very kind and nice. Giulia is a good artist and it is possible not only to see some of her works, but also to buy her prints. It is one of the nicest accommodations I have been to so far with airbnb and I highly recommend it.
