It was good as it was 5-10 minutes walk from the station. Home is more convenient than going to the street address after receiving the address rather than trusting Google Maps. Similar to the photo there was a pretty private garden and it was cozy! When I fell asleep in the bedroom, I was kind of scared by the unfamiliar atmosphere. I'm not 100% satisfied with the price, but it's over 80 percent, above average!

I had a great stay here. It was cozy and stylish. Very close to the train station and not far from many attractions. A wide variety of nearby restaurants and shopping centers. I highly recommend it!!!

This apartment is fantastic. Safe, clean, stylish, ground floor apartment with an open plan kitchen and living room opening out onto a back garden. I love that the washing machine is tucked away in a corner of the terrace, because you can wash your clothes and hang them up to dry outside on the rack provided. So easy and the weather is warm enough to dry clothes while you're out seeing the city. This is a one bedroom apartment with a very comfortable bed (for two) in a private room, a bathroom, and a pull out couch in the living room for an extra person. The apartment is a combination of modern within traditional Florence architecture, within easy walking distance of Mercato Centrale, the Duomo, all kinds of stores, restaurants and coffee bars, the main train station, and the Galleria dell' Accademia housing Michaelengelo's David, among so many other amazing things. All the hosts were thoughtful, considerate and extremely helpful. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Love this place. Perfect little get away for couples who want to walk the city of Florence . Not as big as it looks in pictures. Small and quirky. But clean and tidy. Great hosts very helpful. So many places to eat. As soon as you step out the front door. Most attractions are within walking distance.

An apartment at a splendid location. It was cosy and neat, and the details in the apartment seemed well contemplated. A perfect place for kicking off your Firenze experience. Still, a tall person (>180cm) might feel uncomfortable with the upstairs bedroom height.

This super charming loft/apartment’s location is in the very heart of Firenze. Close to cafes, restaurants and nightlife (and Stazione SM Novella) it is also a stones throw from Il Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi, Bargello and many other destinations that define this amazing city. Great views of the piazza below, a comfortable bed, stylish touches and an overall thoughtful design made our stay so enjoyable! Leonardo was an excellent host, who gave us great tips for restaurants (my wife and I are vegan) that provided not only great food, but also great atmosphere. The accommodation is located in a central position, you can reach the cathedral a few steps away. Despite the small size, the spaces have been studied in an intelligent way, the only flaw is the lack of a bidet in the bathroom. But really highly recommended both for its position and for its modern and functional design.

Such a great little loft apartment in the heart of Florence! Easy walking distance to everything you need. There are quite a few sets of stairs up to the apartment (wasn’t a problem at all for us) but may be a problem for some. Overall a great stay, thanks guys! :)

Great starting point for all things Florence!

This is a clean space with an exceptional location! There is even a full grocery store right across the narrow street. It could not have been better. There is one double bed upstairs. The rest of the bedding is pull-out. I just slept on the couch without pulling it out, so I cannot say how comfortable the pullout is. The couch was great, though.

Thank you for this superb accommodation, clean, well arranged, nicely decorated. The bedding is very comfortable. The apartment is really two minutes from the Duomo and the old Florence. We did everything on foot. Maria and her family are adorable and responsive. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

A very nice place. When you return from the apartment you will find the Duomo, which means that you have all the necessary services at hand (restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc, etc, ...). When the host arrived to give me the keys and instructions super polite and friendly, he even helped me up my things. It is a place with all the services to have the best of stays and not to fight, very clean, very spacious, very beautiful and stylish. My stay at this place was excellent, as was the treatment. Even my train left at 3 and my check-in was at and the host was very friendly and let me go back for my bags at 2:30, since for his excellent education he is also 10 minutes walk from the station of the train. I highly recommend this place to have an excellent stay.

First, Breath-taking view of Florence and Duomo from both windows! Its just astounding to be that close, and waking up to that beautiful view! Loved every second during my stay at Dani’s place. So many thoutful touches and such a creatively designed studio. Her artistic sense is beyond amazing.Cleanliness was also superb! Also had everything you would need, including wonderfully smelling shampoo and other necesities. Communication was great and very helpful. Definitely and Highly reccomend!! Wow! This pace is beautiful, it’s even better than the pictures (and that’s not easy). Location couldn’t be better, honestly couldn’t - I’m sure you couldn’t get a view better anywhere else isn’t the square! There are so many thoughtful touches that really made the experience so easy and enjoyable! Everything I needed was there, and the place was so inspirational! Dani was a great host, so quick at communicating and thoughtful and helpful! The only bad thing was having to leave at the end of my trip!

Pilar’s place was indeed at a strategic location. It is within walking distance (<15mins) to the main attractions like the Duomo and there’s a carrefour store on the next street. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and Pilar was very responsive to all our questions. The room was clean and true to the pictures.

Luca was phenomenal. The place was amazing the area was great. The home and Luca made us feel extremely safe being that it was only two of us girls traveling alone for the first time. He gave us great tips and their home truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend staying here as it was located in a great area and Luca provided us with a wine and travel tips upon arrival plus many other gems.

Great stay, absolutely lovely hosts!

Even though I arrived late in Florence, I was welcoming and helped me with my heavy luggage. The host is so kind and sweet! The house was very clean and location was great. The kitchen and bedroom are separated and the house is quite spacious, so living with two 30-inch carriers was uncomfortable. The gift of welcome wine was also delicious. If I come back to Florence I want to stay here again! I really recommend !!

This apartment was great! I definitely recommend Federico's place. Being right in Piazza Mercato Centrale was amazing. The apartment was lovely, and the view was really great. Federico has great short check in/out YouTube videos that make the check in process very smooth. You do need to walk up around four flights of stairs to get to the apartment, and there is an energy allowance for AC/heating. The allowance is more than enough for a comfortable stay, so you just need to be aware of it to make sure you don't go over the allotted amount (I assumed that if I didn't change the settings, it wouldn't be a problem, but I had to pay 5 euros at the end for overconsumption. This was my mistake. Federico is very thorough and it very easy to monitor your consumption). Enjoy!

This location was incredibly beautiful. It was unreal waking up and having a view of the Duomo right by your bed. Also, it’s close to most of the major attractions, which was really convenient. Federico was extremely accommodating and was always accessible. I Highly recommend this location.

This place is in a great location. The market across the street and walking distance to so many restaurants. I would say be ready to haul your luggage up stairs, but other than that this place is five stars for sure!

The apartment was exactly described and more. Chiara and her co-hosts have been extremely accommodating and communication was excellent. They have even arranged a day tour for us which was fantastic. It’ll be an easy decision to book with Chiara’s apartment should I find myself in Florence again.

A clean, thoughtfully decorated place about 7-10 min walk to the Duomo. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed, and a nice outdoor patio that’d be perfect for warmer summer days. Check in was easy and the host was there to greet us, and had many great recommendations for local eateries, tours, etc. Fast easy communication with the host, and she even helped us make a restaurant reservation. The one thing to keep in mind is that the top floor or loft bedroom sits right above the bathroom so you can hear everything down below.

Chiara’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. One of the cleanest, most comfortable airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Every detail placed throughout reflected both the artistic beauty and modern aspects of the city of Florence. The apartment was extremely safe with multiple doors, codes, and keys to enter as well as perfectly located within the city. This spotless place is central to so much, sights,food,shopping etc. A huge plus is a modern elevator in the building, so the location. One floor up. Is easy with luggage. The manager and housekeeper were friendly and helpful.

Monica’s place was fabulous! It was in the best location in Florence right next to the Duomo. Monica’s place was spotless. It also had several items/snacks to make you feel like you were at home. Monica’s place also had an elevator which made moving heavy luggage a breeze. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern. Monica went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and gave a lot of recommendations on food and activities.

What more can I say except that Monica's accommodation is a real cozy little nest for a romantic getaway in Florence! The location in the center is ideal (on Saturday there was some noise outside until late but that is the price to pay for this unique location) and it is perfectly equipped. One of the best apartments I've ever been to through Airbnb. It is small but has absolutely everything you need for an excellent stay for two people in the magnificent city of Florence. The location is unbeatable. It is located just one block from the Duomo. It is to highlight the cleanliness of the apartment. It is also important to keep in mind that right in front of it there is a large supermarket where you can buy everything. Monica is very kind and friendly. We loved the area that the apt was located in. I would recommend taking a taxi from the train station if you have a few bags. I found the taxi station not far from the apt. Hot water was plentiful which was nice. Wonderful apt!!!!!

Fabio's place is a gem in the cozy Sant' Ambrogio neighbourhood of Florence. It is located just outside the most crowded and touristy area of the city but close enough to all the historic attractions. It is within a 12-14-minute leisurely walk to the Duomo, 20 minute walk to the Mercato Centrale, 20 minutes to the Uffizi and about 30 minutes across the river to the Pitti Palace. There is a large Co-Op supermarket close by, where we got most of our daily food supply as we didn't want to spend a fortune on restaurants. The lovely Sant' Ambrogio market is just around the corner, and you can get your morning latte or cappuccino at the Dolce Amaro cafe, literally just steps away from the apartment, and a great prosciutto sandwich for lunch at Ke Ci Metto, also just steps away. For those arriving in Florence by train, save yourself a few euros and take the C2 electric bus instead of taxi (one bus ticket, which you can buy in advance at any news stand or tabacchi store, will only set you back 1.5 euros, while a taxi trip will cost you over 20 euros). As many here have noted, the place itself is very comfortable and has a stylish look. There is not much daylight in there as the windows look out onto a tiny courtyard, but then we were out exploring the city during the day anyways. Fabio also kindly booked us a taxi for our 4 am trip to the airport. Overall, a great stay and a great host!

A modern furnished loft in a big apartment which contains 3 lofts in total, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it was Clean and convenient; it has a bathroom, a small kitchen where you can cook your meal if you want. The place is about 20 to 30 minutes from the center which sounds good. However if you don't want to spend some extra money on transportation after a day of walking around the city center, you'll need do some extra effort walking back to the loft which was a little bit exhausting but fine by me. There were no hidden fees, but there was a sign asking me to leave everything clean as I found it, and leave nothing in the trash can, which made me a little bit confused about the cleaning fees.

Lorenzo's apartment is small but sufficient. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation. Regarding the location, the train station and the city center are a little less than 20 minutes away. I walked the whole city on foot.

The staying here is convenient and comfortable. The bed is soft enough to have a good sleep and rest. And the water is hot all the time, which permits a relaxing bath. Everything is completely prepared for us so that we feel like at home. To get in the apartment, we need to go through three doors(each one has its own key).It's a good protection of privacy.

It was a very neat house I was careful not to get dirty. You know how neat it is! The tiramisu that I made and tasted over was in front of the station, so I went around so easily. Okay, the elevator is a little scary

This was my favorite airbnb for this holiday, (we had 3 airbnb for this holiday visit in Florence). I was well rested in it. It is very clean, comfy, warm, and beloved/ well taken cared space. You will vibe Alda's warmth as a host and in the loft itself. I felt I had nothing to worry about life nor my stay in a foreign world. I am at downtown Florence itself (and Alda was there😊). Everything is walking distance. Perfect if ud like to endulge on Florence lifestyle and streets, cramming it up for only a couple of days because it is in there. No need for buses, trams, missing something, or being late.... It was close to the station, and we could easily reach it even if we had a lot of luggage. The hotel is also close to the cathedral of Santa Maria Fiore and the central market, with many restaurants nearby and good views from the windows. The room is perfect for facilities and cleaning. Alda was very friendly and flexible and provided a lot of information on tourist spots and recommended shops. Thanks to that, I was able to spend fun and meaningful. I definitely want to return.

A great apartment right in the middle of Florence. The location couldn’t be any better and was walking distance from all the major landmarks. The property was cozy and clean and the out of hrs check in was easy. When we had questions we received replies quickly. I’d happily stay there again.

12-15 minutes walk from Central Station. I thought I'd go out of my way with my carrier, but I was waiting for more. It was 3rd floor but there was no elevator so I thought I was going out my wrist as I pulled up the carrier. And the sink water was well guided. Except for this, I walked less than 5 minutes, and it was good to see the Duomo Cathedral and the downtown area. Host response was quick and friendly

Marco's place was perfect for us. It was very cute. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The apartment was clean when we arrived with free snacks in the room. They had towels and everything we needed to stay there for a few days. It feels safe and the door had a lock bar. Check out was easy because our train left earlier than the opening time so we were able to leave the keys in the apartment. The people were nice and very helpful. It was an amazing experience to stay at Stefano's place. It was located literally in the center of the tourist spot, and we cuold go anywhere on foot. There was even a good gelato palce right next to the apartment. Even though our arrival was earlier than the check-in time and our train was unexpectedly delayed, he let us drop by the apartment and leave our luggage. The room was perfectly organized, spacious enough for 4 persons and the interior was so pretty. I would definitly recomend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Florence!

It is a very good accommodation, everything is super indicated and it is very comfortable, in terms of location, it is a bit far from the center but if you know how to drive they will have no problem.

We just left yesterday after 2days staying. Everything was perfect. Very easy to find the apartment(short ditance from the station and easy direction of host and Teresa and Antonio was waiting for us nearby who are very kind for everythings) We have 4 baggages but no problem to carry to house My children asked me how many days we will stay here on arrival (They loved this house) because the house looks very cozy and have antique style of furnitures which I also love a lot Host leave some bread and fruits for our breakfast which is enough for 2~3 days meal in the morning The house is very near to all th e place(1~2minute walk from San lorenzo) and we can come to Duomo within 3~4minutes) In fact we do not need any transportation while staying here There is Chinese and Japanese restaurant next to house I wonder what else I did not mention in good points. A very well located apartment near tram 1 that leaves you in the center in 5 min and from there you have everything to go. Very clean, modern and warm. And the spectacular attention. Nothing to mark as negative.

Stairs inside the hostel, two toilets, and a spacious and clean room are what I want to live. The center of Novella Station was 3 trams away, so there was nothing wrong with it. It is strongly recommended in all respects such as price.

This is an amazing place! I got the solo traveler room. So u will find yourself in a nice apartment with lovely decor. The location of the house is very good, you can visit the city on foot. The host is understanding and helpful. The house was very clean and had good refreshments. But this depends on the people you stay. When I arrived there was a lot of fruit, including bananas, and when I looked, someone took it all in the morning. If the rest of the other rooms are clean and good, it is really good. I would recommend.

The apartment in Florence was terrific! Very easy check in, Sabrina was at the apartment to let us in, and store our bags and get the keys before the apartment was ready (we arrived to Florence at 10am!) She had amazing local recommendations and gifted a delicious bottle of Chianti wine (our absolute favorite!) The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed! From a coffee maker to fridge to all of the bathroom supplies you could imagine. The bedroom was spacious and the most comfortable bed we have stayed in yet on our European adventure! I would highly recommend this stay- 10/10 location as well. Thank you again for all of the special touches!

One of the best accomodation I've ever rented through Airbnb. Amazing host, beautiful rooms etc. The only little problem was that our room was pretty noise because it was looking towards the street and you could hear every car. Except from that I can just recommend this great place with a very friendly host with great tips for Firenze and Toskana.

The room is sparking clean and 1.5kms to the center. You have a bus stop just opposite the house.

Very clean lodging, everything was always impeccable. Daniele also received us in person and was always aware if we needed anything. Recommendable!

The check in process was easy, we were able to drop our bags off and check-in much earlier than was listed which was wonderful. The location is central and within close proximity to just about everything. The bathroom was very luxurious with heated towel racks and tiles, we could not figure out how to use the aircon as it appeared to be locked and it was late in the night after reception had closed. Overall, a lovely experience and comfortable bed!

Very good location and quality room. 5-10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the Plaza del Duomo. The only drawback was that the host took a long time to answer what complicated our arrival a bit. (I recommend you contact him at least one day before to confirm your arrival details).

I loved this airbnb! The nicest I’ve stayed in Italy. It was perfect. Giovanni was decently responsive. One super helpful feature was that I was allowed to leave my baggage in the main room for free until 2 pm, and then €5 a bag after that, so I wasn’t having to carry luggage while exploring Florence. :)

Giulio is nice and has helped us a lot. The room is large, a small loft, with tables and chairs to rest on the second floor. The room facing the street is a bit hustle and bustle, but very close to the attractions, very nice!
