Great location. The room is located in a very good location at the old town. Very easy to move around. You have everything very close to you. Metro, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

It is a nice room in a central neighborhood. There are many options for going out and around interesting sights. Metro Dante is 300 m away.

Great location and good value for money

Great location, right next to Municipio metro station and supermarket. Within walking distance of several points of interest of Naples. Near the port and more! (We were able to walk to our ferry to Capri). The only negative is the shower which is tiny, very difficult to use. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

One of the best accomodations we ever had in Italy! The apartment is 1 minute away from Via Toledo and the Municipio station. The apartament is very clean and spacious! Salvatore and Pasquale were great hosts, and they answered any question that we had about our accomodation or about the trip. I highly recommend this accomodation if you want to have a 5-star trip in Naples!

We spent one week in Salvatore‘s apartment. The check in was quick and without complications and Salvatore gave us some useful pieces of advice concerning things to do, see and eat in Naples and the surrounding islands, as well as transportation. The apartment itself was clean and functional. The fridge and air conditioning helped us out in a hot week in August. The balconies are rather small, but still nice to sit and enjoy a chilled beer in the evening. We spent a wonderful week there. Thanks! Recommended!

Very warm welcome, attentive and available from our host Maurizio and Rosa who was there when we arrived. We stayed in this apartment (ideally located in the historic district of Naples) in a friendly and relaxed spirit. The terrace is a real bonus!

Highly recommended. The apartment iss located in a quite and safe region. Nearby there is a 24 hour Carrefour within walking distance, as well as many pizzarias and restaurants . We arrived later than 9 pm but Giuliana stil greeted us with patience at the door gate.

I paid for this Airbnb thinking it was an entire place to yourself, I was grateful that it wasn’t because the host was very lovely and has beautiful animals. She was so kind and helpful and waited for me until I arrived late at night. The house is beautiful and I was very comfortable there. This is a great bed and breakfast in Naples where you can think of danger! Naples itself was embarrassed because the data didn't go well, so I didn't know the exact location. And he kindly explained the accommodation. Breakfast is also served and compared to the other bnbs, the place was really nice. I use it so well that it is considered the biggest factor in bringing good memories in Naples !!

The property is in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Napoli! For a short city trip it is almost perfect! Many sights, restaurants, cafes and the metro are very close by. If you don't want to, you don't have to use them from here. Roberto is also a very nice host. He was always available and provided us with all kinds of information and tips. However, due to its location, the accommodation is a bit dark and therefore not suitable if you want to spend a little time indoors. Otherwise you have everything you need and this great location! Nearby there is also a pretty roof garden that works just as well as a retreat. Overall, highly recommended for a trip to Naples! Thank you Roberto!

Highly recommended! - Best location. We walked from central station max 20 min, it’s very easy to find it even at night, a plenty of the shops, restaurants and small cafes around (just around the corner we found delicious fried seafood mix, arancini and pizza). - Very good condition of the accommodation. The studio is on the ground floor. No need to meet a host to get a key (thanks to deposit box!). - Roby is an excellent host. He provides you with tips and recommendations, he answers immediately on your messages. To be honest we didn’t have questions because Roby sends very detailed instructions about everything. - And on top of that the price is very good for all what I’ve just mentioned above :)

Our stay in Naples was amazing in general but the great location of the flat and it's comfort felt like a special bonus. We loved having our coffee in the morning sunshine of the rooftop which was thoughtfully included. It's a easy location to reach by public transport and we found that we could walk to most locations we wanted to see around the center. Abosuletly amazing place to stay would recommend to everyone 😎

Mario’s place was the perfect stay. A straight shot from the train, we regretted only booking one night in Naples after Rome. Even though it was “winter,” we used the rooftop deck for a few glasses of wine at night after dinner. Then in the morning, I woke up early to drink coffee and watch the sunrise over the fantastic view. It was the perfect goodbye to Italy! Highly recommend.

The balcony scenery is really invincible, and the terrace is only its own, very very large. But the room was small and cooking was not possible. Suitable for couples on their honeymoon. The water heater was electrically heated. When we went there in the winter, two people washed continuously and the hot water was insufficient. Overall, it is still recommended.

A really nice modern apartment in quite a busy area. They provided breakfast/snacks and plenty of local info. Very comfortable bed and felt safe as a solo traveller.

I really enjoyed my stay at the place. The apartment totally matches the photos. Very clean and tidy. There is everything you might need and even more. The kitchen is full of food for your breakfast. Beautiful modern house is very clean .. a stone's throw from the station and the center ..

Pako and Laura were incredible hosts. The apartment was very centrally located for the train station and via Dei Tribunali and could walk to most places within 30 minutes. The apartment itself is all one room really but cleverly designed. The bed is SO comfortable and the place is genuinely spotless. It's stocked with plenty of food, drink and toiletries and the hosts clearly care a great deal about being good hosts. When I checked out at 10am I suddenly realised I'd have nowhere to store my suitcase until my flight at 7pm and Pako text to wish me well and I told him. He offered for me to leave the case in the flat and his dad (who has a little workshop next door) stored it for me. When I came back to collect, Pako refused any extra money and carried my case out on to the main road for me and directed me back to the station. Genuinely lovely people who deserve to do very well from AirBnB.

This appartment is quite nice. We stayed in naples for 5 days and from here you have short distances to a lot of beautiful places, good pizza and the metro station! The appartment is very comfortable. It looks very modern, clean and stylish.

Space in a truly excellent position, in via dei tribunali, a stone's throw from everything. The house was immaculately clean, we noticed that it was also new. Essential furnishings, the right. The only note I can make is that being in an old structure, there was no elevator and the house was on the top floor. Nothing tragic, just a warning. Very kind Salvatore, we really enjoyed it

Studio clean and well equipped. In a quiet street but well located.

New apartment just renovated with excellent taste, right in the center (50 meters from Via dei Tribunali). Very cozy, great use of space, very pleasant living room and bathroom, bedroom with double bed (small), kitchen not used (in Naples you don't need ..). Great service offered by the company that manages the apartment, very kind, they reply to messages almost instantly and leave the keys in the code box. Perfect for 2 people (not more).

Beautiful, newly renovated apartment. We stayed for 2 for 2 nights in the accommodation. The location is also perfect - everything important is within walking distance. Definitely recommended. Should I return to Naples, I would book the accommodation again. 2 small, mini disadvantages: The apartment is on the 5th floor, and the stairs are getting steeper and higher. Accordingly, with heavy suitcases oä something exhausting, but feasible. For example, I would have liked tea bags / Nescafe / small bottle of water or iwie basic equipment for cooking. We checked in and had to go down directly to get something to drink. But only a small tip, and no end of the world. Thank you for the nice time!

Nice but dark inside due to lack of windows

Massimo's apartment is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is located in the heart of vibrant Montesanto, 3 minutes from the subway and 5 minutes to Spaccanapoli and Via Toledo. The bedroom is still nice and quiet because it is on the courtyard side. Thanks to Funicolare, you can also get to the Castello Sant Elmo with its fantastic view of Naples very quickly from the front door. Communication with Massimo was very quick and straightforward. In Italian, which was not a problem with the Airbnb translation function. He immediately took care of the somewhat slow drain in the bathroom.

The place has very nice decoration and roomy place. Close by Metro and main street. We can walk along to the beach. The host is wonderful and friendly. We have no problem with communication. The only thing is the hot water is small tank. You have to have very quick shower and jump in out right away. The 2 nd person might get little cold water. The location is convenient but it’s so loud outside. We couldn’t sleep well with random noise. People are not considered walking on the street at night. They are loud.

Unusual location in a historic and picturesque area of Naples. Cozy, clean accommodation with everything necessary for a holiday to discover the Neapolitan city. Roberto, the landlord, welcomed us with a unique affability and availability. Kindness continued throughout our stay, especially when, struck by an attack of flu, he worked to make us feel better. If I go back to Naples I will definitely stay with him again. I highly recommend it.

Lovely, good value, private self check-in apartment with all amenities, located about 20 minutes walk from centre of town and good transport links. It is located very close to a road so I recommend earplugs if you want to sleep in late in the morning but it's quiet at night. Nice pizza place 10 seconds walk away for a good meal or arrival. Very picturesque entrance, feels like true local immersion. Angela was a great host, replying immediately to any queries and giving a ton of advice. The wifi is incredibly slow unfortunately.

Small apartment as the ad says, but very pleasant to live in. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. Carlo is very available for arrival and departure as well as for any request for information during the stay.

The apartment is perfect for a city break and is located in an extremely authentic house from which you can explore the city very well. The price-performance ratio is right and Carlo greeted us personally and showed everything. He is always available for questions and is a very pleasant host!

The studio is located in an area that at first glance may seem dangerous but it is not like that at all. You feel the soul of Naples and the people alive and sincere. The location is perfect because a stone's throw from both Via Duomo and Corso Umberto, so all the areas to see can be reached in 5-10 minutes (Piazza Bellini, San Domenico Maggiore, San Gregorio Armeno etc.), 15-20 minutes on foot from the central station. The sea is more distant, about 30 minutes). The decor is basic and creative, with personality, we found everything clean. It is in an old poorly maintained convent unlike the room which is perfect. The dimensions are smaller than it appears in the photo. Little tip: a city map available to guests would be the best! We will certainly return to Carlo on our next trip to Naples.

Amazing stay good location

This place was a good stay! Very clean and well taken care of. Really close to good restaurants. It is quite a walk to the castles, but not impossible, plus you get to see a lot of Naples on the way! The streets surrounding the apartment are a little dirty, and solo travelers might feel a bit on edge, but we felt safe the whole time!

Roberto was a great host. Responded very quickly. As previous reviews stated the shower pressure is quite uncontrollable. Be ready to go up steps there’s a lot of them, only matters if you have heavy bags. WiFi is kinda spotty. The place is spotless, watch out with the moped drivers by the gate they fly by you. Roberto made great recommendations and was very understanding about checking out a bit late. I definitely recommend this place, loft style is awesome. You’re met by his housekeeper who gives you the key instructions. If I ever come back I would love to stay here again. Cheers

Great central location for a great price!

The location is Excellent. Real close to everything that you might want to visit. You have plazas and basilicas close, and the famous Pizzeria da Michele. Also, if you walk a little bit you get to lots of spots to see within just 15 to 20m. Loredana is incredible as a host and is a charming person!, and you have no problem in getting to the Airbnb, it's really quick to get to it by just walking from Garibaldi Central Station. In the end I even learned the alleys and walks close by. I'm sure to return!

Great space in the center of Naples. Quick walk to many delicious restaurants and cafes. It is a ten minute walk to the Universitia metro stop which is just one stop from Garibaldi/Napoli Centrale. Check in was easy and fast. Note there are a LOT of steps going up to the apartment. Was not a problem for us but for elderly or families with young kids it would be difficult. Comfortable bed, clean space, great location!

Salvatore was able to accomodate my quite late check in requirements which really helped out and even took a quick moment to help orientate me on a map with the surroundings. Location is very good, just off from a main street with good connections to transport and all the basics. Accomodation contains most utilities, everything worked and windows get good light. Is a comfortable base in the city to explore from. Suited me on my own just fine, could see it working for small groups in a pinch too! Overall very happy!

I loved the place, right next to the city centre, OPTIMAL location. It is in a typical Italian building so I really liked that. Roberta and Tittas place is right in the bustling centre of Napoli, with many of the most important points of interest within a short walking distance. Within 20 minutes walking, you can reach the main station as well as the harbour, from where you can access the near islands of Capri, Procida or Ischia. The apartment is charming, has everything you need and is in a typical traditional Italian stye. You couldn't find better for discovering the lively centre of Napoli and Spaccanapoli. We were actually on our honeymoon, and had an unforgettably great time. Absolutely recommended! Roberta and Titta are excellent hosts - they really care for and about you, and give you a plethora of information and details.

You couldn't have a better location in Naples than with this nice little apartment. You are right in the old town surrounded by great art, music, delicious restaurants and wonderful, lively people.You walk one street and stand in a world-famous museum where the art of Christo Velato is exhibited. The next historical gem is already in the next alley. And the apartment is in the middle of it, unbelievable. The price is very fair and cheap. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. A lot of useful information and tips about Naples are provided in the apartment. As a welcome present there were cakes, cookies, juice and coffee ready for free. I will visit this accommodation again and again, as it is simply authentic, without a lot of fancy frills, but convinced with the location and the atmosphere. Thank you very much

If you want to experience the heartbeat of this exciting city, and you will not have a problem staying in a fifth-floor walk-up apartment, in a historic building, this is a very good, low cost, Airbnb. It is not luxurious, but it was well located. Initially, it was tricky to get in as the instructions were not clear (they were photographs). However, I figured things out and Roberta's father met me at the apartment. For a short stay in Naploli, I recommend this Airbnb for one or two people.

If you are in Naples stay here. It is located in the city center which is the oldest, most interesting part of town. Very reasonably priced and in the center of a fascinating, very old city.

Everything was great- location ideal, very clean, they left snacks, coffee, teas, and water for us, and always quick to reply. Thank you for having us!

Flavio was a great host and quickly replied to all my messages. Last minute, he was able to coordinate his friend Fabio to pick us up from the airport and drop us off to Positano the following day which was a huge help since we had our 2 young boys and a lot of bags with us. Their place was situated in the heart of the city which was what we were looking for and the terrace views were nice. Thanks again for having us!

Everything ok

Ideal location for a visit to Naples. Fast reactivity of Flavio. Secured apartment very simple, without special attention to visitors what we have a little regretted. The major asset, apart from the location, remains with the terraces and the superb view, on the roof, on Naples. We highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant stay.

The place looks just like the pictures. Perfect location! Seriously! Awesome view from the balcony and roof top. It is a private roof top where we had some cheese, wine and bread as a break from the day and just took in the view. Its on the fifth floor, a lot of stairs but there is an elevator that will take you up/down and a bowl full of 10 cents so you don’t have to pay. There was a little difficulty getting the key at the right angle to open the room door and it is slightly loud at night, which didn’t bother us.

This place is fantastic! The space is so charming and I love that neighborhood. My advice: don’t take the elevator. Instead climb up and down the stairs so you can eat more pizza and ice cream.

Although Emanuela's apartment is located right in the center of Sccapanapoli, and it is a very lively area during the day, at night it is quite quiet and it rests well. In addition, it is surrounded by restaurants and shops, everything you need to spend a few days away.

Our stay was great, Emanuela has a fabulous apartment in the Old Town of Naples. Location is fab as you can walk anywhere more or less and there’s lots a restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. Emanuela left us recommendations for the local area which was very helpful during our stay and she is a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

The apartment was very central, so we could reach everything by foot. We had a rental car so it was a bit difficult with parking, but we were aware of that! Everything was clean and super stylish. The best was the host who made us feel very welcome and was available all the time if we needed help!

We had the best time in Naples, and staying at Emanuela’s apartment was a major factor. The apartment had everything we needed, and was perfectly positioned in the old town, enabling us to walk out the door and immediately enjoy the vibrant, bustling streets, or else walk 10-15 minutes for the ferries to Capri or the train station for Pompeii. Emanuela herself was the X-factor that made it a very special stay. Her warm welcome, local knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing that knowledge left us keen to come back to Naples and experience more.

Great place to stay in Naples. Emanuela is a wonderful host, her attention to detail is emmaculate. She is a super host in every way. We loved out short stay in this fasntastic city. As our taxi driver said.... its a sin to leave Napoli.

We loved this apartment. It was a big space with plenty of room to spread out and a large cushion. The view from the balcony attached to the bedroom was excellent, as was the window area by the balcony. The bed was probably a double size (not a queen) and very comfortable and we slept well there. The location was in the heart of the historic district! For Christmas it was THE place to be! Special artisans in the courtyard. We were walking distance from many museums, restaurants and shopping. You couldn't be more centrally located in Naples. Emanuela was very quick to answer all of our questions about the apartment and the area. She had an excellent ebook of recommendations of things to do and see in the area, and we did quite a few of them. It was very helpful. We were not familiar Naples at all, so this was a great location to wander around and find places to see.

Small apartment in a beautiful building very well located in Naples, in a busy pedestrian street but very quiet apartment. Excellent bedding. We were 5 ... A little cramped after a few nights but it is very good value for money! Ideal for a family of 4 I think :) The hosts are super responsive! Thank you.

Fantastic location. The terrace and location are by far the major draws for this place. Unfortunately, the weather was not great while we were there, however I can imagine that it would be brilliant during the summer months. There are many brilliant eateries literally meters from the door, including (of course) brilliant pizzas. Terrace shared with an extremely friendly cat :)

This is not my first visit to Naples, and I want to say that I am surprised in the good sense of the word. What is most important for me personally: 1) there is a window and modern shutters, which means: you can ventilate if stuffy; the apartment is very bright. 2) water is not on the counter, which means that the girl can wash her hair well (in other apartments she had to bathe in cold water) 3) perfect location 4) we did not calculate the time a bit and were left without food, in the general refrigerator we found a couple of drinks for our pizza, there was also wine for refreshments. 5) cleanliness! The towel shows that they were well washed, clean linens, a clean toilet, for me it is extremely important. 6) last, but very important for the Russians: there is a radiator, and we were glad to be warm for the first time, because before that we were cold in Rome. As a result: it is clear that the owners do not spare money on the service, and this is very important for me. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Venusio. It is a really nice apartment that is conveniently located for Centro Storico and all the sites and attractions that Naples has to offer. Agostino was an excellent host; communicating in response to our queries quickly; giving some ideas on what to do and where to eat; making check in and out simple and being really accomodating. Palazzo Venusio was really clean, with a comfy bed and all necessary amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Palazzo Venusio and a visit to Naples.

Agostino was a great host, easy to contact and with a wealth of knowledge about Naples he gave us a lot of tips about where to go during the weekend. The apartment is in a fantastic location close to many restaurants and cafes. The property is very safe and we loved how spacious the main reception area was.

The apartment in Agostino is very well located in the historic center and near Grau Square. We can do everything on foot and safely! The accommodation is pleasant in its decorative and spacious whiteness. The courtyard window is not double glazed and this can create some nuisance when the porch of the courtyard is open but it did not bother us too much this season. The restaurant addresses provided by Agostino are useful and we recommend two beautiful addresses: The Essensia just steps from the apartment with a refined cuisine and very good value for money, not to be missed! The restaurant Pulcinella in the historic center also ready in a former stable, cozy atmosphere and put on top Thanks to Agostino for his welcome and the pleasure of seeing Naples under the hot sun :-)

The accommodation is as in the photos. It's clean, very well located. There is everything close to the accommodation to satisfy us, restaurants, public transport, places to visit. Just the window not well isolated at the sound level. There are plenty of tourist brochures available in the accommodation and it's great.

Perfect and stylish little base to explore Naples from! Excellent location (in the historical center) which was right ‘in amongst it’ but the entry is through a private courtyard where lots of families etc stay so it felt really safe and quiet in the evening. Angela have great instructions on how to find the apartment and how to explore Napoli. She also suggested a local restaurant ‘Tandem’ for my dinner and it so fantastic (and not touristy and reasonabley cheap), i has the best melanzane parmigianna of my life! The apartment is very stylish and modern and super clean etc. Would totally recommend anyone to stay here :)

Angela's apartment is in a perfect position for walking around Naples, starting from the heart of Spaccanapoli. His hospitality was impeccable, his advice was invaluable. Advice!!!

The accommodation is in a strategic position, from there you can reach the main attractions on foot, or take advantage of the metro, whose stop is not far away. The accommodation is exactly as in the picture, nice and comfortable. The condominium is very silent. We didn't use the kitchenette, because we wanted to take advantage to try to eat the local specialties, but having a kitchenette can be useful. Angela was quick to communicate and very kind and helpful, she gave us indications on what to see and where to eat and the expectations were absolutely not disappointed. I recommend this place to everyone, I plan to go back!

Studio very well located in the heart of the historic center and close to the Spanish quarter. 10-15min walk from the central station, the place is a good base for exploring all the alleys of Naples.

The accommodation perfectly respects the description, strong point, the terrace, the apartment is simple, comfortable and above all functional, everything works perfectly! It is on the 5th floor of an ancient building, silent and discreet, in an area of "popular" Naples, where you immediately immerse yourself in the fascinating and characteristic chaos of this wonderful city. Great location and host! Great communication and you can't beat the hustle and bustle of the location. If it gets loud at night (noisy city everywhere) the upstairs room is quiet. But we are used to city sounds and loved the bottom floor room it has a huge window love the sun in the morning. Nice bars only steps away. Very clean and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was amazing. I was able to check in 2 hours after I booked which was much needed. The check in process was very informative. The place was super convenient location wise and it was a lot of room. I somehow had missed the part in the description about paying cash for the cleanup fee. Though this took away from my original happiness about the price, it was still a great value. Happy I stayed here

We delay due to the traffic and he was able to wait for us and even reserved a parking place on the street for us. He is really kind and friendly, it was a pleasure to meet him personally. Everything was great during out stay in his apartment and we highly recommend him as a host. There is only a small note about the apartment, the surrounding area of the apartment it can be noisy during the night, light sleepers may have difficulties.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time staying at Pasquale’s Airbnb. It had every amenity needed during a city break in Naples. It’s suitably placed to walk to the the central train station and explore the area surrounding Naples as well the city itself. Pasquale and Laura were very welcoming and helpful with any queries we had before and during our stay. We would return if staying in the area again.

Loved it, super clean, close to shops and food. A little noisy but the whole town is noisy, it’s a very small compact town so no matter where you go it will be like that. It’s outstanding loved this place

Pako suite is a very nice and well furnished studio apartment. It is located in a very convenient position (attached to via dei Tribunali) and there is everything you need to have breakfast at home (in addition to dozens of delicious bars nearby). Pako made our stay unforgettable, if there were 10 stars he would deserve them all, especially for cleanliness and availability. One flaw, if possible put one or two induction plates, even small ones, to make a dinner or lunch. It is true that in Naples it is always a pleasure to eat outside but it is not always allowed for everyone. In any case, SUPER !!

Very happy with Roberto, who attended us in a very charming way and with a very fluid communication. The apartment is great: a few meters from Via Dei Tribunali, although noise is barely heard.
